下午去沙田新城市廣場shopping 後,肚餓開餐,正愁食咩好時,心血來潮不去ikea,自由行人數減少,應該好快有位。要知道對上果次去ikea已經超過一年前,當時人超多,當中不少係自由行,等位等到人到忟。今次果然不出我所料,等左2分鐘已經有位。蜜糖烤雞:呢個價真心抵,有雞有薯格和粟米粒。雞肉入味嫩囗,薯格不太油,粟米正常。.  瑞典肉粒:呢款每次食都點,肉丸配上芥末和果醬,yummy.蔬菜薯餅伴焗雜:呢個係我favorite item, 雖然焗,但不油,加入蔬菜,味道好夾。蜜糖火腿蛋薯仔:呢碟最普通,性價比最低,料雖多,但配千島汁,味道普通。熱咖啡:$7任添,味道正常,真心抵。…Read More

晚飯後,諗住食甜品,但係大圍一帶冇咩甜品令我有encore 嘅衝頭,途經此店,門口的圖片好吸引,一於試試。店内面積雖細,但老闆娘的笑聲令人有溫馨的感覺。經老闆娘的介紹後,ordered 左「金箔楊枝甘露」& 「綠茶雪花金磚」。先講「金箔楊枝甘露」:非常足料,用新鮮的芒果blend成,  濃郁的芒果鮮味,沒有人造的香味和冰塊,十分creamy,又香又滑。配上新鮮的芒果粒的柚子粒,不但滿足喝的享受更有嘴嚼的滿足,頂頭以金箔點綴,成個甜點立即升grade,  十分呃like,専貴加分,一次滿足曬味覺和視覺,一定十分啱意芒果的人。「綠茶雪花金磗」:有別一般甜品舖的雪花冰或當年元朗紅極一時的炒冰,金磗以綠茶cream 做底,中間有2塊以泰國椰子雪凍而成的冰塊,面頭再配上台灣的大珠珠和碎米粒,口感十足。每一口都有濃郁的綠茶cream加上椰子冰和碎米珍珠,啖啖滿足,口口享受。老闆仲熱情到開埋澳洲冰酒款待在埸每一位食客,香港如此熱情和食物有質素的店舖,確實難能可貴。埋單後仲有VIP card 儲印仔,哎呀,我已經諗緊聽晚再幫趁…Read More

一試💓上,力推lunch set😋

到此一試,全因呢張宣傳flyer。$160起,仲要4人同行1人免費。上過open rice 睇完comments, 今次應該唔會中伏。4位應該人均消費$200。就係抱住呢個心態,今日趁假期同屋企人try  try。秋澗位於銅鑼灣Cubus  27&28,銅鑼灣友都應該知道,Cubus  屬中高消費,呢座大廈另外2間日式料理lunch  set最低$238,最高要$980,仲要冇promotion。相比之下,秋澗價格很吸引📣環境舒服。景觀也很開掦,例如圖中靠窗嘅座位仲有部份海景,遠眺維多利亞港,十一回歸和農歷年初二,應該可睇到維港煙花🤔什菜雪耳沙律:什菜新鮮脆口,配上口感十足嘅雪耳,十分match。個sauce  酸酸地,好醒胃。蕃茄蒟蒻:初時完全估唔到係咩。筷子夾下,彈彈地,但仲估到係嘜東東。入口時很驚喜,呢個囗感好Q,又保存到蕃茄嘅原味,配上頂頭2粒nuts,  yummy,  呢個好啱甘熱嘅天氣😋蒸蛋:入口蛋味濃,口感很滑,足料到呢,材料包括:冬菇、鮮蝦、三文魚肉,面再打了一個海鮮sauce, 正哦👍🏻同一款菜式,和三昧收$230,仲要冇promotion, 呢度$180, 抵好多。呢個set份量很足。啲洋蔥和牛肉多到呢😍moreover 牛肉又high  quality。個湯底很夠味,連窩肉嘅豆腐都入曬味。食完濃濃嘅壽喜燒湯,餐廳溫馨地配上個set  個蜆湯。呢個蜆湯很清甜,湯內加了芫茜和昆布,甜又香,very good。以食物質素和價值優惠度去計,這個set 必屬must order  item😋原來lunch  set  最低價係$150,而非宣傳flyer提及嘅午市$160起,suprised。雖說收費不高,但絕對冇將貨就價。份量很足,豚肉又高質素。我上次貪平試左登龍街嘅"小平X",  頂,成口豬油,仲要接近一百元。我寧願俾多幾十元,選擇秋澗,以食物質素環境和服務,秋澗much much better。like👍🏻呢個賣相靚,呃like一流。因為家姐一post 呢張相上Facebook 和IG已經成功呃左唔少like,人人都話睇相好似好好食。等我話俾佢地知:真係好yummy ,因為魚已在我口了😆。入口便知咩叫quality。呢個魚好fresh,  口感仍很好。燒魚嘅火喉拿聶得很好,皮脆肉嫩s新鮮,配上日本米煑嘅飯,一碗落肚,真是大🈵️足😋最後以不太甜,濃濃cheese  cake  為今日lunch作圓滿嘅完結,perfect  😋👍🏻。最後埋單,4人盡享4人同行1人免費嘅優惠。人均$160,比我之前估計嘅$200仍要低。已經call  定同事encore  in  the  coming  week。每人百餘元,每星期食1次,都好acceptable 啫,我心諗🤔Do you agree🙄?「一試愛上,再次不能忘」我上癮了🤣🤣差啲忘了提及這個壽喜燒和燒魚sets  include嘅刺身。入囗,正,新鮮美味。試想平時單點呢個一定唔平,宜家套餐包括埋,真係好抵好正吖睇番個menu,  都有啲貴啲嘅set。「特上壽司御膳」$380,但見好多人推介呢個set。趁有4人同行1人免費嘅優惠,一於決定同屋企人下次食豪&好啲。order「特上壽司衘膳」$380  +  「碎蔥金槍魚腩海膽飯」$320  +  「刺身御膳」310+  「上壽司御膳」$300。雖然這樣order平均每人約$285。對自己最親嘅人而偶一為之,每人不過$300,都ok嘅…Read More
