兩年無機會返其中一個家鄕,難免一見有新開既台式餐廳都會去試下。紅燒牛腩刀削麵湯底濃而唔喊,牛腩鬆軟而唔散,伴菜就小咗一啲,比多兩條菜會梗吸引。麵質岩岩好唔硬,就算浸耐咗都唔會冧晒,黎個就係刀削麵特質。拜托唔好夾硬要求煮冧啲麵,要食冧,不如食番幼或者粗麵。海苔肉鬆起司蛋餅得一個字「正」!就係黎個味道喇!好鬼掛住呀!起司用量岩岩好,有時唔係一味多就好食,肉鬆海苔根本就係絕配。下午茶黎既話,完全唔使點主餐,食佢攪掂晒!再黎既一定一定要番點QQ地瓜球分別有甜薯同普通地瓜,一口一粒,外面層粉幾似係酸梅粉,但我哋兩個人食晒成兜都唔知係咩,只係覺得甜甜地,個味好夾,好味到一粒接一粒咁食。酥炸魷魚初頭俾人嚇一嚇,話份量係一大隻,今次得兩條友食有諗過唔叫。因為忍唔住口,所以叫少咗個主食而換嚟佢。 好彩就係忍唔住,唔係會錯過咗咁好食既魷魚,口好食到不得了,脆而唔油,食完果張吸油紙都無乜油漬,應該真係唔油,而唔係我哋食得太快所以吸唔到油嘅。主餐碗麵都未食完就已經食晒喇。 鹽酥雞最後又點少得鹽酥雞同酥炸魷魚一樣一滴油都冇都無,味道又啱啱好唔喊,粒粒都係雞肉,唔會無啦啦有一粒、兩粒甚至三粒係得番塊雞皮。胚芽奶茶雖然係叫凍飲但係冇冰,甜度要咗5分,對我完全岩岩好。又或者小食全部都係喊味嘢,所以先唔覺甜掛 食完成餐飯都冇覺得勁行勁口渴。咁已經做得好過好多。可能鋪面細,數埋大約得10零個位,所以要都等咗好一陣架。但都值得既。…Read More

想食扒餐,但又未必撞岩有朋友仔/同事仔岩食,話晒食晏,好多人都唔想食咁heavy。行到黎,見到餐牌有牛脷,就被吸左入去。之前有同同事黎過,今次一支公,但就遇上左其中一個至愛-牛🐮Set lunch 包餐湯(羅宋湯、洋蔥湯 同 粟米忌廉湯)跟蒜蓉包一片。湯料好足,夠晒味,絕對唔係加水翻煲再翻煲,片包邊係脆,但中間就冧,唔係全片都脆,另外蒜蓉醬可以再多D就正。主餐一上,嘩,好彩叫少意粉,因為牛脷既份量真係好多,大半條都有。醬汁夠,牛脷又冧,真係好好好食。意粉沒被𣺉上醬汁,感覺無咁heavy,不過意粉好快就凍左,口感自然就變得嘛嘛。Set lunch包熱飲,凍飲加$2。午餐$55起,又湯又餐茶,仲要好食,真係好抵架!餐廳仔,午餐都做三款餐湯,水準都幾好,真係好少見。但亦都係咁,不時有客仔攪錯,誤會洋蔥粟米湯係一款湯,今日就聽到有三枱客係咁。另一次黎食飯,最誇張一枱4人,全部都誤會晒,果次係羅宋湯、洋蔥湯和忌廉龍蝦湯,一人誤會洋蔥忌廉為一款,龍蝦湯為另一款;另一人就誤會洋蔥、忌廉、龍蝦分別為三款湯;最好笑係有一個落單時以為係湯料有得㨂咁,竟要求「湯要洋蔥加龍蝦」(佢真係咁講),落單既要逐個客解釋,我就聽到差D笑左出黎。…Read More

