如果要食燒肉,一定揀日式唔揀韓式,一來肉高質啲,二來係食到肉嘅鮮味而唔係醃肉味道。上個月嚟咗呢間牛襌,質素唔錯,至於扺唔扺就睇下你揀乜。原本睇食評,就覺得一定要叫近江牛排。不過睇餐牌先發現100g要成差不多$600,仲要一叫叫200g,即係已經成$1200,仲要我哋得兩個人,叫完呢個都食唔到太多其他嘢食,所以就放棄咗,叫多啲不同部分食仲好。叫咗兩個和牛一人set,一個有牛柳牛肩牛小排,另一個有牛舌牛胸腹同尾龍扒,另外仲叫咗刺身,其他蔬菜同埋豬腩燒。刺身先上,帶子同油甘魚,幾好唔錯,新鮮肥美。之後就一次過上晒所有牛啦,擺盤幾精緻,再加上餐廳燈光睇起上嚟即刻好靚。個人最鍾意係牛柳牛小排同牛舌,最多油份,食落牛味好濃,記住叫白飯,齋食會好膩!其他部位比較瘦,食落即刻比下去,下次都唔會再叫。不過食過咁多種和牛,我依然最喜歡佐賀牛,大家有機會記住試下。總括嚟講,舖面夠大,坐得舒服。食物質素幾好,邊燒邊傾計,可以渡過一個愉快嘅晚上。…Read More

我每次去澳門,除咗喜蓮冰室嘅豬扒包之外,必食嘅就係阿曼諾嘅葡國餐。第一次去都十年前,之後每次去嘅指定晚餐就係呢度,所以可以話係忠實顧客😂店舖面積唔大,大概有六張枱,佈置得好有葡國特色,上面仲有把古雅吊扇,情調不錯(順帶一提,老闆係葡國人) 咁多味餸,我最鍾意就係檸檬蜆。蜆新鮮,個汁酸酸甜甜好開胃,一定要用佢餐前送嘅蒜蓉麵包點汁,配搭一絕。我上星期去就叫咗馬介休炒飯,不過不失,我覺得之前食過嘅墨魚汁炒飯更好,味濃但不膩,不過要小心食到個咀黑晒。另外仲叫咗個燒牛肋骨。有炭燒味,肉味濃,再用鹽燒,簡簡單單已經好正。總括嚟講,食物質素中上,有情調氣氛,傾計談心都一流。如果叫埋Sangria邊飲邊食,都真係不亦樂乎。不過一定要訂位,座位太有限了。…Read More

刺身與丼飯高質,唯服務需改善

如果對魚生要求唔高,其實元氣都已經足夠。不過如果真係有要求,但又唔想千千聲落樓,其實魚鮮生係不錯嘅選擇。 其實我已經食過幾次,每次都試唔同嘅嘢食,連佢哋嘅Omesaki 都試過,所以對呢間餐廳都算熟悉。首先係魚生,刺身係厚切嘅,肥美鮮甜,油金魚同鱆紅魚係我嘅心水。但係佢刺身係逐片計,約廿幾三十幾一片,所以算係幾貴,反而壽司嘅價格上比較划算。生蠔三十幾蚊隻,印象中有三個產地可以揀,都好鮮甜。除咗魚生外都有丼飯都唔錯,丼飯嘅份量係非常夠份量,而且包一個麵豉湯,係一定夠飽嘅。雖然佢哋話牛舌飯係推介,但我試過覺得鰻魚飯更可取,鰻魚肥美之餘又有炭燒味道,另外仲有紫菜比你包住當壽司食,係一飯兩食。而牛舌飯對我嚟講最大嘅敗筆係牛舌唔係燒而係汁煮,所以始終爭啲。食物質素係有保證同埋穩定嘅,不過上菜時間有時看好慢,試過隔差不多半個鐘先上下一道菜。另外,佢哋有兩層,即使下面有幾張空檯,都會叫你上樓上,而且語氣也不算有善。服務態度有待改善。…Read More

