今日係小弟生日,老婆同我一齊去食一間好耐冇幫襯過嘅食店。喺以前舊地址時候,我都曾經去過一次,但搬咗嚟新地址之後,未曾嘗試幫襯過,因為有啲朋友話味道已經不及以前。但係今次一試,都唔係咁差啫😅今日撞正銅鑼灣有活動,所以人客減少一半,可以有一個清靜環境食下嘢,都未嘗唔係一件好事😁我同太太揀咗7:30入座,比之前5:00嗰場貴$200,因為多咗龍蝦同日本和牛。但係龍蝦唔係太有味,而和牛煎完亦覺得好「油」,反而其他嘢食,又真係幾好食。至於食咗啲乜,不作詳細介紹啦,大家有興趣就去試吓啦,佢仲好似做緊八八折🤗…Read More

話說有一日,有朋友話不如去試吓呢一間新野,所以一行四人,咪去試吓囉!去到環境佈置都唔錯,可能係夜晚關係,啲服務員比較少,只得兩三個人,但地方唔算大,應該都足夠啦。至於嘢食方面,如果閣下係食辣之人,就有定心理準備,可能會有少少失望。如果閣下只係想食少少辣,咁就一定滿足到閣下所想了。總括嚟講,依一間食店,小弟一定會再來光顧🤗飄香毛血旺-淨係睇個樣,都足以令你唔敢起筷,但係食落去,小小辣,非常之易入口,啲材料亦都入晒味,值得一試。水煮牛肉-其實同之前毛血旺差唔多,只不過換咗係牛肉,不過佢加咗水晶粉底,食完片入面啲牛肉,去食個水晶粉底,簡直一流👍🏻霸王辣子雞- 啲雞斬得比較碎,好似係骨多個肉,每次搵件雞,都好似要瓦礫中尋求生還者一樣,雞肉比較乾,辣味一般啦。大盆花菜-我哋選擇唔辣,免得碟碟餸都係辣味,炒埋一碟嘅菜花,雖然唔係太突出,但總算好味。酸辣魚-我哋已經叫小辣,但係辣嘅程度已經好犀利,嗰種酸辣程度,直頭令你回味再回味,真係必食推介👍🏻👍🏻糖醋排骨-呢碟餸一上枱,我仲以為叫咗咕嚕肉,味道平凡,只屬一般,但總算過得去,只係覺得好似改錯名😅回鍋肉-呢碟餸同糖醋排骨一樣,唔知係咪改錯名呢,叫時菜炒腩肉好過啦,食落口比較油膩,只屬一般,希望日後有所改善啦😅😅…Read More

前排,有朋友介紹這間餐廳,雖然餐廳位置比較「cake」,但朋友極力推薦,所以我們一行四人便慕名而去.........在介紹之前,奉勸各位想去的朋友仔,最好預先訂位,因位置有限,除時冇位架。仲有,最好訂早D,因為越夜越多人.......當晚,我地一行四人,因一同放假,可早D去食,所以訂了下午六點。依家餐廳做緊優惠,18:00-22:00任食2小時,$198加一,員工透露,優惠價可能做埋依個月,下個月可能要加小小價,理由明白的。好似我地一行四人咁,真係食唔小嘢架。雖然餐牌食物款式未算好多選擇,但都已經足夠,反而太多可能會影響食物質數。員工為我地介紹那款有限供應,那款好味要必食,服務態度真係要加分👍🏻這間餐廳碟頭就唔算太大,味道係做比較淡味,盡可能每個款式都做到原味,依種做法比較小見,鍾意食濃味嘅朋友,到時唔好投訴呀😁我地合共食咗5個意粉、4款肉類、3個漢堡、2款小食、1碟沙律,實在太嚇人了吧😅四條友食咁多嘢,希望唔會比人入黑名單啦,因為...... 一間有待改善,可以再來的食店

