Hotel Icon嘅餐廳好評如潮,所以決定一試。一早去到天外天,西式嘅裝修的確頗特別,但若以酒店嘅準則衡量的話,未免有點過迫。我與肥肥點了壽眉,味道是可以的。是日點了:馬拉糕海膽蟹肉小籠包腿茸蝦餃XO醬煎腸粉第一樣選擇了吃小籠包,其實看見小籠包時已有點失望,因為看得出小籠包嘅皮係厚厚的。果然,吃時頓覺小籠包嘅皮是如此煙靱,實在要花點時間及功夫才可解決那塊皮。裡頭嘅肉是鮮甜的,有湯但不算多,餡料特意加了些海膽,若細心的話,也可吃出其味,但沒感覺令整個小籠包增加多少分。:(馬拉糕確是保留著古法傳統的味道,質地鬆軟,當中有著少許瓜子,增加口感,算是最好吃的一道點心。:)蝦餃 -- 早已看見其他食家在網頁嘅評價是一般,但都決意一試,結果:不是皮薄餡靚,皮依然是厚厚的,並不是酒店嘅級數;而裡頭嘅蝦亦只有爽感,但沒有絲毫半點鮮蝦味,又一失望之作……:(最後嘅XO醬煎腸粉亦都教人失去信心,因為腸粉皮不夠滑漏,亦嫌過厚,食落也覺相當糊口,XO醬的味道也不濃烈、不夠香,只是像豉油皇腸粉一樣……唉……$78一碟腸粉也只是言個質素,實在有點兒那過……總括而言,以食物質素來說,一點也不值。但若要感受一吓這裡嘅環境,也可以一試,但不建議叫太多點心!…Read More

見到雜誌介紹喜來登蠔吧嘅超豪自助早午餐,所以立即決定要同豬仔一齊試試,因為我哋兩個都係愛蠔之人!早咗少少到,不過唔緊要,侍應好有禮貌咁請我哋稍候一陣。不久,侍應端上麫包,但係即使麫包幾好食都好,我哋都唔能夠食得多,因為要留肚食生蠔嘛!開始時,我同豬仔分頭行事,我去攞生蠔,佢就去攞刺身。是日嘅生蠔有五款,三款來自美國,其餘兩款來自澳洲,分別為:Eld Inlet (USA)、Barron Point (USA)、Eagle Rock (USA)、Port Douglass (Australia)同埋Tasmania Pacific (Australia)。先講刺身,品質新鮮,吞拿魚刺身入口即溶,而油甘魚嘅甘味亦都非常強烈。相當靚嘅刺身,可惜嚟呢度主打唔係佢!唯一唔好嘅就係wasabi同豉油嘅擺放令到客人好唔就手,所以希望酒店可以作出改善。至於生蠔,一食落去,好明顯食得出澳洲蠔同美國蠔嘅分別,大致嚟講澳洲嘅會比較重海水味,而美國嘅就比較creamy。而我哋對每種蠔嘅評價詳見下文:- Eld Inlet (USA):淡淡海水味、較creamy、味道濃郁、帶甜味,而且有少少漿口- Barron Point (USA):Creamy得嚟亦有啲啲海水味- Eagle Rock (USA):真正見識到乜嘢係creamy,因為呢種蠔係最creamy嘅一種,食 落仲有輕微鐡味- Port Douglass (Australia):有少少鹹味、較爽口、味道鮮且有海水味- Tasmania Pacific (Australia):最勁海水味,鐡味也較重除此之外,我哋仲order咗龍蝦湯伴鮮蝦雲吞。龍蝦湯用料好堅,味道好濃,亦都好少見到咁大粒雲吞,用嚟包雲吞嘅蝦好靚,好鮮味!另外,我哋亦都叫咗幾round嘅鵝肝,鵝肝本身好靚,可以做到入口即溶,但略嫌煎得個皮唔夠脆,如果再脆啲會更加香!食咗咁耐,終於輪到主菜羊架出場,喺無特別吩咐嘅情況下,送嚟嘅羊架嘅生熟程度竟然可以啱啱好,好鮮嫩,一啲都唔鞋口,絕對係控制得好好,羊架嘅味道亦都好出。值得一提嘅係伴羊架嘅薯蓉都做得相當出息,有牛油味得嚟又唔會好肥,最衰已經食到飽一飽,所以想叫多一份都唔可以。甜品方面,唔算好多選擇,梳乎里可以有四款味道:Vanilla、Grand Marnier、Kahlua同Ginger味,各有特式。但一定要推介嘅就係棉花糖,因為係細細個好鍾意食嘅嘢,但係大咗又唔會有好多地方有得食,難得喺呢度可以無限order,梗係要食番夠!特別推介選擇飲香檳個package,因為呢度係用Piper-Heidsieck Champagne,超易入口兼且仲要係超靚嘅貨色,所以飲到的話,飲多嘅杯一定可以回本!此外,呢度供應嘅紅、白酒亦算不俗。呢度所有侍應嘅服務都好好,食物亦都好吸引,所以雖然唔係成個價錢都有折(只有食物嗰$300有折,而另外歸飲品嘅$328則無折),但係都食得好暢快!如果枱與枱之間嘅距離可以再闊啲就好喇!因為坐落都比較迫,而且會嘈咗少少!…Read More

