夜麻麻先黎食晚餐,打開app見到有間「小豬媽」,平時我叫開新鋪頭既外賣,都會慣性開open rice 睇下啲食評先,一開open rice,竟然寫佢收左工,但係app有得叫喎,就打個電話問清楚先,原來「小豬媽」係收凌晨2點架,希望open rice 快啲改番個營業時間,唔係會好多人都錯過左依間小店🥹一共叫左7樣野:-小豬媽炸醬麵原諒我撈到佢亂哂🤣一黎到個麵好靚架,仲好多料,但係太肚餓食緊先記得影相,搞到啲料係哂個底度,叫外賣麵最怕係啲麵會焗到淋哂,但係佢依隻麵仲保持到彈牙,肉碎好冧好入味,個面有啲蒜茸,撈埋一齊仲勁香口!!-小豬媽手工煎餃我叫左椰菜粟米豬肉餃,睇相可以睇到佢好足料,但係睇唔到佢咬開個一下既爆汁!我一打開見佢啲餃係炸既,仲心諗一定會炸到乾哂🥲點知有驚喜!勁多汁,個餡仲好入味,佢一份有十隻,我食左6隻已經飽飽地🤣🤣佢仲有跟左個餃子汁,一樣咁出色!個餃子點左佢即刻開胃左,佢個汁係辣椒油同醋整既,但係提鮮得黎又唔會過咸過辣!個味調得岩岩好!一定要試-拍青瓜,涼拌蓮藕,無骨鳳爪全部我都要左小辣拍青瓜我鐘意佢會清左個青瓜囊,因為唔清既話就會係咁出水而拎到碟青瓜冇哂味,佢清左就可以保持到青瓜既清爽!蓮藕都好好食,但係就係普通涼拌蓮藕,係好食既,不過冇咩特別點可以講🤣無骨鳳爪,佢個簡介係寫酸酸甜甜小小辣辣完全冇錯,佢個酸甜係食左會開胃既酸,好正,一份都唔小,唯一美中不足就係可能白蘿蔔未當造,食落有啲苦-腐竹雞蛋糖水最欣賞係佢小甜仲要好足料!宜家好小食到腐竹雞蛋係有白果🥹腐竹,薏米,白果,雞蛋有齊哂真係好開心,又好好味-茶葉蛋睇個顏色好深色,可惜唔入味🥹唯一一樣唔推薦既野食🤣可惜我一個月先番娘家一次🥹🥹唔係我應該會成日叫,夏天係食麵,涼拌,餃子,糖水既日子,依間「小豬媽」正正滿足哂我既要求🤣🤣…Read More

唔叫佢地既燒鵝就唔會上菜?

22-03-2023我地一行8人去屯門三聖村「南記海鮮飯店」朋友早啲去附近街市買定海鮮,拎黎南記安排點煮,到5點半左右等齊人,就叫侍應可以安排上菜,等到6點15分,都未有菜上,就問其中一位四眼叔叔,點解仲未上,我地一共追左2次,2次四眼叔叔都話:「肚餓啊?點解唔叫隻燒鵝食啊?」我地懷疑因為我地冇叫到南記入邊既餸同埋燒鵝,就專登遲遲唔上菜,因為我地5點半叫上菜,佢地鋪頭既客人連一半都冇,係都要拖到最後先幫我地上菜,去到7點,我朋友忍唔住再問四眼叔叔,我地等左成個幾鐘,湯都未見到有得飲喎,跟著15分鐘之後啲海鮮就好快咁上哂!第一道菜-「脆皮芝士焗龍蝦」不愧係招牌菜,真係好好食!個芝士醬唔會好濃味而搶左龍蝦既鮮味龍蝦焗得岩岩好,唔會過火,真心好食第2道菜-「椒鹽瀨尿蝦」我地懷疑南記用我地既新鮮瀨尿蝦,換左去比人地,因為我地買海鮮個度係識人,逐隻新鮮識跳既簡黎買,但黎到8隻入邊有2隻係梅架啲肉,同佢地職員反映,就話係我地啲蝦黎,我地拎黎唔關佢地事!