私房菜--這個名詞對於我來說是有一定的吸引力😍..它代表食品質素高而價錢又比較相宜😊但由於近年太多食肆都濫用了這個名稱..現在一聽到私房菜..總有點保留😌有一晚..老公跟同事吃完這裡的私房菜後..一回到家便說要和我去一次..以海鮮為主打..我當然好期待😋這夜..一行四人..來到地點很方便的旺角..私房菜在朗晴坊..注意*係朗晴坊不是朗豪坊..在樓下有種周星馳國產凌凌漆戲中那種"麗晶大酒店"與"麗晶賓館"的感覺😆..但是不要緊..我們不是來吃環境的😁是夜晚餐👇涼伴豬耳~豬耳很爽脆不是硬彬杉的那種..很入味蒜蓉開邊蒸龍蝦~龍蝦肉非常之彈牙..絕對新鮮..只要是新鮮..便無得彈花雕蛋白雞油蒸花蟹(配陳村粉)~嘩..這個不得了..一上枱..就聞到很香的花雕酒味..買相又相當吸引..先食花蟹..鮮甜中帶有花雕酒味..很多食肆做這味菜..只有一陣上枱之花雕香味..但食物是沒有酒味的..而這個連蟹都有酒味又不會蓋過蟹本身之鮮甜味..超讚..好戲在後頭..之後送上即蒸陳村粉..可以將蛋白混和一起食..所有蟹之精華一點都不浪費..很聰明的做法!問大廚怎可做到蟹都有酒味..要知道酒一蒸便揮發..他說..要分三個時段加酒..酒才能保持在蟹內..果然..是有秘訣的!清蒸海班~睇到它的魚鰭豎起..就知道新鮮..蒸的時間相當準確..魚肉剛好離骨招牌炸子雞~皮相當的薄..雖然雞肉並不特別出色..但雞皮挽回不少分數清炒豆苗~一點都不油..而且豆苗鮮嫩好味..像似用濃湯焯過後再炒..又似加了雞油炒..但大廚不太願意透露怎可炒出這個"好味"龍蝦湯泡暴暴飯~是這裡的名物..湯很濃又清甜..暴暴飯很有咬口..雖然接近好飽但都可以吃清一碗最後還有芒果布甸作為終結!這個陣容..每人$300有找..價錢實在非常相宜..值得一去再去的私房菜!…Read More