之前同友人嚟過,覺得唔錯,所以成日都想帶肥面嚟試一試,終於等到今日喇!可能今日係星期一嘅關係,客人唔算多,所以無上次咁嘈、咁焗聲。記得上次嚟好似有花生做前菜,但係今次已經無咗,即係變相已經加咗價。我哋今次叫咗:香辣口水雞夫妻肺片沸騰水煮魚泡椒嫩牛肉辣子肥腸先嚟兩個涼菜,口水雞嘅味道都幾濃,而且雞本身好滑。整碟雞香得嚟帶點點辣,非常易入口。但係可惜嘅係所有嘅雞件都係細細嚿嘅,比人感覺好似將啲頭頭尾尾混埋一碟咁就算,份量頗小兼夾食得唔個引。相比口水雞,夫妻肺片就仲無咁辣,而且紅油好香,加上少少嘅芝麻、芹菜,令到成碟涼菜好吸引。輕輕嘅麻味,配上上乘嘅用料,口感一流,而且仲好入味,有食到停唔到口嘅感覺。伴菜嘅花生亦都好香口,好脆!主菜先嚟水煮魚,一放低時的確相當沸騰,賣相好好,感覺正宗:)。此店用上桂花魚,魚質的確嫩滑可口,帶出少少嘅麻辣味道,不算十分濃烈。嗜辣嘅朋友可能會略嫌味道不夠辣。個人認為,相較上次嘅嚟食水煮魚嘅味道,今次麻辣味的確減咗。此外,魚片嘅數量其實少嘅可憐,只有一堆大豆芽同茨粉墊高整兜魚,幸好,大豆芽加茨粉索咗啲味,食落都幾好味,同時又可以順便當填肚。再嚟就係泡椒嫩牛肉,呢個菜同口水雞一樣有同一通病,就係啲牛肉好似碎上咁,食落時真係一粒都不能少,因為份量實在太少……但係味道係好嘅,唔算好辣,牛肉都確係鮮嫩。埋尾食埋個辣子肥腸,其實係將啲大腸炸到乾咗咁,食落好香又唔會搞到成口油淋淋。肥面就一路都嫌呢個辣子肥腸一啲都唔辣,唔係幾入到味;但係我就覺得如果嗒真都會覺得有少少辣味入咗啲大腸度。最神奇嘅就係當食晒呢碟肥腸時,好似完全同你洗口咁,連口中之前嘅少少辣味都吸走埋!整體成餐晚飯嘅餸菜味道其實係唔錯嘅,不過比起上次,所有菜式嘅辣味好似減淡咗咁。而且到埋單時先知原來已經加價加到$180一位,即係加咗$12,但係份量就比之前少咗好多,有少少唔夠食嘅感覺。服務方面,絕對唔會係殷勤,總之有餸就拎比你,你要茶就會斟比你,但唔會係臉帶笑容嗰隻架喇:(!如果仲係收$168我就會覺得抵啲,但係宜家加咗價而份量又咁的骰,咁可能無咁快返轉頭喇!…Read More

