在新加坡食過的亞坤只有多士、蛋和咖啡奶茶,但在香港則多了很多食物可供選擇。寫食評時已經享用了兩次,而每次都需要等約40分鐘才能下單。其實無辦法,香港只有一間亞坤,希望更多亞坤在香港時可以改善一下這個情況。亞坤落戶香港時很多人都去排隊,而每次排隊都排到去後門度。落單時建議各位先諗定食物才排隊,而且要一次過落Order,因為加單的做法就是從新排隊再落Order,這又要約40分鐘,所以建議各位真的要先計劃好。而且叫單時又要諗後備,食物都幾海鮮,有時賣完又要等數小時才再有開售。另一建議,亞坤和澳洲牛奶公司的情況都頗一樣,不要旨意店員推介,因為店員只會負責落Order同做Order,每每問及材料都是一概答案,相片有乜就有乜。而且外賣請先提出,在亞坤的世界是絕不容許改單的!其實大家要記住,新加坡亞坤係點,香港係點,大家就會食得好開心。跟住就講下食物:呢次就奶茶,上次就咖啡。同一般新加坡人一樣,一飲就會上癮。甜度適中,無須加糖都好好味。如果唔好糖的話就請記得落單時清楚說明。流心蛋。加了老抽,不太咸。蛋黃仍保持完整且流心,一絕。多士,今次選擇花生醬咖吔多士。兩者味道絕配,而且脆而不燶,值得推介。當然加厚牛油都唔錯,不過建議呢個要堂食。椰漿飯,香港獨有,馬來風味很重。另一個雞肉飯都係不錯選擇,可惜尚欠Soya Sauce。…Read More

I just ordered a quick lunch and this will be the last time that I ordered here. I have ordered the quick sandwich with the chicken brest today. However, I don't know why they have set up some rules recently. 1, They just only allow you to choose 4 vegetables instead of anykinds you like, or you have to choose everything instead. 2, They just allow you to choose 2 sauces instead of 3. 3, They have no chips and I just wonder if they still ask you cookies or chips.I have been there last week and there are no such kinds of rules! 正當我回顧呢間酒樓的食評, 看見食家猛烈批評此酒家的種種不是之際, 我們又有多少朋友仍希望可以有嬸嬸推住架點心車賣點心, 又或者可以搵番我地以前的童年生活的影子?今日有幸來到這間酒樓用膳, 雖然是午飯時段, 但仍有點心享用. 地下個侍應話上面3樓仍有點心車賣點心, 我二話不說就去3樓食. 我見到好多朋友都好鐘意食點心車, 所以等位都要幾分鐘. 好la, 對於文化同懷舊, 我想現時鐘意飲茶的都分開兩派: 劃點心紙即叫即蒸, 以及點心車賣點心. 我想兩種方法各有優劣之處, 這裡不多講, 有機會再慢談. 但在變得咁快的城市之中, 仍然有嬸嬸推住架點心車賣點心的酒樓, 我諗而家肯咁賣點心的酒樓, 真係買少見少.跟住就真係要講下食物. 好多朋友鬧得好金, 但我就有以下的見解:1, 煎蘿蔔糕: 究竟有幾多朋友仲食到一條條蘿蔔製成的煎蘿蔔糕? 少. 大家去大快活, 或者係大家樂食果隻煎蘿蔔糕, 頂多都係刨到一絲絲之後再加工製作. 倫敦的煎蘿蔔糕就可以食到一條條蘿蔔, 唔知有幾多朋友返鄉下可以食到呢種家鄉風味出來?2, 腸粉: 今日叫個叉燒腸食下. 今日的叉燒腸有進步, 皮薄且有米香味, 在呢個香港又真係難搵得到.咁當然, 鳳爪同排骨呢D咁Basic的食物都係叫下la, 其實都冇乜可以講, 唯一要讚的係佢地整得好入味. 講真, 倫敦主要食都係食懷舊文化, 味道反而係其次. 如果大家仲諗住可以劃下點心紙, 呢度都有, 但我真係唔建議你來呢間酒樓食. 話哂八十尾, 九十頭的酒樓都係用點心車的. 當劃紙仔成為現今酒樓賣點心的大趨勢時, 又有幾多人鐘意賣點心車的酒樓, 懷緬一下小時候的一點一滴? 歲月從來都不是神偷, 它是明搶而已. 然而這城市被歲月搶掠一空之際, 又有多少人會對過去被遺忘的文化感到可惜? 正當我們嘗試找尋童年的兒時味道時, 時代巨輪的轉數加劇, 使我們變得無情, 從而把這份情寄託在金錢身上. 然而, 一份執著, 一份堅持, 總會為有心人帶來希望.…Read More

