喺中環返左好多年工,最近一年先搬離此地,但依然掛住呢區既美食。話說中環美食選擇多,但價碼同地價成正比,要搵到CP值高既餐廳並唔易。近日同女友返來行下,發覺X華條街多左間幾有趣既茶餐廳。近年好多茶餐廳都愈來愈注重裝潢,但好多食物水準一般,好多都係得個樣!但呢間就完全唔同,係從內涵上convince到我。呢間野既舖位以前係一家佔地3層既餐廳酒吧,冇做後原址全部變成呢間茶餐廳,所以淨係講面積都大過人。懷舊得過份既裝修好似帶我返去80、90年代黃金時期既香港,倍感親切;更值得表揚既係連餐牌上所有食物都彷彿時光倒流咁,我可以食返果陣時周街都係、但依家近乎沒落既鼓油西餐。經典之一係果時好興既鐵板牛扒餐——女友叫左一份香煎西冷扒5成熟,厚切既西冷用鐵板上,Waiter會喺你面前淋黑椒汁,即時煙冒瀰漫,塊扒腍得來質感很好,濃郁既肉汁非常入到塊牛扒,肉香亦不俗,絕對高質過以前既扒X之王,薯條係用舊酒樓食到既扭紋粗薯條,炸得香脆可口。整體對得住個價錢。另一經典係小弟叫既肉絲炒面,同樣係用鐵板上!面餅炸到脆一脆,正!令我驚喜既係啲銀芽全部都搣得乾淨,呢點好多高級餐廳都做唔到。肉絲、冬菇、韮王等材料都好傳統,如果有芥辣醬就Perfect。要講懷舊,呢度既飲品更有Feel。我試下嗌左杯「薄荷朱古力」相信依家好少地方有得飲。睇賣相已非常IGable,飲啖真係不得了,平時唔係太好薄荷既我都覺得好飲,兩種帶苦既野沖出來既飲品,竟然完全唔苦,而係衍生出另一種甜。從來唔知薄荷同朱古力可以咁水乳交融!…Read More

如果你問我太平館餐廳水準係咪好L高?我可以寫包單話唔係。但係!我覺得所有食過瑞士雞翼但未去過太平館既人,一定至少要黎一次。原因好簡單,因為呢度既瑞士雞翼,唔只係一個標竿咁簡單,而係真正發明瑞士雞翼既原創者。為左呢樣野,我帶女友黎左尖咀分店。呢度既裝修好懷舊。我唔知屬於邊個年代,但原來孫中山先生當年都係捧場客,大家應該略知一二。兩人每人嗌左個SET,一個係瑞士雞翼+海龍皇湯+焗豬扒飯+甜品餐飲;另一個係焗蟹蓋+煙槍魚籽蝦仁炒飯+羅宋湯+甜品餐飲。逐樣講下︰海龍皇湯賣相一般啦,但聞落係好香既,湯質地唔會好稀,裡面有蝦同魚肉,飲落係有鮮味但唔算太出色,唔會咸亦唔覺有味精。合格但唔高分。羅宋湯反而幾好。當然佢都係用茄膏,但飲落甜、酸同辣既平衡算係適中,一定比大部分茶餐廳好飲,菜同甘荀都煲到好淋,不過就唔見任何肉。跟住兩個飯,SORRY,係全晚既污點。首先講焗豬扒飯。豬扒係炸過既,粉漿幾貼唔厚,肉質淋唔會好柴唔會乾,但略嫌切得太薄,即使本身JUICY咬落都唔太有口感,上面淋左一層整得唔差既燒汁。如果唔計啲飯會幾高分,但啲飯真係幾大問題!第一,根本唔似炒過,冇蛋香亦幾乎搵唔到蛋既縱影;第二質地上實在太淋身,甚至可以話有啲碎,再加上焗朱最緊要既一樣野,就係唔應該用兜上而係用碟上。佢當然冇做到,所以本身唔挺身既飯俾上面啲汁整到更淋。另一碟煙槍魚籽蝦仁炒飯更失望。同樣一個問題就係啲飯,話明係炒飯都係淋過林青霞,加上煙槍魚籽同蝦仁都係淡味既,所以呢碟野係食得有啲辛苦。所以建議黎到唔好嗌飯類。不過咁,有彃亦有讚既。個蟹蓋整得相當精緻,入面釀左既蟹肉估計有兩隻蟹以上,而且鮮味非常突出,就咁食已經好正,點埋少少李派林喼汁,又係另一種風味!蟹蓋上碟時係熱辣辣既,足足十五分鐘食完都仲係暖既。最後上碟既招牌,瑞士雞翼絕對係全晚高潮。可以話輕鬆KO出面任何食到既瑞士雞翼!鹵水雞全翼色澤好靚,肉質非常之淋非常JUICY。個瑞士汁——我當然唔知個配方——但真係好L正。微甜得來可以有幾個層次,同死甜完全唔同,有種難以形容既特別風味,最特別既係,竟然食到有陣香濃既咖啡味!當你咬開隻翼再隊落個汁度,即食,個種感覺太滿足了!重點係,第度係永遠食唔到!…Read More

