見FB group有人講開呢間店專食拖羅丼今日去開銅鑼灣,就去試下新店門面擺咗吞拿魚display,好有日本feel店内全是木枱木椅,簡約中好有置身日本食堂的感覺而店舖中掛上大電視,不斷播放他們處理原條吞拿魚,及講解吞拿魚不同部位。全店只有一款拖羅set $158,加15有茶碗蒸及飲品/麵豉湯麵豉湯 味道普通偏咸 一般般蟹麵豉茶碗蒸 有蛋味,好滑,蟹麵豉同蛋好夾,味道合格有餘拖羅丼 主角上場真係有点令人失望,有兩大片勁多根而且帶血点。放在頂,包到成粒燒賣咁款的吞拿魚蓉,只是薄簿一層,下層是飯,係方便食。不過似係一早包定,啲飯帶點硬,完全敗筆。 呢三片,我要研究左好一陣,係咪中拖?!🙄之後問店員,係腦天後面的部位切出來,因為中拖的部位有限,所以有時會搭咗其他位。味道算係肥美,但真係好多根囉😥一千零一片嘅大拖,係肥美鮮味,但可惜薄薄的一片也有一條根😑赤身三片係最對辦的,軟滑帶鮮味總括而言,$158食到一碗有吞拿魚不同部位嘅丼飯唔係貴,但好抵又稱不上,始終我食咗一碗不似預期的拖羅丼😶而且飯嘅份量略嫌少,埋單後有向店員反映,佢話下次可以叫佢加多啲飯。但唔知有無下次😆怕再一次食一碗不似預期的拖羅丼…Read More

睇雜誌介紹多間石磨腸粉,其中一間喺屋企附近,今日放假就近近哋去試吓石磨腸粉,10点鐘去到,見到舖仔細細,舖外有兩張摺枱已坐滿人,唯有外賣返家慢慢嘆order咗平價套餐牛肉腸粉+柴魚排骨花生旺菜(細),其實都只是比散叫平$1。眼見都有唔少人叫外賣,等咗大約5分鐘就有得攞啦都算快。大約10分鐘路程返到屋企,好肚餓即刻開動。牛肉腸粉仍然熱,腸粉好滑,但就少了一份黏糯口感,食到係用新鮮牛肉剁碎,牛肉有牛肉味豉油用膠盒仔另外盛裝着,免得耐咗腸粉底部過咸豉油應該是自家調較的,不是出面一般的甜豉油但個人喜歡甜豉油多啲。柴魚排骨花生旺菜卻令我喜出望外,可能因為很足料,細細碗的粥有5粒排骨,除了柴魚亦有豉味(旺菜係似豉類的乾貨),沒有加味精都很好味,有家的味道。總括而言,石磨腸粉味道是可以的,但不是預期的好味。反而旺菜粥有驚喜,會為旺菜粥再來。…Read More

工廈食店越開越多,但並不是間間有質數的,今晚同朋友食呢間K2 kitchen,環境同擺設都頗有格調 食物用心製作餐廳門口直入,擺有整隻風乾火腿,細問之下,原來是來自西班牙36months iberico ham, order後會直接人手切,會比機切更有口感 頭盤之一嘅北海道甘蝦伴蘆薈沙律,原隻刺身蝦上碟,size之大如同牡丹蝦,入口鮮甜,再加上嘅蘆薈粒及新鮮沙律菜,清新開謂 另一頭盤"紅菜頭伴羊奶芝士北海道帆立貝",帆立貝很大隻,約有兩寸直徑,伴在底是紅菜頭,倆者配在一起吃,味道算不錯 賣相很特別的黑魚籽鮮蝦忌廉蛋,整隻雞蛋連蛋殼上,黑魚籽配半熟雞蛋,蛋非常滑,内有爽口蝦粒,一個精緻美味的頭盤 因為被門口擺的風乾火腿吸引,所以order了半份iberico ham試試,手切是一少塊一少塊的,剛剛好一口一塊,iberico ham咸味不會像parma ham那麼重,所以不需伴着哈蜜瓜一起吃,反而要分開食,才可細嘗iberico ham的甘香咸味,入口火腿咸味適中,脂肪油甘,齒頰留香 牛肝菌榛子茸湯,香濃的牛肝菌味且creamy,加入了榛子碎,豐富了整個湯的口感 7成熟的澳洲和牛,一口咬下,肉汁四溢,不用沾任何醬汁,只是灑上少許礦物鹽已很美味 用海膽加忌廉煮帶子意粉,帶有微微海膽鮮味,再上蟹子,提升了意粉的層次感 其實餐廳的出品真的用心製作,最後的dessert好像是藝術品一樣,靚得不捨動手把它吃下 為有多影幾張相,才動口吧 菠蘿mousse蛋糕香滑,綠茶紅豆mousse中規中矩,而伴在碟邊的石仔裝飾,原來是朱古力,蛋糕上的蝴蝶也是吃得的紙威化 很滿足的一餐…Read More