之前無意中發現原來黃竹坑度開咗間新酒店,當然第一時間睇吓有無咩嘢啱食啦!適逢得知酒店嘅自助餐原來做緊七折,所以死搵爛搵終於搵到個期去試一試。 其實有好大期望,因為好多介紹都話呢度主打係海鮮,而我又相信酒店本身真係有地理優勢,會提供靚海鮮,所以一開始時,我同Birdie就分頭行事,我負責攞刺身,佢就負責掃海鮮。先嚟食刺身,值得一讚嘅係平時真係好少見酒店會有咁多刺身供應,分別有三文魚、吞拿魚、鯖魚、櫻花魷魚、墨魚、八爪魚、鱆紅魚、油甘魚、希靈魚、北寄貝同甜蝦。嗰個刺身櫃的確好吸引,而刺身嘅質責亦相當高,款款都鮮甜味美,絕對係靚貨。唯一唔好嘅就係如果想要刺身的話,就麻煩排一排隊,因為要等師傅切比你嘅,所以都嘥咗啲時間!:(之後,滿心歡喜咁迎接我哋啲海鮮,是晚嘅海鮮有麫包蟹、花蟹、長蟹腳、蝦、翡翠螺同青口。Birdie第一時間試翡翠螺,食咗之後已經大叫無味,跟住我都試試時,發覺除咗有咬口外,真係一啲鮮味或甜味都無,勁失望!之後再試麫包蟹,一開時發覺啲肉奇削,而且無乜肉食,感覺有啲唔新鮮。其後到食長蟹腳時,情況完全一樣,唔知係咪溶雪溶得太犀利,連蟹本身嘅味道都無埋。席間我哋聽到有人話青口得,咁我哋當然唔會放過試吓嘅機會啦,誰不知一擺落口之後,完全唔覺得有咩特別,都係屬於淡而無味嘅一族。成晚最好嘅海鮮我諗係蝦喇,雖然無膏,但係叫做最似樣!因為見到雜誌話呢度啲咖喱好食,於是乎平日食自助餐唔會試熱食嘅我都攞咗少少嚟試,咖喱主要有三款:泰國青咖喱雞、越式咖喱海鮮同埋印度咖喱羊。其實三款咖喱真係各有特式,亦頗正宗,但係可惜嘅係只得微溫,感覺有啲嘥咗!:(是晚贈送嘅主菜有蒸野生海斑同埋阿拉斯加蟹,念著出面好少食到野生海斑,我同Birdie都選擇咗佢。條魚比我哋想像中大,其實肉質的確唔錯,但係唔知點解都係唔夠熱,都未食到一半已經凍晒咁濟。配襯嘅豉油其實帶甜,理應可以帶出魚嘅鮮味,但係唔知點解放咗落條魚度時,啲豉油變得好淡。咁好嘅食材,但係就係比旁邊嘅嘢影響咗,確實係要扣分。成晚另一樣比較深刻嘅就係爐端燒,我揀咗牛同銀鱈魚。牛扒本身係靚嘢,所以食起嚟時有肉味得嚟又唔會乾身,肉汁都幾澎湃,抵讚。而銀鱈魚嘅魚皮就燒得卜卜脆,不過銀鱈魚本身帶膩,不能多食。 我諗唔少人嚟LIS度試都有啲因為佢出名多甜品,無疑,甜品嘅選擇的確唔少,但係當然無八十幾款咁多啦!不過並唔係款款甜品都做得咁出色,試過牛奶布甸、芒果布甸、杏加栗子奶凍、乳酪雪糕,梳乎里……其實好多都無乜味,例如芒果布甸實得嚟味道又唔吸引、牛奶布甸都不及坊間上買到嘅幼滑香口。唯獨如果鍾意食栗子嘅,就一定會鍾意杏加栗子奶凍,因為用咗好多栗子蓉外,味道亦幾濃。至於服務方面,除咗有位四眼哥哥做嘢有啲熱誠外,全間餐廳(包括負責攞甜品嘅師傳、爐端燒嘅廚、切刺身嘅哥哥仔、所有樓面……)嘅職員個個都係口黑面黑,好奇怪!雖然今次有七折優惠,但係折咗之後都要約$320一位,如果以咁嘅質素同服務嚟講,確係偏貴。所以應該都唔會再嚟呢度食自助餐!…Read More

好耐都無試過同肥面二人世界lu,所以就突登揀咗惠比壽食佢嘅和風三文魚冷麪。惠比壽嘅和風三文魚冷麪嘅配料就梗係唔少得三文魚魚生啦!另外仲會有墨魚刺身做點綴。食嘅時候加埋沙律醬同冷麪豉油,確實好好味,只可惜三文魚冷麪嘅價錢雖然無乜點樣加到,但係份量就好似一次比一次少咁,無咗以前一嚟到好澎湃嘅感覺。宜家整個冷麪嘅三文魚刺身同墨魚刺身好似好唔夠咁,好彩食材方面算幾新鮮,而且亦都好夠凍。是晚除咗點咗冷麪外,仲叫咗個推介嘅串燒黑豚肉。嚟嘅時候見到啲肉肉白雪雪咁,但係食落又出奇哋夠味,而且肉質真係好靚,好滑,相當有驚喜!可以encore嘅!另外仲叫咗串燒鹽燒牛舌,雖然望落去有好多黑椒同鹽,但係食落唔會覺得好鹹,牛舌本身亦相當出色,味道非常濃郁。唯一不足嘅可能係比較薄切,所以係送到嚟嘅時候如果唔快手啲食,就會好快凍晒!最後,我哋仲叫咗款牛肉炒北海道拉麪。拉麪嚟到時我哋先知原來係鐡板上嘅,不過係怕有少少熱氣之外,都無乜問題。拉麪嘅份量比預期中為多,惹味得嚟又頗為香,牛肉嘅質地亦都唔錯,唔會太老身。整個拉麪可謂色香味俱全。是晚晚飯大體都為滿意嘅,唯獨店內嘅所有員工都好似啱啱瞓醒咁,無一個係好笑容啲嘅!…Read More

早排成日見到介紹民聲冰室,所以好想一試佢成座山咁高嘅咸蛋蒸肉餅。由於睇唔到戲,所以就同肉肉熊嚟試試。招牌菜式咸蛋蒸肉餅當然唔可以唔叫,我哋另外叫咗呢度幾出名嘅口水雞同埋紅酒炆牛筋條。最先嚟嘅咸蛋蒸肉餅真係好吸引同埋覺得佢嘅賣相好掂。好心急咁試咗第一啖,真係覺得好滑,好香口。但係要整到咁滑,個肉餅入面一定會有肥,不過,好彩食落口唔會覺得油膩。而隻咸蛋亦算多油,唔會乾身。成碟餸用嚟配飯食簡直一流,抵佢收$45!:(到第二樣嚟嘅係紅酒炆牛筋條,一嚟到時,就有噗鼻嘅香氣,好有期望。但係可惜,一放入口時,雖然牛筋條整得好稔,但係完全唔入味,完全覺得嘥咗個sauce。食時嘅感覺就係個sauce有個sauce煮,而牛筋條有牛筋條煮,食唔到係炆出嚟嘅味道,好失望。再嚟口水雞,賣相唔錯,仲伴以粉皮添。食第一嚿時,唔見得好有驚喜,因為啲sauce上唔到去件雞到,所以好似只有食普通雞嘅感覺,無香辣味可言。正正因為有啲粉皮墊底,啲sauce嘅味就比啲粉皮就會吸晒,再加上個sauce本身真係唔算好濃味,所以只覺得不過不失。對我嚟講,做唔到呢度嘅招牌菜。由於碟咸蛋蒸肉餅係有coupon再加$6換,所以成餐唔算太貴。…Read More