話說今日天寒地凍,友人提議去打邊爐,上網搜尋一番之後,找到這間食店,見大家都未去過,一於去試下啦。至於這間食店食物有幾好食,暫不作詳細解說了⋯⋯(想知的話,看看其他食評吧)!其實這間食店的食物,不會有一些「主打」、「特色」、「驚喜」的食物供應,供應的品種都是其他店舖有所供應的。但不能否認,食物品質都係好的,雞夠滑、肥牛不太肥、蔬菜夠新鮮。可能你會話「外面都有這樣質素啦,使乜幫襯佢喎!」佢地贏就贏在個「湯底」,泰式湯底一般好小有食店供應,佢地就有四款湯底比顧客選擇。小弟今次選擇「冬陰功」及「椰鷄湯」做湯底。你試諗下,你淥D食物時,平凡嘅牛肉,變咗冬陰功牛肉,普通嘅蔬菜,變咗椰香蔬菜,你話幾特別呢。如閣下食厭咗普通湯底,不防去試下,可能會有另一番風味呢。可能間店舖仲係算新開卦,仲有好多可以改善嘅地方,例如........木筷子、木碗配鐡湯匙,點解唔配返木湯匙呢?人客想淥嘢之前飲啖湯,咪好容易淥到個口囉🤔可能我地成10點半才去,好多品種都冇係可以理解。但自助BAR上嘅食物及配料冇人去補給囉,既然要做夜場,就要顧及人客需要。由其係原先有紫米露糖水,但手快有手慢冇囉。其實依家大部份食店都只供應杯裝雪糕,難得有糖水供應,但只有得睇囉😔音響太大聲啦,與朋友傾談都有D辛苦,直至叫員工較細聲D才好好多!以上意見亦已向店員反影,希望會有所改善啦。總括嚟講,都係值得再去嘅,順帶一提,D店員都幾有禮貎架😊…Read More

今日同太太誤打誤撞,去了這間拉麵店。地方不是太大,但都算ok。店舖會分兩個時段營業,15:30之前只做沾麵,17:30之後只做湯麵,15:30-17:30中場休息,如有興趣去的朋友要注意呀!入店被安排坐位後,店員遞上兩張order紙比我地,當我地諗緊咩叫沾麵時(因為我兩係第一次食),店員主動上前講解點樣點order,點樣食沾麵。聽完講解後,我地各人點了一碗麵,再加點配菜,再加上我係要加麵底,來到枱時發覺,原來碗都幾大碗架😅我點了黑芝麻湯,太太點了番茄海蝦湯,兩碗湯底味道都不錯。湯底會比較濃,若果唔夠濃就做唔到沾麵效果,麵質亦算彈牙,叉燒都好味,唯獨D紫菜比較淋,有D靱,整體嚟講都算唔錯。…Read More

