孖G妹途經CWB超市,無意間發現了新櫃位juchheim,見到好多年輪蛋糕在眼前,保羅稱年輪蛋糕為「大碌餅」,孖G妹對年輪蛋糕的牌子就無特别研究!但每次去日本必定順道買些回來品嘗或做手信。係香港居然見到有日本品牌年輪蛋糕,梗係要立即買個返屋企試食啦。先看包裝已給滿分 。年輪蛋糕以不同size出售,孖G妹買了個標準size,約4人份量,盛惠$88,價錢相當合理,蛋糕用鮮橙色禮盒装著,拎起手十足十一份名牌子的禮物,盒內的蛋糕也好像變成驚貴的禮品,再配上一個同色系紙袋,Lady們拎走時真氣貴氣又優雅,滿足小姐們一陣虛榮感 。估唔到買個蛋糕也咁華麗,日本包裝確有一手呀,看見禮盒式包袋,以這款蛋糕用來送禮也十分得體。而其他size嘅年輪蛋糕亦用上同款但不同顏色的禮盒裝著, 感覺同樣高檔。而口感方面,一咬蛋糕感覺香滑鬆軟,feel到蛋糕軟綿綿並隨即溶化在口裡,同時滲出陣陣蛋香味。而蛋糕不是太甜,較容易入口,由於蛋糕質感軟屬,唔會感到太「濟」,食完一啖更想有再吃另一啖衝動,標準size很快就被掃清。若大家喜歡鬆軟蛋香感重的蛋糕,就一定不能錯過啦! 但若喜歡吃較硬身,較有實質咬口感的蛋糕,就不是這款啦!…Read More

由於保羅這星期只能在CWB食Lunch,所以孖G妹兩度出CWB 同保羅吃午飯,但想不到一星期內兩次都係在世貿wildfire食,保羅似乎愛上了這裡。兩次來這裡lunch time都坐滿人,而孖G妹和保羅都是較早來,所以都坐到窗口位置,望正遊艇會景觀。其實Lunch係一個salad bar+main course+dessert+coffee/tea,我們兩次都係order了兩個set加一杯cocktail,埋單連加一$240,價錢合理。自助沙律bar都是一般簡單配料,選擇亦唔多,無咩特別,有粟米、蕃茄、青瓜、凱撒沙律、雜錦凍肉,通粉沙律,另有煙三文魚,都幾新鮮。而南瓜湯味道也不錯。最難食係用咖哩味撈雞肉粒沙律。第一次main course保羅吃snapper,魚肉肉質鮮甜亦夠滑,加上伴菜,份量十足,賣相都睇得。孖G妹則吃pizza,薄底pizza,有青椒、洋葱、辣肉腸等配料,咬落個底都夠脆,份量都幾大,孖G妹同保羅只吃了一半,另一半則打包。甜品係焦糖布甸,合哂孖G妹和保羅胃口,正,又香又滑。第二次main course保羅吃菠菜煙肉忌廉汁意粉,菠菜健康,勁多煙肉。孖G妹則吃牛扒伴薯角,牛扒份量都ok大,切落夠淋,lunch厘講都唔錯。甜品係凍餅,都唔錯。這裡都叫坐得舒服,又有海景睇。經理和服務員招呼亦很好及有禮貌。沙律bar較為普通,但main course+dessert+coffee反而唔錯,比想像中好,加上main cours份量好夠,味道幾好,杯coffee都可以呀!…Read More

