係西九果邊放工同同事想happy hour飲返杯,其實唔洗過海都有好多選擇。今次我地就隨機揀左呢間Luigis, 見佢人流唔少而且氣氛幾好咁。Happy hour當然要嘆杯draftbeer 一飲真係消除左返左成日工嘅疲勞。我地就順便一齊食埋dinner,叫左份肉丸同避風塘炒蟹意粉。個肉丸就正常發揮,味道都唔錯。值得一提嘅係個意粉,叫果陣冇諗過喺fusion嘢,點知原來係加左大大量蒜蓉同蔥去炒成,非常惹味,又幾有驚喜。…Read More

最近要farewell朋友🥹諗住揀晒好味嘅餐廳一齊食,係咁多餐入面我就揀左呢間新開冇耐,但評價唔錯嘅Aera,食完我同朋友都非常滿意。餐廳位於銅鑼灣同灣仔交界,裝修黎講採用較為摩登嘅風格,人流唔多,坐得都幾舒適。我地揀左個tasting menu, 總共有6個course, 每位$1188,以fine dining晚市黎講又唔算話好貴。剛開始嘅Amuse Bouche 係三款的的色色嘅小糕點,除左賣相精緻外味道都好有驚喜,當中仲混合左少許香港特色,其中一款嘅糕點就係係參考左街頭小食糖蔥餅,令人勾起兒時嘅回憶。第一道前菜係一款意式奶凍,頂層加左少少魚子醬,成個奶凍食落幾有鮮味。之後就係餐廳自家焗製嘅酸種麵包,剛烤起外脆內軟,再配合佢地調製嘅醬料,帶濃郁嘅果仁香,非常好味。之後就係一道意大利雲吞,上面淋上帶濃香菇菌味嘅清湯。接著落黎係烤三黃雞腿,做法有少少似中式嘅炸子雞,外皮香脆,入面嘅肉就略微醃得有少少咸。跟著就係馬友魚配北海道海膽,馬友本身肉質嫩滑,上面嘅海膽非常鮮甜,兩樣加埋味道當然冇得輸。Main course我就揀左A3和牛,擺盤好靚非常吸,但味道就未至於好驚豔,和牛肉質幼稚,但略嫌牛味不足。整體黎講成餐飯都設計得好有心思,絕對係一間值得一試嘅餐廳。…Read More

前排口利福推出左Black Series Menu, 每位✨$388就可以食到多款招牌菜😋 感謝朋友幫手訂枱。口利福係位於上環蘇豪區嘅一間新派中菜,裝修別樹一幟,整體以紅色為主,中西風格俱備。服務方面亦同樣帶有西方原素,雖然食嘅係粵菜,但侍應係外國人,menu亦係英文,非常有特色。✨蝦多士x大阪燒剛炸起嘅蝦多士上加上左大阪燒醬汁,上面亦加滿左生菜絲同木魚粹,味道可圈可點。✨重慶辣子雞翼炸至金黃香口嘅雞亦上加滿左辣椒,就咁望落成碟都係紅色,但其實食落並唔係好辣,幾過癮。✨翡翠姬松茸素餃素餃味道都唔錯,略嫌口感較為黏膩。✨炭火蜜汁黑豚叉燒餐廳招牌菜嘅叉燒,真係超級好味!外層有非常厚嘅蜜糖,中間嘅肉肥瘦均勻,口感嫩滑,係我食過最好味嘅叉燒之一。✨煙燻脆皮三黃雞脆皮三黃雞同樣十分出色,外層嘅脆皮有淡淡嘅煙燻香,雞肉嫩滑,帶少許雞油香。✨薑蔥頭蒸海鱸魚柳本來對魚柳冇咩好感,但佢地嘅蒸魚柳令人有喜出望外嘅感覺!鱸魚柳去滑後以中式嘅蒸法煮熟,火喉控制得恰到好處,口感嫩滑,蒸魚豉油同香蔥味亦剛好彌補左魚肉唔夠鮮美啲缺點,非常好味😋整體而言味道令人滿意,係相當高水準嘅粵菜!但就唔推薦佢地嘅cocktail,雖然用金色招財貓裝住幾得意,但飲落有啲似清潔劑味。服務方面,本來我地都幾滿意,店員相當熱情好客,第一印象幾唔錯。但本來朋友特意準備左生日驚喜,希望可以在甜品上插上蠟燭,但店員好似完全忘記左😅要我地提醒先記得,呢度扣左分。…Read More