好失望嘅一次……

由於薑餅人放假,故特意帶安排在Herpa Café午飯。其實已不只一次與同事嚟呢度食飯,感覺都唔太差,但係今日的確有啲失望。我哋叫咗:兩客黑椒牛扒,一客跟意粉,一客跟薯菜。落單時已經同經理清楚講明牛扒唔要咁熟(五成或以下),同埋要多汁。經理仲好似好好咁問我有咩要求,我話無。(另有餐湯同啫喱做甜品)餐湯 – 無特別,普通西餐廳都會做到嘅嗰個效果。但當兩客主菜送到嚟時,見到兩塊牛扒都熟晒咁濟,試過食一啖,簡直咬唔到,而且有一刻仲懷疑過係豬扒嚟,所以要求換過晒。等咗十數分鐘,終於換番兩份餐嚟,可惜,我要嘅薯菜已經變埋意粉,但係由於時間緊迫,所以算數,惟有照食。今次塊牛扒生啲,所以腍啲,肉味一般啦,但係其實個樣仍然好似豬扒。但係以咁嘅價錢,唔可以要求咁多。不過,第二次嚟嘅時候,當然已經符合唔到我多汁嘅要求。但係最搞笑嘅就係當我食食吓時,個經理又突然間懶好咁行嚟問我今次塊扒會唔會好啲,我話起碼可以咀嚼到,而且同佢表明其實我要嘅係薯菜,並唔係意粉,佢聽到時即刻講咗一句唔好意思,然後掉頭走。起初我以為佢會主動送番啲薯仔嚟,但係佢無咁做到,令到我都幾失望。再加上我哋差唔多食完(但係其實未食完)時,啲侍應就急不及待咁嚟幫我哋收碟,認真比佢哋嚇親。至於甜品方面,啫喱一杯,唔會令你有咩驚喜。好彩有VIP card,所以兩個人加埋都只不過係$78。但係如果以咁嘅service,即使得個平字都無用。希望有關方面可以作出適當嘅改善。…Read More

喺正橋底食嘅辣蟹

因為要慶祝,所以美菲同我一齊去我哋都未去過嘅橋底辣蟹都試試。時間尚早,所以唔算好多人。為咗唔想全部嘢食一齊嚟,我哋先嚟叫咗一隻唔太大嘅避風塘炒辣蟹(中辣),其實都係梗咗小嘅就$280隻嗰啲。一嚟到,嗰股撲鼻嘅香味已經好吸引,蒜香加埋輕微嘅辣味,的確令人垂涎三尺。我哋急不及待食隻爪,嘩,一咬落去真係覺得美味無窮,原因係除咗嗰啲避風塘嘅味道之外,蟹肉鮮甜,而且仲相當嫩滑,好明顯係師傅功夫到家,控制得時間啱啱好!!同時,雖然係蟹爪,但係都好多肉,加埋嘅蒜粒,真係惹味到不得了!至於個辣度,如果以平時食開辣嘢嘅人嚟講,佢唔算十分辣。蟹爪都已經咁得人鍾意,咁樣啖啖肉嘅蟹鉗就更加出色。蟹肉厚之餘,亦唔會覺得老,咬落啖啖肉嘅感覺,真係令人再三回味!食完蟹,再叫咗魚湯浸蜆。原本以為好細份,但係嚟到原來有成一大窩,我哋得兩個人,都有啲擔心有啲難度。見到啲蜆覺得好驚喜,因為好大隻,而且因為用魚湯浸,所以蜆嘅所有鮮味唔會比任何其他味道蓋過,好甜。至於個魚湯,因為加咗胡椒,所以根本唔會腥。入面仲有啲粉絲,啲粉絲都好滑,連埋啲魚湯一齊食,好好味。我哋兩個人每人都飲咗3、4碗先至可以解決咗成個湯。最後加多咗個辣酒煮花螺。由於先前兩樣超水準,所以呢個花螺即刻比下去。同魚湯浸蜆相反,因為我哋兩個都以為啲花螺會係大隻啲嗰啲,但係點知原來係細細隻嘅。第一啖食落去時,唔係我預期中嘅味道,可能有期望,所以未至於嘩嘩聲嗰隻,但係都食得出個辣酒汁係好有心機烹調出嚟,同埋美菲都食得出佢有好輕好輕嘅麻辣味。可能略嫌啲花螺太細,再加上呢碟無之前嗰啲咁得,所以覺得只係比出面鋪頭嘅做得好。成晚啲服務一啲都唔差,因為不斷有人幫我哋換碟,而且一見你用咗包濕紙巾就會毫不吝嗇咁比過一包新嘅你,而且個個侍應都好客氣,實在難得。兩個人加埋茶同小食都係食咗$432,仲要有咁嘅質素,真係好抵咯!…Read More

