一入餐廳問個阿姐侍應取餐牌,佢話無餐牌,叫我睇下牆上的菜。我想食卤水鵝,但見唔到牆上有寫,就問佢幾錢,佢答我例牌$150,其實有少少貴,但我鍾意食,所以就叫啦!一食,覺得好咸,同埋卤水鵝點解無皮嘅?d皮去咗邊?蠔餅又係牆上無寫明的,問佢先答我$80。我去其他地方食有莞茜和胡椒粉,香好多,這裡的蠔餅,無乜特別人。我見到牆上有個炸拼盤$120,問佢咩嚟?佢話有蝦棗、蟹棗和蘿蔔糕,ok咁試下啦。我見到個阿姐在雪櫃攞了6粒東西,然後拿入廚房處理。上碟共有6粒東西,沒有賣相可言,味道都正常,但數量少,都算貴。飯後不斷問我哋食唔食甜品?我哋話唔洗,因為諗住去九龍城另一間甜品店食。好彩咋!睇返呢度食評先知呢度原來甜品要$30-40。埋單$350,可能我哋係全日最低消費額嘅客人。點菜一定要問幾錢。各位如想試下俾人劏係咩滋味,即管試下。…Read More

2012年11月份食的生日飯, $3,988 全包宴, 假日和平日同價, 我的食評如下:-(1) 乳豬皮脆,不肥,好香好好味,我一個人食了六件。(2) 熱薰可選兩樣,選了西芹蜜豆鮮螺片炒花枝和百花炸蟹蚶。西芹蜜豆鮮螺片炒花枝,螺片和花枝少得可憐,一般;蟹蚶ok, 炸法同其他酒樓不同。(3) 雞煲翅講明係足20両翅,侍應特意把整碟翅捧上枱讓我們看看才分,其實我本人不太明白點解中國人那麼喜歡食翅,其實翅本身是無味的,是加入雞就有雞味,加入火腿就有火腿味,所以我對魚翅的評價是:味道適中,碗翅放涼了會腥,可希望大家可以少d食翅,保護頻危動物。(4) 花菇扣黃肉參,花菇一般,肉參則很大條及有咬勁,好味。(5) 蒸魚有點時間剛剛好,整條被我們食清光。(6)清蒸八頭鮑魚,好大隻,但味道一般,好un,食唔晒要打包。(7) 炸子雞弄得不錯!但由於大家已吃得很飽,所以只吃了數件就要打包!(8) 松子紅米炒飯,我無食過,但看賣相應該可以。(9) 長壽雙喜伊麪,其實係乾燒伊麪囉!(10) 甜品是大壽包,壽包就內有奶黃及蓮蓉餡(均沒有咸蛋黃),有黃點的是奶黃餡,其餘是蓮蓉餡,奶黃餡和蓮蓉餡各有擁躉!(11) 生果盤有西瓜及橙。由於小朋友多,我們打包了吃剩的食物,一點也不浪費。埋單比上星期食的菜單貴大約$700,菜單大部分相同,不同的是有鮑魚及雞煲翅,我覺得上星期的菜單其實已經很不錯,真的,吃飯最緊要不是吃得貴,而是吃得開心。值得一讚:乳豬好好味,服務不錯。需要改善:西芹蜜豆鮮螺片炒花枝。…Read More

這是西日Fusion的餐廳, 食物質素真是好好, 價錢算是全上水區同類餐廳最貴, 位置太開揚, 環境扣分, 而侍應的質素就有待改善.負責帶位的Anita,又要負責落單及捧餐,餐廳入面其實已經有幾張“吉枱”而站在門外的人潮有成十多人,我不明白為何她要客人在門外白等超過十分鐘,都不安排我們入座?是否刻意要造成這個現象呢?餐廳另一敗筆是一定要超過半數人來才可安排入座,這又是什麼道理?如果這是酒樓,我都明白,因怕客人飲啖茶慢慢嘆,但這裡只是西餐廳,我們決不會慢慢嘆吧!最多吃一個小時都埋單啦!希望餐廳的管理有所改善。菜湯不及白湯好味 (每日只有一款湯或一款沙律供應, 選擇太少)雞扒夠大件飯有重忌廉味, 夠飽肚, 但好淋, 不夠煙un, 蝦仔得四粒,太少/ 太小.我之前食過忌廉三文魚意粉, 有三文魚籽的, 超有忌廉creamy味, 真係好正, 但今日餐牌沒有!可惜可惜!單單評食物質素, 這是十分好味的: value for money!但其他方面有待改善.…Read More

好味, 但未必會再來

一進入這間店,已經覺得好日本feel,似係日本人開的,而且隔離坐了兩位日本後生女仔。不過好快我已發覺她們似乎是非常不滿這間店的食物和價錢,不斷和店長用日文和英文理論!到我們點菜,我叫了咖哩豬柳飯($138),而同事就叫了炸豬扒飯($128)。店員先捧來每人一碗椰菜沙律,加了麻醬之後好好味。仲有一碗枝豆,都好甜。一邊食椰菜和枝豆,一邊留意隔離那兩位日本女仔仍然和該店長用日文和英文理論,而店長於是好不耐煩地叫她們向公司投訴,她們本想繼續理論,但店長太忙 (兩個人要招呼四枱客),兩位日本女仔見和她理論都無結果,於是無奈離開 ( 詳細可看上一篇 openrice 的英文食評,我相信這是其中一位日本女仔寫的 )。講番食物質素,我一向不太喜歡吃炸豬扒,因為我怕太熱氣,所以通常我會加咖哩汁令豬扒無咁乾!而且這間店的價錢頗貴……如果要用$150的價錢食午餐,我會選擇吃意大利菜或法國菜,可以鋸下牛扒或者食個pasta啦!等了差不多半個小時,豬扒新鮮炸好上枱!我的咖哩吉列豬柳只得兩小件,而同事的吉列豬扒卻是一大塊,那一刻我有點不快,而同事就立即主動給我試一件吉列豬扒,比較了兩種豬,結論是:我的咖哩吉列豬柳較好味!豬柳好多肉汁,好嫩好有肉味,配合咖哩汁實在天衣無縫!我第一次食到那麼好味的咖哩吉列豬柳!而且吃完之後整個下午,不但不感到口渴,而且滿口豬柳肉汁的味道,回味無窮,好滿足!這是真的,沒有吹水!而同事的吉列豬扒就相對比較乾。跟餐咖啡都可以,就是人手不夠整餐也沒有人替我們加水。我們一邊吃,對面一枱十數人有食客比我們早到還未有食物,他們正不斷摧店長呢! 埋單時發覺不是原來的價錢,問店長才知道是第二位客人有半價的 (精明的我竟然不知道,餐牌是沒有寫的!) 。我們三人行就拿最平那個餐半價,最後每人$125,好味,但有點少貴,服務有待改善。…Read More
