有預先訂位,第一book次唔倒,是book次倒枱。逗留兩個多小時,不少客人來試菜。首先,翻開餐牌,平均價錢不會太貴,約50左右。但份量真的不多,不要叫平時茶餐廳或西餐廳的西式菜試,如意粉,湯等。水準欠奉,價錢不宜。可以試下他們的特色的印度菜、尼泊爾菜。抱著試下他國菜式的心態!1.忌廉蘑菇濃湯$38:試自己熟悉味道的菜式更能作出更好的對比,捫心這個湯真係貴,有好多片普通菇片,但完全沒有蘑菇濃湯的味道。湯事實是ok的,飲得出的雞湯做湯底,加入牛奶,應該還有小許忌廉,只是對不起這個名字: 忌廉蘑菇濃湯(重覆:價錢實在有點貴,對於一個般茶餐廳,西餐來說,這種湯價錢都係25-28左右而已。)2.凱撒沙律配煙三文魚$55:沒有遵從傳統凱撒沙律的做法兼極具偷工減料之嫌。你以為平時的生菜沙律的多種蔬菜,no。只有一種生菜,數粒蕃茄仔,(蕃茄仔幾甜)。生菜是最普通便價的那種,沒有西生菜爽脆。然後是芝士粉,,調過的凱撒醬。友人反問:依家三文魚好貴咩?!皆因三文魚真係好小好細,就是表面見倒的幾片。3.鮮蝦烤卷明明餐牌寫住$60,單上寫70?!!:薄餅包住一些蔬菜,入面有只炸過的大虾。有點特色的菜,ok,但味道較淺。4.羅勒青醬意粉$55:這個自己都做過,眾人皆認為該出品好一般。至少沒有松子仁的味道。醬也調得較淡。5.牛油雞$50:份量是較少的,雞肉幾乎都是雞胸。個汁傾向似較甜的咖喱醬,外加其他不常吃到的調味。但這個汁簡直拯救了其他餸,大家食咩都要沾這個醬,因其他菜味道比較淡6.蒜蓉牛油薄餅22和乾酪薄餅25。後者好吃一些,前者味很淡Bbq醬烤豬肋骨$120:唯一見到較正常大小的菜,因為價錢不便宜。老板推薦,試一下吧。豬肋骨應該是先煮熟了再去烤,因肉質很松軟爛,或是特色,我不曉得,上面醬汁甜甜的。不是個人喜歡烤出的小焦鎖住肉汁的口味。…Read More

名符其實,還是名過於實~

很久沒有寫食評了,父親親節,去試下很早就想去試下的新益肥仔俠~~是名過於實,還是盛名所累,不知道。只是食物還是要回歸到食物根本去,遊客或者食一次半次,會說有特色,(然而特色不代表好吃),個人只對吃了的幾個菜評價如下(其他自己試):1.牛氣沖天(沙鍋煎焗牛柳粒)88,友人說夠汁,薑蔥夠多夠香,很不錯。2.翅湯咸骨鴛鴦白菜煲,一例58。不要巧取,因完全沒有翅湯味,充其量只是無咩咸骨味的菜干湯。金龍米線和蕉葉屋的跟飯中式例湯水準高好多。3.咖喱雞大包,168。是ok的,但個人吃得出較重的普通咖喱粉的味道,相比林記’的咖喱還是差一截。4.豆腐+蛋白蒸,上面加小許蟹子,忘了叫咩名,喜歡吃蛋白的友人,或因吃過『賽螃蟹』,所以覺得很一般。我個人覺得還可以~6.上湯芝士焗大頭虾伊面:依舊只能用普通來形容,芝士味淡,湯味淡,這菜自家制過,自家的好吃多了。澳門日報上經常見倒肥仔logo,媒體報道,蠻有意思的菜名....只是:食物還是要回歸到食物根本去…Read More

咖喱牛腩,唔使80蚊,好大盤,眾菜中算比較抵,面包不是配的,要另外叫7/個。和四位友人食(女仔),問眾人意見,中規中矩,ok啦,未至於網上食評說得那麼誇張,讚到天上有,....!食剩的打包走,回家給一家人食,他說好好味!!!咁就真係各人口味啦~~~  但唯一大家統一意見的是:薯仔完全沒有咖喱味,九成煮好晒才後放的吧!!!法式花甲王,大概10隻左右吧,價錢係98,超貴!見大家食評又係讚讚讚,便一試!個汁咸到...,.因為呢個菜自己都識整,自問自家的好食好多,而呢個菜煮得實在太咸了,也不見得哪裡有法式的feel,只是個名吧,唯一貴的理由就係花甲係好大隻,肉厚,除此,沒有其他!!!所以不太推薦去試!馬介休炒飯,飯身炒得幾干身,有炒飯功架!但馬介休應該之前浸水/出水,未能很好掌握其咸味,加上又有應該係葡腸粒,整個飯咸到......食到我最後係推開晒d馬介休粒,吃炒飯而已,中意吃咸的朋友可以食試個,反之,免免免大家推薦的馬來西亞吉仔冰,朋友說太淡味,本人就覺得好清新,味道適中!!非常推薦!!其實間店飲品幾乎沒有,只有吉仔冰、椰青和汽水,甜品也只有木糖布丁!!再來又係大家讚讚讚讚的葡式凍蝦,大拿拿mop90蚊,得5隻,但不否蝦都ok大隻,但真係頗貴.上面的是碎洋蔥和小許芫茜,加上欖油和醋,好想問:有咩咁特別!!大家會讚成咁??!!蜜汁咸豬手,肉質、咸度加上蜜糖,整體味道很不錯~~呢個菜非常推薦,大家可一試,好似都係7,80蚊…Read More
