同老公重遊舊地,又黎到荃灣catee,對上一次食原來已經兩年前時間過得好快呀!呢間餐廳既裝潢變化不大,依舊放滿貓既相片、裝飾品我地叫左兩個set dinner,食到我地勁飽餐包食落鬆軟,配埋黑醋,味道都幾夾,另外有兩塊係似竹炭既麵包黎,夠曬特別餐湯係薯仔湯,幾濃郁,仲有啲薯蓉粒添我地分別叫左一杯橙汁,一杯士多啤梨奶昔,奶昔要另外加15蚊,但呢15蚊都好值得俾架,士多啤梨鮮甜,奶昔重士多啤梨味,奶又夠香不過橙汁就相對普通啲啦沙律都唔錯,夠新鮮,份量剛好終於黎到主菜啦,焗鮮龍蝦尾燴龍蝦汁意大利麵($298)龍蝦肉質結實,味道濃郁,而且意大麵既龍蝦汁都好香,又好入味不過略嫌意大利麵唔夠多另一個set dinner係牛油果100%牛肉竹炭漢堡伴原隻軟殻蟹及芝士蟹肉大啡菇($238)薯仔厚切,又大條,薯味很重漢堡包身係竹炭,幾特別,外脆內軟包內既牛肉,肉質鮮嫩,而且多汁,配埋芝士煙肉一齊食,好味個人對啲原隻軟殻蟹幾滿意,既保持左成隻軟了殻蟹既形態,切開更食到蟹膏大啡菇都唔錯,重菇味,同芝士蟹肉好夾Set dinner既甜品都同兩年前食既唔一樣,頗有水準,不會太甜,蛋糕鬆軟兩年後食,多左新菜式,都幾好…Read More

男朋友今晚話想食台灣野,所以就問下朋友有冇推介,朋友就介紹左呢間台灣野—六兩三。行到去,見到個門面都幾日系,以為食日本野添。門口放左啲長凳,幾貼心。餐廳比想像中細,入面既台唔多。裝潢都比較簡約。餐廳既選擇唔算多,有台灣小吃,台灣麵,特飲等。台式小吃—滷水溏心蛋($16)同日式唔同,有啲咸,但都幾流心,蛋味香滷肉飯($28)外表雖然好細碗咁,但食一碗都好飽個飯既肉躁多,汁又多,而且肉躁仲好入味添,整體既味道一啲都唔輸台灣夜市食果啲另外叫左個皮蛋豆腐($38)完全低估左個份量!皮蛋豆腐既份量大,好抵食豆味唔會太重,同鼓油幾夾,皮蛋新鮮,唔會臭,又大片男朋友好鐘意食牛,所以叫左個牛肉切盤—紅燒牛腱($60)雖然等左好耐,但睇得出係慢工出細貨,牛腱非常淋,而且肥瘦均勻,啖啖牛肉香味主食—川味紅燒三寶牛肉麵($80)三寶包括有牛腱、牛筋、牛肋條。牛肉麵身軟硬度剛好,而且量多湯底標榜冇味精,真材實料飲落個湯又唔會搶啲牛肉既味道冇味精之下,煲到呢個效果已經唔錯另外一樣野就係辣味唔重,但對於我唔係好食得既人就覺得剛好啦成餐飯埋單都係二百幾蚊,價錢夠平民,可以encore …Read More