旺角行街,搵間唔係集團食市越黎越難,女人街兩邊仲有好多小店,忽然想食韓式,但唔係韓燒。行過比個menu 相吸引左。韓式唔食韓燒,就離不開石頭鍋飯、辣豆腐湯飯、部隊鍋、飯卷等等。因唔算太餓,簡單叫左海鮮辣豆腐湯飯、牛肋骨湯飯同鐵板炒三式-豬、牛、雞。一般韓式都先上前菜,黎到都一樣,但除左泡菜係韓式,其餘兩款芽菜同魚片直情可以話係港式。首先上既係鐵板炒豬牛雞。心諗咁快既?!感覺就似大X樂,你叫乜,就係扒爐執上碟一樣咁快!鐵板上,都預塊鐵板係做樣唔會熱得去邊,但原來仲可以係凍。牛,係一般肥牛,碎上,份糧係最少。雞,有4件雞球。豬既份糧有半件豬扒既份糧。但味道就一般中式菜一樣,豉油、蠔油味,洋蔥仲生。牛肋骨湯飯。味道唔錯,湯底唔喊,仲有4件牛肋骨,菜底都唔少。不過碗飯就唔多熱。再黎海鮮辣豆腐湯飯。一上枱,個湯紅到唔可以再紅,心諗一定勁辣,一試,不出所料,好辣,但成個湯都係得個辣字,又完全唔足料!得一兩粒碎左既「蜆仔」、兩條切細到無可再細既魷魚鬚、半塊豆腐、雞蛋、芽菜同黃芽白。唔知以為大厨唔記得放材料,定傳菜上錯素菜湯飯。價錢唔係貴,鐵板、湯飯@$7x,但唔值。是晚仲有好笑野,隔離枱三個大男人,亞姐幫佢地落單,當時無為意人地叫左乜,等左陣上左個石頭鍋飯,其中一個男食左半,其餘兩男先覺得奇怪未有得食,先追問。問又問得攪笑「點解得一個?」亞姐又答得趣緻「叫一個,上一個」,來來往往幾句,先知原來人地叫三個石頭鍋飯,但亞姐聽錯只落左一個。我地就諗,點解落單時,亞姐唔多問下其餘兩個大男人食乜?成半個鐘都唔落單又唔追問下既?雖無話最底消費,唔通黎到都慣左比人唔食野任坐??…Read More

搵個無限時地方食飯越黎越難,問左4、5間都話要限時,4個人都得90分鐘,邊食邊傾真係都幾趕下😒。問到炑八話星期一至四無限時,馬上訂枱喇!準時1830到達,入座時帶位既又話限時,我地表明訂枱時話無限先黎,佢就「放生」我地無限時。剛好有信用卡優惠,二選一,豬或牛,選擇唔多,岩食就得喇,有人為左隻八爪魚,所以揀左黑毛豬套餐。時間尚早,入座時都只得三兩枱客,上料就變得話咁快。望落唔錯,不過冬菇同南瓜就太少喇,雖然前菜同包肉既生菜係無限添加,但燒烤既菇同南瓜份量多番少少,可以平衡番肉既油膩感會仲好。餐牌寫有4款用,但無分別指明邊款打邊款,除左五花肉一眼就望得出外,其他咪就係豬肉囉我絕對唔係食品專家,食左都分唔出,加上唔知道係咪我加左大蒜、大醬一齊食,所以就更加分唔到。只能講眼見肥既地方,燒一燒,燒走晒肥油,食落一d 都唔肥,燒肉就係有黎個好處(完全誤導)。食左一半豬肉,係時候八爪魚下海。係餐箱入面,睇唔出隻八爪魚完來咁大隻。初頭都有擔心咁燒原隻爪魚會唔好食,但又唔係喎,不過又唔講得爽口就真既。五花肉太大舊,而㕑房刀工又真係勁,刀刀薄切,又可以切唔到底,係同個底既距離都幾遠,勁!應該成塊擺上爐燒,但太大塊喇,按佢個「薄切」位剪開,但生肉原來咁難剪,唯有一開三,燒熟再剪。係未熟透時剪開,再燒幾下,縮一縮,就燒到變左乾,可能太薄關係。好彩仲有大半舊肉,再黎過。整體黎講,肉新鮮,調味唔多,有機會既會再試下信用卡優惠既另一款。我地足足坐左3個鐘,其間都唔多人入座,成個場有約一半枱無人,所以唔太嘈,可能瓊華實在太多選擇。平日黎,唔使比人催交枱,慢慢食,慢慢傾,都係個唔錯選擇。…Read More

