朋友推介去深水埗的“佳芳廚房”吃餃子。因為深水埗有好多出名美食在褔榮街,此店座落於汝州街,隔離係樹記腐竹,好易搵到。想不到此店有意外驚喜,芫茜煎餃好味,份量足兼無味精。還點了一客南乳豬手,炆得好冧和入味。朋友點了一份雲耳馬蹄蒸餃,老闆娘送老火湯。 湯底係用豬骨和老雞乸加五指毛桃煲上數小時,非常鮮味。老闆娘強調全無味精,大家食得安心。御五品粥 (逢星期五/六先有)用近四小時及13道工序熬製而成,味道生津回甘,冇任何味精添加。材料有:新鮮豬骨,梅頭肉,蚝豉,皮蛋,咸蛋…功效: 捱夜引致的虛火上升,清熱排毒。大家一定要試這款粥,非常好味。…Read More

喜歡吃鷄的我常到不同的店尋找各種鷄類菜餚,煎、炸、烚、焗、炆、蒸、燉 都愛試,百吃不厭。之前在大陸試過海南文昌鷄,這鷄品種好,肉鮮美細嫩,無什麼脂肪。住元朗的親戚推介我去錦上路紅磚屋試香草文昌烤鷄。星期六特登去紅磚屋32號舖「農得」試試外賣走地文昌白切鷄$200和香草烤鷄$250各一隻回家和家人試試白切鷄皮很薄,色凙偏黃白,肉質緊實,骨很硬,用較剪剪不到!食一口相當有筋度,很有鷄味(此店提供薑茸給客人)之後趁熱再吃香草烤鷄,醬汁都幾特別,鷄皮脆肉嫩多汁,好味之餘都好有雞味。(此店聲明所有食物不含味精和防腐劑)價錢合理,值得推介比喜歡食鷄的同路人(備註:店主告訴我因為只是在星期六日及公眾假期開店,最好預訂)…Read More