孖G妹今晚與同事一行5人前往位於太子附近的鳳城酒家吃晚飯,孖G妹略聞鳳城是一間老字號的酒家,十分多人慕名而去,孖G妹就第一次到這裡吃飯,由同事負責訂位,聽聞在徦日訂了位也要等,務必訂定位就較穩陣啦!而且有些餸菜亦要預先訂,今次預先訂了焗西米布甸!一行5人準時6時30分攞位,入座率已有一大半,最後叫了五個餸,每人一碗牛乳粥,加埋焗西米布甸,好可惜有同事想吃的大良野雞卷今日沒有得吃,埋單680元。坐低之後無幾耐,餸菜都很快相繼上枱,反而係五碗粥遲遲未來,因已吃了幾個餸,重未有粥送,而餸菜都普遍較油膩,唯有追追。前後追了兩次,分別係唔同員工,第一次個哥哥話就有,但相信無特別追過,而這個哥哥在我們坐低後,不是招呼特別好,但就不斷搭訕,我們講咩,佢都無故插嘴,總之十分奇怪。到第二次追粥,個姐姐態度十分差,好似嫌我哋煩,但其實佢應該唔知我哋追過,很誨氣説叫左就有架啦。唉!頓時覺得老字號果真唔憂做,但今時今日咁嘅服務態度,應該下次唔會再來了。咁真係無理由d餸食哂咁濟,五碗粥要最後上架!高湯炸粉果,無錯係炸嘅粉果,相信現在唔係好多地方有得食,聽聞都係出名小食之一,食前浸一浸湯。粉果外表炸至金黃色,內裏有冬菇、豬肉、筍........。其實聽落到應該好好味,但孖G妹咬落覺得似咸水角,感覺十分油膩,雖然已浸一浸湯才吃,所以應較適合男士吃,怕油膩的人就不太喜歡啦,試一隻也無妨。大良炒鮮奶,亦都係必食名菜之一,炒鮮奶當然唔易煮,鮮奶同蛋白要控制合宜,面頭再灑上欖仁火腿茸。 這個大良炒鮮奶賣相不錯,但唔係好夠奶香亦無奶羶,普普通通.,味道一般。乳豬拼生腸,份量唔多,乳豬唔夠香脆,生腸就真係好爽囗同彈牙兼肥美,頂呱呱。雞油豆苗,若果真係唔油得,唔肥膩得,千祈唔好叫這個,真係好油,嘥哂d豆苗,住份量就幾足架。炸子雞,都算皮脆肉滑,不過不失,唔係唔好食,但又唔係話十分好食,無咩驚喜。牛乳粥,第一次吃牛乳粥,無咩味,普通白粥應該重棉重好味,唔係好得,失望。焗西米布甸,一大煱上然後分五份,布甸夠熱,亦唔太甜,普通滑,唔夠香,唔係傳聞中咁好味,失望。總結:普普通通,無咩驚喜,流水作業,無セ服務,一次就夠,失望而回,不油不膩,就不要來。…Read More

保羅同孖G妹出了CWB食飯,第一次去這間細細居酒屋,聽說主埋人和部份職員都係日本人,亦見有日本人食客,好似幾好咁。最後點了五樣東西、兩個串燒及兩杯飲品。食品都十分有日本風味。角煮御飯($32)-份量不多,只是一個碗仔多d,但豚肉很淋很入味,隻蛋唔駛講,正。鐵板豆腐($45)-有四舊,豆腐很滑,煎得剛好,薄薄外層,沒有燶,面頭加上木魚絲,好好味。廣島炸蠔($65)-有四隻,size大,外層香脆,咬落鮮甜美味,正。鐵板炒麵($58)-鐵板盛覑,放低後一陣,仍見到陣陣熱辣辣的煙, 睇見已覺得好味道,雖然配菜只有少許椰菜和豚肉,但只要好食,簡單的配料就已經足夠。食落口感唔乾身,有少許濕,麵條幼細,調味上亦十分九州風,好日本feel,難以形容。薯仔沙律($42)-完全日式feel薯仔沙律。雞翼串($16)-唯一唔好食,太多味粉,過咸。露筍煙肉串($18)-一口咬哂,簡單又好味。總括食物質素唔錯,有日本風味環境都ok,有bar檯位,服務都ok。…Read More