每隔一排,不期然就想食台灣牛肉麵。《小王牛肉麵》喺一次無意中係九龍灣食過之後,有特登再去食既牛肉麵餐廳。屯門未有前,係荃灣、黃埔都有食過,屯門開左後,隨時想食就食。係屯門店湯底一直都保持到,不論原汁牛肉麵、半筋半肉麵係我既首選。原汁牛肉麵 - 粗麵、配小棠菜、正常份量酸菜友人同我既選擇都係一樣,不過佢就多左芫茜同蔥。我個人特別喜好台灣粗麵,有咬口,又吸到多d湯汁。都有試過幼麵,但覺得似食緊上海雲吞麵咁,同黎度既牛肉唔多夾。蚵仔煎第一次黎度食,完全同喺台北食既兩回事。表面上望落蚵仔幾多,但事實係少得可憐,仲係切到碎晒,好碎果隻,可能咁先望落有睇頭掛,又勁多蔥,完全唔使錢買番黎咁,成底都係蔥,如果唔食蔥既,真係唔好叫。而質感有d 似潮州菜既蠔仔煎,未到炸既地步,中間都有少少台式蚵仔煎果種透明啫喱狀QQ感,但已經唔係果回事。依家成底野完全變得香口左,但失晒台北蚵仔煎特色,個餸應該改名為宜蘭香蔥煎,宜蘭出名香蔥嘛,都係台灣地區,夾吖😅屯門分店有個幾大問題,我每次黎食,叫親小食,不論係同麵一齊落單,定係後追加,都一定漏單,次次都要追。今次蚵仔煎,你話要時間煎,ok 無問題;上次鹽酥雞,炸要時間,都講得通;但有次叫醉雞中翼,涼菜黎喎,老早整定,浸好晒,唔使煮喇掛,碗麵食左一半都未有喎,點先;仲有次叫花枝羹,又等到食左一半麵都未有,羹點計都無理由即叫即煮掛,又係要催。唔知我同黎間分店風水係咪唔夾,次次都漏單,仲真係只漏小食單,飲品同麵無事架,仲上得好快添😓…Read More

星期六放下晝,就重遊舊地約返個舊同事仔食晏仔兼去香工行街。同事仔話當年幾乎個個星期去幫襯既「開花結果」搬左新舖重開,當然要去,睇下有無keep到水準先。新舖唔算遠,好易搵,地方大過舊舖好多!人手當然都多左,但依然要等位,不過都唔使等好耐。黎到最抵食一定係皇牌經典套餐,8款涵料、5款包,再加6款沙律任選兩款,自由拼砌,加埋飲品都只係$52!沙律仲要係大大份,並唔係大xx / 美x 果種雪糕球咁細份量。(上)香芒雞肉法包,菠蘿粟米蛋 + 什果沙律:芒果帶甜唔酸,雞肉滑,法包夠軟,仲好細心咁切成兩份。(下)蜜桃火雞香草包,吞拿魚火腿粟米 + 什果沙律:火雞本身無味,夾蜜桃食啱啱好,唔撞味,蜜桃又唔會「水滴滴」整濕個包。沙律依舊咁大份量,完全唔慳家,驚你食唔飽咁😂食到尾3款沙律都無出水,真係要贊!(左)凍香芋咖啡 / (右)熱柑桔蜜雖話凍,但黎到唔加冰,即原裝雪凍,所以飲幾耐都唔會飲到冰水味,不過夏天大熱天時,可能會覺得唔夠凍。黎到其實仲有意粉、湯麵、雞肶、游魚鬚等等小食,不過個皇牌套餐就最多人叫,唔係點叫皇牌。同舊同事仔邊食邊傾,講番起以前每逢有人請食tea,一定叫黎間,炸肶+沙律簡直無得彈,不過就叫10次,有8、9次都少不免漏野,可能當年我地叫得太狼死🤣依家我無機會試到佢既外賣下午茶喇,希望人手多左,唔會送漏野喇。…Read More