見到城市花園酒店有以西葡為主題嘅自助餐,當然把握機會啦!成日聽人講話城市花園酒店裝修過之後,環境好咗好多,而佢嘅自助餐亦好好,所以我同鬆鬆熊特意山長水又遠去大拆一餐。去到時覺得環境都幾新淨,一入到去就已經見到隻風乾火腿喺度喇,一路轉入去就會見到冷盤,包括有蝦、翡翠螺、龍蝦仔、蟹腳等,而另一端就會見到魚生,再行就可以見到cold cut同沙律,接著嚟嘅就有一啲熱燻,麪部,雪糕櫃,生果,甜品,朱古力噴泉及其配料等等。驟眼看,可以選擇嘅食物都唔少,所以即刻開動。首先第一樣攞嘅係西班牙火腿,有少少失望,因為之前睇宣傳介紹時,明明話星期六、日係會有Jamón Ibérico嘅,但係嚟到時就發現其實只不過係Jamón Serrano,都無辦法,惟有照食。可惜嘅係食時無咗好濃兼且係Jamón Ibérico獨有嘅味,只有一般嘅風乾火腿味。再加上唔覺得場內有好多人選擇食佢,所以未到中間部分,所以食落比較硬,又唔夠滑,的確有啲失望。唔緊要啦,試吓其他。凍蝦反而幾好,翡翠螺都好厚肉,龍蝦仔就不過不失啦!魚生方面,最好食嘅係三文魚,夠肥又夠甜,有腩嘅效果。八爪魚都唔錯,但係吞拿魚就好一般,食唔到吞拿魚嗰啲甘甘哋嘅味。Cold Cut同沙律方面,唔算試咗好多,但係覺得佢嘅薄切牛扒幾滑,可以一試。另外比較感到意外嘅係佢哋嘅魚春沙律好好味,因為啲魚春整成一粒粒細細的立方體,同啲沙律一齊食幾特別。我突登試吓佢哋嘅薯仔絲炒馬介休,味道特別,馬介休脆脆的,好香口。可惜嘅就係烤乳豬好似出過一隻就無再出,所以我無試到。但係鬆鬆熊試過都話幾嫩口,唔錯。另外,我仲攞咗一塊羊肉嚟食,肉味夠,又唔會太熟,所以唔會太老,唔錯。同時,成晚有兩個品牌嘅雪糕供應,一個係Dreyers,另一個係Haagen-Dazs。好彩第一輪出Haagen-Dazs時,我同鬆鬆熊都有食到Strawberry味,事關第二輪再出直到完場時,已經變咗Cookies & Cream,再見唔到Strawberry味。我都有攞Cookies & Cream嚟試,但係唔知係咪之前酒店方面處理得唔係幾好,攪到啲雪糕溶溶哋,所以無食到。甜品方面,試咗西班牙燉蛋同埋葡萄牙嘅木糠布甸,兩樣都整得唔錯。但係鬆鬆熊就稍嫌木糠布甸嘅cream同木糠比例唔係太好,若果cream多啲會好啲!與此同時,我哋都有試佢嘅朱古力噴泉,但係當然啦,呢樣嘢無好唔好食,娛樂吓自己成分居多。我第一次喺食自助餐時食刨冰,但係啲冰可能唔夠冰,keep得唔耐,食到未夠一半就已經溶咗一大半。最後,成晚比你飲沖檸茶檸水,都算唔話得。整體上,自助餐嘅食物唔錯,最好嘅係當晚嚟食自助餐嘅人全部都好有秩序,絕對無爭嘢嘅情況出現,就連平時極受歡迎嘅Haagen-Dazs雪糕亦都有相當嘅存貨喺度,所以可以慢慢嘆。唯獨係由book位到現場嘅staff態度/處事方式就認真麻麻,實在有待改進。…Read More

