今日同老公試左呢間位於天后木系居酒屋風格嘅《澳洲和牛海鮮燒肉+榴槤燒肉放題》環境好有日式feel,木頭裝修暖笠笠,燈光柔和,坐低就覺得放鬆,放題包晒牛肉、豬肉、雞肉、海鮮同小食,唔少得梗係仲有佢哋嘅馬來西亞D24榴槤,我今日揀咗lunch去食,三小時任食任飲(除左冇酒精飲品外有啤酒、清酒同梅酒),佢哋仲有Häagen-Dazs雪糕都係任食,前菜仲可以無限添加,價錢都幾合理我特別推介呢幾樣🥢首先係荔枝牛肩胛串串,牛肩胛肉串起嚟烤,肉質嫩滑彈牙,滲透咗荔枝嘅清甜果香,咬落去先係牛肉汁爆出來,之後果味慢慢散開,甜中帶鮮,唔會太膩,超級創新,食完一串想再嚟十串!🥢澳洲和牛M7牛板腱,呢個係招牌!呢塊和牛油花分佈勻稱,烤到medium rare,切開嚟粉紅粉紅,入口即熔,油脂香濃但唔油膩,肉味濃郁得嚟帶住輕微堅果香,鍾意食牛嘅唔好放過!🥢醬汁特選美國牛五花,呢個五花肉用咗特製醬汁醃過,烤起嚟外脆內嫩,醬汁滲入肉層,肉汁非常豐富,牛肉嘅油香同醬汁完美融合,係燒肉控必試!🥢果味醬汁五花肉,豬五花有驚喜,豬肉烤到金黃,脂肪融化成汁,入口脆卜卜又juicy,果香中和咗肉嘅油膩,燒完又唔會覺得好膩🥢蒜蓉牛油烤帆立貝,海鮮區嘅亮點!新鮮帆立貝塗滿蒜蓉牛油,烤到邊位金黃,貝肉彈牙鮮甜,牛油增添咗creamy嘅滑順感🥢日式蒜蓉大虎蝦,老闆用大虎蝦,蝦肉厚實,塗上日式蒜蓉醬烤,蝦殼脆脆,剝開嚟肉質Q彈,蒜味濃郁但唔搶鏡,encore之選!🥢走地雞雞軟骨串,雞肉串燒嘅惊喜!地雞軟骨烤到脆脆地,咬落去喀嚕喀嚕聲,軟骨有嚼勁,雞肉嫩滑帶雞汁香,簡單調味就突出原味,即燒即食!🥢值回票價嘅D24榴槤係馬來西亞果肉金黃色澤,厚實飽滿,咬落去creamy得嚟帶住少少纖維質感,唔會太爛。味道超濃郁總括嚟講,佢哋嘅出差時間都快,肉類嘅配搭都有驚喜,一次過滿足晒肉類同榴槤控嘅我地,一班朋友飲飲食食下次聚會首選,記住早少少book位呀~…Read More

《蟹仙》我想試好耐架啦,今日興致起想食海鮮同老公一於去試吓,嚟到餐廳嘅時候店員首先會將食具用蒸氣蒸一次,落咗order之後上每一道海鮮店員都會幫你調校時間,然後再講解呢一款海鮮嘅來源地,但係店員每一款都有推介由於海鮮本身嘅鮮甜度較高,可以唔用豉油都好好味,咁佢哋推介得,我哋當然要試返原汁原味啦🥢菲律賓奄仔蟹呢款珍貴嘅野生菲律賓奄仔蟹,我都係第一次食,同平時嘅奄仔蟹好唔同,老闆同菲律賓供應商交情先有出邊真係食唔到,而且菲律賓奄仔蟹咬落去啖啖肉,腳仔仲好有肉,尤其係蟹膏,金黃飽滿,滑溜溜嘅質感,口感濃郁🥢太平洋饅頭蟹饅頭蟹size 