Boxing day 友人都要返工開OT趕project,聖誕就簡簡單單,志在聚下,友人訂枱附近The One間越南餐廳,話午餐黎得多,食物唔錯,夜晚要訂枱架,因為太多人等候喎。1830到,時間尚早未見等位人龍,入座時侍應講明限時90分鐘,吓?唔緊要喇,反正友人仲要返公司趕工。餐牌推介有兩款,為追時間,就叫晒兩款,再加埋越南菜必食既串燒!再慢慢傾。青木瓜絲大蝦沙律黎到另上魚露,仲要唔細支,要幾多自己黎。但我就一唔小心成支倒晒,攪到食到尾有D「水浸」情況😆 大蝦幾爽身,青瓜唔太夠絲,食上黎硬左D,雞柳粗身而且唔多。如果青瓜同雞柳可以再切幼D就最好,依家唔多似沙律。越式拼盤份量岩岩好,蝦餅好大粒下,新鮮炸起,外脆,蝦肉夠爽,唔係成口麵粉果種👍🏻;春卷入面既粉絲就帶少少油,炸嘛,所以可以接受既👌🏼;豬頸肉望落好似燶左D,不過唔係乾柴柴,又不肥不膩,好食👍🏻;粉皮卷一向都唔係我杯茶,黎個仲有陣冬菇「噏」味,所以只係食左啖就放底左,不過友人就唔覺有噏味,而係完全無味喎😅串燒 - 豬、牛、雞(半打)串燒理應牛最好食,但黎到燒到燶晒,又硬又乾👎🏼雞串燒得尚好但⋯又無味既?唔通黎排聖誕食得多,食壞左條脷😳。最好食係豬,乾身得黎入面仲有肉汁。仲有不得不贊個花生醬,粒粒花生有咬口又香👍🏻👍🏻,不過可惜都救唔番D牛。其間見到左右隔離枱分別上個咖哩牛腩配法包同原個椰青焗海鮮飯,望落幾好,個椰青大大個又幾吸睛,應該夠三四個人食;而咖哩就幾香。我地預左轉場食甜品,所以就留番下次再黎試。唔知係咪聖誕忙關係,侍應個個都無表情,其中一個可能只識英文既非本地人/華人侍應,同我地落單,稍為講慢D,就「then…then…then...」。㨂嘢飲慢左,又再即刻黑面,不耐煩咁又不停「Then?…And then?…And then?」結果係被催促下㨂左杯以為唔會死錯既紅豆冰,點知就出左事紅豆原粒仲大大粒,不過又硬又無味(又無味?!),只得椰汁同冰味,連甜味都欠奉:(果位侍應都真係幾無禮貌,上串燒果陣,因為二人枱細,又水杯又野飲又汁,拼盤岩岩先開始食,沙律碟又未收,跟本無位放,初頭佢目無表情齊企度唔郁,友人望下佢,我地心諗,你唔係要客執枱呀?果位侍應見無人出手,好求奇用串燒隻碟推埋D碟拼盤,攪到差D推卸個豬頸肉汁,碟花生醬就直頭放係我份筷子上面😠 個侍應跟手收左沙律碟令轉頭走,但同時被隔離枱截停,用國語問佢有一杯仔芽菜同疑似九層塔放邊到食,唔知位侍應唔識聽定唔識講,望下個客就行左去個客再問行過既第二個侍應,黎個有反應,不過就唔知係咪又唔識聽/講,喺係咁意指下碗麵就算我友人好心就開聲答隔離個客,免得佢地問極都無人理喇。明白大時大節食市都係忙到不停手,客亦都唔係大晒,但果位非本地/華人連最基本既禮貌都無囉。我地1945未夠就走,因為越坐越熱,似無冷氣咁。行出門口,又真係好多人等緊喎。…Read More

