上環區真係有好多靚cafe,比我搵到呢間又有得買下野,打下卡嘅靚cafe。鋪頭內有部份地方係一個少少賣雜貨嘅地方,有酒,零食,餐具等等,都幾特別,某啲產品出面都好少見,行下都幾有趣。今次去嘅主打係食呢個海膽,$168,呢個presentation,真係抵到爛!仲要都幾大一隻,直徑有差唔多10cm,海膽新鮮,鮮甜無腥味,好食!Cocktail一般般,sorry唔記得左係啦…另外叫咗個Sourdough加雜肉腸,雖然外貌一般般,但又幾好食。整體:我今次係食下午茶,所以冇叫到好多嘢食,但我睇到餐牌好多嘢食都吸引,而且價錢非常合理,要大讚海膽非常新鮮,鮮甜冇腥味,下次會再去試其他嘢!…Read More

質素下降了的任食鐵板燒

出名難book嘅任食Lunch鐵板燒,我食weekday,所以提前兩星期左右都book到位,當日唔full,隔離成排冇人坐。要留意而家book位要比deposit。是日食中午的任食鐵板燒,餐牌如下,要留意魚生及鴨肝不是任食的,每人只係有一客,飲品是任飲的,包括日本清酒。第一道就係三文魚刺身,得三片;老老實實,三文魚刺身真係啲好平嘅嘢,中午都成6舊水,已經唔係切得厚,仲要每人一客,感覺真係好孤寒。煎三文魚,無乜特別,個人覺得全熟嘅三文魚唔好食,呢隻就係,好食嘅煎三文魚,應該係煎到中間係粉紅色,嫩滑嘅,佢係屬於全熟乾身個隻。要留意呢個係鴨肝,唔係鵝肝,都係每人一客,其實食落都好油膩,其實俾你食多舊都食唔到。煎羊架加雞,羊架都煎得比較熟,唔腍,仲要佢冇比刀叉你,預你用對木筷子,好“難去”食:好難咬,一般般。牛肉質素大大下降,韌,有渣,好明顯來貨冇之前咁靚,呢個真心失望,我記得以前呢個我哋食幾碟,今次食完呢碟就冇加到…帶子煎得太熟,加嘅時候一次過比咁多,根本就搞到成件事唔好食。有個飯,好油,唔好食。之後有麵豉湯同埋抹茶雪糕,standard野,無乜好講。總結:食物質素大幅下降,侍應服務態度係好好嘅,廚師嘅服務都好好,值得讚嘅地方係佢清酒任飲,但野食真係唔掂,埋單每人都成六百幾蚊,整體就係失望,呢個價錢有更好嘅選擇,應該唔會再去。…Read More

好食,但性價比低!

是次係食Restaurant week嘅Menu,未入正題之前,容我講句,其實呢類比較高級嘅餐廳食Restaurant Week真係唔太抵,加埋一成9xx,但feel到食物係將貨就價,而且Menu嘅其中一道starter同Restaurant week訂枱時所說明嘅唔同,所以大家訂Restaurant Week真係要睇清楚,未必一定抵左。門面我訂左Lunch Set ,826加一是咁的,個日我同朋友係第一對客人入餐廳,一開始經理問你要Still Water定 Sparkling,咁我又費時比錢買水啦,慳啲錢嘛,就叫佢比兩杯暖水,但竟然比水嘅時候,一位侍應在放水喺枱面嘅時候倒瀉咗杯水,咁我朋友條褲就濕咗,好彩都係濕左一邊,但老實講,以呢個價位嘅餐廳,真係唔應該返呢個錯,咁經理就過嚟,請咗我哋飲杯酒,就係咁。第一道先黎呢個類似蟹肉脆片嘅東西,ok,冇乜特別。然後嚟咗一碗雞湯,幾好飲,但又係無乜特別。三款嘅刺身,一開始又玩啲乾冰,係幾靚嘅,打卡一流!刺身都新鮮,幾好食!第一個頭盤,鹿兒島A4和牛配紫薯批,牛肉鮮嫩,medium rare 做得啱啱好,要讚,但老實講牛肉唔算好濃;紫薯批就ok,但我覺得襯呢個牛肉就偏甜,可能用返普通薯仔會更加好食。第二道頭盤,北奇貝蕃茄意大利飯,(唔記得係咪一定係北奇貝,但一定係貝類),聲稱用咗日本嘅月光米做的,對唔住都要講句,個味有啲似我哋平時食開嘅Pizza薯片味,飯嘅口感就煮得perfect,就係咁。甜品:黑糖布甸,上面鋪咗莓味類似冰水嘅物體,口感好好,布甸都好滑,好味但賣相一般。最後,一個橙味嘅tart,本人唔鍾意食橙,所以覺得唔好食。整體:食物質素整體唔錯,唔計倒瀉水,服務都好,經理有好仔細咁同我哋介紹每一道菜用咗啲咩材料,用料係特別嘅,連細微嘅嘢佢都有介紹到,要讚,presentation 同餐具都靚,portion 細,正常人唔會飽,幾好食但真係偏貴。…Read More

威靈頓牛柳好食過Gordon Ramsay?