味道唔錯嘅隱世私房粵菜

我同幾個朋友都係中菜嘅愛好者,尤其喜歡食粵菜。今次襯生日期間,預訂左呢間想食好耐嘅鬍鬚佬私房菜。餐廳喺網上嘅評價唔多,大多數人都係friend搭friend咁樣去食,相當隱蔽。我係經WhatsApp去預訂呢間餐廳, 落訂時老板send左長長嘅手寫menu比我,菜色應有盡有,花多眼亂。我同朋友喺用餐前幾日敲定好菜式,當日一坐低就即刻有得食😋餐廳位於一棟舊式商廈入邊,冇任何廣告牌指示,相當隱蔽。餐廳位置唔多,但全場爆滿,唔少一家大細咁去食,生意都幾好。✨棟督雞($300)餐廳菜色選擇繁多,淨係雞嘅菜式已經有好幾款。但要數最奪人眼球嘅,一定係呢隻棟篤雞。廚師將雞完隻烤熟,外皮金黃香脆,肉質幼嫩,但略嫌雞味不足。如果加幾百蚊可以轉為新鮮雞,相信味道會更出色!✨避風塘炒蟹( $380 )非常香口嘅一道菜,肉蟹以脆蒜、香蔥等配料炒熟,非常惹味。✨冰鎮咕嚕肉( $200 )新鮮炸起嘅咕嚕肉上放滿冰,一冷一熱口感非常清爽。✨龍鳳珍肝卷( $250 )難得黎到諗住叫啲未試過嘅菜式,龍鳳珍肝卷就係其中之一。廚師以腐皮包裹住雞肝同蝦仁,再炸至香脆,味道幾特別,但食多幾件就略為膩味。✨金牌爵士湯( $520 )每枱都必點嘅一款湯,入面加左雞、花膠、木瓜特,味道濃郁香甜,飲得出係落足料。幾個朋友都讚不絕口,但我自己就飲慣較清嘅湯,覺得咸左少少。✨豉汁蟠龍鱔( $500 )我自己最最鍾意嘅一道菜❤️基本上每次食中菜都會點一道豉汁蒸白鱔,雖然家常但並唔係度度都整得好味。鬍鬚佬嘅蒸白鱔就做得非常出色!火喉控制得岩岩好,鱔肉肥美鮮甜,非常好味🤤…Read More

朋友成日話呢間蒸海鮮好抵食,今次終於約齊人去試到❤️我地今次就book左位於香港大學站附近果間,聽聞尖沙咀果間環提早一個月前book定先有得食,相當受歡迎。餐廳周未每位$298,價錢包左四部曲,分別係雞煲、蒸海鮮、 燉湯同邊爐,其中雞煲同邊爐都係任食,真係一次過滿足晒多個願望✨。✨第一部曲 - 雞煲呢道嘅雞煲咪道都幾濃,食到微微嘅孜然香同花椒嘅麻香,雞肉唔算話好姣滑,但勝在夠入味,味道唔錯。✨第二部曲 - 蒸海鮮之後就到重頭戲嘅蒸海鮮,成個盤嘅size比我想像中大,望落都幾壯觀,打咭一流📸每人包左一隻鮑魚、蟶子、蝦、扇貝同蜆,呢part就唔係任食嘅,想追加就逐樣計錢。味道方面都唔錯,上面落左大量蒜蓉去蒸,香味十足❤️✨第三部曲 - 燉湯第三部曲就係係打邊爐前飲一碗烏雞湯🥣老實講呢part有少少令人失望,個湯嘅味道唔算話好入咪,似咪精湯多少少;用黎打邊爐都ok, 但就咁飲就差啲。✨第四部曲 - 打邊爐最後就係用岩岩個烏雞燉湯打邊爐,餐廳有唔少嘅火鍋材料可以任拎,重點係有新鮮嘅手切牛肉,可以食到飽為止😋整體黎講成餐飯味道唔係話超級好味,但每樣平均而言都唔錯,勝在夠抵食。值得一提嘅係餐廳係冇時間限制,我地當日就由5點食到夜晚8點,食足四個鐘,岩晒大食之人🤣…Read More