通常與朋友飯局,一定係大魚大肉,唔係放題,就係火鍋。今晩好友話,不如今晚清清地食素。其實與朋友飯局,食咩又有咩所謂叫,素食咪素食,怕你有牙咩😁這間食府小弟都係第一次來,平時甚小食素的我,又點會特登去食素吖。因為已經訂位,所以一去到已經安排就坐,各自各點了心儀餸菜之後,準備大吃特吃了😋😋麻香素手撕雞⭐️⭐️⭐️個樣就似手撕雞,但做唔到雞味,不過口感唔錯,煙煙靭靭都幾好味。香煎瑟琶豆腐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️一上枱,仲以為係肉丸,一啖咬落去,外面小小硬,入面軟淋淋,好味。錦鹵炸雲吞⭐️⭐️一個在香港已經好小食到的餸菜,可能期望太大,上枱時有點失望。個雲吞炸得幾好,唔會太多油,整到油淋淋,個汁都好好,多料兼酸道適中。唯獨美中不足,就係D汁用個好淺嘅碟盛載,做唔到將雲吞浸入去效果。泰式明爐魚⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️上枱已經成條泰國菜的明爐魚咁,又有火,又有汁,個汁仲要做到好似冬陰公湯底咁,如果條魚可以整埋個魚頭樣,咁就勁啦。沙爹羊肉串燒⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️一碟外表似羊肉串燒,但完全唔覺有羊味,但可能你問,冇羊味都有4粒⭐️,奇就奇在碟羊肉有另外一種無法形容嘅好味,再加上配搭嘅汁,我都唔知點形容好。東坡醬汁肉方 3.5⭐️唔好比個名呃咗,係東坡醬汁,唔係東坡肉呀,一上枱,個樣黑蚊蚊,已經大打折扣,但都要食架。一口咬落去,成半舊都係肥膏,已經覺得麻麻地,之後食埋個半舊,都仲有小小瘦肉,好彩舊肥豬肉肥得嚟都有六四比例⋯⋯突然想起,乜我唔係食緊素菜咩,咁嗰舊係咩嚟架,想知,自己去試下啦。飄香南瓜盅⭐️⭐️⭐️這個餸冇乜特別,個南瓜算炆得幾淋,可以做到南瓜溶效果。紅草莓香味骨⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️這個餸係全晚最好味餸菜,所以放最後。這個餸賣相,同街外咕嚕肉賣相差不多,係個汁由橙色變咗紅色,草莓汁嘛。食落口,個感覺同一舊真正咕嚕肉冇咩分別,不單止做到肉質效果,仲要冇咁油,非常健康。咁究竟係咩呢,貼士就係一種「菇」,去食下咪知係咩「菇」囉。最後,想同大家講,其實除咗「紅草莓香味骨」知道係咩素菜之外,其他因爲好食,已經忘記了去深究,所以介紹餸菜時,冇提及用料,敬請見諒😅😅😅😅…Read More

想去好耐,終於去了,不過......

這間雪糕店同太太想去好耐,今天終於有機會去試下。因時間還早,只係等咗5分鐘就可入坐,坐位亦算ok啦,未至於太逼。餐牌有好多雪糕款式選擇,其實來來去去都係得抺茶、奶茶、牛奶三款配搭。其中有一款「三色雪糕巴夫」,就可以一次過試晒三款味,所以我兩公婆就要這個吧。終於可以試到這間雪糕店的雪糕了,但雪糕一上枱,太太已經問我,點解D雪糕咁溶咁嘅🤔。「筆」落去,又真係幾溶喎,但味道ok嘅,抺茶同奶茶味都幾濃,牛奶味就甜咗D,整體嚟講,都值得一試。價錢唔係太貴,大家不防去試下…Read More

在網上有朋友推介這間餐廳,所以咪去試試,點知如要訂位坐室內(因太太怕熱),要訂兩星期咁耐,真誇張。晚飯係有時間限制,每段2小時,我選擇了早段,由18:30-20:30,心諗兩小時一定夠時間食啦。我地二人大概18:40去到,因訂了位,所以不用等。餐廳內面積很細,枱亦很小,大概只可坐20人左右,唔怪得在店外要開多幾枱啦!我訂位時,已經order埋36隻生蠔(堂食只需$10一隻,仲要冇限數量),同埋一份30oz牛扒,坐低冇耐,已經先上18隻生蠔,食完之後再上另外18隻。食生蠔前,員工已開始為我地準備牛扒,因太太比較怕食生牛肉,所以選擇食7、8成,但員工極力推薦靚牛扒食4、5成便夠了,最後都令太太嘗試,那個員真利害!食完生蠔之後,再點了兩款小食,食完之後,牛扒上枱了,30oz牛扒,雖然係大,但未至於我想像咁大,可能我大食啦😁,至於牛扒味道都Ok架。原先諗住食下佢唯一甜品,但因時間關係所以冇試,留返下一次啦,原來兩個小時真係啱啱夠😅…Read More