第3道菜-「西芹炒花尾躉腩」依道菜煮得好好,肉冇過火,但味道偏淡第4道菜-「炆花尾躉骨腩」依個炆得好好食!好夠味但唔會過咸,不過一定要親熱食,凍左食就覺得好油🤣第5道菜-「鹽焗花螺」我地又懷疑佢地換左我地既花螺🫠因為我地簡既時候係一大袋,仲要粒粒都好平均好大隻,但黎到既時候變左做一兜仔用錫紙裝住,仲要啲螺放得好有技巧,大粒係面,底下個啲全部細細粒,咁樣幾好食都假啦,同侍應講又係一句:「你地帶黎既海鮮,我地唔清楚」第6道菜-「粉絲蒸消失的元貝」我地買海鮮個陣,人地寫係「特大蘇格蘭元貝」點都冇諗過送到上黎,睇唔到粒元貝係邊🤣我個人認為佢處理海鮮既時候,可以問下客人啲裙邊要唔要,我真係第一次見到會掉左我啲裙邊既鋪頭,仲要蒸到過哂火,有2個朋友牙口唔好,食唔到🫠後尾問番做凍肉批發既朋友,佢懷疑間鋪會唔會用急凍帶子換左我地新鮮既,因為急凍係有連殼帶子買,正正就係冇裙邊既第7道菜-「鹽焗重皮蟹」我第一次食重皮蟹,賣海鮮個姨姨叫我地一定要食埋個皮,真係冇得彈!好好食~第8道菜-「滾豆腐蜆肉魚骨湯」啲蜆係買海鮮既姨姨送既,但係佢送得太多🤣成5斤,個湯埋單要3舊水🤣蜆太多,變相個湯好咸,如果淡番小小其實好好味😋總結:「南記海鮮飯店」其實煮出黎既野係好食,不過加工費偏貴,不過係咪真係會發生我地懷疑既情況,我諗就見人見智喇,因為我地唔係搭朋友訂檯,我朋友就話以前托人訂檯,係冇發生過我地懷疑既情況,更加唔會等成個幾鐘先上菜,同逼人食燒鵝🤣🤣至於服務-啲服務員全部都愛理不理咁,全部都係「做就36唔做36」既態度,其實都幾無奈…Read More

話說生完bb之後就做左全職媽媽,逢星期日老公放假就會帶我地出省城,今日我地黎左荃灣行街,去到晚飯時間,老公就提議我地食一年前黎食過既「寶田源素食餐廳」一入到去,職員見到我地有bb車,即刻好主動咁安排座位比我地,又聊我個仔玩,我地叫左個「純素2人餐」套餐頭盤有:-芒果藜麥牛油果沙律沙律醬汁係醋汁,我鐘意佢落得唔算多,岩岩好啲料全部都有汁但唔會太多,芒果同車厘茄都好甜!-餐湯(今日係紅菜頭湯)我同老公都覺得今日個湯淡左啲不過個湯好夠熱!唔係暖既主菜「4選2」我地要左:-新鮮猴頭菇配薯菜第一次係新鮮既猴頭菇,平時煲湯掂都唔會掂,因為食唔到,但係原來新鮮既係好好食架,佢索哂啲汁,一咬落去啲汁湧哂出黎,正~薯菜就係炸薯條同啲西蘭花紅蘿蔔同黃,紅椒薯條脆身一啲都唔冧,啲菜我冇食,比左bb同老公食,見佢地食完又食,就知好味喇-燒菠蘿芝士素扒漢堡一黎到我同老公一齊嘩左一齊,好靚啊個擺盤老公切左一半比我,一咬落去啲菠蘿汁咇哂出黎,最好係一啲都唔酸,個包係熱辣辣,同埋好脆,應該係即時焗脆番,我老公好鐘意食佢個包,話佢外脆內軟好好味喎小食「4選2」我地要左:-香草玉醬焗大啡菇雜菜大啡菇有半個,跟著下邊分別係啲番茄,脆肉瓜,茄子,佢個醬食落佢好似肉醬意粉啲肉醬咁,連埋啲菇同菜一齊食都好夾,而且啲菜煎到好多汁,唔會話好乾-寶田源特色串燒依個串燒我一年之前食過,到宜家都仲念念不忘!