比較細隻,但係佢嘅蟹肉落去有彈性,佢嘅特別之處係帶有一濃郁海水味,令到成隻饅頭蟹味道都提鮮,食落去就好似啱啱打撈上嚟嘅感覺,饅頭蟹生活喺深海中 ,唔怪得知佢嘅海水味咁濃郁,饅頭蟹係期間限定,因為佢會喺深水,唔係咁容易打撈都上嚟,所以唔係成日有架🥢澳洲青年龍蝦係靠龍蝦本身嘅鮮味同質感有驚喜,啖啖肉咬落去真係滿足感十足,啲肉爽口彈牙,帶住天然嘅海水味,龍蝦膏同樣非常香濃,仲有啲奶油嘅感覺🥢台灣九孔鮑魚鮑魚大大隻肉質非常彈牙,唔會過硬,咬落去係啱啱好嘅口感。🥢大西洋野生青口蒸氣鍋嘅做法將青口嘅鮮味鎖住,令到每一隻青口都充滿咗大海嘅味道🥢加拿大野生海虎蝦肉質彈牙得嚟又有豐富嘅海鮮味,蝦頭嘅部分亦都非常香濃,比一般嘅蝦頭更加鮮甜🥢韓國斧山珍珠蠔食落鮮甜,而且蠔肉肥美多汁🥢蟹皇大元貝首先,講下大元貝,佢嘅肉質非常鮮嫩,咬落去有彈性,完全唔會過老,保留住咗海鮮應有嘅鮮味,蟹皇豐富而濃郁,食落去有一陣淡淡嘅蟹香,唔會太膩,蟹皇嘅鹹香味滲入大元貝,兩者完美融合,提升咗層次🥢蟶子王蟶子王嘅肉質又長又厚,食落去啲口感好彈牙,蒸氣鍋嘅低溫慢蒸做法好好咁鎖住咗蟶子王嘅水分,完全冇腥味,反而係好自然嘅鮮味,而且餐廳仲清潔得好乾淨洗到白雪雪架最後當然唔少得充滿海鮮精華嘅粥底,粥底本身係用芋頭、粟米同豬肉呢啲簡單嘅材料,但經過多款海鮮嘅洗禮,味道完全升級!粥煮到好綿密,粥底充滿咗海鮮同材料嘅甘甜…Read More

九龍城多出名泰國嘢食,但係今日比我遇到間喺九龍城嘅高質鐵板燒《入魂》,佢哋嘅海鮮每日都係新鮮送到,今日嚟呢度食咗佢哋嘅lunch,$680商務套餐二人前【商務套餐二人前】🥢鵝肝鵝肝煎到外脆內嫩,咬落去外層輕輕脆,內裡卻非常嫩滑,油脂豐富但唔會覺得油膩。鵝肝嘅味道濃郁而且非常香口,鵝肝配左蘋果,蘋果加咗黑醋,黑醋甜味同鵝肝嘅濃香令整個味道層次更加豐富 🥢大蝦師傅先幫大蝦剝咗殼,先輕輕煎一邊,再反過嚟煎另一邊,時間掌握得啱啱好。煎到蝦肉呈現出金黃嘅色澤,外面微微焦香,蝦肉口感爽彈🥢甘鯛將魚煎到外面金黃香脆,而內裡依然嫩滑,最特別嘅係魚皮,師傅將魚皮煎到卜卜脆,配埋羅勒忌廉汁,更加提升咗整道菜嘅味道,有啲似沙律汁,羅勒忌廉汁嘅味道好醒胃🥢日本廣島蠔日本廣島蠔大隻飽滿,而且味道鮮甜濃郁,師傅熟練咁掌握時間,將蠔煎到外面微微焦香,內裡仲保持住嫩滑嘅質感🥢清酒煮蜆首先放咗一張錫紙兜喺鐵板燒上面,再將清酒倒落去錫紙兜入面。