有風味 高檔啲嘅台灣菜

喺element正正經經食餐晚飯,都閒閒地每位三四百。不過竟然比我誤打誤撞入咗night market,喂有驚喜喎!首先間餐廳好大好多位,所以就算係正常晚飯時間去到,都唔使等位。裝潢幾好,燈光偏暗,幾有情調。我哋兩個人叫咗一個燉湯、牛肉湯包、麻油雞、肉燥飯,都係典型嘅台灣菜。先上燉湯,味道好清好純。跟住另外幾味餸一次過到,上菜時間計得好準。每味餸嘅水準都係中上,麻油雞雖然偏淡,不過夠嫩多汁,對於唔好重口味嘅我非常啱口味。但我最推介係牛肉包,個皮烘到好香好趣,入面勁多肉汁,我直情食到成手都係汁,所以食嘅時候要小心啲。如果去到element無咩口緒食咩,可以試下呢間,食物質素好,價錢中價,又坐得舒服!…Read More

博物館或藝術館內總有一間獨市生意嘅cafe,賣嘅嘢通常普普通通,甚至我喺日本都試過食一碟勁難食用微波爐就咁翻熱嘅意粉。而呢間牧羊咖啡店不過不失,係可預計嘅質素。當日下午我要睇文化博物館嘅展覽,所以預早入去附近睇下有啲咩嘢食,點知周圍都冇嘢食,就係得呢間,所以先入去一試。侍應安排我坐高枱,我得自己一個人就冇所謂,結果我就點了個牛肉芝士牛角包會配薯條,約$80,冇嘢飲。不過呢度可以自助斟水,所以唔叫嘢飲都okay!等咗約十分鐘,食物就送到。賣相唔錯,薯條份量都夠。先食薯條,都夠脆,可惜唔夠熱。個包味道不錯,入面啲菜都新鮮,如果個包烘熱點會更好。如果喜歡食cafe類食物,都可以一試,再加上環境舒適,就算貴一點也可以。否則最好食完飯先入去睇展覽,因為方圓幾里都無餐廳。…Read More

味道十年如一日 雞粥乳鴿必食

近年香港熱捧隱世小店,可惜很多都名過於實,不過新記卻係一等一嘅小店。我由讀書時期已經開始幫襯,至今都有十年,不過每逢想食雞粥我都只會諗起呢間又新街嘅小舖,而唔會諗起沙田。近日我都再次幫襯,除咗點咗必食嘅雞粥,仲有送粥一流嘅蝦腸同埋炒麵。隔了約十分鐘,已上齊菜,時間快速,但絕不馬虎。先講雞粥,粥底綿,仲要見到有啲黃色嘅雞油,視覺上已經好吸引。食落啲粥都入味,唔知道會唔會落咗些少雞精,不過都有雞嘅鮮味。同我十年前第一次食,沒有相差太遠。反而最令我有驚喜嘅係嗰碟炒麵,表面脆脆地,但係食落又唔會好乾。其實我好怕食炒麵, 因為通常都好鹹,食完又口乾,不過呢碟真係唔會,可以話係我咁多年食過嘅炒麵之中最正嘅。嗱,不過我見隔籬枱果一碟係冇我嗰一碟咁靚,所以水準未必太穩定。而碟蝦腸不過不失,用料都新鮮,味道不錯。食嘢期間見到隔籬叫乳鴿,好香,所以我最後加單叫多一隻乳鴿。新鮮即炸,要等一陣先食到,因為剛出油鑊太熱。皮脆肉嫩,味道夠濃,唔需要淮鹽都已經夠味,如果有碗白飯就實在太好。總括而言,食物質素好,性價比超高,晚餐食飽兩個人都唔使$150,今時今日去邊度搵?…Read More

