🐑化皮乳豬,整體發揮出色,好食過好多地方嘅乳豬。即叫即燒,起碼等20分鐘。等待係值得嘅。首先想講講個乳豬醬,唔知咩牌子,特別好食。乳豬皮化呢個冇質疑,咬落去啲豬油爆出嚟嗰下感覺好難忘,就連塊肉都咁好食呢個就實在難得🐑香蔥牛肉角,其實用餃皮包住牛肉球炸。牛肉球內有蔥、芫荽、馬蹄,調味恰到好處。記得點埋旁邊嘅牛肉汁一齊食,牛味100分爆發🐑黄橋燒餅,外皮酥化,芝麻香脆,香蔥肉餡飽滿,但調味略為重手咗少少。黄橋燒餅都係阿一鮑魚嗰個稍勝🐑筍尖蝦餃,大隻、飽滿、精神,個名強調筍尖就堅係有筍尖,明蝦新鮮爽口。價錢同阿一鮑魚一樣,但就冇阿一蝦餃嗰啖汁。蝦餃嚟講,暫時都仲係阿一世一🐑瑤柱蘿蔔糕,蘿蔔味甚濃甚清甜,切到咁大粒,四方八面都煎到咁香脆,睇得出廚師超用心。表面炸咗嘅瑤柱絲超脆,但可惜冇乜味😂。要比較的話,新同樂嘅蘿蔔糕更出色,因為更多臘味…Read More

同老婆出深水埗買電話卡,冇乜Idea唔知食乜好,就是但求其撞入一間粉麵舖試試,反正見到都有8成客坐滿,應該唔會點衰,呢個係民間智慧😆。人哋主打牛腩牛什粉麵,我就係偏要反其道而行 - 食飯。🐑咖喱牛腩飯,飯餸分開上,份量好Generous。牛腩起碼有13片,薯仔雖然較出面其他舖頭細粒咗啲,但卻以數量取勝,以成碟飯撈滿汁嚟計算,多到幾乎每兩、三口飯就可以食到一粒薯仔。咖喱菜式薯仔係靈魂,喜歡食咖喱嘅朋友嚟呢度,必定大快朵頤。牛腩係佢粉麵檔嘅原汁牛腩,只不過係淋咖喱汁上面咁解啫,市面上一般有賣咖喱牛腩飯嘅粉麵舖都會係咁做。牛腩特別叫咗肥腩,嚿腩有肥又有瘦係好享受。肥嘅部位油脂豐腴甘香;瘦嘅部位就差啲,比較靭咗少少,但整體上肉質係ok嘅。汁料方面,個咖喱做法係十分港式,有打蓉晒乾蔥頭嘅甜、又有蒜蓉嘅香,仲有蠔油、豉油、咖喱粉混合而成嘅咖喱膽,質感濃稠,而且香濃,特別要Highlight嘅係冇椰汁,辣度十分足夠,應該係我近年食過最好食嘅港式咖喱菜式。咖喱牛腩以外,老婆叫咗碗魚皮餃墨丸河,魚皮餃冇乜特別,反而墨丸幾有驚喜,下次可以外賣一打半打生料番屋企打邊爐。…Read More

🐑虎珀合桃,呢度高級食府嚟講,算唔合格喇,唔夠香又唔夠脆,發揮唔到堅果應有嘅香味。世一虎珀合桃,係嘉麟樓當之無愧🐑百花脆皮乳豬,每次必點,簡單講就係蝦膠釀喺乳豬皮上炸,蝦膠彈牙、乳豬皮脆口呢啲不在話下,重點係蝦膠與乳豬皮中間爆發嘅嗰陣油香,每次食都係驚喜🐑玉蘭帶子蝦餃,全世界嘅蝦餃,再好都唔會有阿一鮑魚6成嘅水準,所以就算喺新同樂飲茶,都一定唔會叫蝦餃。叫帶子蝦餃就唔同喇,厚身北海道帶子打橫開半,放上開口蝦餃上蒸,帶子時間剛好,唔會靱,估計係後蒸嘅,鮮味甚顯著,帶子味甚至已經向下滲咗入下層蝦餃餡中,帶子+鮮蝦混和嘅味道,是但用個腦諗下都想像得到有幾正啦😆🐑蘿蔔糕,煎得好香,第一啖咬落去,臘味嘅味道喺我口中狂爆,再趙落去就係白蘿蔔嘅甜味。賀年年糕我哋都有喺新同樂買過,必須要承認一點嘅係,自己煎,一定冇呢度嘅師傅煎得咁好食,唔係廢話,係肺腑之言🐑魚翅灌湯餃,嚴格來說,呢個唔係灌湯餃,而係湯浸餃。大餃蒸好,再放入魚翅湯中,湯雖只是二湯,但火腿嘅味道,依然可品嚐得出。接近$170一隻,魚翅放晒喺個湯度,一目了然,份量之多🤯,我自己都嚇了一大跳,太慷慨了吧,絕無冇欺場🐑鮑魚酥,牛油酥皮好香,上枱已經聞得到,超熱上桌,保證係即叫即做。鮑魚雖然切成小塊做餡而非成隻放上面,賣相係扣咗少少分嘅,但好處就係,咬入去個鮑魚味確係好重,絕對可以彌補得到賣相方面嘅缺憾…Read More