孖G妹和保羅今晚在三號風球凡亞比的吹襲下以街坊裝出現旺角,目的就是尋找一煲靚湯。富記係極之平民的食店,但當妳飲過富記的靚湯,一定會迷上,入到去,妳會見到每檯都會例叫一煲靚湯。今晚我哋叫了三餸一靚湯啦。快d睇吓煲靚湯:魚片芥菜咸蛋豆腐湯$43-保羅超鐘意飲,夠下火,不含味精,份量夠,料多,唔駛自己買料煲,方便。快d睇吓d好餸:薑葱炒豬腰豬膶$52-勁多薑葱,腰膶入味,但份量不多。芽菜炒蝦仁$52-算多蝦仁,屬簡單不過不失的餸菜,所以味道不差,份量都足夠,但略嫌貴。腐乳蒸雞$52-保羅極力推介,即北菇蒸雞,不過換咗腐乳蒸,我哋等咗碟雞都有半個鐘,其他餸都食哂,就是等這碟雞送飯,份量例牌,腐乳普通入味,雞除有幾舊滑之外,其他都唔係咁滑,所以等咗咁耐,反而麻麻地。你會再來這裡就是為咗煲下火靚湯,至於小菜則仁見智,因為小菜係唔差,但其實以平民格局的食店來講,每樣餸都要$52都幾貴,是大眾化價錢。而這裡係無服務無裝修的舊式老舖,服務阿姐話之妳,兼地方狹窄,衛生環境其實唔係咁好,筷子都是痴立立,但相信食唔死,地面則污糟邋遢。但個個客人都係照樣繼續食,這裡繼續人來人往,生意唔憂做,真係要寫個服字。若果日後環境有改善,就更加好啦!…Read More

孖G妹和保羅相約在銅鑼灣,但就未想到今餐食乜好,保羅話四周撞行,最終發現這間上海食店啦!由於孖G妹和保羅六點多已去到食店,因此還有很多位,後來陸續坐滿,七點開始要等位。坐落後,見店舖裝修尚算簡潔雅緻,唯始終係銅鑼灣區,二人枱較擠迫,坐滿後亦人多聲多,食完都要走啦的格局!而餐牌上食物種類都唔少,好多上海名菜。而孖G妹和保羅則揀中一個二人套餐,再加鮮肉小籠飽及蟹黃灌湯飽。食店晚上要收每位茶錢八元正,但就有桂花烏龍、西湖龍井、貢品杭菊、南翔茗茶、雲南舊潽洱和玫瑰果味茶共六種茶選擇,同抬各人亦可自選喜愛的茶,而茶葉則以每人一個小型焗荼盅盛載。雖然要收錢,但孖G妹和保羅都覺得這項服務很好,亦值得俾八元,而茶葉味都唔錯,亦可各自飲自己鐘意的茶。而二人套餐包括:竹笙燉雞湯 X 兩碗:以套餐飲到燉雞湯來講都合格,幾多竹笙,且湯盅很大,飲咗好耐先飲完!好味鎮江肴肉:夏天食都幾消暑,有成八至十舊,唔喊,點埋嗰醋食,少少酸味調吓,幾好播!好味!上海粗炒:炒得夠熱,乾身,不肥膩!好味!土豆雞:味濃,雞滑,加埋紅椒洋葱,賣相鮮豔靚靚,炒得亦夠火喉!保羅覺得勁好味!豆蓉飽:即一般壽包,換成豆蓉涵,但就無一般蓮蓉咁甜,較適合男士及非甜愛好者!合格!鮮肉小籠飽:皮尚算薄,鮮肉份量適中,食落剛好。但就好快凍!唔錯!蟹黃灌湯飽:保羅見到張相覺得好似好正,於是叫了一個試吓,上枱見賣相真係幾別緻攪鬼,像一只巨型小籠飽,中間插了支飲管,吸飽內湯料,好似吸熱湯,勁濃蟹味,十分有趣!試得過!二人套餐:兩盅湯+三個餸+一甜品,盛惠二百元,套餐加鮮肉小籠飽六隻則多二十五元,而蟹黃灌湯飽較貴,一只要三十元。套餐份量都十分足夠,加埋小籠飽都已食到十分飽,灌湯飽則試食吓,最後埋單三百元。係銅鑼灣區來說都唔算太貴,適合一般家庭和朋友聚會,而食物水準和服務都中上。…Read More

