這個中秋節..秋意很濃..所以家人問做節食咩好..我話不如去打邊爐啦..大家都贊成
唔記得從幾時開始..係香港一年四季都有得打邊爐..對於我呢D邊爐精嚟講..真係開心到不得鳥! 呢個中秋邊爐..叫咗 :

~鮑魚仔--超掂!!!!!! 上枱時個鮑魚邊仲係郁郁吓..真係好新鮮! 又爽又甜..真係好好食! Tips : 所有貝殼類放入鍋後都要計時..以鮑魚仔為例..大約"滾"15-18分鐘就要勺起嚟食..鮑魚剛好離殼..唔會韌又鮮甜..千祈唔好放係個鍋唔理..到記得再勺上嚟食就可能煮過咗時..大大浪費了美味食材..

~田雞--好新鮮! 上枱時個田雞腿仲係度"震震"吓..我記得上次個朋友比佢嚇親 雖然唔算好大隻..但新鮮成咁..好難唔好食!

~醉雞丸--上枱時有枝棋仔寫住"小心燙口"..好細心啊! 因為雞丸入面釀咗花雕酒係入面..如果剛煮熟一咬落去..一定"辣"親口..雞肉雖然打成丸..但係好爽口..酒味又夠濃..一齊食落口..好味道!

~鵝粉腸--唔係好多地方有得食..我至愛..開心!

~牛頸脊--我唔食牛..但家人話好食..好"淋"身..

~韮菜餃--餃入面有大量韮菜..好香..而韮菜切到好細..唔會有吞嚥困難..一向唔食韮菜嘅我都覺得好食..

~脆鲩腩--又一至愛..難得佢切到大大舊..咬落去好滿足..我比爆"脆"!

~唐生菜/菜心--唔知點解..連呢度嘅菜我都覺得特別好食

~響鈴--全晚唯一敗筆!!! 唔係即叫即炸..應該係"製成品"貨色..難食!

當然..個鴨湯應記一功..因為佢令到所有食物都帶有淡淡甜味..甜味應該係來自於湯裡嘅杞子!
