原汁牛筋麵  $55  落單後不足3分鐘,牛筋麵已經以迅雷不及掩耳既速度上枱,咁短時間連杯麵都未淥好,小王就已經煮好一碗牛筋麵,令人佩服食店既效率,仲快過快餐店,又或者係因為前期準備工夫做得足?牛筋麵既賣相非常普通,店員用匙羹盛著帶辣的酸菜擱在碗邊。碗中大約有5塊大小不一的牛筋,食落也是軟硬不一,有啲牛筋腍到入口即溶,有啲好似橡筋咁有嚼勁,味道清淡無乜牛味。麵底方面可選粗麵或幼麵,圖中為幼麵,3分鐘上得枱既麵條食落竟然偏軟,令人遐想。值得一讚既係,呢碗來自高雄既湯底味道與港式茶記或粉麵店食到既腩汁湯底截然不同,入口有一陣香濃的藥材味道,其中以八角和當歸最為突出,以中藥湯底配合牛筋麵,充滿寶島風味。 台式炸醬麵  $45  炸醬麵以一隻的骰既小碗裝住,粗身既麵條帶點厚度,食落煙韌似刀削麵。炸醬(正常)偏甜,欠缺了濃郁既鹹香,食客要用少少既炸醬送一兜白灼麵,需要良好既分配能力,否則後半部份只能品嚐麵條既麥香。作伴既青瓜絲食落清新爽口,為單調的醬+麵帶來色彩,亦令炸醬更清淡。  :)滷豬大腸  $40  一共有9段豬大腸,如圖所見,脂肪釀滿了大腸,食落只有咸味而無滷水味,即使點汁亦難以遮蓋自身既「原味」。因為上枱時已經係室溫,食左一兩舊,碟底既汁已經被一層霜白既油脂冰封,又唔敢請店員翻熱,情何以堪?  …Read More

今次幫趁純粹自願上麥當當Marketing既檔,令我有點好奇究竟佢乜野__賣乜野包,究竟有幾意想不到咁WOW?雖然網上劣評如潮,但耳聽三分假,食過先至真,就算唔好食都可以維持生命,一鼓作氣去請左佢地位超級隊長出黎! 超級隊長漢堡 MightyRanger $25.4Xtra 芥末黃瓜醬Xtra 煙肉黑椒醬 愛醬既我,連食麥當當都要叫多醬。打開個紙盒,果然無呃細路,D醬多到滿瀉,面頭塊包都跣走。揭開第一層包,濃烈的洋蔥味撲鼻而來,洋蔥包香軟可口,新鮮既厚切生洋蔥混合芥末黃瓜醬,洋蔥雪白肉厚,爽脆但好辣同唔甜,個人接受唔到咁濃烈既辣洋蔥。洋蔥下有兩大片香脆煙肉條,咬落脆卜卜,唔會一啖就扯哂成條出黎。「突破性被夾著」又「大受歡迎的金黃香脆薯餅」被氾濫既醬汁浸林左,好彩薯餅既邊仍然脆身,件薯餅同早餐果塊一模一樣,好似無乜心思喎,將佢變埋圓形會體貼D。恰到好處的芥末醬將配搭獨特的餡料大膽而巧妙地融合,襯托出豐富口感和無限創意的漢堡包。 繼續探索超級將軍既底蘊,下層係聲稱「鮮嫩多汁的足3両牛肉」,但麥當當D牛肉幾時「鮮嫩多汁」過?我估係佢開始賣漢堡包之前......雖然所謂既牛肉不值一提,橙黃色既車打芝士齋睇已經非常吸引,夾埋底層香辣惹味既煙肉黑椒風味醬,又幾過癮喎! 逐層細味完之後,係時候一啖過從全新角度迎接對味蕾既衝擊,兩種風味醬汁環抱剛柔兼備既餡料,耐人尋味,口感奇妙,風情萬種卻不失內涵,實在令人甘拜超級隊長既雄風! 洋蔥圈拍住隊長上既仲有7件洋蔥圈,份量偏少,仲要逼人加大套餐。見到個個一樣樣既洋蔥圈真係WOW出聲,感覺好似食物模型咁,一樣Size,一樣顏色,一樣凍冰冰,而且食唔出洋蔥味,不禁懷疑係真定假,唯一優點只係夠脆。 銅鑼灣鋪果然貴過其他分店好多喎!!…Read More