之前係尖沙咀經過「蔦」,見到門口好多人排隊,一搜查先發現原來係全港唯一米芝蓮拉麵店但因為太多人,所以諗住遲下再試。有日經過銅鑼灣登龍街見到有分店,同埋當時時間尚早,唔洗等位就入得啦!一入到去,見到一排既bar枱,面對住廚房,可以睇住廚師一路煮拉麵既過程廚房既人分工合作,每人負責唔同既工序,有人就負責調配個湯底,有人負責燒肉類,而且每個工序都好講究,睇得出佢地用心製作 重點係,佢地整完一碗拉麵會即時做下清潔餐廳環境設計簡約,燈光柔和點完餐,侍應先送上餐具加水,我發現餐廳既餐具都配搭好顏色,唔錯。先黎左個小皿,即係side dishes:燒烤梅花肉($28)每一粒既梅花肉既size差唔多,肉身多汁,而且豬肉味幾出特別既係牛油醬,同梅花肉好夾,有啲清新既味道侍應推介我地試佢地既照燒雞味玉拉麵($125)細每次食拉麵自然會先試下個湯底先,呢個湯底濃郁,而且唔會油膩。呢個拉麵仲有沙律配菜,粟米,蘑菇同洋蔥添。呢碗拉麵一共有4塊照燒雞,每塊雞肉切既厚度好接近,證明刀工整齊。雞肉味重,而且入口咀嚼果陣感受到嫩滑既雞肉拉麵原來係即日手工製造架而且混合左高質麵粉同埋蕎麥粉,唔怪得咬落去彈牙,而且仲非常掛湯糖心蛋入口好滑溜,好值得再追加醬油味玉拉麵($113)細呢款拉麵既重點係係高湯湯底中加入加左松露醬,令到成個湯底既有鮮味又有多重口感雖然叉燒得一塊,同埋薄切,不過勝在夠大塊,同埋肉質都比較嫩口。…Read More

今晚同2個朋友放工去時代行下街,行到咁上下,就要搵野食醫肚。一直都知登龍街多餐廳,所以行左入去搵食。估唔到冇黎一排,又開左唔少新餐廳見到Steak Bar入面坐滿人,再望下餐牌都幾啱我地食,就入左去啦。餐廳比較細,但勝在都幾企理,而且充滿牛既香味 我地3個女仔,食量唔大,叫左2個主食share食。先黎左個吉列炸牛扒($188)賣相好吸引有沙律,豆腐,加左飯素既飯,重點係吉到牛扒沙律幾fresh,幾爽口豆腐加左芝麻醬,好惹味,豆腐冰涼,又夠滑一上枱既時候,侍應好貼心咁話我地知,個小鐵板已經加左牛油,可以放吉列牛落去煎。吉到牛扒既分量好多,而且唔會厚粉吉到牛扒薄切,易煎,又唔會痴住個小鐵板。牛扒既牛味重我地加左個小食炸魷魚($78)上枱已經聞到香味,魷魚外脆內軟,唔un易咬配埋個醬食味道更佳。另一個主食係頂級板腱牛扒($215)原來呢個係每日限量架,我地好好彩叫到最後一個同吉到牛扒一樣,有沙律豆腐同飯。板腱牛扒好厚身而且係用蒜蓉片煎過黎,好味丫。板腱牛扒我地叫左五成熟。板腱牛扒唔難切開,見到粉嬓色,而且入口好Juicy,肉質鮮嬓多汁,成個口充滿牛肉既香味有朋友唔太食得生既牛肉,於是佢將板腱牛扒放落吉列牛扒既小鐵板度翻煎。經小鐵板翻煎,板腱牛扒依然有肉汁,而且入口都係淋架,好好味好滿足既牛之夜,食到我地好飽…Read More