發哥效應 蟹檬名過於實

聽說發哥喜歡星期日喺大嶼山行山後,會到此處食番茄蟹檬。民間特首嘅喜好喎,梗係吸引到好多人慕名而來。我第一次嚟津津食店唔係星期六,所以食唔到蟹檬轉戰茄腩檬。番茄味濃,牛腩幾鬆軟,檬粉就比較碎。我幾欣賞個湯底,無味精,最後會想飲埋個湯。一碗粉四十幾蚊,無包嘢飲,要另叫。不過感受梅窩街坊融洽嘅氣氛,都值得嘅!我第二次就選擇了星期日去,因為希望試吓鼎鼎大名嘅番茄蟹檬。我滿心觀喜餐牌都唔睇就叫餐,然後等咗約十分鐘,一碗蟹檬就熱辣辣喺我面前。第一眼見到個蟹蓋,係我想像中嘅畫面。我再翻一翻碗中的粉,有幾粒肉丸,有點芽菜,蟹呢?蟹呢?蟹呢?最後喺碗底發現有一舊蟹肉附帶三隻蟹腳,就係咁樣。味道方面其實幾好,湯底都很有蟹味,而嗰一舊蟹肉,就普通啦,肉質也不算太新鮮。講真,真有點失望。碗粉叫蟹檬,但蟹肉真係少之有少,我甚至覺得叫番茄肉丸檬都不為過。所以如果對蟹檬有太大希望,你是注定要失望,反而我覺得茄腩檬比較實際。…Read More

生日臨近,好友帶我吃好西。從來都不用懷疑金牛座的推介,因為金牛座是最識食嘅星座。當天是星期六晚,book了檯都要等約十分鐘。一入到餐廳,座無虛席,氣氛非常熱鬧,感覺突然置身日本,以為去了大阪東京一趟。我與友人點了一個刺身拼盤,燒蟹蓋,燒貝類海鮮拼盤。刺身先上,有五款,每種刺身都係厚切,非常肥美新鮮,唯獨海膽嘅味道一般。然後燒嘅材料一次過奉上,放喺檯面嘅畫面非常豐富,未食都已經覺得好滿足。貝殼類嘅拼盤有鮑魚帶子生蠔大蜆,每樣都大大件兼好新鮮。侍應會幫手燒,唔使自己落手。味道方面,鮑魚與蠔最鮮味可口,扇貝則有點令人失望。到我最期待嘅燒蟹蓋,入面除咗蟹膏蟹子,仲有一隻鵪春蛋。香氣越來越濃郁,未食已經感興奮。嚐第一啖後,我只係慨嘆點解無一碗白飯!因為味道太濃,配上飯就會平衡得好好,齋食就會覺得太膩,不過味道的確不錯。最後由於未飽,就點了個牛肉鍋配烏冬。非常普通,份量又少,烏冬只係俾一小撮,性價比極低。總括而言,味道很好,份量略少,但氣氛很好。如果較大食嘅人,可能會覺得貴夾唔飽。不過我認為可以一試。…Read More

朋友推介,當然一試。一行三人,被安排至四人卡位,空間放大舒適。叫了一個四人份量的鮮斬後奏的海鮮餐,原本每位$298(不用加一),但我們只有三個人,所以最後每位$398。這個餐送刺身拼盤,想不到火鍋店的刺身也不錯,我推介甜蝦,肥美鮮甜。到了主菜海鮮餐,一上個鍋已經令人興奮,因為佈滿了約10種海鮮(小龍蝦、鮑魚、蟶子、扇貝、大蜆等),而且仲識郁,非常新鮮生猛!俾你過目完後,侍應先倒上湯,然後蒸十數分鐘就食得。除咗海鮮,仲有五款火鍋配料揀。味道不錯,份量略嫌不太多,我們三個女仔只是剛剛飽。另外這個餐限時兩個半鐘,不過無人等都會比你繼續坐。總括而言,食物新鮮,份量略嫌少。服務態度很好,座位舒服,價錢則見人見智…Read More