12月特別多飯局,之前一直留意OpenRice 有推過黎間,一直想黎試試,但價格不太符合各好友每月一聚定價。今次因為臨時變掛,得番小貓三隻,適逢接近聖誕同做冬,無乜邊到仲有位,打黎問仲有,就黎試一試。㨂食其間,侍應分別埋黎過兩次,一次問要唔要水,後面有句聽完全聽唔到佢講乜,我地三隻小貓你眼望我眼心諗點解咁問,侍應又唔再出聲,dead air 左幾秒,侍應指下枱面支水,原來係問要唔要有汽既水😓我地話唔使,佢就以9秒9收走。第二次埋枱既另一位侍應,邊放低餐前餐包,邊勁細聲講左句唔知乜,個場唔嘈架,但就係聽唔到。餐前餐包配黑醋橄欖油有人相機未食就自己先食😆麵包都幾燶下,外硬內脆,真係硬,差d界口添。仲食到一枱麵包碎。龍蝦海鮮拼盤(半份)黎個份量岩晒三隻小貓,各款海鮮都好鮮甜,龍蝦爽甜,生蠔仲有咸水味,但就唔creamy,翡翠螺爽,數數下,樣樣都雙數,但點解得一隻鮑魚既海鹽炭燒12小時慢煮美國一級自然牛小排 配粗薯條非常好食,慢煮肉雖然全熟,但依然冧,唔鞋唔靭,肥肉位都變得爽唔肥原本係㨂配甜蕃薯,但見個經理不停因不同原因周圍嘈嘈閉話班侍應,又唔係唔食,為免麻煩,所以無出聲要求換。意式牛肉三重奏濶條麵酸甜適中,汁岩岩好黏晒上麵度,就算食完都無多餘既汁同油剩係碟黎到雖然係旺角,但餐廳室內環境調情好,眼見好多一對對呢。但服務就有待改善。有位侍應疑似經理,不停叫咪叫其他侍應留意邊枱邊枱,要推介嘢食,叫推貴野,話個客應該食得起;轉頭又叫咪話邊枱客就食完推下甜品;成日係咁跟住上菜嘅侍應問跟左咩餐具;一見有枱食完又係叫咪收碟,有個侍應埋我隔離枱收,個客示意未食完,侍應回咪「人地未食完呀」,我地聽到笑左出黎。嗰位經理把聲唔細,我地傾偈不時比佢把聲吸引左去聽佢講乜,坐我地隔離左右都聽到,都幾騷擾。教上菜,留番開門前教;叫推食物,唔該細聲d,仲要推得咁有「目標」添😒。收碟又收得太快,一見個碟食晒,即有人埋黎收嘢,好似好服務,其實都係騷擾,仲以為廚房唔夠碟用趕住拎番去清。情調或多或少比黎d服務破壞左。…Read More

星期六晚度度都難搵食,收工都唔早,又忙到一頭煙,攰到唔想再嘥時間排隊等位,行過見黎間得一枱客等,又開左咁耐都未幫親過,一於試下。打開menu 花多眼亂,就點左兩個季節限定-壽喜燒同石鍋飯,再加個壽司拼盤。落單個職員好細心,話張枱細,所以會先上壽司,到食完先再幫我地上熱食;又建議個壽喜燒追加$20加烏冬或者韓式粉絲,咁會好食d;兩個建議都幾貼心。等食同食緊其間,職員不停主動加茶,看似基本,但越黎越少餐廳做到。等左十幾分鐘,壽司黎喇。特上壽司拼盤 - 蛋卷香又唔死實;魚生樣樣都好新鮮;魚子就偏咸同有少少腥;飯粒就一粒鬆一粒實,應該唔係出自同一師父手😅牛肉壽喜燒 另加烏冬 - 話加$20加烏冬/韓式粉絲,但上枱就兩樣都有。到底本身就有粉絲,定加錢兩樣都有呢?無人答到,算喇,無黎錯就得。但就麻麻地,牛肉過熟,烏冬過冧,湯唔夠熱。真心覺得和民既壽喜燒仲好食。