佢一點火,清酒嘅酒精就開始揮發,望住錫紙兜入面嘅清酒慢慢滾起嚟,個效果真係好震撼,師傅放入沙白蜆喺清酒入面煮,睇住佢哋一隻隻脹卜卜咁出嚟,啱啱煮好嘅蜆肉,又彈又滑,清酒嘅香氣同蜆肉嘅鮮甜,加埋一齊,味道更加濃郁而且層次分明,鮮甜到忍唔住成碗飲晒🥢美國牛肉薄燒師傅將炸蒜同蔥放喺牛肉片上,然後靈巧地將牛肉片捲起嚟,動作俐落而且專業。好多鐵板燒都會炸定啲蒜片做薄燒牛肉,但係呢度唔同,師傅係即時喺你面前做炸蒜粒,牛肉我哋揀咗三成熟,燒到啱啱好入口有爆油脂入口即溶感覺🥢日本黑豚肉薄燒黑豚肉燒到外面微微焦黃,肉汁鎖住喺入面,黑豚肉嫩滑多汁,脂肪同瘦肉比例剛好,將新鮮嘅蘋果條捲入豚肉片入面,蘋果條帶出咗一種清甜嘅味道,令整個口感變得好輕盈【甜品】開心果雪糕配焦糖多士焦糖多士係鐵板燒即時燒製,啲焦糖係鐵板上煎得好香脆,有獨特嘅焦糖香,雪糕嘅質地超級滑順,啲開心果碎帶出濃郁嘅堅果香,將雪糕放喺焦糖多士上面食,有另一番豐富嘅口感…Read More

今日老公帶我嚟食世一煲仔飯《憶食尚》,佢哋嘅臘味真係世一,佢哋嘅煲仔飯無論由臘味至到用嘅大米,都係精心製作精心挑選,尤其臘腸,醬香茅臺酒與土豬鮮肉獨家秘製,適配香港風味調製,嗰種茅台嘅香係我從來未食過架,鍾意飲茅台嘅我哋非常欣賞呢個臘腸,佢哋有自家製工場,全部都係餐廳自家製品牌出品,餐廳入邊都好多買走返屋企自己整嘅臘味架,我自己都忍唔住買咗包臘腸返屋企🤣另外佢哋都可以外賣煲仔飯返去自己整,仲可以連煲一齊買返去整世一煲仔飯🥢廣式臘味煲仔飯呢度嘅煲仔飯真係世一,我試過最好食嘅!首先,佢嘅臘腸真係特別!用咗茅台釀製嘅臘腸,味道香濃,入口Q彈有咬口,臘鴨同臘肉都一流,滋味濃郁,再嚟講下啲飯焦,啲飯焦煮得啱啱好,香脆唔焦口,啲飯底又唔會太濕,啲飯粒都係啱啱好,原來佢哋嘅米都係精心挑選過,餐廳選用五常大米,五常市地處果龍江省南部,擁有肥沃黑土地🥢甜蜜咕嚕肉咕嚕肉炸得鬆脆但係咬落又唔會覺得好油膩,啲肉嘅質地彈牙,醬汁亦都調得好好酸甜平衡🥢瑤柱上湯田園時蔬瑤柱加湯底清甜仲滲透埋蔬菜嘅鮮甜,食落去唔會覺得膩,而且蔬菜煮完仲係翠綠而且咬落爽脆,煮嘅火候啱啱好🍹餐廳特飲特飲有菠蘿汁,帶嚟咗一陣濃郁嘅菠蘿香氣,清新爽口,再加入橙汁,帶嚟一抹酸酸嘅滋味,特飲嘅最後成份係雪碧,啲氣泡令飲品更加清爽,而啲檸檬酸味同甜味互相配合,而另一杯加咗金巴利汁呈淡紅色,金巴利汁嘅獨特味道帶嚟一陣甜香,同埋淡淡嘅果味,令整杯飲品有啲特別嘅層次感同質感,而且兩杯特飲都唔會太甜啱晒我餐廳另外有玄米、菊花、普洱、鐵觀音可以選擇,我哋選擇咗玄米茶,飲落有淡淡嘅焦香,入口滑順,帶出一種淡淡嘅甘甜,而且飲落真係有一粒粒嘅玄米喺度…Read More