今次晚餐是經Open Rice Book的,有一個小問題,根據OpenRice,餐廳有2小時的用餐時間,而我亦都收到F&M嘅確認電郵,用餐時間只有1.5小時,其實食3 course成千蚊一餐有乜可能用餐時間係1.5小時,好在餐廳當晚亦沒有限時,我係坐到自然離坐。餐廳位於K11 Musea停車位置旁邊,如坐車去的確好方便,我事前上餐廳的官方網頁見到星期一至五有Set Menu(包括 Beef Wellington),但去到餐廳,侍應沒有主動將Set Menu餐牌俾我哋睇,要我主動問,呢個有一點扣分,如果唔上網做search,就要食貴價單點。先黎個麵包未見過咁瘦嘅麵包,真心唔掂,好硬頭盤叫咗帶子同埋Beef tartar,跟Beef tartar嘅麵包終於正常返d兩個頭盤都好味,帶子煎得啱啱好,beef tartar落單時,侍應都好細心問我哋食唔食生雞蛋,呢點可以加分。主角Beef Wellington,侍應會喺旁邊當場調教個醬汁,同將Beef Wellington 切件,咁嘅話切出黎嘅肉汁就唔會將酥皮浸得太耐,值得加分。牛肉有牛味,而且Seasoning岩岩好,醬汁亦調校得非常好味,同埋兩個配菜都好食!大推推!本應對甜品都有少少期待,可惜兩個都一般,第一個是南瓜cheesecake,第二個是雪糕,cheesecake 唔知點解係香蕉蛋糕味,雪糕就係普通雪糕,無特別。總結:人均加埋一約1100,set包一杯drink,可惜我book唔到卡位,我覺得我坐嘅位置唔算好舒服,有啲似坐嘅Pub食飯嘅感覺,建議如果大家去食,可以早一點book預留卡位,整體我覺得唔錯,雖然價錢唔算平,但Beef Wellington 絕對好食過 Gordon Ramsay 執左個間。…Read More

小弟已經係第二次去鮨文吃Omakase,始終廚師發板比較貴,如果對餐廳未有信心嘅話,第一次都會去試佢嘅lunch,而我吃完佢嘅lunch之後十分滿意,所以今次去咗食佢嘅Omakase晚餐。我地點左最貴嘅dinner set,盛惠$1980 plus 10。以下是前菜:三文魚子茶碗蒸,蒸蛋用好鮮味嘅上湯去蒸,好清甜。蟹蓋,蟹肉下邊鋪滿左拆咗肉嘅蟹肉同埋蟹膏,唔錯,但蟹肉唔算特別鮮味。秋刀魚刺身,超新鮮,鮮甜,超好味!而且睇得出師傅刀工一流。估唔到有個咁Heavy嘅前菜,炸帶子加大量Mayonnaise手卷,帶子炸到啱啱熟,仲有少少生嘅狀態,好滑,而且一啲都唔韌,perfectly cooked.燒白子,師傅詳細咁解釋左俾我哋知白子嘅資料,食落其實無乜特別味,不過叫做試過,我就覺得冇乜特別。拖羅海膽多士,賣相已經贏咗,其他唔使講。然後以下係壽司:每一件嘅賣相都好靚,可見師傅手勢一流,而且每一件都新鮮,好味!重點準備要來了!拖羅手卷,超肥美,鮮甜,入口即溶,一個字:正!北海道馬糞海膽軍艦:滿分!海膽鮮甜,而且呢個賣相又係冇得輸!!之後嚟咗一個海鮮湯同手卷,因為位置有限,所以冇upload上黎。最後上埋甜品:水果新鮮,鮮甜多汁!總結:omakase其中一個好玩之處,就係同師傅嘅互動,今次鮨文呢個師傅,真係十分之Nice,好詳細咁樣同我地介紹每一款嘅菜式,同我地有講有笑,成個dining experience非常之好,有好多人想試omakase,因為貴,所以好怕遇到伏店,而小弟亦都教過學費,而呢間鮨文,我食過兩次,兩次嘅experience都好滿意,有機會嘅話,我一定會revisit,推薦!…Read More

攝時間情況下去咗呢間K11 musea新開嘅 Afternoon Tea,當日我去到嘅時候大概係下晝5:00左右,排隊排咗大概45分鐘,餐牌如下:目測大部份人都係叫嗰個$188,8選3加飲品嘅Tea Set,而我都係叫左呢個Set;我哋揀左Strawberry scones shortcake,Mont Blanc同 apple pie。做得afternoon tea,當然要講下presentation,講真,如果唔係佢有懶靚嘅籃擺着呢碟甜品,其實同我喺自助餐攞咗三款甜品冇乜分別,賣相的確普通;講食味,同佢個樣一樣咁普通,感覺係似連鎖西餅店買嘅西餅,水果茶就正常,冇特別。總結:$188 plus 10食呢個質素,性價比好低,而且仲要排隊排成45分鐘,仲要有限時坐個半鐘,有心食Tea嘅話,真係比貴d認真去搵間酒店食好過,不會revisit。…Read More

