作為大埔之人,間中都會經過呢間舖,一直都被門面嘅裝飾所吸引， 今次正式嚟到舖頭一試一試, 門面日式格局配上小窗口作為落單之處，十分特別首先餐牌上有六種不同位置的牛扒作選擇，以我今次選擇的牛扒是西冷，主要原因係見到佢屬於premium 既位置，味道應該更好！去到落單位置職員會先叫你選擇種類然後選擇份量，而我今次選擇左350g ，之後加$28可以轉為套餐配上三種配菜,本人選擇左白飯,溫泉蛋以及一罐飲品職員咁會喺顧客面前切開牛扒及磅重，以示公正，除咗選擇牛扒種類之外更可以選擇不同種類的調味油，例如蔥油，蒜油等等，而我選擇左蔥油餐廳內位置不算太多但算整齊，位置和位置之間有板相隔，餐廳內不斷播出日本主題的快歌有如置身於日本等咗大概5分鐘就已經可以取餐，眼前是一塊熱騰騰的鐵板，西冷牛扒的香味撲鼻，再配上高溫燒滾既蔥油，馬上令人流晒口水，急不及待試一啖,切開牛扒，熟度適中，大概七成熟，入口Juice，香濃嘅牛味，再配上流質溫泉蛋結合白飯簡直絕配,此外咁配上一兜柚子汁，又係另一種風味，可以令人去除油膩的感覺，而飲品本人選擇左蜜糖檸檬果汁，酸酸甜甜令人更加開胃.整體食物環境都10分滿意值得再去…Read More
