去完日本冇耐就有啲思鄉,老公搵左間喺太子嘅壽喜燒《八不•壽喜燒》比我解吓思鄉之情🤣餐廳每一台都有一個壽喜燒鍋,客人可以自家煮壽喜燒,自己煮仲可以控制煮嘅時間,保持住食材嘅鮮同口感,感覺有趣又享受,係一個好嘅體驗首先,店員會講解點樣煮壽喜燒之後就將鍋燒熱,加咗啲特製嘅甜醬油湯底加入洋蔥同埋大蔥,令到個鍋更加香,之後就可以整屬於自己嘅壽喜燒啦。另外枱面上面有兩壺湯,一個係壽喜燒另一個係清湯,清湯係留返俾煮蔬菜嘅時候用🥢【經典】日本A5黑毛和牛(佐賀西冷)呢個set除咗有和牛之外仲有一份野菜拼盤,最令我期待嘅食材就係日本A5黑毛和牛,特別係佐賀西冷。呢款和牛真係肉質油花分佈得非常均勻,將和牛片放入鍋中,幾秒鐘啲油脂就開始溶化,肉質變得柔嫩多汁,味道濃郁,最後我哋仲追加咗份烏冬,最後吸收晒湯裏面嘅精華,滿足嘅完結🥢網燒裙邊帶子裙邊帶子新鮮肥美,而且仲有八粒咁多,裙邊帶子燒得啱啱好,冇過火,保留住帶子嘅原汁原味,內裡保持住鮮嫩嘅口感,咬落一啲都唔柴,帶子入口有鮮甜味,肉質緊實,仲有啲海水嘅鹹香,上面嘅醬汁甜甜地同帶子嘅味道好夾
