同事提議嚟食,打電話預約巳經預上麻煩,電話打極都唔通!過咗幾日,我一打就通,順利訂到位。準時出席,場內得14個坐位,只做晚市,呢份堅持值得關注。服務員好好咁解説個菜牌。既然第一次,食十本啦。呢度用備長炭去燒,抽風開始時客人少,都足以應付,但係客人多嘅時候,見到啲煙抽得好辛苦!濃雞湯免治雞,湯頭香甜,免治雞肉我就覺得淡口咗。雞柳就梗梗熟,同事就話好似有少少生添,但就真係嫩滑。每一串都細細件,分開晒,係可以食到原味啦,加七味粉啦,同埋山椒粉配搭嚟食。雞胸皮薄脆而且嫩。帆立貝就外溫內涼,唔知係唔係有意咁燒出嚟比客人:)。味噌大根好入味,清甜爽脆。雞心唔係成日有得燒嚟食,要係對食物有選擇性,就唔好喺職人面前失禮,一係就唔好點嚟食。生麩我都唔知是什麼。沖繩海蘊入口就好似海葡萄嘅質地,爽脆:)。雞尾係我至愛,甘香油滑。燒冬菇好多汁,又夠香。和牛西冷喺呢餐就變得平淡咗啲喇,或者可以改燒第二樣蔬菜減去之前啲油膩仲好:)。免治雞肉捧加上生雞蛋,成家一齊一口食落去,聽到都知道係好正啦。雞白湯拉麵,雞湯同第一份濃湯唔同,呢個清香好多,拉麵就比較硬:)。雲呢拿雪糕配上脆餅作最後終結。咁多樣嘢對我已經好飽,友人亦都係一樣,大滿足。場內一個服務員好勤力咁,每有一道菜上客人面前,佢都立即去解說,而且不停喺客人廚房來來回回…Read More

今晚嚟到呢度,為嘅就係日本嘅味道,餐廳都好和風格局。侍應安排我哋坐入房仔,不過間房就要同另一枱嘅人一齊,有啲怪咁:(。叫咗樽北海道梅酒飲吓先,味道唔錯喎,夠香梅味,又唔太甜。吞拿魚蓉卷,魚蓉好甜,不過飯就唔夠實,比較鬆。鯖魚棒冇得頂,原條鯖魚半生熟,實在少有,魚腹肉嫩魚油香,醋飯係比普通嘅多一點點醋味。魚背係最好食,比魚腹係彈牙更有口感。辣味八爪魚普通啦。蟹膏甲羅燒,蟹膏濃縮到不得了,香噴噴熱辣辣,一啖之後滿口都蟹膏。牛油炒鮑魚,鮑魚新鮮彈牙,比牛油包住一啖入口,兩種味道好夾而又唔會搶走啲味。燒雞軟骨同雞翼都係普通,雞翼仲燒得比較差。麵豉茄子,茄子肥美多汁,配上少少麵豉佐酒小食。秋刀魚,魚皮都算有少少脆,魚肉嫩香帶少少魚油。燒牛舌要燒得好食,唔係個個得,呢度真係掂,嫩到又咬得開,唔韌,仲要見到粉紅色,就算放咗一陣,粉紅色都冇啦,入口都唔韌嘅,冇得頂。最後食埋個蟹炊,蟹肉唔算多,湯水有啲清酒味,蟹味就唔算凸出,比較清。喺房仔每次要搵服務員都要起身行出去,呢點有啲改善空間:),侍應服務都好好。…Read More

呢個冇漢肺炎🤢,好少人聚會同食飯😷,就連出街都驚🤦🏼‍♂️,今日 Lunch 嚟呢度,入座都有7成,算好喇😃。企咗門口好耐,冇人嘅😳,行出行入幾次,都唔見有人🙄,最後終於見到喇😃。坐低先發現,原來成個場,得佢一個女仔招呼咁多人😱💪🏼。所以我都唔好麻煩佢咁多😜。大阪燒我就唔識整,唔好嘥嘢😂,都係叫啲牛啦🐮。上級牛肋肉,有啲醬汁一齊燒🔥,幾秒就食得,都有啲牛味嘅😅,但係份量太少喇,食完呢個 set ,女生都唔會飽啦😂。叫多個牛舌👅,有啲就好似香口膠咁🤦🏼‍♂️,有啲又好腍喎😂。同埋冇醬油加埋一齊燒🔥,係冇味架🤦🏼‍♂️。枝豆冇落鹹,冇咩味🤦🏼‍♂️。Lunch 一個套餐,咁少嘢食要 $88,而且唔會飽,又唔係話太好味,大家一齊嚟,自己玩大阪燒,就可以接受嘅😃。…Read More