同朋友係太子行完街,就周圍搵野食。見到間蝦棧,睇落唔錯,就入左去試下啦呢間餐廳既侍應主動幫我地開門而且侍應既態度殷勤,又會主動為客人詳細介紹菜式脆炸陳皮魚蛋配酸甜醬($58)以炸雲吞的方法,用雲吞皮包住陳皮魚蛋去炸,更能突顯陳皮既香味,配以酸甜醬,酸酸甜甜,是一道開胃既前菜三杯蝦($188)(300g),有8隻落單時由水箱即刻撈上來,十分新鮮一上枱,一股香味撲鼻而來用九層塔、薑、蒜、辣椒、酒煮成,香味十足,廚師十分細心於蝦背劃一刀,使蝦入味,而蝦十分多蝦膏台式䓤油雞(半隻)($128)每日限量,只提供3-4隻,如果想吃需前一晚訂位時說明,因為制作十分需時,屬於功夫菜,需每朝早將雞浸至入味。雞上面的炸蔥十分惹味,味道偏咸,適合送飯小丁香油麥菜($78)小丁香屬於台灣其中一種小魚干,能帶出蔬菜鮮味,兩者味道非常配合,沒想到油麥菜可以這樣配搭,香港很少吃到這樣配搭的油麥菜,味道不錯清涼荔枝梳打(含酒精)($38)一入口就充滿荔枝既香味,慢慢滲出淡淡既香味,加上薄荷葉,感覺清新薄荷柚子梳打($38)柚子味本身十分甜,加入梳打水後令甜度變得適中,但又有濃郁的柚子味,加上用些少薄荷葉作點綴,帶出一種清新的感覺好滿足既一餐…Read More

朋友話帶我食好西,帶左我去Otto Restaurant 餐廳有兩層,我同朋友先係16樓出,再行樓梯上17樓。上到去,餐廳環境優雅,富有情調朋友訂左枱,所以我地被安排坐最入既枱,枱後面有一幅白色牆身,仲放左啲得獎獎狀我地隔離張枱都整理得好整齊乾淨我地一坐低就俾塊雲石枱墊所吸引紋理清晰,摸落好冰涼。而且張枱本身都係雲石黎,餐具齊全,仲有杯暖既檸水侍應仲幫埋我地舖餐巾,好貼心侍應先送黎麵包,個麵包籃入面仲有附上一張卡,講明麵包係用米粉麵團整既,而米粉麵團其實係一種營養價值高既稻米麵包好鬆軟,而且仲有黑松露牛油配添丫今晚order左2個set dinner。餐前小食有煙三文魚凱擻沙律。三文魚煙薰得剛好,沙律醬將味道昇華除左個醬好味之外,麵包粒都好吸引我地,夠脆又香口夏威夷香蔥吞拿魚紅蝦沙律呢個前菜完全係另一種風格!吞拿魚粒新鮮,冇筋,紅蝦大隻,疏菜新鮮,粟米好甜我好欣賞呢間餐廳既湯!番茄蘋果蟹肉湯,呢個湯冇得輸,個湯好濃郁,而且蟹肉既份量十足,啖啖都係蟹肉黎,好味另一個湯好補架!係黑松露花膠燉湯,呢個湯真係放左花膠架,飲落個口有小小黏,證明真材實料海鮮鮑魚酥估唔到係原隻鮑魚上,鮑汁再加海鮮肉,加埋餅底,食落特別得黎又夾青檸雪芭食到呢度,本來已經好飽,但一食呢個就變到好開胃,青檸味好濃,仲有兩塊青蘋果,酸酸味味,好醒胃。海鮮拼盤伴蟹肉番茄多士呢樣主菜都幾考巧夫,要逐樣整,係好特別既主菜。帶子鮮甜,魚好滑,蝦爽口多士外脆內軟,中間仲包左啲蟹肉澳洲頂級牛柳配法國鴨肝牛柳幾成熟係廚師發板,但煎出黎個效果我又幾滿意,因為牛柳肉粉嫩多汁鴨肝,鵝肝就食得多,鴨肝就第一次食,雖然食落個質感同鵝肝係相似既,但個味道好唔同,鴨肝會帶少少鴨既羶味,可能未必啱所有人食薯蓉有啲薰過既煙肉粒,蔥花,忌廉,口感豐富。以下呢兩個是日甜品整得好唔錯先係杞子桂花糕,味道好清新,又唔會太甜。綠茶木糠布甸都好正餐茶都唔錯。總結,感受到廚師既用心同創意,食落每道菜都充滿驚喜,好滿足既一餐…Read More