見到愉景灣個「秋日浪漫」宣傳咁勁,所以決定同蕃茄蛋入去睇睇加食嘢。一早已經預訂咗Zaks,同埋要求要睇到煙花嘅枱。去到時,都頗多人。我哋被安排坐喺室外,由於天氣唔係太熱,所以幾舒服。我哋叫咗:- Zaks Nachos with Chilli Beef - Fettucini Carbonara 飲品方面,我哋就叫咗:- Cappuccino - Ginger Ale - Orange Squash (後加) 兩杯飲品先上,據蕃茄蛋講,杯Cappuccino唔係太甜(曾經懷疑過係佢哋唔記得落糖),好彩蕃茄蛋平時飲開齋啡,所以絕對啱晒佢口味。而我杯Ginger Ale,根本好難唔好飲。兩款Main Course好快送到嚟,見到啲portion真係大得好緊要,連我同蕃茄蛋兩個唔係細食嘅人都有少少壓力。為咗唔想啲Fettucini凍咗之後會變到一嚿嚿,所以我哋先食Fettucini。出面好少見到有Fettucini配Carbonara嘅組合,但係食落一啲都唔錯。首先個蛋汁好香先,Creamy得嚟又唔會太稠,煙肉碎亦唔會過少,所以覺得好好味。同埋成碟Fettucini都整得好均勻,唔會有啲麪條索唔到味。到個Zaks Nachos with Chilli Beef,呢個嘅份量仲誇張,實在大得過份。啲Nachos又香又脆,第一啖擺落口時,真係好驚喜。同埋加咗Chilli Beef同少少cheese,令到成碟好惹味,簡直停唔到口。慢慢一路嘆住海風、一路食住啲Nachos,真係覺得好寫意。最後加嗰杯Orange Squash,係因為見到好多人都有提及過而評價又唔錯,所以專登叫嚟一試。入口的確好新鮮,而且,以呢個價錢真係好抵。其實原本諗住試Zaks嘅Pizza,但係無辦法,佢啲嘢實在太大碟,根本無可能再食嘢落去,所以惟有下次再試。而且,兩個人都只不過係食咗$300左右,食物有質素的同時,又可以食到飽飽,仲有對岸煙花比你欣賞,真係可以過一個好愉快嘅晚上。一定會再嚟!…Read More

咁啱薑餅人要去太子,所以我哋就一齊到名寶石餐廳一試。我哋分別叫咗:紐西蘭空運牛柳伴炸蠔配意粉 (五成熟) :)紐西蘭空運西冷牛扒配薯菜 (五成熟):)餐包 – 雖然個樣唔似唔似牛油千層,但係食落味道簡直係一樣,而且仲係熱辣辣,搽完牛油就即刻溶晒,好好味。好欣賞用呢款做餐包,因為好少地方會用呢隻包。羅宋湯 – 一見到時真係有啲嚇親,因為料極多,絕對唔係馬馬虎虎,而且飲落味道好有懷舊餐廳feel,味道極濃郁,好滿足。忌廉湯 – 同樣都係勁多料,仲有少少冬菇絲,每一啖湯都有好多咬口,好夠誠意。紐西蘭空運牛柳伴炸蠔配意粉雖然叫咗五成熟,但係嚟到時硬係覺得件牛柳有少少overcooked,但係都唔緊要,因為都無太大影響塊牛柳嘅質素。一擺件牛柳落口時,並無預期中咁稔,但係肉味超濃,而且都幾滑。至於隻炸蠔,我都無諗過會係咁大隻,好誇張。當然,咁大隻蠔食落去唔會話超甜,但係真係好肥,而且好少有機會食咁大隻蠔。加上佢哋炸粉唔會太厚,脆得嚟又唔會搶晒隻蠔嘅味,非常美味!由於淨食牛柳同隻蠔已經可以好飽,所以只係食咗三四啖意粉,反而啲翠玉瓜同粟米就清晒!紐西蘭空運西冷牛扒配薯菜雖然都覺得件西冷牛扒唔只五成熟,但係相比起牛柳仍然稔啲,但係肉味就無咁重。同時,亦都食得出食材本身唔差,再加上送到嚟時仲熱辣辣,都好好味。薯角唔算出色,但相當穩陣。芒果布甸 – 叫完有啲後悔,因為通常喺呢啲餐廳食嘅芒果布甸都唔會太好食。事實亦都證明係咁,雖然佢比起一般嘅好啲,但係食落個味都係好假,更加唔好奢望會有芒果肉粒啦!涼粉 – 反而涼粉就好好味,好爽口,糖水又唔會太甜。凍檸茶 :(–我同薑餅人都覺得杯凍檸茶唔係好得,茶底唔好再加上可能檸檬唔係太靚,所以飲第一啖時都ok,但係再飲落去就淨係覺得好濁。最得意係成晚keep住有人入嚟,人流好旺!…Read More

