這間位於香港仔工廈的樓上小店,雖然地理上欠缺優勢,但精緻的西餐出品與優質茗茶仍然俘虜不少客人的胃口!自從三年前認識小店,每月例必到訪一兩遍,食物一直保持高水準之餘,店主更不時從各地選購特別茶葉,令客人在不同季節可以品嚐到不同風味,我每次到訪都充滿期待。店家近日轉換了新餐牌,並換上銀製食具,擺盤賣相更美觀,令人食慾大增。今次跟朋友點選了脆皮手撕乳豬配香料飯及大澳蝦醬炒蟹肉意大利麵。乳豬一上桌香氣四溢,連拍照也忘了就立刻進餐!乳豬配以特製肝醬及果醬,前者令肉香更濃,後者中和滯膩感,非常好吃。而我最喜愛店家自製的香料飯 (Pilaf Rice),白米以洋蔥及多種香料炒香後再煮成米飯,味道絕不單調。意大利麵亦令人驚艷!選用大澳蝦醬,份量拿捏得宜令香氣及鹹鮮味道適中,更能帶出蟹肉的鮮味。雖然以炒的方式炮製,麵的咬口仍然是al dente,將中式食材完美融合意大利廚藝, 回味無窮!茶品是小店另一個highlight! 由花茶到講究的岩茶、高山茶、陳年普洱等一應俱全。店主本身是茶師,就算初次體驗泡茶的客人如我,店主都會細心講解沖泡程序、時間及品嚐貼士。很高興能在這裡認識了我最喜歡的「鳳凰單欉」:澄澈的茶體散發陣陣清香,清爽順口,悠長的回甘,啖啖甜味縈繞喉嚨,而且價錢相宜,是品茶初哥的入門之選!如你有心儀口味,店主亦非常樂意介紹。喜愛冷飲的話,店家亦有多款自創茶飲,芝士奶蓋亦是「店自慢」,濃厚芝味絕對是甜品級的享受~…Read More

準備出發去西環泳棚之前,必先醫好肚子補充體力!呢間Cafe係無意間search到,見到食物相都唔錯所以就打算Walk-in。不過原來呢間餐廳都好爆下,我地無訂枱,店員話可能要等20分鐘。由於同朋友都唔趕時間,店員都比我地係門口坐住等,又問我地要唔要飲水,非常貼心。餐廳入面有好多知名藝術家嘅作品同商品,例如草間彌生同奈良美智等,我地係唔打攪其他食客嘅情況下周圍參觀左陣,好快就有位了!先叫個吞拿魚沙律做starter,佢個dressing係用左Greek Yogurt同蜜糖,Creamy得黎又唔膩,非常喜歡。唯一係吞拿魚都幾多筋同渣,但味道係新鮮的。見每枱都有人叫龍蝦意粉,應該都係餐廳必食。果然無令人失望,意粉煮得剛好的Al Dante口感,可以掛汁;龍蝦汁味道夠濃,仲加左蒜頭同洋蔥,難怪咁惹味。值得一讚係半隻龍蝦同鉗都起好曬肉,非常方便。肉質彈牙,而且無乜雪味。我地仲叫左帶子咖喱意大利飯。店員繼續好貼心咁提醒呢個飯會有啲辣,我地當然無問題。帶子有兩大粒唔欺場,意大利飯都係煮得剛剛好,唔會過火太冧,Creamy嘅忌廉汁因為加左咖哩粉,微微辣味令成道菜唔會太滯,個人非常喜歡亦好滿意呢個組合,食得出廚師設計食譜時既用心。另外叫左Hoeny Latte,蜜糖同咖啡味融和得非常好,而家已經好想再飲了…Read More

