因為我地上次食過，覺得最出色真係個軟殼蟹沙律！可能係個醬或者係軟殼蟹好味，個沙律好似唔太覺好青澀，調和得Very nice！而且沙律入面隻軟殼蟹，係整隻軟殼蟹，正當我想睇清楚軟殼蟹係咩樣，佢已經被人瓜分了。。。。。芝士拉絲有很多，又怎會少了我這個？食依個要小心，因為岩岩係焗爐出黎，尤其上面既芝士，好燙口！但真心好味！西餐一般食Steak，其實是食緊塊牛既味，有d西餐好靠個醬，所以用現成罐頭湯去整，好明顯分到係金寶忌廉湯既味但依個pasta有驚喜！份量唔特別大份, 但絕非芝士有芝士味、麵有麵味、菌有菌味，而係成碟pasta呈現出融和得好好既味道！pasta索了芝士的味，菌類提供左惹味，仲有應該係用海鮮煮過既高湯！只能說，佢依碟pasta真係融合得好好，有d野真係要自己領略
