PAMPAS 屹立於SOHO for 20+years.不嬲賣點都係野食大件好食情調好,適合情侶💑 裝潢唔浮誇,古典主義,夠浪漫💕牆上既裝飾令餐廳更具風格坐低之後店員會點一個小蠟燭,令用餐更有情調,個人都會relax好多,大約可以維持半個鐘左右,記得熄左之後叫店員點番設有沙律吧,可選一道自選沙律做前菜沙律好大碗,覺得唔係二人份而係三人份,食主菜前食一食疏菜幫助消化之如又可以用黎送下酒傾陣計先前菜點左兩種味道既芝士,巴馬臣芝士同埋阿根廷山羊芝士。配上兩種味道既火腿,伊比利亞火腿同布宜諾斯艾利斯入口既火腿,用黎送法包一流,份量非常多,如果食唔晒就留肚食主菜,特別一提芝士送白酒真係好正如果細心d可以留意到碟上有少量牛油果醬,可以送火腿,食完覺得膩口就食檻欖同車厘茄中和番主菜係250 g 既sirloin. $268牛扒外脆內軟,表皮有炭燒味,咬落去肉汁同牛肉溶為一体,口感非常好,建議切一塊牛扒再點上店特制既醬汁,食完牛扒之後再食配菜,甘就唔怕牛扒變冷,配菜用薯仔切片再加醬汁煮,口感有點似意大利麵,好似食緊分子料理甘!介紹一下呢個醬汁,第一種是店秘制醬汁,用黑椒紅椒黃椒+阿根庭檻欖油混合而成。味道係酸帶點咸,非常開胃,第二係茄汁,第三係千島醬,估唔到一個set都可以用上三種醬汁去骨烤雞配creamy spring onion +薯片$228比較牛扒無甘heavy , 呢個醬汁比店秘制醬汁仲要好食!所以極力推薦,建議一啖雞扒一啖薯片甘食, 中和番個醬汁,中意食薯片既朋友一定要試,因為薯片不同市面上的薯片帶有調味制,食落去可以嘗到薯仔真正既味道,比一般薯片厚,只能話整道菜都好有心思,值得一讚建議在雞扒上面加上少少秘制醬汁紅酒白酒亦都係上等貨色總結,會回頭!原因:野食好大份,叫1 道前菜已好夠兩個人分 。比市價平,扒無筋夠嫩。環境方面情調夠。服務方面,店員好好客,如果唔明可以問店員,佢地會慢慢介紹,非常Nice! …Read More

星期日原本諗住同男朋友返大陸行街食嘢,點知朝早滂沱大雨,打亂咗我地嘅計劃,無奈唯有留返係香港啦😖好耐都無試過放假好天啦!!!點知下晝竟然停晒雨仲要好好陽光☀️我地就決定唔好留係屋企,去附近行下睇下有咩好食。行到去沙咀道近馬會對面轉角見到有一間「雲家小鍋米線」,聞到好香嘅酸味由於我地成日食某間連鎖米線,都食到開始有啲悶,所以就決定入去試下。入面環境企理乾淨,仲見到有電視同有免費WIFI提供,真係食嘢都唔怕悶啊!一坐低已經有姐姐好好禮貌咁招呼我地。食物方面選擇都唔少,主要有米線同埋特色小食,另外比較特別嘅仲有串燒,因為一般米線舖好少有串燒食。米線方面,餸菜選擇多,口味可揀酸辣或麻辣,可以揀米線或紅薯粉。最後我叫咗個腩肉炸醬雲耳酸辣米線,而男朋友就揀咗個螺旋草金錢肚金菇麻辣紅薯粉。特色小食樣樣都好吸引,我地就叫咗兩款店長推介嘅涼拌墨魚頭同蒜泥白肉,而串燒因為怕食唔哂,所以今次就無叫到呀。落咗單唔駛等好耐已經上菜啦,嘢食份量都好多啊,而且香味撲鼻,即刻食欲大增啊🤤腩肉炸醬雲耳酸辣米線🍜首先酸辣湯底好啱我胃口,唔會太淡味或太過酸,而今次我揀咗小辣,所以唔係太辣,鍾意食辣嘅朋友可以揀高啲嘅辣度。腩肉入味唔咸,而炸醬因為佢地係將油份完全炒乾,所以食落唔覺油膩,不過炸醬偏咸少少,雲耳就好爽口。螺旋草金錢肚金菇麻辣紅薯粉🍜呢碗紅薯粉嘅餸菜都比較特別,因為一般米線舖都好似無呢兩隻餸揀:螺旋草就似淋身嘅海帶,而且感覺健康,可以一解米線嘅滯膩感覺,而平時係酒樓食得多嘅金錢肚今次加入米線亦覺驚喜,唔韌之餘又彈牙,金菇亦都爽口好味。而呢個麻辣湯底,我同男朋友一致認為唔會好搶,辣得嚟又唔會令到條脷或個咀痺哂,搞到之後食其他嘢都好似冇味,或者要狂灌飲品,整體味道都非常唔錯。涼拌墨魚頭🐙好爽口,一啲都唔似香口膠咁趙唔爛,另外有大量蒜泥舖面,鍾意蒜味嘅朋友一定會愛上,而且可以點黑醋食用十分醒胃。蒜泥白肉🥓一睇就覺得份量好多,蒜味又超重,肉都唔會鞋口,而且調製嘅醬汁好香口,令人食完一塊接一塊。整體嚟講雲家小鍋米線嘅食物味道水準不俗,而且份量夠大,食完真係要捧住個肚走,而且選擇多之餘價錢又合理。👍👍👍另外,值得一提有款飲品:菊花蜜,味道清新又唔會過甜,好飲又解辣。總括而言,如果鍾意食辣嘅朋友,「雲家小鍋米線」絕對可以一試,而好食得辣嘅,一定要挑戰埋雲家嘅麻辣勁辣呢個辣度啊🔥🔥…Read More