超值、感覺滿足嘅午餐

之前已經有朋友推介過,但係無機會嚟試,所以突登揀咗個星期日同蕃茄蛋到Stonegrill一試佢同Citibank拍嘅優惠午餐。先講講個午餐有咩先:西瓜汁麫包:)餐湯:)石燒美國上等牛肩扒 + 1/4蕃茄 + 半個薯仔 + 一片青瓜Haagen-Dazs (士多啤梨味)餐飲 (熱檸水 & 咖啡)個餐附送西瓜汁,真係好新鮮,同埋覺得佢哋真係好細心,因為咁樣用熱石grill食物無疑係有啲熱氣,但係佢就送你西瓜汁,等你解熱。一路食住個餐,一路用西瓜汁送口,真係好舒服!麫包有兩款,一款係香草包,另一款係普通嗰啲白包,味道雖然唔錯,但係可惜只係得微溫,配以Olive Oil & Vinegar都可以;如果搽牛油的話,牛油唔會即係溶,但係嚿牛油本身就好香。湯似忌廉湯,相比其他食物,ok啦。至於到個主菜牛肩扒,送嚟時雖然侍應有教點樣整,但係比較細聲,所以都唔係聽得好清楚,不過唔緊要,都係咁食嘅啫。見到好多枱都係食緊呢個優惠餐,份量的確唔少,因為係有兩條窄身厚切嘅牛肩扒。因為唔想食太熟,所以好快將啲牛肩扒夾到白碟度,情願到要食時再將佢放落熱石度grill,務求趁熱食。件牛肩扒唔會太肥或太瘦,都算好均勻。一擺入口,覺得牛肉味都幾夠,而且最重要係件扒真係好滑,好易嘴嚼,同埋好juicy。侍應好體貼比咗啲mustard我哋,而本身個餐就跟燒汁,枱上又有鹽同胡椒,所以有好多搭配。樣樣我哋都試過,mustard好能帶出牛肩扒嘅味道;燒汁嘅味道好濃郁,雖然好味,但係偶爾會覺得佢搶咗啲牛肉味;鹽同胡椒就帶少少辣味,簡單啲。食完兩件牛肩扒,感覺好滿足,而且覺得係超值,但係千祈唔好忘記啲配菜。我同蕃茄蛋都有將啲蕃茄、薯仔同青瓜grill埋,蘸少少燒汁,簡直一流。尤其嚿蕃茄好甜!雪糕,因為係Haagen-Dazs嘅出品,所以不用多提,大家亦都知道味道如何。餐飲方面,我就叫咗熱檸水,蕃茄蛋就叫咗熱咖啡。檸水嘅檸檬好香,因為一送到嚟,坐對面嘅蕃茄蛋都聞到,飲落的而且確唔澀;而蕃茄蛋杯熱咖啡都唔錯,好香!成個餐真係超值,雖然要正價加一,但係都唔駛$120一個人。講真,自己淨係出去買料都唔得。鮮茄蛋話,上至牛肩扒,下至嚿蕃茄都係靚料,絕對無將貨就價,真係抵到暈,有機會一定會再試,強烈推介!!P.S. 雖然訂枱時,姐姐話要1:30 p.m. 交枱,但係當日可能係中秋翌日,所以唔多人,我見有啲人都係就咁walk-in都得,我哋根本無需急住交枱,可以慢慢坐,而且亦唔覺得有好多油煙呢個問題。…Read More

不值一試的芝士撈丁

近期突然見到氾濫地介紹呢間新記芝士撈丁,所以決定一試……但係,試完嘅感覺除咗覺得好貴之外,便無其他。我同美菲一嚟到時感覺已經唔好,唔係因為地方問題,而係啲侍應全部黑口黑面,好唔友善。我哋望住個menu諗咗一陣,都係叫咗招牌芝心丸芝士撈丁、豬頸肉芝士撈丁同埋蜜汁龍鬚。本來想試埋瑞士汁雞翼,但係見$32先得嗰5隻,實在太少,所以無叫到。兩碗丁先嚟,見到時都咪話唔驚,因為個份量實在少得驚人,令人難以置信。抱住滿心歡喜嚟試,但係一食落,真係唔覺得有咩特別。芝士味又唔係特別濃郁,又唔夠多,要撈晒成丁根本唔夠用,唉……想要真正感受到芝士味,要好靜心咁去食,再要加少少幻想先至得,好失望……餸方面,豬頸肉味道係可以,但係唔值係精選推介或者係呢間鋪嘅名作,因為好食過呢度嘅大把,再加上一碗$35嘅豬頸肉撈丁,都只係得6片豬頸肉,未免過少;芝心丸就相對特別啲,不過如果凍咗就無咁好食,同樣啦,一碗丁得5粒芝心丸,完全覺得overpriced得離譜。蜜汁龍鬚勉強可以,不過一嚟到感覺極之寒酸,好的骰。食完成餐嘢,都要$103,好彩有報紙coupon,可以減$10,咁先無覺得咁搵笨。事關美菲食完成餐後,完全無飽嘅感覺,仲好快想再搵嘢食添!呢度係有好多名星介紹,但我深信明星嚟食時啲嘢嘅份量∕質素∕服務態度可能會好啲,如果唔係,唔會有咁多明星光臨。總的來說,我覺得呢度嘅芝士撈丁,不值一試,同埋試完之後令人相當失望。…Read More