$99 二人於皇子印度餐廳享用七道菜晚餐,米芝蓮推介廚師 (價值 $375)間餐廳既位置又隱閉又難搵,搵左幾個字先去到,餐廳唔大,得六張枱,似乎係一家三口印度人開既,坐低果陣有另外兩枱客,食到一半已經得返我地。如果唔係見到有團購講到咁吸引--「米芝蓮推介廚師」,點都唔會黎到咁隔攝搵食,價錢仲要唔吸引,$99兩位,額外要按原價收取加一服務費$37.5,共$137。可能期望太高,有點兒失望而回,希望唔係因為團購收平左所以將貨就價啦!:(  是日餐湯 2客 Today's Soup x2第一次飲呢種味道既湯,飲完都唔知係咩湯,入面有蒜頭粒,味道似蒜蓉包碎溝奶粉,平時極少浪費食物,但今次只係飲左一半。  香料胡椒餅 2客 Papadam x2紙咁薄既一塊烤餅捲成一個圓錐形,餅面見到有黑芝麻/胡椒,食落脆到好似薯片,越食越辣,辣到我放棄左。  雜菜沙律 1客 Cachumber Salad x1無汁無醬,純粹幾片青瓜同椰菜放埋一齊,再加D黑胡椒,一D都唔好食。:(  皇牌牛油咖哩 1客 (牛/羊/雞) Mixed Meat Curry with Butter x1 (Beef/Lamb/Chicken)佢一揣上台,我心諗:嘩,唔係掛,咁「大碟」既!隻兜仔只係大過湯碗少少,份量同碗湯差唔多,size請參考下面烤餅張相。大約有六舊肉,牛羊雞都有D,再加兩舊薯仔,份量只夠淺嘗。入口味道一般,又唔香又唔惹味,可能食慣娘惹咖哩,覺得茶餐廳既咖哩牛腩飯仲好味。  串燒雞 1客 / 炭燒無骨魚 1客 Chicken Tikka x1 / Fish Tikka x1選了炭燒無骨魚,個名好新奇有趣,即管試下,原來係三片仔魚柳,厚度只有M記魚柳包既魚柳既一半,魚柳既邊皮燒到有點燶,上台果陣熱辣辣出哂煙,魚柳表面脆卜卜,黃色既魚肉又林又削,但無咖哩味,得個咸字。:(  咖哩時蔬 1客 Vegetable Curry x1咖哩煮豆角、蕃茄、青椒、西蘭花同紅蘿蔔,平平無奇,無咩特別。  無限任食烤餅 Unlimited Naan烤餅熱辣辣,好厚好煙韌,用刀叉都切唔開,一份有三塊,應該係一整塊烤餅切開,食完一份再添食,等左5分鐘先上,都係熱烘烘的,值得一讚。  甜品 2客 Dessert x2估佢唔到,甜品係兩粒燒菠蘿,相中所見菠蘿粒既四周都被燒焦,要切走D燶焦先食得,燒完既菠蘿香甜多汁,可惜好韌同有根,少D牙力都𡁻唔爛呀!  雖然食物味道不外如是,但要讚下餐廳既誠實作風。抬頭望下室內環境,駭見酒櫃放左四瓶疑似化工飲料原料,真係相當有可疑!  …Read More