四色芝士薄餅一定要試!

平時少去圓方,咁岩今日過黎呢面做野,就順便試下呢間久仰大名嘅餐廳。呢度係用電子點餐,屏幕清楚顯示不同分類,方便客人點餐。款式比較多,我都用做一陣時間先落完單。第一碟上檯嘅係雞絲素菜米紙卷配水牛城辣汁。個素菜米紙卷相當薄,相比係越南餐廳嘅米卷清,一D都唔油膩,少少地開胃幾好。緊接係炸軟蟹殼沙律。入面有番茄仔同芒果,仲有柚子醬,非常fresh但又唔會無味。然後就到我嘅大愛:四色芝士薄餅!!叫得芝士就預左膩,但反而食落無想像中誇張,有微微嘅芝士酸味,好似食緊Yogurt咁。而且好大份,我同Friend食左4塊,剩低都要帶翻屋企。真係超級好食!主菜叫左個安格斯牛肉肉醬闊麵。一上台就聞到好香番茄味。仲有隻溫泉蛋,中和本身個醬嘅酸,食落岩岩好,闊麵比平時食開嘅較有咬口。我鍾意啊!!最後甜品叫左鎮店至寶:The Pantry’s Pancake。見到有唔少人來到都要食,而且叫得 “The Pantry's”, 相信真係唔小野。因為係即叫即整,所以要等大約15分鐘,上到檯仲係有微溫!! 食落空氣感好夠,夾埋蜜糖食甜甜地好食,怕甜就可以就咁食,有陣陣蛋香!綜括來講係好食嘅!尤其四色芝士薄餅同Pantry’s Pancake,一定會有下次!…Read More

平時食開間樓上米線今日專登落翻2層食呢間黃記煌去到仲早,所以人唔多。呢到嘅食法係食完鍋再盪食 (即係打邊爐)太肚餓坐低就即刻嗌咗個辣嘅牛氣衝天燜鍋~店員仲好細心Double Confirm 真係食得辣先好叫辣,我作為嚐辣一族梗係唔驚!D野食未到,可以先食住竹炭花生醫下肚,不過好快就有嘢食啦!先黎夫妻肺片同尖椒皮蛋,初頭只係想叫一個前菜,但見第二款半價就試埋。肺片非常爽口,而且好入味;皮蛋嘅蒜好香,加埋個油底食超正。無幾耐店員捧左個紅色嘅缸,再將入面嘅野倒落去個鍋到整熟。加埋醬汁同芫茜(正啊喂),煮多陣個牛氣衝天燜鍋就食得!食落都咪話唔辣,不過真心越辣越過癮!牛氣衝天燜鍋有牛肺片、牛柏葉、牛腱同牛肚。當中我就最鍾意食牛柏葉,D辣汁索曬入柏葉,食落啖啖都係個惹味嘅辣汁,牛肚都非常唔錯,彈牙唔痴口!食到咁上下就加湯食燙料。打邊爐點少得肥牛!我地叫左個美國安格斯頂級肥牛,食落好有牛味又唔老,仲有湯底嘅辣滲入牛肉入面;炸魚皮好脆,唔會好似一D火鍋店一早擺到淋曬先上檯;其他配料包括午餐肉,非常鬆軟、蘿蔔就入味、魚皮餃皮薄、鵝腸彈牙、手工松露墨魚丸真重黑松露味,鍾意松露就唔好錯過!仲有我最喜歡食嘅炸響鈴!擺落去兩秒即刻夾翻上來,吸曬湯底嘅精華,辣即刻Double左,所以我都忍唔住要叫野飲。野飲方面,係同許留山有合作,我叫左杯芒椰奶西。好耐無飲過,飲第一啖就聞到椰奶香,加埋粒粒西米,有得食住飲!食完真係飽到上心口,味道好惹味!不過學店員話齋,食得辣先好叫辣!…Read More