再黎一個黑豚肉泡菜石鍋飯 - 黎個夠晒熱,上枱果陣仲有煙架。有泡菜既微辣,又有少少飯蕉,豬肉唔肥膩,但要d時間先可以咬開吞到。😑食物黎講,個人覺得壽司值得外,其餘兩個都不必再試。未試既,可以慳番,㨂第二款。入座前有個小插曲,前台派飛安排入座位職員,同店內職員態度簡直係兩極。先係我問佢攞飛,職員完全無尾音答我「自己撳」,心諗,撳邊度呀?望左兩望,佢先施施然攞開d menu,原來個撳飛機比佢用d menu 遮住晒😠果下我以為截客唔做生意,但明明8點半咋喎😒隨後另一個等緊枱既人問無尾音職員「有冇果個套餐⋯⋯」都未講完,無尾音職員搶答「無套餐」個客繼續講「唔係喎⋯⋯」無尾音職員再截停「無做套餐」個客都唔弱再問「之前下晝食過⋯⋯」無尾音再三截斷人,答「夜晚無」,個客串串咀回佢一句「原來夜晚無套餐~」兩個一來一回簡直係到打羽毛球咁,你一板我一板。😓點解個無尾音職員唔可以等人問完,聽清楚再好好地咁答呢,比人串喇,幾無引。其實門口接待既好重要,黎位無尾音職員態度其實幾趕客,店內職員做得再好都無用喇。希望有機會有職員睇到/知道,同黎位無尾音培訓下。…Read More

不只呃like,暗藏美食

齋睇外表裝修,得個靚字,其實吸引唔到我入去食,估都係九成都係為呃like而食既餐廳唔會有咩好食,食唔飽人(雖然我唔大食🤣)友人叫大膽尐試下喇,咪咁out!ok,就即管試下,食我唔飽,下場你既!2人set dinner價錢3xx,包晒沙律、前菜、主菜、意大利飯/意粉、pizza/burger,都多野食喎,但就唔包飲品。沙律-烤南瓜松子仁雞絲沙律  /  蟹肉牛油果蘋果青瓜沙律前者南瓜好冧,好食,但雞絲就少得緊要。後者以杯上,份量對一個細食女黎講可能都唔夠開始擔心之後既份量,唔通真係要盤算下場去邊到再補食?!前菜1 - 德國腸  凍肉  芝士拼盤Menu 寫明套餐每款前菜係半份上,望落都唔少既,個樣都夠2人分享。整體無咩特別。前菜2 - Girl’s  分享盤又係睇名唔知係乜,見半份上,有選擇困難症就岩晒,樣樣有嘛薯條分別係粗薯條+甜薯,仲另上芝士粉,比埋個紛紅紙袋你大玩shake shake。其他原來係以雞為主,雞肉餃子;炸芝士波-無芝士味,得薯仔味;煎雞翼;雞軟骨棒棒。黎個拼盤一上一定要即食,唔知天氣凍定佢本身唔係好熱,好快就凍左,攪到雞翼同雞軟骨棒只食到油味,連應該係即炸既薯條都好快凍晒。連續兩個拼盤都一般,真係要搵定下場食乜,邊到未閂門,使唔使去打番個邊爐??未諗完,主菜就到。主菜 - 低溫慢煮三文魚  烤露筍  薯蓉  香草荷蘭汁有前面兩個餸都快凍既經驗,黎碟一上,相機食左一野,就那那聲到我起筷。嘩,終於有熱食喇!魚油香,薯蓉滑,叫得主菜係唔同d,定係我一直思維都攪錯晒,前菜唔應該係熱食既呢?緊接黎就係尾聲既意大利飯/意粉、pizza/burger我地㨂左個龍蝦burger,套餐點選黎個係要另加$28,有龍蝦食,加錢都接受到既。先黎賣相都幾討好,仲一陣陣麵包香撲鼻,急不及待動刀。