協奏坊Sonata走家庭式自助餐路線,一走進餐廳便看到眾多老的嫰的,一家人共聚天倫。當然,十天前預訂優惠價$288也是其招徠的原因。 Buffet訂座每位更奉送龍蝦半隻,蝦膏滿溢,肉質彈牙,口感不俗。吃罷便立即走到海鮮吧繼續這趟海鮮盛宴!海鮮吧供應長腳蟹、蝦、小龍蝦、青口、蜆、魷魚圈等,應有盡有。當中長腳蟹最為鮮甜,海水味也不會太濃,讚!青口肉質肥美,唯鮮味給海水的咸味蓋過了。魷魚圈爽口彈牙,伴入廚師秘製醬汁,更顯鮮味!吃完數輪海鮮後,便吃點沙律清清腸胃。沙律吧也是供應一般的生菜、粟米、蕃茄等,反而以一份份小杯裝供應的「日本青森蘋果沙律」及「鮮三文魚蕃茄慕斯配芝士條」更為吸引!來到日式壽司刺身吧,壽司選擇不多,選了幾件品質平平無其。刺身反而更見驚喜,希靈魚鮮甜美味、墨魚新鮮爽口。熱食區的供應,推介專人手切的燒牛肉!除了海鮮,燒牛肉實在是今晚的亮點!廚師燒得恰到好處,外層吃下去牛肉味濃,片片焦香,再咬一口便是呈粉紅色半熟鮮嫰的肉質。咸豬手賣相和口感也不錯,皮脆肉香,小妹吃完再encore!最後就是女孩子大愛的甜品環節!甜品吧裡每款都十分精緻,惹人垂涎。最喜歡這自助Pancake機,一按掣便會在機器內造出一件件香脆的班戟。還可以自行加入多款配料,朱古力醬、焦糖、士多啤梨醬等,toppings提供棉花糖、朱古力脆脆、色彩繽粉的朱古力粒等!另外還品嚐了葡式蛋撻、Apple Crumble,質素也不俗。餐廳還提供自助飲品吧,吃過一頓豐富的晚餐後,以一杯香濃的咖啡劃上完美的句號!位於銅鑼灣與天后之間的協奏坊Sonata,訂座時本以為地點會有點偏僻,原來在禮頓道步行過去也不到5分鐘。這個價位可以於銅鑼灣區享用自助餐,確實超值!…Read More

早前跟朋友來過這裡一趟,感覺不錯!決定再帶媽媽來一起果Jam秋意漸涼,店員安排了我們坐在室外有蓋位置,加上背後一幅綠悠悠的人造草牆壁,甚是寫意。先點了一壺二人份的特調果醬綠茶 ($65/2人),有多款果醬可以選擇,全都是自家手製,份外窩心。我們選了桂花雪梨,配上暖暖的綠茶清雅舒喉!而且店員還放下了一個沙漏,細沙漏完了才好把綠茶倒出來啊!蟹肉沙律配芒果油醋汁 ($58/份)先來一份清新沙律!醬汁內加入了芒果味果醬,略為偏甜。沙律菜新鮮爽口,蟹肉份量也不少,唯蟹味普通。玫瑰蘋果醬單骨雞翼 ($38/份)女孩子最愛吃單骨雞翼,貪其一口一啖,不會失儀。廚師先把雞翼醃製,再沾上粉漿炸透,最後加入自家製玫瑰蘋果醬。不過果醬似乎添得略為重手,脆粉都沾得過濕了。然而份量搭夠,$38有6件,簡直是超值!黑松露野菌意大利燴飯 ($88/份)推介!Risotto煮得恰到好處,不會太硬,口感夠黏彈卻不糊口。松露醬份量亦恰當,野菌夠濃味又爽口,加上略有「拉芝感」的芝士,水準之作!法式焦糖焗蛋 ($38/份)最後點了一份Creme Brulee和媽媽一起分享,這份Creme Brulee能造到蛋香軟滑,面頭的焦糖似乎也加入了其自家製的果醬,甚有心思!唯焦糖太多,不夠薄脆。一頓晚飯約$300便可品嚐到沙律﹑小吃﹑主菜﹑甜品,還有花茶,在尖沙咀區來說CP值甚高!加上店內環境舒適,是個鬧市中的清新悠閒好地方…Read More

