剛到九龍城工作到晚上七時多,自然走入九龍城廣場逛逛,在地庫的一邊有中國式開放的滇品:米線,食物種類有多款選擇,我和姊妹都是趕時間,所以選擇了set dinner 。158元的套餐有素和葷的小菜各一式,主食有飯、米線或饅頭,更有2客甜品,如要特飲可加8元。我們選了雜菜煲和涼瓜豬軟骨,雜菜煲份量也不少,涼瓜豬軟骨有驚喜,涼瓜爽脆有回甘,豬軟骨也入味。我選了米粉,姊妹揀了白飯,份量非常充足,我為了不想浪費,吃到非常飽,但是甜點是另一個胃,大家都選擇了西米布甸,雖然非常袖珍,但絕對值得推薦👍👍👍…Read More

很少來到沙田第一城,剛好是午餐時間,到商場食市逛逛,差不多每間食店都坐滿吃午餐的學生,在甘味贊岐手打烏東專門店等了5個籌號,都算快捷。午市套餐有多款選擇,價格由58至72元不等的午市套餐,有壽司、飯、冷麵和烏冬。又可添加不同小食,選擇多元化。我選擇了义燒烏冬配熱奶茶,有三片义燒和一隻糖心蛋,烏冬較滑又有口感,奶茶也是地道港式奶茶。好友則揀了招牌午餐,麵豉燒雞排配番茄湯烏冬。配上柚子蜜,是秋天必然之選,雞排入味香脆、番茄湯濃而鮮味,非常醒胃,加上滑滑的烏冬,是不錯的午餐。埋單150 元有找,在沙田第一城是合理的價錢。…Read More

近期已很少到㚈食飯,擔心碰到暴亂,有家歸不得,但是太久沒有每好友聊聊天,相約了在比較寧靜的地鐵站聚會,選了樂富海鱻城。6時到達現場,客人不多,環境光猛靜局,它有6人、12 人等套餐,價錢便宜。但沒有4人餐,所以我們叫了一個東星班、半隻文昌雞和一碟菜548元的組合。東星足有一斤,蒸到剛剛好,肉質不錯,文昌雞是小型版,但皮脆肉㜛,另外我們也選擇了黃金蝦球,賣相不錯,用彩色的脆籃盛著,蝦肉爽脆加上金沙的脆脆㚈皮,是佐酒之送。除組合的白菜仔外,亦點了山藥秋葵炒花膠。這餸則一般水準。完成這頓晚餐就覺得有口渴感覺,希望叫碗糖水潤潤,可惜選擇不多,全部都不太喜歡,只好找間甜品店繼續。埋單每位300元有找吃東星,也是不錯的選擇。…Read More

去年曾到金鐘怡和大廈的紫玉蘭晩飯,感覺良好,不知不覺它已停業,所以前天便到交易廣四樓的新舖試試。地點比金鐘舖更方便,地鐵中環站A出口走5 分鐘便達,駕車也有多個停車場在附近。在大堂已有大招牌,依樓梯上便達。㚈觀比較西式高雅,燈光亦romantic,加上廣場的水聲,感覺良好。食物款式也是京川滬菜,我們三位女士就選擇比較清淡的上湯干絲。主菜依舊揀了傳統的沙窩雲吞雞,大大煲、有菜肉雲吞、白菜和雞吃,又有鮮味雞湯,我們連飯就索性不吃了。最有驚喜就是松子魚,一上枱是少少輕煙,賣相是滿分👍👍👍👍,我連魚骨和魚尾都吃掉,實在鬆脆無比。最後的甜品也令我們興奮是有美女畫像的碟,我點了蛋白杏仁茶,品質達標。…Read More

去到黃大仙鳳凰新村一帶,看見一間裝修企理的餐廳,很大個招牌十分搶眼。平日晚上,餐廳人流也算很多,而且很多人外賣,質素感覺有點保證。店員也很有禮貌,感覺良好。兩個人都非常肚餓,參考了廚師推介,叫了一碗生牛肉湯河、一個海南雞飯,另外再叫春卷、蝦餅。以牛肉粉作店名,可看出是這間餐廳的招牌。的確,湯頭十分濃郁,很厚實的牛骨湯味,建議不用加辣椒更好,能嚐到湯的原汁原味。牛肉份量算多也夠淋,加一點點是拉差和辣椒醬吊味,帶少少惹味更開胃。海南雞飯可以選擇油飯,而且雞件非常滑溜,想不到越南餐廳的海南雞飯也帶點驚喜。春卷和蝦餅新鮮炸起,熱辣辣非常吸引。蝦餅很是足料,非常彈牙。春卷配以生菜,減低油膩感(兼罪惡感),炸得也乾身,不會有吃了幾件便很油的感覺。多點了一杯椰汁綠豆冰,價錢也算實惠,總括來說食品質素相當不錯,難怪吸引很多街坊幫襯!…Read More

