其實已經食左兩次, 覺得水準保持到, 又唔貴(散叫大約$4xx一個人, 食omakase$550, 加埋酒水$8xx)。網上訂座超方便, 唔駛打電話咁麻煩(好多餐廳都係長響電話唔聽)。第一次去食,同幾個朋友賀聖誕, 果次最深印象係個明太子玉子燒, 上檯果陣仲出緊煙, 夠哂熱, 而且好水潤, 好鍾意食。仲有個半熟蛋咖喱意粉, 細細碟, 2個女仔一人兩啖就食哂。但係個味好濃郁, 蛋汁撈埋意粉, 又滑溜。第二次去賣哂,食唔到,有啲失望。第二次去, encore左帶子三文魚子串揚,勁大粒帶子, 一啖過有難度,勁厚肉好滿足。仲食左燒牛舌扒, 3個人share一碟, 好厚身,但又唔嚡, 仲幾嫰口, 好食。 第二次去已經變左兩人限點一碟, 但三個人都夠食, 問題唔大。仲食左巨型餃子, 真係好大隻, 唔可以一口過。 略嫌唔夠辣, 寫明係辣嘛, 依家似少辣。 唔知下次可唔可以問加辣入到餐廳以為會播日本居酒屋音樂, 點知有k-pop聽, 個vibe幾young! 留意: 唔係個個服務員都好熟手, 有時都要提佢地跟下啲野飲。但有同朋友傾住計食飯,等一等都可以接受。…Read More

勝博殿的豬扒便是香港其中一家我最喜愛的餐廳,做得十分有水準。這天點了二人餐和友人分享,每份套餐均有椰菜沙律、味噌湯、白飯和漬物。椰菜沙律非常爽脆,每次都會食得很多,而且配上沙律醋汁或是芝麻汁,同樣津津有味。二人餐包括了炸海蝦、炸豬柳、炸豬排、忌廉蟹肉餅和芝士豬柳卷。上菜時已有一種震撼,那炸物的香氣真讓人抗拒不了。炸豬扒是細心的安排,看得見內裡的脂肪,外脆內軟,看似有點瘦,但食下去非常香滑。炸豬扒不過真的敵不過芝士豬柳卷的邪惡。溶化的芝士和豬柳真的很配,美味得邪惡。而且豬柳肥美,更加可口。咖哩炸豬扒飯亦是很不錯的選擇啊!!咖哩中辣,又易入口,沾上豬扒便更香,日本米始終比較有咬口,忍不住想追加。…Read More

來這裡的人都知道必食的是菠蘿包,牛油蕃茄煎蛋菠蘿包,菠蘿包焗得又熱又脆,夾著的牛油便慢慢在溶化,滲入麵包裡。友人說要趁牛油未溶掉的時候食,有點涼,有點熱,口感特別好。兩種食法,各式其式。個人反而更愛芝士咸牛肉煎蛋豬仔包,芝士在包裡半溶的感覺很好,配上咸牛肉,更香濃了。麵類始終都是鍾情鮮茄通粉,這裡的是茄蓉打得最碎的,而且那微酸的味道只有多加新鮮蕃茄才做到。配料要選什麼?豬扒是王道啊。但今次沒有豬扒,唯有以雞翼代替,十分入味,絕不遜色。…Read More

來到粉嶺聯和墟覓食,總是會想起三家餐廳,群記牛肉圓豬手便是其中一家。小時候家父常帶我們來食,以前在周末下午總是摸門釘,假日不開市,而且豬手一賣光便收舖,這是從前的群記。現在第一輪豬手賣完,等兩小時便再有新鮮出爐。又多了一個到訪的理由。豬手麵當然是必選之列,豬手煮得軟硬適中,豬手皮很好彈性,食起來一點肥膩也沒有,而是啖啖肉的美味。我這天點的是豬手米粉,米粉剛好清爽,更突出豬手的原味。來這裡,其實第一個上菜的,不是油菜,而是一碟辣醬。這碟讓人愛不釋手的辣醬,輕輕的麻辣感覺,而且辣油相當香,用豬手點上,不但提升了豬手的鮮甜,更讓人不禁食多了。牛腩煮得很入味,牛筋彈牙,想多食一口又一口,甚至把湯喝了。…Read More

自西港島線開通之後,越來越多人到西區覓食,小女子也不例外。堅尼地城,自上次踏足,已是一年多前的事了。記憶中就是海傍一帶有多間食肆,位置相對集中。這次來到爹核士街的Bistronomique,被安排在樓上用餐,燈光甚昏暗,但氣氛不錯。凱撤沙律賣相非常吸引,大大的太陽蛋快要流下去的樣子。整棵生菜非常爽脆,配上蛋汁和沙律汁,特別醒胃。而香脆的麵包粒和煙肉亦更添美味。侍者推介龍蝦意大利飯,但個人還是較喜歡意粉,便改選了龍蝦扁意粉。紅通通的賣相,龍蝦頭又多膏,加上海鮮汁底,非常濃郁的配搭。絕對推介。侍者推介了和牛和燒乳豬,見鄰桌的牛扒很有份量,所以還是選上了燒乳豬。香脆的乳豬脾配上酸菜、菠蘿和薯蓉,份量絕不遜牛扒。乳豬烤得恰到好處,內層的脂肪非常甘香。記緊配上酸菜食,減輕油膩感。Bistronomique水準確實不錯,大家不妨試試。…Read More

走過繁華的街道,轉入小巷,到了百子里公園,來到了巷尾的這家餐廳Neighborhood。簡約的門面,有一個親切的名字。這夜即興的來晚飯,沒有訂座,侍者很快安排我們到吧檯坐下,還細心的解說餐牌。先來一碗蘑菇湯,香氣撲鼻。一朵黃花落在蘑菇片上,細膩的賣相反映出廚師的用心。風乾火腿配馬鈴薯麵疙瘩,麵疙瘩軟稔,醬汁清淡,讓火腿發揮其鹹香。一濃一淡,配搭得宜。牛骨髓意大利飯,粒粒骨髓混在飯內,甚有咬口,而且淋上了肉汁,濃淡適中。如飯粒再硬身一點會更好。白汁燉牛頭肉,當侍者介紹時,還是忍不住想像菜會是怎麼樣的,上菜時看似普通,食下去卻有意外驚喜。肉煮得非常軟稔,會在口內慢慢化開。配菜也煮得恰到好處,醬汁剛好到位。甜品選了朱古力蛋糕,簡單的賣相像個調色板,切下去的那個厚度已感覺到朱古力的濃。食下去真的非常濃郁,滿口都是黑朱古力的香味。結賬時,店家還送上小甜品,是用蔗糖做的小蛋糕 (canelé) ,內裡非常鬆軟,忍不住想多食一口。 餐點平均價錢都在$180以內,大小如tapas相約,價錢合理,而且服務真的很貼心。大家不妨一試。…Read More