要食好野除了要付出錢之外,有時候還要等待,特別係呢間咁出名既堂記!而且又迫又難等位,10:10pm落單,等到10:50pm先有野食。豬潤燒鴨腸($19)豬潤大塊對眼,又香又新鮮,而且又爽又脆有口感。燒鴨都好甘香,唔太肥。最高難度係d腸粉皮,薄得黎爽滑,晶瑩剔透,皮薄餡靚。牛肉魚片腸($18)味道略淡,牛肉嫩滑,魚片爽甜。魚片瘦肉粥($18)粥底綿,魚片脆,但有骨(我怕骨),可惜瘦肉較少。兩位埋單共$55可惜份量少了點,幾啖就無左,一次過點多幾碟都無問題,如果點唔夠,唔夠喉再點既話,又要等半個鐘以上先有得食嚕!…Read More

親切的服務態度本應記一功,但不能太妨礙食客自主,我地為燒鵝而來,當我地想點全隻燒鵝,被強烈阻撓 全隻燒鵝 $420燒鵝皮唔脆,問侍應,侍應話佢地賣點唔係皮脆,而係肉質新鮮同肉汁,但我唔覺有幾新鮮,一點鵝味都無,又唔香,肉又”鞋”又韌,你俾舊「燒鵝」我食,問我係咩肉,我都食唔出係鴨定係鵝定係其他!對得獎店的美譽十分失望。:(如是我見,侍應和刀手會對客人不公,如果你係外國人/遊客/熟客/老闆,你碟燒鵝會靚同大碟好多! 豉油雞半隻 $140薄肉既地方太咸,厚肉既地方無味,一食就食得出係雪藏雞,又霉又無嚼頭,情願食街市d燒味飯盒:(比較值得講下既係碟薑葱,唔係用油浸哂d薑葱 叉燒拼海蜇 $160呢碟真係令人真的憤怒了!相片3所見,成碟都係燒燶既黑焦,圍哂邊,俾哂d頭頭尾尾,食左幾舊,全瘦叉燒,凍冰冰,而且又係又”鞋”又韌,越食越唔對路,就算係頭頭尾尾都唔緊要,街市買d叉燒都起碼會幫你飛左d燶焦先丫,佢唔會,照上,啖啖都"火羅"味問第一個女侍應,佢話:唔係好燶丫,咁先香呀問第二個男侍應,即刻幫我地換過碟,換完呢碟就正喇,仲係暖笠笠,肥瘦適中,d肉又香又有肉汁,而且無燶焦,燒得岩岩好,唔換就俾佢搵左笨! 皮蛋酸薑 $7.5/份叫左兩份,每份得半隻皮蛋同兩細片酸薑 宜家d薑真係矜貴,估唔到d酸薑夠酸夠辣,都幾好:)D皮蛋就真係正,糖心的,個黃又軟又滑,d蛋白晶瑩剔透,好靚呀! 茶位 $10壺茶又係唔知點,d茶葉碎濕濕,差唔多係粉狀喇!又有d葉仔浮o係面,d水又唔夠熱,咁基本都做到咁差四位埋單$852.5恕我直言,對「得獎店」之名極其懷疑,名不副實,虛有其名!…Read More

先要讚下客員的服務態度,有求必應,賓至如歸!在這年頭裡,很難遇到這樣的熱情。Cheese Hamburger 芝士牛肉漢堡 ($25)牛肉扒有種特別香味,新鮮,肉汁豐富,但肉扒以外沒有特別過包之處。醬汁太少,店長解釋說太多醬汁的話會溢出,不便入口。Mustard Chicken Burger 芥末雞扒漢堡 ($18)雞扒普通,與茶餐廳貨色無異,汁少,洋蔥辣。焗薯皮 ($18)共5件,SIZE一般,肉醬芝士略嫌太少,無咩味道,但新鮮熱辣,即叫即製可加分。炸薯格 (跟餐+$7)WOW! 一黎到急不及待拈起一塊,超級鮮炸,熱得燙口外皮香脆,薯肉鬆軟,外脆內軟的口感令我難以自拔。加上茄汁任斟,正呀,岩哂我呢種汁怪。(後記:步出店門舌頭開始又熱又漲,熱氣感覺持續了兩天,怪自己忍不了口,剛炸起就放入口)…Read More