之前係IG有bookmark呢間餐廳,呢日正好約左友人係油麻地見面,不如同餐廳來個偶遇吧!由於真係太肚餓,加上假期前夕有點興緻,我地兩個女仔叫左好多野食先黎個沙冰解渴。牛油果味唔算好突出,青蘋果同奇異果夠曬清新,甜度適中。滿杯份量,唔好掛住影相呀,好快溶瀉!好喜歡食白酒忌廉煮青口。呢度個cream煮完仍然保持厚身(即是好肥),夠曬Rich,好食到想留返個汁點薯條食!雞翼就一般般,勝在夠熱,味道不算驚喜主菜揀左呢款明太子意粉,唔好睇佢好似好細碟,其實佢份量唔細,加上個汁底又忌廉又芝士又明太子都幾膩下,有食極都食唔完既感覺...另一款主菜就係慢樂豬。初頭都幾有期望,以為慢煮肉會冧啲,點知靭到用刀切都要好大力友人說𡁻到牙齩都軟了,食左一半左右唯有罷,打包回家二次創作不過值得一提係個肉醃得好入味,香茅味特別出雖然主菜食得好飽,但一餐完美晚餐需要甜品加持啲甜品名改得好特別,最後貪得意揀左Wilson and His Friend一上枱真係好驚喜!原來Wilson說係指電影Cast Away果個排球Wilson其實我都幾鐘意套戲,係度見到Wilson就更加開心我地花左15分鐘好好為Wilson留影先賜死佢Wilson係椰子雪葩,沙灘係瑪利餅碎加朱古力同棉花糖,藍色海水係青檸啫哩。三樣野可以分開食,一齊食味道都夾,估唔到好玩又好食餐廳有好多打卡位,非常IG-able, 下次黎要再試下其他菜式呀…Read More

夜晚八點幾九點本來想去波士頓鋸扒,點知已經截龍,好傷心的說!朋友提議不如去金鳳鋸扒,都係差唔多價位一去到門口就feel到果種時代氣息好濃烈!昏黃燈光,舊式挨pen椅,玻璃水杯,黃枱布上再舖有透明膠墊,中文menu就印係紙餐墊上面。相對今日物價,價錢亦非常相宜,最平約$100就食到一個港式鐵板全餐(牛油餐包、湯、鐵板扒配薯條、餐飲)我叫左鐵板雞扒,份量比想像中更大。單是塊扒都有兩塊,大到遮住鐵板咁滯。朋友叫左T骨扒,塊扒更大到完全跌出鐵扒,有夠誇張。雞扒好軟冧,好食;薯條就油左啲,其實唔駛食都得因爲我連兩塊雞扒都食唔曬!係呢度食鐵板餐有兩個秘技:1. 加蒜蓉。佢會係你塊扒度加一湯匙蒜,好香,我好後悔無加,因為醬汁得燒汁同黑椒汁揀,無蒜蓉汁2. 凍飲加大。跟餐飲品個杯係普通水杯size,加大就會變返茶餐廳檸茶size。當然以上兩項都要加錢啦!最後,真係好鐘意間餐廳好有態度講真又平又好食你仲想要求啲乜?…Read More

上次來唔夠耐性同毅力,今次下定決心,我!地!一!定!要!食!到!放工已經即刻衝去排,到達時間為6:31pm,等攞飛都等左差唔多半個鐘...好啦7點左右攞到飛,Reception姐姐話要等差唔多3個鐘i.e. 10點前一定入到座雖然滿腦都是粗話,不過我!地!有!決!心!所以照攞飛!留電話!等!當然唔會咁傻仔原地等,期間去左Happy Hour邊飲邊等。到差唔多9:30分佢終於打比我地啦~ 真係漫長既等待...我地5個人叫左5樣野+1件細Cheesecake(之後其實好後悔lol 因為食完前菜已經飽左)Buffalo Wings: 一份有10件(而我不知道如果兩個人食會點算), 夠酸夠辣, 伴碟既西芹就略嫌無去筋又超重草青味, 平時連伴碟都食埋既我都要放棄Nachos: 份量大都所有人都嚇親! 顧名思意, 呢間餐廳既食物都係用慢煮Sous Vide既方法處理食物既。但唔好誤會食飯會有排等喎,  因為慢煮Sous Vide都只係一種煮食方式, 而唔係即叫即慢煮用餐時間其實同平時差唔多呢晚都成8點半先食飯, 唔想太飽滯, 所以揀左呢個慢煮北海道帶子意大利飯。佢呢度既意大利飯唔係平時食開果種用米煮成既, 而係用藜麥同大粒薏米(Pearl Barley)煮成既, 所以係Gluten Free。平時我都好鐘意將藜麥同大粒薏米撈埋沙律一齊食, 貪佢有咬口又好似好高纖咁。無諗過可以取代意大利米, 口感新鮮又得意, 仲無咁容易煮過龍搞到無咬口添另外個珍寶帶子一D都唔欺場, 大大粒, 慢煮完唔會過熟導致縮水, 中間仲係溏心, 真係要讚下廚師呀! 朋友試左佢地既流心牛角包, 鹹甜都做得好食。 下次等我再試下其他菜式先!…Read More

