朋友應該是「無事常相見」的,有朋友建議去中環蘭桂芳試這間櫻花日本料理,主要是食鐵板燒的,亦有提供刺身及壽司,我都好耐未食過日式鐵板燒了,就去試一試啦。晚餐 Set Menu 得三個餐,我們四個人,當然每人叫不同的餐來試啦。四個人已經可以開一間房,我們那間房最多可坐六個人,等廚師為我們主理鐵板燒。當海鮮送到來的時候,隻鮑魚真是超大隻,足足有成隻手掌咁大,而且非常新鮮,仲識得郁。呢塊日本近江和牛的花紋好靚。好似是 A5 來的。未食鐵板燒前,先上個前菜,店員介紹應該跟次序食,次序為:左下(蛋黃醋蟹肉)、右下(櫻海老團子)、上(翡翠冬瓜)跟著上刺身三點[左(金目鯛)、中(牡丹蝦)、右(活赤貝)],金目鯛鮮甜而沒有魚鯹味,我真是要推介,牡丹蝦及活赤貝亦很鮮甜。配上新鮮即磨而不刺鼻的芥辣,真是絕配。鐵板鰻魚,廚司煎得個魚皮極脆,上碟時亦有鰻魚汁伴碟,但我個人覺得味道偏淡,可能是我食得太多傳統的日本燒鰻魚的關係,鰻魚總覺得是要超多汁才行。四成熟和牛粒真是入口即溶,配日本蒜片食,好夾。跟著上沙律,左邊的白飯魚 BB 令這個沙律變得不平凡,白飯魚 BB 極鮮味,簡直是成個沙律的神來之筆。炒飯,個人建議,用蒜片來炒飯,應該會比用蒜蓉來炒飯來得更香更好食。呢個是店方請我們食的焦糖多士,加了牛油,實在太香了,但煎得有少少過火,所以有少少苦味,不過這可能就是焦糖獨有的味道罷。最終來個甜品,水信玄餅我就食得多,但真是第一次食有金箔的水信玄餅,加了黑糖真是超好食。…Read More

2012.04.12 (四) 去了朋友家人作客,朋友煮了一味炆牛腩我食,她倒了兩碟東西叫我用來點牛腩,一碟是生抽,另一碟是辣椒醬,都是大孖的出品,而且向我極力推薦,生抽的味道好鮮味,而辣椒醬是勁辣的,不過又辣得好舒服WOR。因為我同我朋友都是懂得「食」及「煮」的人,所以都對大孖有少少興趣。2012.04.14 (六) 因為扭親右腳關係,去了觀塘看跌打,之後順路去大孖看看有什麼香料。最終買了一支 盆曬生抽 (老闆講得返兩支,我當然買一支來試試啦)兩盒 盆監 (我個人覺得好鮮味)一瓶 豆豉蒜蓉醬 (太香了,所以買來試一試)一瓶 原麵豉 (都是太香了,所以又買來試一試)一瓶 勁辣椒醬 (雖然是超辣,不過大家喜歡食辣的朋友都知道食到成身汗是好正的)一瓶 羊牛鴨醬 (因為我喜歡自己醃食物,所以買來試一試)埋單 = $390 (因為老闆見我第一次來,其中一盒盆鹽是送給我的)期間我仲試了它們的涼果,佛手果 超甜清心果 味道不錯其實我最想讚老闆待客人的態度非常好,叫我聞呢樣聞那樣,樣樣都可以比我試一試,而且也很耐心地為我解釋各種香料的用途。呢種待客精神,令我買得非常愉快,希望下次再去發掘一下有什麼醬料買。…Read More

之前有朋友說過這間餐廳 D 扒好正,所以同一個朋友走去試下,時間是下午茶時段,不過因為是星期六關係,沒有下午茶。入座:可能是下午茶時段關係,得幾枱客,不需等位。環境:間餐廳裝修得好正,而且我覺得好有情調,不過不知道是不是我太「肥」的關係,D 位我覺得好迫,即卡位的枱同椅太近了,而且我覺得枱的高度比較矮,坐得辛苦,食得辛苦。食物:個羅宋湯果然是超好飲,我點了鑊仔牛柳特餐,個粟米石斑我覺得不夠熱,而鑊仔牛柳就非常普通,我覺得我不會再食這一個餐。下次再試試黑椒牛柳,看看是否需要忘記這間餐廳。飲品:我點了熱咖啡,味道普普通通,只是可接受程度。服務:侍應服務態度非常好。P.S. 我點了咖啡,但為什麼沒有 BROWN SUGAR???而只有白沙糖。…Read More