另一半鍾意食辣野,所以突登上網搵搵到呢間,趁生日帶他黎食。呢間川菜老實講唔易搵,去到海港城LCX要再行行到尾,不過坐到入黎,見到呢個維港景,行多兩步都抵。點完菜好快就有送嘅餐前酒同醋海蜇蘿蔔。餐前酒好香,有陣陣茉莉花嘅Martini,加埋酸海蜇蘿蔔幾開胃。見到好多人介紹,所以叫左呢碟敲糖棒棒雞。一層糖裝住紅油,侍應先敲破層糖,等紅油滲落下面嘅雞,食落都幾辣口,好彩有D碎糖中和返。然後係酥皮蝦濃湯。蝦湯本身好濃,初頭都怕飲得多會膩,但加埋酥皮就好好多。鍾意食粉絲,所以叫左螞蟻上樹。粉絲彈牙,相比同桌嘅其他川菜,味道相對淡D,怕太濃味食呢個可以中和下。干巴牛肉真係如其名炒得乾身。份量幾多,食落幾有孜然味,可惜我唔太好孜然,不過另一半喜歡就沒問題啦~櫻花蝦米湯豆苗。個米湯非常好飲,伴埋蝦米真心正。雞絲冷麵,侍應會係面前親自攪拌落汁。花生同芝麻味好香,凍食真係比較適合,我食呢個食到停唔到口。到最後再叫左兩個甜品。侍應推介我地食話梅水晶球。原粒食陣陣話梅味,下面嘅汁係菠蘿汁,酸酸甜甜幾正 。另外一個甜品係椰汁素燕。雖然係冬瓜黎,但食落都幾似燕窩,同椰汁好夾!最後最後再有朱古力總結,值得一提嘅係,其中一粒係辣椒味,有辣椒香但無辣味,非常新奇!…Read More

今日同朋友經過荃新天地二期,見到呢間裝修簡潔既餐廳,睇咗個Menu,價錢合理嘅日本餐廳,覺得一試無妨啦!我點左個牛油拉麵牛油係有鹽味嘅牛油,等待牛油溶化之後,湯底的層次變得更豐富。湯底味道濃郁但唔會過鹹。拉麵方面,頗為彈牙,正常水準啦。豚肉掛湯,都唔會特別薄身,性價比真係高。一道主菜係可以加一款小食,我聽店員講店內鰻魚飯都係必食。所以我就點左一個鰻魚飯。作為一款小食佢嘅飯都算係好多,鰻魚汁燒到收晒入隻鰻魚入面,可惜佢得一塊😞如果將一部份飯換做多一塊鰻魚就好了😋朋友叫左一款咖喱吉列豬扒配奄列佢將啲吉列豬扒放入口嘅時候,我聽到好似咬薯片嘅聲音。😟所以叫佢比左塊黎食雖然冇薯片咁脆, 但係係脆身的, 而且皮肉貼合, 厚薄適中。咖哩係正常日本咖喱味道, 正正常常。埋單既時侯。自己睇,  Weekend lunch 有主菜+小食+飲品, 2條友, 食到質素唔錯既日本野。真開心! 最後係餐廳D入, 企企理理乾乾淨淨, 係一個唔錯既選擇。…Read More