係旺角行街既時候見到間類似道頓堀既餐廳,望落同道頓堀價錢差不多,而且又唔洗排隊,所以就入左去試下。原來呢度得豚肉燒同特盛海鮮大阪燒係可以自己DIY,有別於道頓堀咁多選擇。最後揀左特盛海鮮大阪燒係同廣島燒,一個自己整,一個廚師整,諗住自己整得唔好食都可以食廚師整果款。咁係等緊既同時,當然係要睇下點煮啦,點知原來一個大阪燒要整成12分鐘,會唔會耐左少少。整緊既時候發現個火應該無道頓堀咁大,所以整既時間會比較長。原本諗住可能係怕d人唔識整會好容易整燶,點知原來廚師整果個一樣要咁耐,真係好無奈。不過呢度好就好在無限時,無咁大壓力。食物方面由於都係自己整既,都無咩好評價。…Read More

每年聖誕佳節老闆都會請一眾同事食飯,今年亦唔例外。唯一唔同既係今次係食私房菜,成間餐廳得自己一枱,想玩到幾盡興都得。雖然餐廳唔大,但勝在地方整齊企理。香煎金蠔蠔既表面呈現金黃色,真係煎得好靚。蠔身非常肥美,而且蠔味非常重,非常新鮮。XO醬蘿蔔糕煮蟹我都係第一次食XO醬煮蟹,但意外地好好食。首先隻蟹係好新鮮,蟹夠新鮮其實都已經贏左一半,食落去啖啖蟹肉既感覺真係好正。XO醬又辣辣地刺激到你既食欲,同時令隻蟹更惹味。蘿蔔糕完全索晒XO醬同蟹既鮮味,令人食到完全停唔到口。黑松露滑蛋大蝦球滑蛋媲美d有名氣既冰室, 滑蛋入口滑溜,有微微既黑松露香氣,但又無喧賓奪主。蝦球有半個拳頭咁大,肉身爽口彈牙。古法炆羊腩羊腩炆到好淋好入味,但因爲前面已經食到好飽,所以都無乜點食。但不得不提既係d竹笙同冬菇,索晒湯底同羊腩既味,就算飽都忍唔住要食多2舊。桂花蜜脆麻花同事話呢個係好傳統既甜品,可能我太後生,所以未見過,哈哈。麻花非常脆,但要靠桂花蜜先有味道,個人覺得係個幾得意既甜品。其實觀塘工廈識搵真係有好多好野食,呢間亦係其中一間令我好驚喜既餐廳。…Read More

講都冇人信 我第一次食樂天皇朝 之前好HIT所以一直好多人,身邊又唔多人推薦,諗住隨緣啦。點知呢日來到青衣分店,依然見到好多人。 奇怪既係我地一埋去竟然即刻有位,雖然坐門口附近,仲話限時個半鐘交枱,但都冇所謂啦!首先,想讚下枱上一早已擺放果碟花生,真係10級正,雖然唔知咩汁,但非常非常入味!呢度既招牌 - 8色小籠包 真係久抑大名8款唔同味 原來有食用次序指引架!我地2人每人試4款,我試左人參、黑松露、芝士同麻辣。其實唔同顏色小籠包個皮、餡既肉味道都一樣,只係裡面湯汁唔同喇!皮方面係厚度適中,口感Q彈,但8隻裡而其中兩隻有出現滲漏,一半湯汁就咁付之流水餡肉係好食既,有肉味又滑,唔會有任何雜質。湯汁方面全部都水準以上,清甜不油膩,我覺得「人參」同「黑松露」係比較出色既,前者人參味相當突出又夾到個餡;黑松露味道濃郁,都係非常好食既。芝士係最冇味既,麻辣亦係0%麻又唔辣,合格咁啦。建議每一個小籠包都再加埋醋一齊食,會更帶出本身味道。至於佢個次序,個人覺得唔駛跟。芝麻青瓜油墨菜一向鐘意食油墨菜,但未試過生食!呢碟幾特別既,包左塊青瓜,咬落清新脆卜卜咁,不過要點好多芝麻醬,會更好食。佢仲有一個好重要功用,就係解辣!酸辣湯又係我至愛,但個人覺得佢既酸辣湯本身醋味比較重左,冚左其他味道了,除左辣味外!裡面既料係高質既,木耳脆,豆腐有質感又掛湯,但小心呢個湯係相當辣架,唔食得辣唔好叫。紅油鮮蝦抄手相當高質,辣而香,蒜味、辣味平衡,蝦肉新鮮爽脆既,係上碟時唔夠熱,要快食。最後耍講下黃魚煨面,亦係呢度招牌之一。湯汁好濃夾雜黃魚味,但面條林好索湯,又係要快食。魚塊一咬落去魚味超級濃,係黃魚好獨特既味,鐘意既人會瘋狂愛上,但我個人覺得有點腥 (本身唔LIKE蒸魚)。個人認為呢間係幾高汁既  菜色選擇多 有辣有唔辣  無咩伏既食物  而且好適合一家大細來但收費也不便宜 花生茶位都同你計 …Read More

