難得疫情放緩,終於可以同朋友聚舊。今次就揀左平靚正既火鍋。只須228就可以食齊四川烤魚、安格斯牛肉、刺身,仲有小食、火鍋配料任食,岩晒我地尼班大食既男士。原本望到四川烤魚既外表,放滿辣椒,以為會辣到食唔到,但食落唔會太辣,仲好過癮,魚不會太腥,也不會太冧,有興趣可以一戰。個人認為火鍋配料最驚艷既係鵝腸、芥末貢丸。鵝腸洗得非常乾淨,亦非常新鮮,咬落很爽口,食到唔停口。芥末貢丸食落好清新,食左好多油膩野後,食番粒可以中和油膩,雖然唔小心太大啖比佢搶到喉,但都非常推介!…Read More

由於工作太忙,好耐冇去日本,但好想食日本野,聽朋友講西環有間好有日本味道既餐廳,於是就去左一試真偽。係點餐既時候見到鋪頭係採用赤醋,同本時白色的壽師醋唔同。所以飯係啡啡紅紅食落比較酸一點,而飯既口感比較有彈性。一番拖羅丼我好鍾意吞拿魚既口感,今次既拖羅丼有不同部位的拖羅。赤身—魚背不含油脂的部位,因為材料新鮮,所以肉質實、有咬口。中拖羅—脂肪比例較高,食落好香魚油味。即使佢脂肪冇大拖羅咁多,但都係入口即融既口感。大拖羅—腹部較前方。這個部位脂肪相當多,就咁望落佢脂肪分布好似雪花咁,食落淡淡油香,入口即溶。 有時會覺得食魚生會食到好膩,所以佢地加左蛋黃漬同子薑,可以解膩!令我成碟食晒都仲想再食。…Read More