老友牛一定要選間有質素的食市,為了相就各方好友,尖東的維港薈便是首選,由紅磡站D出口走去最多是5分鐘,交通多元化,乘隧道巴士也可。天外天是在酒店的28樓,先經酒吧才內進,景觀開揚,但比起直接在海旁的酒店遜了一籌。但內部格局寛敞,一片的維港景色是絕對的賣點。小食的琥珀合桃非常誘人,甜度適中脆口,茶點了最傳統的普洱茶,品質也不錯,35元一位啊!先來招牌的推介:义燒和燒腩仔,可惜熱度欠了一點,蔬菜選了欖菜鮮淮山四季豆,清爽健康食品而欖菜帶出味道。主菜是桂花梨黑醋豬柳,友人應為豬柳的粉䊢太厚,但是我覺得這才有質感和脆的口感。我們都是鍾情澱粉質的中國人,义燒流心蛋撈麻辣麫,帶來味覺的衝擊,乾炒安格斯牛肉河粉也是水準之作,首選鮑粒飄香荷葉飯,粒粒分明味道甚佳。👍👍👍甜點叫了蛋白杏仁茶,一般水準,但茘芋燉蛋白是給了我們驚喜完美的句號,香滑少甜、剛好。整頓晚宴吃得飽,加上靚景,享受了兩個多小時談天說地,每位都不用400元,性價比不錯。…Read More

為了方便泊車和交通,旺角東站MOKO 六樓的翠園是可取的選擇。星期四晚7時半訂了位,還是非常擁擠,應是好的景象,否認怎會位無虛席,可惜實在太嘈吵了,像在街市之中,很有壓迫感。因我和好友二人用膳,只有放棄用信用卡有優惠的四人餐,自選了前菜、湯和兩款小菜。前菜選了涼泮葱油豬肚,可惜是已售罄。湯就叫了永遠不會在家裏煲的杏汁豬肺湯,是四人份量,水準一般。小菜選了此處的名菜貴妃脆蝦球和炒鮮奶,蝦球非常彈牙爽口,可能是芒果酸甜醬汁的原故,蝦的鮮味略遜。反之炒鮮奶做得更出色,👍👍👍用簡單配料如青豆、蝦仁和义燒等,入口軟滑又清新,發揮簡單菜色的精萃。此餐連加一要720元,但恒生卡有85折,每位大概是270,合性價比的一餐。…Read More

從紅磡火車站出口,到處都是正在裝修蓋了的舖位,所以便從出口經電梯入置富商場,當時是星期一下午三時,人流很稀少,所有食市都很寧靜,自然找間最近和搶眼的,就看到魚米和湯加。下午茶餐由25至45元不等,我選了蕃茄腐皮魚角米線和檸檬茶,友人則選了雪山西多士和凍奶茶。米線賣相不俗,蕃茄湯醒胃,腐片魚角口感佳。西多士用厚多士炸得香脆,切成小方型堆成小山的賣相也獨特,飲品水準也不錯,坐在卡位休閒談天,也是非常享受,只用了67元,性價比極高。…Read More

好友牛一的慶祝,自然不能隨便,所以選擇在國金二期的著名食市:國金軒。地點的確是方便在中環工作朋友,由地鐡香港站上更是快捷。由於下著毛毛細雨,景觀大打折扣,只是看到大大紅色的摩天輪,內部環境尚算寬敞和舒服,餐牌上的古書法寫有關烹飪的文字亦顯得獨特和文雅。首先叫兩個前菜,海蜇和著名的燒肉,可惜說沒有焼肉,只好叫了甜醋豬腳仔,一般貨色,海蜇頭就更驚人,目測只有8cm x 8 cm ,份量非常袖珍,我們四個人,每人只可有一小匙。但是價格是差不多200元。主菜訂了烤鴨,總算是有水準之作,皮脆肉嫩又不肥膩,薄餅軟而薄。跟著的虎掌菌豆腐煲和乾炒牛河的水準普普通通。這裏的地點和環境的確一流,食物質素普通,以這頓2000元左右的晚餐,雖然用某信用卡有折扣,性價比真是低。…Read More

在灣仔道83號二樓的名門私房菜是我每次到會展參加完會議後必然的選擇,因為順徳菜是我的至愛。不過今次又加了價,但午市套餐尚算扺食,小菜價錢由118 至148元 不等,幾十種款式,可選葷,亦有素菜,每款套餐包括靚湯,白飯或白粥,青菜和甜品。先來一碗粉葛老火湯,媽媽的手勢,滋潤得很。名門秘制骨是我必點,但是賣相一般,一點都不吸引,可惜入口便會愛上,因為味道適中,有陳皮和話梅的味道,雖然是一件差不多3cmx3cm 的炸了的豬肉,入口一點也不肥膩,肉質腍而有咬口。每碟有六件,定能滿足食物獸。另㚈的招牌菜順德煎釀鯪魚更不容錯過,㚈脆內鬆軟有魚味,非吃不可。因此吃了一半才想到要影相。配上清炒的菜心,吃了整碗白飯,最後環送上蕃薯糖水,為整頓午餐畫上完美然句號。…Read More
