與舊同事飯聚,想食中莱,但我哋8人又唔夠12人坐一圍枱,醒起幾年前黎過呢間樓上鋪平靚正,而且位置方便,尖沙咀區,人人都方便搭車來,8人也可坐一大張枱,10個人更可有房坐(雖然房仔細細 )當晚揀咗食$288位既鮑參翅肚招牌套餐,無須加一,有十道菜式較為特出係花雕蛋白蒸海蟹,蟹肉鮮嫩美味,蛋白滑溜帶有蟹味同微微花雕味,蛋白才是精華所在 另外招牌三式蝦也很出色,豉油蝦同黃金蝦雖然是雪藏蝦,但做得入味;至於蝦丸亦炸得彈牙爽口,有蝦味 其他菜式不過不失, 海斑蒸得剛剛好,夠嫩滑;鮑魚食得出係平價貨 但始終是一分錢一分貨,不可要求太多。還記得幾年前食完十道菜後,好滿足甘捧住個肚走,但事隔數年的今天,食完只有8乘飽,唔知係咪我大食咗呢