包真係好軟,包外面搽左蜜糖再烤焗,香香微脆,龍蝦肉爽甜。完全係必食推介!意大利飯/意粉就㨂左煎帶子芝士蘆筍意大利飯份量唔少,芝士溶晒入意大利飯入面,芝士控既岩晒口味,真係食唔停口。Set dinner 唔包飲品,但可能幾款主食都有芝士,開始喊,係時候要搵野飲下,分別叫左一凍一熱。蜜桃荔枝沙冰  &  Goodnight  tea。一上枱,非常吸精。套茶壺茶杯簡直係美女與野獸入面茶壺太太與茶杯仔仔Goodnight tea 原來薰衣草加蜜糖,薰衣草有安睡作用,個名好貼切。飲落好舒服,感覺真係好安靜。蜜桃荔枝沙冰,都好吸精喎,黑色既!點解既??由個名睇黎,無樣野係黑色架,問staff 會唔會黎錯,因為佢有第二款飲品係竹炭+荔枝,個人好直咁諗,炭係黑色,整出既係黑唔出奇。但staff又話無黎錯,我問點解係黑色,佢話設計係咁,咁算。預左十問九唔知架喇。好飲既,但飲黎飲去都係得荔枝味,所以硬係覺得佢黎錯,只係死口唔認。(哈,又自己亂黎發揮想像時間)上菜好快,未食完就上第二度菜,但餐廳大部都係圓枱設計,仲偏細添,可能咁,就有個好鬼吸精既層架。快樂時光好快就完。黎到有限時架,7:30入座,要求8:45離開,時間上有d緊迫,諗住都係呃下like飯局就算。到上茶時其實都過晒鐘,可能無人等枱,無被人請走。慢慢暵埋杯茶,坐到人地閂門(10:30)整體對女士黎講一定夠食既,但男士黎講就⋯⋯算喇,男人老狗,唔係拖埋另一半黎,點會㨂黎到吖😂😂結論係,為影相,一定要黎;為食既,可以列入考慮之列但排中間列序;再黎既,都100%係為左龍蝦包…Read More

上年尾做到年頭,工作排山倒海未停過,要約朋友食飯放風抖下氣。一早睇定食評,黎間幾好咁又就腳,決定試一試。晚飯時間岩岩開始,唔使等,仲大把位㨂。枱與枱之間唔迫,座得舒服,樓底高唔侷促,唔太嘈。食物非想像中咁特別,一般一般,有落差。先黎個香芒蟹肉飛魚子沙律,好清好清,芒果粒好碎。如果芒果粒大番d,或者加d沙律醋會仲好味。壽司當然唔少得,唔算有特色食得壽司當然唔少得手卷,海膽手卷,唔該!鵝肝芝士軟殼蟹卷,好食既,但鵝肝係邊??全晚覺得最好食:蒜香厚燒牛舌。外邊脆,肉嫩,一咬即化。墊底既牙菜出奇好食、好爽口再黎多個熱熟食:和風香蔥牛柳粒。但黎個唔掂,唔熱,無牛味,無肉汁整體黎講食物平平,無驚喜。但服務就真要檢討再培訓!由入門口帶位個小姐、到接order 紙落order 既、再到上菜既、直到埋單既,全部都黑口黑面,乜家陣黑面代表高級d咩?叫我埋單位先生仲搞笑,一埋黎就問上晒菜未,跟手就隊埋張單上枱,話夠鐘,晚飯限1.5個鐘。夠鐘?我地完全唔知有限時,帶位既完全無講過,嚴格黎講係無人講過野。算喇,難得食飯唔好搞喎心情,比卡埋單。等卡單期間,見枱面仲有少少唔想做大嘥鬼,食埋先,岩岩隊單埋黎位先生又出現,仲好唔客氣講「小姐,夠晒鐘,要離開喇,出面大把人等!」前後都唔夠5、6分鐘啫,使唔使咁!再算,心諗星期五晚人多,明既。但行到出門口,得一家三口係到等緊,咁叫「大把人」等緊?定係佢睇到d 我睇唔到既野呢?食市除左食物要好,先會令到客再黎;服務一樣要用心先會有客想再黎。黎間,無下次,一定無下次!多謝晒…Read More