跟朋友瘋狂SHOPPING了幾小時,想在沙田市中心找間咖啡店或甜品店歇腳並不容易,朋友介紹了這間甜入心!原來椰皇一向是Signature,但小妹更大愛這裡的松露雪糕!黑松露吐司粒粒山 (黑松露雪糕、焗吐司山、焦糖醬)  $55Baked Toast Hill with Perigord Truffle Ice Cream & Caramel Sauce 賣相吸引,一粒一粒的香脆吐司叠成「粒粒山」,雪糕球和吐司面頭先淋上焦糖醬,再灑上細碎的玫瑰花瓣,頂頭配上一片青綠色的薄荷葉!相機先食~黑松露雪糕是店主自家手製的,小妹也是第一次品嚐!入口已是一啖啖松露香,奶味平衡,雪糕幼滑。而且吐司烤焗的時間得宜,香脆可口,加上少許煉奶再沾一啖松露雪糕,口感與味道一流!黑松露撻   $32Perigord Truffle Tart 品嚐完甜的松露滋味,再嚐嚐咸點!雜菌加入黑松露醬炒香,松露醬絕不吝嗇!撻皮也夠薄夠脆!值得encore~焦糖布甸椰皇子 (凍)     $42Caramel Pudding & Coconut Pudding (Cold) 原來椰皇子內裡的椰子汁已抽取出來造成椰青啫喱,再放回椰皇子裡頭,非常清甜爽口!再放入焦糖布甸,並加入椰奶!布甸也是出色之作,雞蛋與焦糖香兼備,有如在日本甜品店吃到的風味!桃寶燕窩椰皇子 (凍)     $48Swallow’s Nest Coconut Pudding (Cold) 朋友選了桃寶燕窩,準要養養顏、滋潤一下!底層也是注入了爽口清甜的椰青啫喱,左面透明白色的是燕窩,右面略呈黃色的是桃寶。原來桃寶可以降脂啊~又有豐富的骨膠原,姊姐們要試試!這間小店用心製作,可惜點餐後製作需時,假日下午茶時間到訪,某些甜品可能要待20分鐘才能出品。…Read More

大愛居酒屋!餃餃餃子就是有這種風格,一進門就是bar枱位置,可以看著師傅泡製美饌,是一大樂事!然而,要吃得豐足、吃得飽,似乎都要多點幾款餃子Chao Chao餃子 $22/8件Chao Chao餃子皮薄肉香,師傅把餃子底部略煎,香脆可口!不過可能因為餃子皮太薄,8件餃子黏在一起,難以分成一件一件,使勁一拉皮就撕開,餡料也走出來了。而且Chao Chao餃子真的是mini版,8件的份量略少,想吃得飽最少也要order 16件呢!醬汁方面,備有經典餃子醬汁以及另一款特色味噌醬汁!吃慣了帶酸醋味的經典餃子醬汁,可以一嚐偏甜的味噌醬汁。明太子薯仔餃子棒 $48/3件沒有「爆籽」的感覺,但幸而味道適中。微辣的明太子配淡淡的薯仔粒,惹味有趣!餃子皮同樣夠薄,是此餃子店的一大賣點!活乳酸燒酎梳打 $36/杯來到居酒屋怎能不點杯燒酎?!這杯燒酎梳打酒味偏淡,相比在日本喝的highball完全不能並談,適合酒量較淺的客人。店內還有鰻魚飯、咖哩飯、烏冬等供應,要果腹的話,可以嚐嚐!…Read More