由於今晚有賽車直播, 作為賽車迷的我就選擇留在家裡, 直播大過天! 其實近幾晚都懶得整晚餐, 所以有時間會落去大快活食晚飯. 平民價錢就可以食到差一點的高級餐廳的享受, 實在無話可說. 今晚試的這個吉列炸雞晚餐, 我個人就有以下的評價:1, 圖中的雞扒旁有條雞骨, 好有KFC Feel 2, 雞肉可以, 但有點兒過熟. 這亦可接受的, 因為大快活不是擅長日式食物. 3, 隨餐附送日式豬扒汁及椰菜絲. 但個人對於炸雞的喜好仍希望可以提供沙律醬.自從推出新的餐牌後, 這系列已不再即叫即做. 我個人覺得, 在晚市時段亦可以考慮即叫即做, 由於用家在晚市時段有更多閒餘時間, 故此若考慮在晚市將其系列列為即叫即製, 味道和新鮮感亦可提升, 客人亦能感到該食品滿意.餘評: 自選雙拼鐵板餐本週中, 個人亦品嚐此餐. 其餐的評價如下:1, 牛扒偏向Rare至Medium Done, 個人認為可以把牛扒再烤多20 - 30秒, 以防有血水滲出, 亦不失牛扒的嫩滑. 唯一缺少的是喼汁, 如可安排喼汁則會方便食牛扒的朋友.2, 個人大讚燒春雞及豬扒, 既保留到嫩滑的質感, 又與配汁互相配合. 3, 配餐可+$5加白飯或龍蝦湯, 以及 +$4配餐飲, 不過個人覺得可以考慮引入鮮油餐飽及意粉, 以迎合部份鋸扒人士的喜好. …Read More

因為自己太懶, 唔想整野食, 再加上要趕大學的功課, 所以近來每晚都落去大快活食晚餐. 在裝修之前我都係成日買黑豚扒餐來食, 因為自己鐘意食日本餐, 而且仲做過一年日本餐廳, 所以我通常食都會叫一餐日式食品. 由於食開有感情, 所以近來推出的黑豚扒餐自自然成為目標. 要知我對呢個餐幾瘋狂, 可以找經理問一問, 經理一定會答到你.裝修後的第一日, 因為繼續忙住我的工作, 所以都係大快活一餐搞掂. 出奇地今晚呢餐真係進步左好多, 唔會感覺到好多油, 而且碟底的油都唔係積聚左好多, 可見師傅有隔油. 外層脆而中間鬆軟多汁, 可以話呢個餐唔單止賣$35咁平. 不過我呢間大快活只係做街坊生意, 做到呢個水平可以話超班. 要我俾一個價錢去評呢個餐, 我覺得最少都應該賣$500. 但在呢間大快活食到咁高水準的食物, 對我地呢班街坊來講, 可謂是有食神相吧!…Read More

平常大快活時不時推出日式料理,令人驚喜。今期推出家庭料理,想評一評呢個餐。今日評的是黑豚肉料理。除了料理以外還有天婦羅、魚湯大根、味增湯及甜品一個。天婦羅:三片南瓜配三件一口豚肉,奉上時配檸檬半角及沙律醬。廚師上菜時頗花心思盛碟。不過略嫌一口豚肉的大小參差不一,而且天婦羅粉漿略厚。如能配合天婦羅汁趁吃更佳。魚湯大根:蘿蔔反而在魚湯裡浸得太耐而變得較腥,可嘗試配合Dashi改善。賣相一般,畢竟是中式餐廳,值得原諒。味增湯:值得讚的是湯入面有一隻蜆,豐富整碗湯的味道。可惜的是海帶已被浸軟,不及爽口。黑豚肉料理:配上紅白蘿蔔及薯仔,味道較為清淡。不過筆者覺得這道菜正與這系列菜式的名稱配合得天衣無縫。甜品:奶凍配合紅豆,在寒冬享用時還是有點兒那個....服務員明顯對日式料理一無所知,忘記奉上味增湯,但這是可以原諒,畢竟大快活不是日式快餐。總結除了魚湯大根外,其他的可說是成功。尚有改進空間。…Read More

話說我今日中午, 大約11點半鐘道, 走去幫人買飯盒當我去完Counter買完飛之後, 就去燒味部拎飯la. 興ge野開始來la.... 首先我去到個counter, 遞飛果陣, 竟然班燒味師傳, 一個仲傾緊電話, 一個好似睇緊波經..... 完全當我冇到!之後我就咁o係個counter前面呆等5分鐘la, 呢段時間因為得我一個客, 所以冇人等緊...(除左我一個)5分鐘之後, 終於有個師傳應我, 我遞左飛之後, 就話: 叉燒飯走汁, 油雞飯個師傳就係咁切野la, 但估唔到另一個師傳(我估佢睇完波經卦...) 又走來, 仲倒d汁去盒叉燒飯果度!!! 後來我就同佢講, 我要叉燒飯走汁, 油雞飯, 點知佢就話, 蔥油要ar ma.... 結果我同佢講, 可唔可以換過一盒, 佢竟然話: 呢個係公司規矩, 下次唔要乜就提早開聲講la....結果我得到的係, 叉燒飯同油雞飯走汁.....有冇搞錯.... 咁ge服務態度都有.....…Read More