真心有被騙的感覺,話說朋友食過呢間中午omakase話好食又抵食,餐廳地點隔涉,由上環地鐵站行到荷里活道上邊,行到上去都身水身汗,但當支持下小店啦,想食好野當然要付出㗎啦叫左廚師發板omakase先來一個茶碗蒸,足料,好食!之後上咗三個前菜,冇乜特別,好普通的貨色,廚師係整嘅過程不停加青檸汁同檸檬汁,食嘅時候真係食唔到海鮮嘅鮮味,其實新鮮嘅海鮮又使乜加檸檬汁呢…之後上咗七件壽司,全部都冇乜特別,唔算新鮮,而所謂嘅大拖羅…我覺得連中拖羅都未去到,同想提一提影相睇唔出個size,實情係廚師整舊飯整得好細舊,比平時正常壽司size細約1/3,好奇怪…最後有個蕎麥面同雪糕(無影到),埋單935, 以呢個質素,無貝類(生蠔、蚌類、鮑魚),無熱食(一般都會包個天婦羅之類),無飯(好多最後都會整個細海膽杯或蝦膏飯之類),以呢個價錢,有大把好選擇…最諷刺嘅係,當我哋就嚟食完嘅時候,有另外一枱客人入咗嚟,佢叫左個魚生丼,跟住我哋見住個廚師用返同我哋食omakase一模一樣嘅魚生出嚟,切好鋪係飯上邊,但係嗰個set賣$200左右…嗰一刻真心有被騙的感覺…同埋侍應的服務非常一般,連茶都要自己斟,(擺個水壺喺枱旁邊嗰隻)omakase喎…不會revisit,不推薦。…Read More

排隊耐、性價比低、難為了侍應

其實明知都有伏味架喇,不過犯賤地去試左,真係唔會再去…中午lunch去,都知多人排隊,在排隊app攞了飛,12:04攞了飛,結果等左接近1小時,約1點才入坐,眼見店中的經理,每隔5分鐘就比排隊啲人鬧,真係難為了他,只怪餐廳座位設計不好,欠缺靈活性。坐低左就開始點餐食物約5至10分鐘就上枱,算快古早味冬瓜茶我叫咗榨菜肉絲拌麵,麵質有點林,唔夠彈牙,不過問題係成碗面過鹹,而且睇得出都係用啲好cheap嘅配料,成個餐小食拌麵連嘢飲埋單要$148,雖然在IFC,知道鋪租貴,但以呢個質素,性價比極低。總結:排隊時間太耐,食物質素中下,價錢又貴,唔會再去。不過有一樣野要讚,就係餐廳員工係keep住比客鬧嘅情況之下,仍然維持良好嘅服務態度,要俾個like啲員工。…Read More

最近都流行黑糖珍珠鮮奶,其實有時都想清清地飲杯清茶,話哂黑糖珍珠鮮奶都真係幾肥,又固定左糖量,真係唔可以成日飲,朋友推介呢間comebuy tea,話茶味好出,住將軍澳的我,見坑口新開左間,咁即管試下啦!鋪頭都幾大幾開揚,而且裝修都幾靚!可以見到有多款茶葉比你選擇鋪頭仲有茶具同茶葉比你買走,送禮都唔錯!茶葉櫃用百子櫃的設計餐牌如上而我就揀左桂花烏龍加黑糖Q(半糖),而朋友揀左厚奶烏龍加黑糖Q(半糖),當日唔算好多人,大概10人排隊,約5分鐘已經可以落單,而落單姐姐都好有禮貌咁介紹佢地嘅茶品,有善又細心,值得一讚!呢間鋪頭其中一個特色就係用沖咖啡的方式沖茶,將茶葉放落一個茶殼,再放入部機到,茶就直接沖在下面的容器,可見真材實料,真係無呃你,係即沖的真茶,無用粉,無預先整定的,新鮮即沖,我都有懷疑咁即沖十幾秒,會唔會無茶味,不過唔洗擔心,見到圖中好多煙從機器頂部噴出,佢係用高溫高壓的方法用機器逼哂d茶味出黎,是一間有heart又落足本的鋪頭!職員有較多的活動空間,近年的珍珠奶茶店少見,對員工咁好,都值得一讚!等左大概10分鐘,茶到了!茶香又濃,真係值得一試!而半糖的甜度適中,唔錯!佢嘅黑糖Q唔係珍珠,而係似硬啫喱的東東,細細粒咁,有咬口但不是煙韌的那種,如鐘錶煙韌可試芋圓。整體:鐘意飲茶味濃的可以一試,佢沖茶的方式特別,比較少鋪頭做到,價錢平均約30蚊一杯,雖然唔平,不過佢每一杯都用一大殼茶葉去沖,真材實料,值得一試!…Read More