朋友飯聚揀咗有蒸氣海鮮石鍋專門店,地点係好旺嘅尖沙咀,但又帶少少隱世feel,因為喺天文臺圍,要行上一少段斜路才到。上到去,原來有房坐 我哋十二人包咗一間房,房內還有獨立toilet,有需要時不用出出入入,好方便,從呢点可看到食店对客人的貼心 友人未到齊,叫啲前菜边食边等最好。酒槽雞腳$58: 雞腳爽口,食得出係新鮮雞腳,微微啲花雕味又不會太咸,啜下一隻,啜下又一隻 秘制花甲$68: 一向食花甲或蜆都是豉椒炒等熱食煮法,今次呢個秘制花甲上枱時,我仍然以為是熱的,到擺入口那刻先知道是冷盤,对我來說係好新奇的菜式,微微辣帶少許咸,加上花甲肉嫩鮮味,再試真啲湯底,原來是胡椒湯,連湯一齊食仲正 連前菜小吃都做得那麼出色 期待主菜上場 朋友終於到齊,可以上菜 上菜前,先要在鍋中舖上米、南爪、雞,跟著蓋上蒸架,即可開始蒸海鮮,一路蒸,海鮮嘅精華又一跟落在鍋底嘅粥咕嚕肉$128: 有別於一般咕嚕肉,呢度係配上蕎頭,非常醒胃。至於咕嚕肉更是無得彈,一層既薄且脆的酸甜糖衣包裹着嫩滑肉質 登登登...有專人設定時間,因為唔同食物唔同份量,所需時間亦不同,以確保海鮮蒸得剛剛好,好細心的服務南非鮑魚(古法雞油/蟲草花): 兩款鮑魚都order咗,我食咗蟲草花鮑魚,蟲草花微甜似金針的爽口,鮑魚剛剛蒸熟,蟲草花加上鮑魚鮮味 真係想食多隻食咗古法雞油嘅朋友話雞油浸入鮑魚一齊食,好食到冇朋友喎 鮮淮山紅棗杞子蒸鮮雞$88: 嫩滑非常而且好有雞味甜梅菜蒸菜芯苗$78: 梅菜蒸菜芯原來可以咁夾,少許梅菜與菜芯一起吃,清得來好好食安格斯牛小排(大)$228: 只需蒸上半分鐘,剛剛好8乘熟,一点也不韌,脂肪甘香加上牛味十足,沾上少許豉油,好食過打邊爐日本大元貝$88(隻): 辣椒蒜蓉蒸,其實辣椒不是太辣,反而能帶出元貝鮮味,好大隻,好多肉 紐西蘭聖子: 用生熟蒜加粉絲一齊蒸,粉絲吸收哂聖子嘅鮮味,聖子固然好食,連配角粉絲也一樣美味 韓國象拔蚌: 同樣是生熟蒜加粉絲一齊蒸,象拔蚌爽口鮮嫩 原籠蒸燕麥叉燒包4個$38: 叉燒包皮加上燕麥,食落感覺上都好似健康啲   叉燒食落肉質偏軟,與平時酒樓食開的,有点分別,原來這個是素肉 素叉燒包 像真度非常之高南瓜滑雞粥底$128: 期待嘅雞粥,經過咁多款蒸海鮮流下的海鮮精華,終於有得食 打開蓋時,粥面泛有雞油,侍應把粥攪勻後,雞油不見了。沒有加入任何調味或鹽的粥非常綿,帶有南瓜甜味,亦有雞味,而蒸了那麼久的雞仍然很滑 非常滿足的一餐,食海鮮都不用去鯉魚門,這裡的蒸海鮮也很出色…Read More