豚道樂呢個名對香港人黎講應該都唔陌生。豚道樂除左係荃灣有之外,最近都係黃埔開左間分店。今晚就同朋友入左去食下,順便行下AEON。黃埔呢間分店,舖位大好多。牆邊有獨立既二人座位,而我地今晚就坐左係吧枱。吧枱後面有啲日系小擺設,增添日式拉麵店既味道 吧枱都幾乾淨企理,放左啲點餐紙,調味料等。我地一人一支野飲山梨桃梳打($23 )信州白提子梳打($23)兩支梳打入口都好清甜,水果味重,而且飲完唔會係咁ur氣牛油粟米($10)幾得意,用鐵板裝住,可以有餘溫,溶左啲牛油,牛油mix埋粟米好香口呢期豚道樂推出左季節限定:黑松露醬油豚骨拉麵 - 北海道帆立貝 ($108)所以就諗住一試啦。點知,一試就有驚喜喇湯底好濃郁,松露香同拉麵出奇地夾紫菜夠脆,流心蛋口感滑溜,蛋醬幾creamy豬肩肉同豬腩肉都薄切,脂肪同肉既比例分明,而且咬落去口感唔錯估唔到細細粒既帶子又幾有咬口,夠爽甜另一碗係:特上豬骨湯拉麵($85)朋友話要讚一讚個湯底,因為佢比較鍾意濃味既豬骨湯拉麵。呢個湯唔係一味死濃,係香口得黎好飲,麵條亦非常掛湯,配合埋唔韌既叉燒,流心蛋同配菜,有日本既感覺我地另外揀左個小食:炸軟殻蟹($45)軟殻蟹外脆內軟,如果有埋蟹膏就好啦好滿足既一餐,下次想食豚道樂既拉麵,不妨去黃埔呢間分店食下,因為闊落啲…Read More

得意好玩韓式章魚丸

今晚放工同同事出尖沙咀韓國街買野,順便係韓國街覓食韓國街好多餐廳,花多眼亂但行到Oppa Coffee Bar Restaurants,見到個menu幾吸引咁,就膽粗粗入左去食啦入到去見到唔少吊飾,幾別緻見到隔離枱整緊個章魚丸,覺得好得意咁,我地就叫左個玩下啦有三款餸揀:章魚流心小丸子、雞肉流心小丸子、海鮮流心小丸子,我地揀左傳統既章魚流心芝士小丸子($198)侍應俾左個gas爐,仲有個小丸子pan,而材料方面有牛奶蛋槳,芝士,蔥花,紫菜,泡菜飯。個menu有曬成個製造過程,好詳盡我地先將芝同啲泡菜飯紫菜同蔥撈埋一齊先。撈埋一齊之後開爐一陣預熱下,就落左啲泡菜芝士飯啦。隔一陣,我地就落埋牛奶蛋槳蛋槳半熟果陣,我地就逐粒反轉啲小丸子,我地見到程金黃色就起筷食啦章子芝士小丸子外脆,入面既泡菜飯同芝士溶為一體,好有口感呢個章魚小丸子既份量可以整兩次,兩個食份量夠,而且我地仲善用埋啲牛奶蛋槳,整左啲煎蛋波食韓國菜又點可以少得炸雞呢韓式炸雞有成一板揀,我地揀左蜜糖牛油無骨炸雞($228)炸雞嫩滑多汁,而且啲炸粉唔厚,重點又唔油膩!薯條係焗既,感覺上冇咁熱氣,但口感就差啲,因為係淋既我地唔夠食,叫多左個紫菜包飯。但今晚就試左個釜山獨有口味:炸紫菜包飯($98)雖然炸過黎,但都睇到紫菜包飯既形態,咁係因為啲炸粉唔厚咬落口,唔油膩,小脆,好足料,有蘿蔔絲同其他配料,又香口呢個餐廳既菜式幾有創意,竟然諗到將泡菜飯同章魚丸昆合成一味餸仲可以自己親手試整而炸紫菜包飯都係第一次食,係幾好既新嘗試可以Encore!…Read More