旺角多食市,但樣樣都差唔多,諗住是是單單食,見有網上訂枱,又有優惠,仲係即晚都有位就即管一試。地方唔算大,旺角人個個大情大性,所以嘈左少少,可以接受既。個名咁「街坊」以為都係一般茶記,試過就知非一般。港式地道食品夾西餐煮法,唔算太驚喜,但味品唔錯。飲品名,有心思,今晚唔小心就拼左個「女神」「當我想起你」食得幾飽都一定要試甜品,簡直無得輸!服務員個個又有禮貌,上甜品時發現出錯,唔知係落錯單,定係送錯枱,都無夾硬要個客要左佢,要贊唯一敗筆,是晚一部冷氣因爲滴水要閂左,我地又坐近厨房,雖未食到出汗,但又真係熱左d,希望攪攪佢喇。…Read More

元朗韓舍真係食到人飽晒,不過係一肚氣!

係荃灣韓舍食過幾次,仲食到抱住個肚走,服務又好,食物不停補。今次為就朋友收工,就去元朗韓舍試下,諗住同一集團,應該唔會差得遠,點知⋯⋯訂枱9:15,9點兩人打算先報到,齊人再入坐,點知接待小姐完全無理,邊帶位邊以講野無尾音講入坐開始計鐘,唔知以為我得罪過佢咁,見有其他人等位,又唔差得十分鐘就算。燒左15分鐘,食物好似無燒過咁,連煙都無,隔離左右火光紅紅,仲已經食緊,舉手搵人問,完全無人理,果位帶位小姐疑似見到扮睇唔到唔理,有位執枱既行過叫佢睇睇,是但扭下個爐制,爐光時光時暗,仲答「係咁架」就行左去。好,再等10分鐘,個爐依然無「起色」,要求轉枱都好正常啫,行埋去問帶位小姐,一句「無枱」又走左去,真係爐火唔起我火起!大佬你收我錢仲係限時架,係咪以前得罪過你我又唔記得,家陣報復!有個疑似經理行過,當然捉住佢投訴,結果枱調左,但成晚有果位帶位小姐超住咁伴住食囉。講番食物,生、熟、甜品種類都好似唔夠荃灣分店多,特別係鯖魚,荃灣原條上,元朗分店就一碌碌兩吋長咁上;部份生料好重味,原來元朗朋友食得咁喊?!加$45任飲啤酒,但唔夠凍,汽水就無氣。未夠10點半,其中一款啤酒機仲話壞左無得飲,生料有幾款已經無補,甜品本來就款少,晏左梗賣少見少:杯仔啫喱-唔係無味,就太濃縮;超迷你果撻仔-粒生果仲細過女仔手指頭,荃灣大大碟既朱古力蛋糕、mousse cake等等,元朗影都無,而變左一粒粒唔夠1吋既精緻蛋糕仔,真係要讚下人地刀工好,切得咁細。11點疑似經理叫埋單話食物11點半就收,都好正常,人地都要收工啫,邊埋單,朋友跟手出去加野飲,點知另一款啤酒都無埋,汽水就出現有超甜陽光檸檬茶怪味,洛神花茶、五花茶就冰水多過乜,魚生檔收左,係咁不如埋單時就講已cut晒食物喇。唉~食飯食到一肚氣又唔盡慶真係第一次,仲第一次帶朋友黎,一向相機食先既朋友都話連佢部機都無引,真係醜死人。下次真係比多幾蚊搭車,行多幾步路出荃灣韓舍補多句,如果服務評分可以比零,我比得出!…Read More