孖G妺與保羅因在i-square睇戲,又無乜時間,之前曾路過這間鋪頭,都想入去試試,今次終於行入去啦!這間餐廳標榜不是快餐,亦不是餐廳,是飲食新概念。全部材料由東京空運到港!當妳行入這間餐廳坐低就會明白以上概念,餐廳裝修以黑白簡約為主,餐牌食物主要是意粉,意粉種類選擇亦不多,所以不想食意粉,就要入去,店內有服務員數位,但需自行往cashier排隊order食物。孖G妺與保羅分列order咗意粉-shrimp tomato +mushroom$84食落口感覺到正是傳統日式煮法,意粉煮得較粗較硬,食落ok好味,蝦意想不到的爽口彈牙,都有多隻,配合蕃茄醬煮成,味道令人醒胃,值得試,而份量普通,胃口大就不夠吃!意粉-bacon cream$60亦是日式硬身意粉口感,烟肉美味可口,配合草菇,以忌廉醬汁煮成,不是十分creamy那種,少少調味,較乾爽硬身。而份量一般。花茶-rose peach & icead herb tea$40兩杯,原來是用茶包,覺得有點不值。沙律-ceasar salad$25合格的ceasar沙律。如是日式意粉愛好者值得一試,材料feel到新鮮,但選擇多,亦沒有太多招呼。…Read More

旺角分店往往要大排長龍,至少排一粒鐘,食完幾碟點心就要走,完全不合孖G妹享受美食的邏輯,因此就算幾多人話去,孖G妹都無話要去!居然係深水埗開分店,就趁在開業初期即本去試吓。孖G妹與同事一人5人殺入點心店,六點去到,都很旺場,但都有位!速速order點心試試,其實選擇不多!等食期間,新舖頭環境企理,但始終人多,多枱,典型熱鬧嘈吵茶樓feel,靜靜傾談就不用唸啦!至於服務態度有些好,有些差。食物質素又點呢?較ok只有蝦蛟、黄沙豬膶腸同酥皮叉燒包,但只係較特別,不是好好味!其他點心則普通過普通,甚至唔好味,根本不用特登嚟食! 試食咗沙茶牛肉脆春卷:feel唔到有沙茶,同普通春卷無分別,d料少到不得了。 蝦腸:份量少,無特別。牛肉球:一團肉,無味。燒賣:一舊肉,無味。 蘿蔔糕:無味,亦煎得唔香,完全不覺得有蘿蔔味。盅飯:無汁乾淨淨, 飯亦煲得不夠火喉。粉果:普通。鳳爪:普通。總結失望!太唔搪!選擇少!價錢貴!每樣至少要十多元!份量少!細碟!食物樣貌亦未如理想!…Read More

Doraya係保羅同孖G妹最愛嘅飯堂の一,每當想起肥味吞拿魚就想來一次,每次食都係咁好味。加上食材新鮮,價錢又合理,所以係必食の選!以前主要得與藍鰭吞拿魚相關嘅定食和一些小食。但現在加入了很多其他食品,包括各式刺身、海膽、壽司、冷麵、拉麵和天婦羅.......等等,多咗很多選擇,但質素仍然保持水準。今晚保羅同孖G妹order咗兩個定食和三個小食,大家一齊睇吓,不過唔好流口水喎!油甘魚&藍鰭吞拿魚二色丼定食-定食包括前菜、漬物、蒸蛋及麵豉湯。見到嗰賣相,已經流哂口水,因為大大塊刺身鋪滿係大碗飯上面,色澤鮮豔,見到都開心哂。食落去果然新鮮甜美,飯都好味道,當然係日本米啦,成碗食哂,份量十足!正呀!北海道黑海膽配藍鰭吞拿魚腩蓉定食-定食包括前菜、漬物、蒸蛋及麵豉湯。海膽是由北海道函館引入,賣相都很有睇頭。急不及待試食海膽,好甘甜呀!入口即溶!因為有時係HK食海膽始終唔係係日本漁市場即食,會覺得無咁鮮味。但這個好正,真係好似即食咁,但就少咗d!唔係好夠喉!至於吞拿魚腩蓉當然都係很美味!吉列炸蠔-有五隻,兩人食都足夠有餘,炸得啱啱好,咬落香脆,又有蠔味。正!刺身-大多數人喜歡食三文魚刺身,但保羅同孖G妹反而喜歡食另類不顯眼刺身,醋酲魚刺身口感較厚和較實,完全不肥味,與三文魚感覺截然不同,食得多三文魚的人可以試吓啦!餃子-可order5隻或8隻,保羅同孖G妹係餃子痴,所以order8隻,皮薄,細細隻,肉質鮮美,煎得剛好,沒有燶!今餐就係咁食到飽飽啦!實在太滿足!總結,Doraya仍然保持水準,食咁多次都係好好味!食材新鮮!價錢合理!不愧係保羅同孖G妹至愛飯堂!…Read More