補祝朋友生日,佢揀咗呢間以粥底打邊爐為賣点既私房菜,食之前上openrice睇睇食評,原來呢間係新開嘅分店,總店喺佐敦,book位仲要好難,心諗係咪真係甘堅好食,只不過是打完邊爐多碗粥食下啫,anyway,新店唔難book,用膳時間分三輪,我哋揀咗早段6点至8点半。我哋3個人到齊後,食物好快上哂枱,食材方面以廚師決定,我想大概是當天佢地有甚麼新鮮的便作當天的食材。有雞,倉魚,黑椒牛丸,魚蛋,蠔,蜆,魚滑,肥牛,花蟹,蝦,瀨尿蝦,鮑魚,粟米,蘿蔔,南瓜,油炸鬼則是最後送粥食的,還有一肚氣  醬料只有豉油辣椒蒜頭3種。賣点粥底打邊爐,其實係粥水做湯底,當然唔多唔少都有落味精喇,之後佢教我哋先落蘿蔔粟米雞鮑魚(店員講咁就係鮑魚雞粥喎 咪講笑 滾一陣已夾 上來食,邊豎出到味,又是gimmick而已)鮑魚跟指示5分鐘可食,時間啱啱好,好淋,但沒甚鮮味,可能沾咗豉油吃蓋過了鮮味。雞都好滑,但滾耐咗就好'鞋',所以唔好滾太耐,要快食。倉魚算新鮮,唔好滾太耐,否則唔滑;魚蛋爽口彈牙。粟米甜美;魚滑欠新鮮,唔彈牙。蜆好細粒,而且有幾粒滾極都唔開口, 即係唔新鮮。蠔大隻就大隻,但唔鮮味,好一般。肥牛切得夠薄,唔鞋冇渣,算是全餐亮点之一。花蟹係新鮮,但始終是平價蟹,啲肉比較削(明白一分錢一分貨,呢個價不可要求太多,食好野就唔會選擇呢間)蝦同瀨尿蝦放埋一齊,紮紮跳好生猛,要揾隻碟蓋住免得跳出來;蝦係全餐另一亮点,咁生猛當然鮮甜美味;瀨尿蝦雖然生鮮,但(睇相都睇到)同蝦嘅size一樣,咁細隻實在好難起肉,起到都好少肉食。所以我個friend食完一隻便唔食 食到咁上下(限時關係),店員會黎撈走鍋中剩下之食物,雞油,過多的湯底,之後便加入一pat pat好杰既粥落鍋煮,滾約5分鐘後,賣点嘅粥一碗一碗上枱。呷一口粥,没甚麼鮮味,粥是雖綿綿的,但要加鹽才有啲味。老實說甚麼粥底打邊爐,所有食材海鮮精華落在最後的粥上,全是生意技倆,以此作招徠。食物烚兩烚便可 起食,可有幾多精華,而且限時,個幾鐘已煮粥,鮮味向來 而且此店好趕咁,未夠8点半,食到七七八八,已吹你問呢碟食完未,嗰碟食完未,好有壓迫感,係你面前執枱。 更過份是我把剛放下飲完一口嘅啤酒,杯中還剩兩三啖,他問都冇問就一手拎起杯啤酒倒到鍋中,洗唔洗咁趕客, 都未夠鐘。我見隔離枱仲誇張,啲客未走,喺客面前擺定位比下一輪客 實在令人反感雖然$220有海鮮食,但限時又趕客咁,講真呢個價錢可以有好多其他更多選擇,.....大X口海鮮火鍋店平靚正,反正也是限食兩小時半還有同場加映一肚氣(留待題外話寫),此店絕無下次 -…Read More

與舊同事飯聚,想食中莱,但我哋8人又唔夠12人坐一圍枱,醒起幾年前黎過呢間樓上鋪平靚正,而且位置方便,尖沙咀區,人人都方便搭車來,8人也可坐一大張枱,10個人更可有房坐(雖然房仔細細 )當晚揀咗食$288位既鮑參翅肚招牌套餐,無須加一,有十道菜式較為特出係花雕蛋白蒸海蟹,蟹肉鮮嫩美味,蛋白滑溜帶有蟹味同微微花雕味,蛋白才是精華所在 另外招牌三式蝦也很出色,豉油蝦同黃金蝦雖然是雪藏蝦,但做得入味;至於蝦丸亦炸得彈牙爽口,有蝦味 其他菜式不過不失, 海斑蒸得剛剛好,夠嫩滑;鮑魚食得出係平價貨 但始終是一分錢一分貨,不可要求太多。還記得幾年前食完十道菜後,好滿足甘捧住個肚走,但事隔數年的今天,食完只有8乘飽,唔知係咪我大食咗呢 …Read More