因為我地6:30就黎到,所以唔駛排隊就有位,仲要係卡位!餐牌上既選擇唔多,基本上ABCDEFGH餐,除左一羊一魚,全部都係牛,唔同位置唔同煮法咁解。我地揀左SET D 吉列炸牛扒,員工幾好禮貌咁介紹唔同位置牛肉有咩特質,咁我地揀既其實係來自板腱牛扒,係肉質比較軟腍既位置。賣相絕對整齊靚仔,同MENU幾乎冇違和感。上餐時爐上已奉上一片牛油,個火來自底下既蠟燭,火力不算太猛,但燒牛就剛好。牛切得厚度適中,每件牛只需一分半至兩分鐘已達8成熟,咬落外面吉列還有少少脆,肉質頗為軟腍既,牛味亦算濃郁而且不油膩,不過間中有一兩件筋比較多,想食得輕鬆啲可以叫澳洲穀飼牛。份量黎講,唔算好大份但夠一般人食啦。個SET 仲包左一碗飯,撤滿芝麻同埋類似七味粉的東西,齋食都不會怕乏味(有點咸);一碗有柚子味既沙律同一碗麻醬豆腐,兩樣都合格既。另外我地嗌左一客紫菜粉薯條,啱啱炸起既,脆得來亦有薯味,正過「牡丹樓」,紫菜粉更係大大加分。利申:我大部分時間吾食牛,但一個月會俾自己一個quota,甘呢個quota都俾得抵既。]]]…Read More

今日温完書近9點. 想casual食個車仔面, 來到登龍街經常幫襯果間, 點知竟然甘晏都要排隊🙄呢世人最憎排隊, 尤其一個人食野更加吾會有耐性, 索性沿街走到尾, 差不多每間食店外都有人龍😤, 直至見到呢間連名都吾識讀既拉麵店, 冇人在外面等店內亦吾爆滿即刻入去坐.可能太肚餓冇乜意識到吾爆滿既原因, 當我睇到餐牌就明曬. 一碗鹽味拉麵講到明得一塊叉燒, 索價百一, 未計加一. 好, 既然入左黎就不如食豪啲, 於是嗌左碗鹽味叉燒拉麵. 首先要講有樣野吾太好. 就係bar台居多. 坐得較逼. 可能店舖都有九成滿, 見人手(開放式kitchen)又吾多, 碗面都等左15分鐘先上菜.不過, 論質素又抵返既. 凈係個擺盤都elegant過人, 湯頭味道非常特別, 鹽味濃郁但又吾厚身(後來先知混合左沖繩海鹽同蒙古岩鹽), 最令我印象深刻係一陣細膩而subtle既黑松露香, 伴隨碎洋蔥粒同一小撮辣醬, 仲有些微類似九層塔既味道加上清新既lemon味, 整體味道細膩豐富, 好符合日本個性.麵質方面, 冇得揀粗幼軟硬, 個人認為硬度適中, 再硬少少同幼啲更合囗味. 至於叉燒, 係我覺得最吾抵之物. 應該係肩胛肉, 韌度頗高, 鐘意既人覺得有囗感, 但我比較喜歡酥軟質地. 仲要我尊登揀左多叉燒版本🤦🏻. 總括而言, 呢間米芝蓮一星🌟拉麵可以一試既(呢條街有吾少拉麵舖, 我幾乎都幫襯過, 食物質素呢間可以排no.1或2既), 拉麵控或者自認哈日族就應該去拜訪下既, 建議吾好係糧尾果期去🤣 …Read More