好掛住台灣味, 星期日約埋班西環友一齊食返夠本。之前一個人來吃不敢點魯肉飯, 雖然個碗唔係好大, 但怕太多肉會太滯。今次有幾個朋友一齊分擔就唔怕啦! 呢間扒房開左咁耐都聽聞幾多好評, 但一直未有機會去試, 一來地方唔就腳, 二來自己唔食牛都唔係咁有Initiative去試。朋友上次試左佢個Weekend Brunch 同主餐牌話其實唔食牛都有好多選擇,  於是星期六我又捉左佢一齊去食Brunch喇!Weekend Brunch無咩驚喜, 都係果d 鬼佬早餐野, Granola with Yogurt 呀, Waffle呀之類。去得扒房梗係想試扒(雖說作為 Brunch都真係幾Heavy...), 加上之後大家都要返工所以決定做隻飽鬼先上路LOL 最後叫左主餐牌既春雞同埋豬扒, 加多左兜薯條做Side春雞先上枱, 個樣同我想像有D出入, 以為會比較乾身, 但佢呢個煮法令到雞肉保持肉汁, 而且好貼心咁去左大部分骨頭, 啖啖肉食落係爽既! 個藜麥落左松露醬煮, 加埋隻溫泉蛋係驚喜之作。唯一係我覺得廚師落味重手左少少, 如果無咁鹹會再Perfect池啲(請忽略左下的松露蛋黃醬, 係用來點薯條既HAHA)豬扒係帶骨上桌既, 一心諗住呢D帶骨位一定會較油潤同多汁, 但係我切開時就知道, 今次真係考手力又考牙力喇!味道是可以的, 但質感實在太韌啦! 作為唔浪費食物既乖寶寶, 食完牙較真係有D攰... 另一亮點係個烤蒜好好味! 重口味人士必食!同場加映, 我地加左個薯條(Sorry無影相)好大碟, 完全唔似係Side既份量! 狂點松露蛋黃醬食. 食到我就快喉嚨痛啦哈哈!!!…Read More

Happy Friday 梗係要去Happy Hour開展愉快Weekend, 久聞呢度Happy Hour幾抵, 一杯$70零蚊, 基本紅白酒啤酒Spirits 都有, 同朋友傾得太開心就順便食埋晚餐叫左個青口鍋, 有4種煮法可以揀, 侍應好好呀, 每個煮法都解釋得好清楚, 我揀左House, 即係用肥仔Cream上枱就比佢咁大鍋嚇親, 仲配粗薯條同一塊Sourdough麵包, 肥仔Cream汁好好味, 我食曬塊麵包再用薯條係咁點, 呢個青口鍋真係送酒一流呀!由於個青口鍋我係咁點忌廉汁食薯條同包, 食到好滯, 咁就KO左我喇! 朋友話難得黎要試下佢個和牛. 我就食唔到喇, 不過見佢切開後D肉汁係咁爆出來好似好Juicy咁, 同埋個香草牛油汁上枱時都好香朋友話牛味好濃, 不過個汁就膩左D咁喎環境真係無敵, 飲野食野都好舒服, 下次可以試埋佢D海鮮類既野食~~~ 同埋要再Encore青口鍋…Read More

之前同同事係度飲過茶覺得d點心幾好,於是今年嫲嫲生日晚飯就揀左呢度嫲嫲最鍾意食雞, 生日飯一定要有呢味餸,問左店員, 佢就推薦一個推廣菜式叫茶燻太爺雞,好似無咩地方有呢種咁特別既做法,所以都叫左一隻黎試一上枱見佢油光"令蠟蠟",嫲嫲見到即刻雙眼發光,我地識做梗係夾隻雞脾佢嘆啦!雞脾肉夠滑唔在講, 雞胸肉都唔太鞋好入味,仲有淡淡茶葉味, 正呀仲叫左個我最鍾意既蓮藕餅,雖然唔係咩好特別既菜式,好少見用原片蓮藕煎, 夠曬爽脆其他菜式都中規中距, 價錢就比一般中菜貴,不過最緊要嫲嫲食得開心呀…Read More