天氣開始變凍,經過荃灣想去食下啲小食。但行到路德圍就見到一間有日本feel嘅拉麵店。叫團日式拉麵。本人十分滿意!團日式拉麵係日本形式嘅拉麵嚟嘅,全自動點餐,快速方便。步驟1)用自動售賣機點餐,機器是入紙幣的但係可以找散子2)拎票入拉麵店,等一陣就會上菜了。3)食完之後離開便可以了。團日式拉麵係有四款拉麵可以選擇。1)櫻花蝦拉麵2)魚介拉麵3)黑蒜油拉麵4)辛味拉麵麵底方面可以選擇:1)曲麵 - 比較彈牙,口感好有質感亦掛湯2)直麵 - 幼幼地但更掛湯當日我同哥哥兩人,各點一款拉麵哥哥:櫻花蝦拉麵選擇了曲麵,湯底好濃郁,曲麵好彈牙而且掛湯!加上乾既櫻花蝦,浸湯味道更濃郁而且會有少少香辣味。叉燒係正常程度,正常水準。但糖心蛋真係一流。一咬個蛋係有好多汁液爆出黎!非常好味!我:黑蒜油拉麵糖心蛋!!!直麵。湯底夠濃,直麵雖然唔夠曲麵彈牙,但係比曲麵更加掛湯。叉燒係正常程度,正常水準。竹筍好吸湯, 好正。但糖心蛋一樣係非常之好味,所以團日式拉麵既糖心蛋咁好味應該唔係巧合。飲品方面:波子汽水,係香港比較少見既牌子,係幾好飲的。服務方面:員工效率快,有禮貌,滿帶笑容,令我地食得好舒服! …Read More

經過左黎間餐廳幾次,次次黎到都要等位..終於訂左今晚嘅位同朋友黎食。準時八點黎到,係門口見到沈震軒,佢似乎都有意食黎間,不過佢好似無訂位就走左,呢個時候已經知道呢間餐廳一定試得過。我地都好快就被安排入坐。餐廳嘅座位係一直排開,坐落其實都幾寬敞。上網見有Live Band,但可能係因為平日,所以撞唔岩時間。不過都唔緊要,最緊要野食好食。第一樣上檯嘅係跟餐嘅南瓜甘筍湯配蒜蓉包。個湯好夠滑,南瓜加上淡淡嘅清香甘筍味非常開胃,作為前菜嘅一部分真係最好不過。蒜蓉包又焗到內脆外軟,沾唔沾湯都一樣咁好味。然後到前菜嘅第二部分-三文魚凱撒沙律!一上檯第一個反應係好大份!!個廚師都好細心咁用煙三文魚拼左朵玫瑰花,超級吸睛!味道不錯,沙律醬比得好足,唔係淨係食菜咁!麵包糠都焗到卜卜脆,好味!下一道就係Dinner Set 嘅烤美國西冷牛排配薯菜。叫左Medium,塊排無咩根,食落一D都唔韌,仲好有牛味!雖然有黑椒汁、芥末同茄汁,但個人認為唔沾汁最能食到呢塊牛排嘅滋味!! 薯條都炸到熱辣辣。Very Nice~下一道係呢到嘅招牌菜 - 碳烤魷魚筒釀辣肉腸蟹肉配墨汁西米脆餅。魷魚筒飯就食得多,但釀蟹肉就真係第一次食。一切開隻魷魚,就見到入面塞滿蟹肉,食落仲要好有蟹嘅鮮味。唔好見個西米脆餅黑色好似好唔知點咁,食落好有麥香!點埋個Chili Sauce,即刻好似去左墨西哥咁哈哈!最後一碟菜式係北海道帶子煙肉菠菜香辣蒜汁扁意粉。帶子表面煎得好香,加埋個蒜汁,更突顯帶子個鮮味。望落好似好細份?咁你就錯啦!食落發現份量其實好多,好彩朋友係大胃王,而且真係幾好食,所以食下食下,就已經食曬Lu~最後嗌飲品:朋友叫左店員推介嘅Cocktail White Sangria。White Wine 溝 Rum,再加左不同嘅果汁,朋友話飲落好香菠蘿同芒果味。而我因為要揸車嘅關係,只好乖乖飲Cocktail。我嗌左杯 Peach Sour,蜜桃糖漿加蔓越莓,再有薄荷味點點小清新,所以成杯都幾Fresh!唔經唔覺就食左兩個鐘,好彩無限時姐!如果想搵間餐廳chill下食下特別野,真心可以黎試下!…Read More