感受中環另一面嘅選擇

見到有promotion,而且其他人嘅評價又唔錯,所以突登嚟試吓。入到去,環境真係唔錯,簡簡單單而且又靜靜哋,同樓下蘭桂芳一帶相差甚遠,而且感覺啲staff嘅服務態度都唔差,所以一個字 --> 好!嘢食方面,我哋選擇咗個海鮮餐,包括:忌廉湯:)麪包:)Seafood Platter (翡翠螺、三文魚刺身、生蠔、牡丹蝦刺身、蝦)沙律主菜:Seabass Risotto同蜆肉意粉:)因為做promotion,所以可以任飲紅、白酒或者sparkling wine我哋仲額外加咗個心太軟麪包唔多講,沙律嘅菜好fresh,湯亦好穩陣。至於個seafood platter,真係好出色。雖然個seafood platter一出現時,望落啲三文魚唔係腩位,但係估唔到一放入口都有溶嘅感覺,而且都幾肥美,真係睇佢唔出,而且仲要係厚切,食完印象難忘。蝦同牡丹蝦兩者都好吸引,因為食得出好新鮮,有甜味,而且唔削,靚到暈。由於食材本身優秀,所以啲翡翠螺都一定唔執輸,除咗肥大肉厚之外,食完仲會令你感覺好滿足。講真,一路食個seafood platter,一路覺得好幸福,因為感覺到好有誠意。到嚟主菜時,因為怕risotto凍咗會唔好食,所以先食risotto。Seabass整到外面少少脆,醃得剛剛好,又唔會蓋過鱸魚本身嘅魚味,再配埋risotto,簡直一流。而且用嚟搭配risotto嘅汁味道好特別,所以食完呢個已經覺得100分。之後到食蜆肉意粉,由於risotto做得太好,比較之下,意粉較為遜色。如果係食蜆肉意粉先的話,應該會覺得佢好味啲。皆因宜家食落就好似喺其他西餐廳食到嘅一樣,唔會話太深刻,但係材料都係靚嘢嚟嘅。我哋另外加HK$28要多個心太軟。心太軟做得幾好,又唔話太甜,入面啲朱古力又可以流出嚟,好好。是晚可以任飲紅酒、白酒或者係sparkling wine (當然係指定咗架啦!)。白酒同埋sparkling wine都好好,而且可以任你飲,真係抵到爛。雖然宜家可能無咗呢個promotion,但係憑住個餐可以知道餐廳絕對唔求其,所以好有信心佢其他食物都會唔錯。P.S. 餐廳成晚都係得幾枱客,而且播住啲jazz,感覺好舒服。所以如果想約朋友去中環搵個靜靜地嘅地方,而且啲食物又食得吓嘅,呢度係一個唔錯嘅選擇。 …Read More

因為要解決晚飯問題,而咁啱又經過春園街,見到有間食日本嘢嘅小鋪,所以走咗入去試試。臨入座時都已經差唔多七點,但係問過侍應姨姨,佢話比埋我哋當優惠時段(至到七點),真係好。今晚,我同蕃茄蛋叫咗以下嘅特大壽司:三文魚x 2 ($5@)鮮帶子x 2 ($7@)鎗魷魚 x 2 ($5@)海膽軍艦x 2 ($9@)赤貝 x 2 ($9@)油甘魚 x 2 ($13@)希靈魚籽 x 2 ($7@):)另外,我哋仲叫咗:無頭甜蝦刺身 x 10隻 (下午茶) ($18):)辣酒煮翡翠螺 x 6隻 (下午茶) ($28)鰻魚 x 1條 (下午茶) ($16)首先嚟咗10隻甜蝦刺身,一食落去,味道的確麻麻,唔夠鮮甜,但係只係$18,所以好難有好高要求。根住到啲壽司嚟時,真係嚇一跳,因為真係特大壽司,魚生大之餘,嚿飯都唔弱,黏得好實,唔會散。魚生方面,三文魚略嫌切得薄咗啲,但係勝在夠厚,所以如果將件三文魚包住成嚿飯嚟食的話,都會有豐富嘅口感。另外,帶子亦都幾鮮甜,鎗魷魚嘅膠質好重,好黏口。海膽軍艦亦都做得好有誠意,因為雖然只係收$9一件,但係唔會因為咁而偷工減料。由於即整關係,食落去塊紫菜仲脆脆咁,放咗落口就會滿口都感受到啲海膽嘅味道。赤貝壽司都令我留下好深嘅印象,因為呢度嘅赤貝壽司係有兩大片嘅,出面真係好少有,而且仲係好厚肉嘅,唔係薄薄一片就當交代咗就算,非常足料,味道亦相當不俗。最令我喜愛嘅就係油甘魚壽司,因為呢度嘅油甘魚魚生又係長長一條嘅,食落時油甘魚獨特嘅甘味即刻湧晒出嚟,嗰個感覺好滿足,到宜家到令人好懷念。今次係我哋第一次食希靈魚籽壽司,有少少爽口,都幾得意。鰻魚方面,雖然只係$16,但係都有成8吋長,而且都好厚肉,味道亦唔錯,好食之餘仲要係好抵食。成晚最令我哋意外嘅就係辣酒煮翡翠螺。凍食翡翠螺就試得多,過火煮嘅我哋都係第一次食。翡翠螺本身肥大肉厚不在話下,而且第一口嘅感覺係好正,因為啲辣酒唔會話太辣,有少少甜味的同時,又帶輕微嘅辣,同啲翡翠螺嘅肉好夾,好惹味。而且仲要係$28有6隻,抵到爛!最初其實諗住留肚食生蠔,但係食完啲特大壽司之後,實在無辦法食得落,所以惟有下次再試。不時我同蕃茄蛋根本唔會咁早收手,但係呢度啲壽司真係會食到你飽!食完呢餐覺得好開心,因為唔單止啲嘢好食,而且仲要好抵食,因為總共只要$172,已經打算會再嚟。但係一上open rice見到呢度啲評價唔係咁好,都有啲驚訝,所以決定要寫個食評,幫魚一心平反。仲有一樣嘢想補充嘅,就係呢度嘅人對我哋嘅服務好好。…Read More