因為佢個汁好好食啊!佢係沙嗲醬黎,仲要係好濃個隻,我地係拆左條串燒,逐舊餸點啲醬黎食,最好笑係我老公咬左一啖「串燒肉」就即刻吐出黎,同我講係肉黎架,我笑到收唔到聲,我記得我地第一次食個陣都一樣好懷疑,點解啲串燒可以整到好似食緊肉咁?甜品我地加左$38-「綠茶牛油果蛋糕」我諗個名係差唔多咁,原本我老公仲話唔夠飽,點知食埋個蛋糕就飽到要抖陣,我都唔識形容個蛋糕,佢唔係啲好鬆化既蛋糕,似係餅底咁,不過就實小小,但係夾埋佢中間個醬又出奇地夾,食完一啖又一啖,而且佢唔會好甜,用黎做結尾真係好好。最後餐茶係-桂花茶,一黎到好香既桂花味,我地仲以為係餐廳送既,因為多數啲花茶都要錢,但佢地用黎做餐茶真係好好,飲完個肚仔暖住咁走。今晚依餐我地食得好開心,而且店員好細心,知我地有bb車,有客黎都冇要我地拆檯,又會同bb傾計,又會問我地啲野好唔好食,我見之前既食評話佢地既服務唔係咁好,我諗佢地已經改善左喇,所有野佢地都好主動,我諗我地好快會再黎第3次…Read More

自從大家畢左業後,要約得齊人食飯都變左一件難事,由最初成日見,慢慢變到一個月,幾個月,半年,到宜家一年先見到一次,雖然耐冇見,但友情依舊不變以前聚會約親都係食放題,打邊爐依啲任食既餐廳,貪佢咩都有得食,直至有朋友頂唔順,提議今餐轉轉口味,轉到黎食「大都烤鴨」「大都烤鴨」(半隻)-一坐低就即刻叫左個招牌先,叫完過左一陣,就有個廚師走埋黎拎住隻鴨同你講,一陣就係切依隻鴨既一半比我地食,鴨片得夠大塊,我地5個人,一人都食到兩塊左右,配料可以比多小小,太小配料搞到要就住就住咁夾,因為師傅片鴨既時候會片埋啲肥膏走,所以食落一啲都唔油,連埋配料一齊食會覺得好爽脆「野菌炒鴨絲」-野菌夠入味,唔會過咸,可惜鴨絲太小,食到最後直頭搵唔到鴨絲既蹤影「醉雞」-聞落去好香酒味,以為咁重酒味食落口會好苦,但係食落又唔苦,雞肉夠嫩滑,好味。「小籠包」-每次食小籠包都一定要好小心,個皮一穿左就大件事,小籠包皮夠薄,汁略小,不過汁同肉都好鮮甜「松子魚」-唔知魚係咪炸定呢?叫完好快送到上檯,可惜魚肉一啲都唔脆,浪費左啲汁,汁甜酸度岩岩好而且汁夠多,舊舊魚肉都充滿哂甜酸汁,用黎送飯食一流「黃金蝦仁炒飯」-一送上檯就聞到好香,個飯用咸蛋黎炒,好惹味,連埋放係上邊既木魚一齊食,成個飯變到好香口,真係可以食十碗「貝勒燕蕃薯」-食甜品既時候,大家都比佢張圖片吸引住,我地諗住應該好似食反沙芋咁,送到上黎係超級熱,而且唔會太甜,上邊啲糖唔會庶到蕃薯既甜味,好想食完一舊到一舊👍🏻…Read More