保羅同孖G妹近日勁忙,所以很久沒有出動,今晚見到雜誌介紹@Rex Caffe,就去試試。出咗環球大廈向上環方向行8分鐘就見到啦!由於價錢唔貴,保羅同孖G妹又想吃一餐豐富晚飯,保羅超額order以下食物!Appertizer(Foie Gras) + Pasta(Angel hair with Prawn)-$146Appertizer(Seared Scallop) +Pasta(Carbonara) + Main(Seabass)-$264Carrot & Tomato Soup-$40White Bean Soup-$40White Wine-$56Caffe latte(Large)-$33開動啦!先上頭盤!保羅至愛的鵝肝-用蘋果蓉做醬汁,保羅評夠香蘋果味,鵝肝亦大塊,但煎得不夠脆,亦不夠硬新,普通。孖G妹至愛帶子伴雜菜沙律-食份量都算幾足,有四粒帶子,帶子好甜好淋,好好味。而意大利腊伴蔬菜沙律,味道唔錯。再上湯!蕃茄湯-湯係「杰」身那種,但較淡,需加盬調味!白豆湯-較特別,香濃白豆味,但都是較淡,需加盬調味!到主菜!保羅至愛卡邦尼意粉-水準ok!但醬汁可以再creamy d!麵身都是意大利 style煮得較硬!大蝦甜椒天使麵-材料有蝦、甜椒、黑欖、洋葱等配天使麵,麵條幼身,味道帶微辣,食落惹味,唔錯!保羅至愛鱸魚-份量+足,兩大塊,伴有南瓜同蕃茄,鱸魚面舖咗好多香枓,煮得較乾身,食落面脆肉滑,驚喜之選。由於保羅同孖G妹都食得飽飽!所以不能再叫甜品啦!只order一杯latte加大,嘩!加大咗latte個杯似湯碗,保羅話勁抵!都ok香滑!總括,這裡環境唔錯,可以靜靜地享受一頓晚餐。另食物份量充足,質素中上,價錢亦抵!唯附送麵包實在係普通過普通,唔應該咁差,扣分之項目。麵包是西餐的靈魂嘛。…Read More

懷舊熱潮-試吓無妨的大牌檔

近日有很多懷舊主題茶餐廳出現,孖G妹叫埋保羅去試吓啦!由於是假期,都幾爆滿,樓下無位,要上樓上,無卡位坐囉!孖G妹本來想食美式早餐,但俾保羅截停話,有乜理由係到食西式嘢,梗係去西餐廳先食啦!最後叫了兩個南瓜湯、焗豬扒飯、蝦球磨菇伊麵同兩杯奶茶。其實見佢的菜單都幾多元化,有d西式嘢食:但係又有中式嘢、如叫餸食飯同煲仔餸等:但又有港式嘢食,如焗飯咁。所以妳會覺得唔知係度食緊咩菜式,不中不西,可能這就是佢嘅特色crossover加fusion菜!食物嚟啦!熱奶茶-孖G妹不是奶荼精,間中才飲一杯,我覺得這裡奶茶應是港式地道feel,濃烈奶荼味,是香港先有那種,不是太滑,但都ok!南瓜湯-出奇地唔錯,係混有濃濃薑味,幾特別,同埋都幾好飲,幾滑!蝦球蘑菇伊麵-很明顯中西合壁煮法,出奇地幾好味,蝦球大大嗰,幾彈牙!蕃茄汁煮得唔錯,很入味又加咗d菇一齊煮,唔錯!配埋伊麵嚟食,都好好味呀!焗豬扒飯-只是普通豬扒,但煮得好淋,尤其醬汁好正,令到d豬扒質素大大提昇,嗰飯都好味好多,同埋最緊要夠熱!估唔到d食物都唔差,但其實這些懷舊主題餐廳,即是包裝過嘅荼餐廳,講真價錢都唔平。叫多幾個餸,肯定要百多二百元,但香港嘢,點都要支持吓啦!又可以懷舊吓嘛!…Read More
