阿仔前幾日通知我,雞鍋舊址(葵芳匯)開左間大西洋海鮮火鍋,有活海鮮放題今日下午3點滿懷期望同阿女去試佢最貴的$298包海鮮及所有食物飲品放題(除榴槤+椰皇需要+$30外)入座前已先望了幾眼有那些海鮮及肉類,當時只有羊肉及豬腩肉,職員話有2款牛肉(會意是餐牌所講嘅牛板鍵及吊龍)正在切片當中,等陣會拎出嚟,於是覺得可以一試坐低選好湯底後去撈海鮮,海鮮雖然放魚缸內,但不是生猛,蟹size細又不太有反應了,鮑魚亦不會動,蝦亦只有部分會跳,沙白?就唔知生還是死先回座處理海鮮,幾款海鮮味道都跟鮮字不能搭上,點或不點醬油都食唔到期望嘅鮮甜味算吧!出去拎點肉試試吧,依然只有羊及肥豬腩肉,問剛才話切緊那位男職員,佢居然同我講今日冇哂吊龍!嚇!我坐低之前你明明話切緊,依家又話冇,吊龍最貴你唔提供,擺明呃人?!我話你冇咁就免收$30俾我哋飲椰皇及食榴槤,佢話唔得,我話你俾少樣食物就得?之後佢話要問老闆,其間我等佢回覆,之後有人拎左碟牛肉放去我枱,問我一碟夠未,我話2個人起碼2碟啦,之後先再切多碟俾我,不過佢冇講過嗰碟係乜!之後有多一枱客入座,佢先生想飲啤酒,但雪櫃冇,就問老闆,又答未有酒牌(但餐牌係包嘅)即係又冇,我話咁你應該客人入座前就講清楚你冇乜,客人唔介意入座係冇問題,但入座後依樣又冇嗰樣又無就呃人,你冇吊龍又唔出聲,佢先話頭先切左俾我哋啦,即係要靠惡先會俾,完全冇寫明話吊龍要落order先有,個職員又同我講冇,即係又呃左啲見乜食乜,唔會特別問你要嘅客人最火就係頭先話問老細嗰位男職員,一路冇交帶冇吊龍点補償,我再追問佢,佢先話頭先老闆放低嗰啲就係吊龍,同時間收走我枱上骨桶時,話 我哋啲肉都冇食過要罸$,佢地有規則不過未印到出來🙄我發火話你哋啲沙白唔識開口,牛板鍵全部係筋,又切錯纹,跟本咬唔開,你食物質素差,仲想要罸$?佢先收声!最後我問埋係唔係有甜品?(其實唔見有,亦明知都係冇)老闆娘又答雪糕機明天先翻,即係又冇,走嘅時候,明明見部雪糕機放喺歺廳門口😤唉!不知所謂,雖然你新張期內8折,但乜都冇得食,食物質素仲要咁差,想有回頭客都難…Read More

由於新都會有肉類嘅早餐選擇唔多,所以每隔一段時間都會想俾多次機會佢,但每次都係失望🥲以往喺荃灣食beans都會滿足,但葵芳這分店,無論午餐或早餐都唔好食,甚至難食,不是太咸就是冇落調味,淡到懷疑自己味覺每次食早餐都係為左個酸種包而來,但總要伴隨食啲超咸煙肉,炸魚,雞扒甚或用所謂食粉la過哂嘅牛扒最近轉左新menu就試個雞扒豆乳湯長通粉,落單已再三要求煮林啲個通粉,但出到黎都係硬掘掘,叫佢拎入去再煮,10分鐘後出黎一樣唔夠林,仲淡而冇味,同職員講話湯底及通粉乜味都冇(職員冇任何表示)我亦趕時間了,所以叫佢俾鹽同黑椒粉我,但加左都冇用,因為本身長通粉冇底味冇落鹽去灼,又或者係佢翻煮時不是用湯,而係用滾水,致於雞扒就係慣常嘅超咸🤮只有糖心蛋,炒菇係正常我諗,以後都要放棄依家餐廳了,食啲咁嘅嘢食完心情會好差🥲…Read More

新張第二日,好奇試新品,set lunch牌內食品唔多啱食,就試早餐先餐廳內除托盤外,全用即捨外賣紙杯紙盤,叫左早餐B, 有脆米生菜魚肉,跟沙爹牛肉撈粗麵,跟餐飲,揀左黑咖啡(冇奶提供)賣相還算不錯,脆米魚肉口感幾好,但沙爹牛肉雙倍重味,連撈粗亦一樣過咸(本身粗麵帶皂水味已不太好,加埋太咸真係唔知点食,見佢新開張,冇要求更換其他食物,只要一杯滾水沖淡再食,但成杯水倒哂入去,都依然覺得咸,可能牛肉醃得太耐,已入哂味,浸水都仍殘留咸味,最後格硬食哂幾片牛肉,就放棄左啲粗麵我問店員拎水時,聽到嗰個職員同廚房講都話咸啦!唉!明知有問題都唔搞翻掂就俾客食,認真過份!唔知會否維持此種經營態度,如果係既話,相信唔會做得長久…Read More

第一次去屯門三聖食海鮮,思前想後,今晚做左以下決定去楊合利買左海鮮大瀨尿蝦$390中蝦$190特大聖子$270奄仔$220蠔$130合共$1200去棠記加工加工5斤12收6斤$每斤$75共$450加米底$80咕嚕肉$138茶水約$50加一後$783即總數約$2000/4位棠記,一入去感覺已經唔好,因為一陣油憶味,可能係油煙殘留喺餐枱,枱布等又冇清洗乾淨所至期望食物符合預期,可惜真係好一般,又唔夠火候,調味又唔到位1)豉油皇蝦殼唔脆又唔入味,味道唔得平恆2)瀨尿蝦同樣走油時間差左約半分鐘,避風塘唔夠蒜香,只食到辣椒味,好在size夠大夠鮮,就算當白灼食都好食😂3)特大聖子皇加脆米底,同是欠火候,好在聖子本身超厚肉又鮮甜,米底不是炸米底,而係類似潮式糖醋麵做法,半煎炸壓到死實實,所以口感比較差4)砵酒蠔帶甜味,男友話好食,但我就一般,臨走時見人嗰碟酥炸生蠔,炸得好靚仔,可能佢做上粉炸嘢比較出色吧?!5)奄仔蟹,清洗求其,又冇將塊掩內啲蟹屎jit左出黎先去油鹽焗,所以部分有啲臭屎味🤮另加一個好多人讚嘅咕嚕肉,最伏皮係脆口嘅,但收$138一碟,肉份量實在太少,仲每舊都有一半係肥豬肉🙄酸甜汁冇山渣香味,菠蘿又就黎爛咁唔香唔甜!我100%唔會再入這食店🙅‍♀️三聖?或會再試多一間吧😅…Read More

最不像樣法國菜

朋友仔快生日,又想試新嘢左搵右搵,結果搵左依間地區方便但舖位卻喺山旮旯嘅所謂法國菜見地點咁唔方便都冇一個劣評,加上賣相又ok所以決定一試就咁又出事見價錢一啲都唔平,環境舒服以為食物應該出色1)香前鵝肝配鵝肝批無花果芒果莎莎$128超細份,鵝肝落唔夠鹽,帶唔出香味,跟莎莎味道亦不太夾,鵝肝批亦不太突出$128冇驚喜2)帶子配牛油果沙律熱情果汁$108份量相對比較合理,但味道亦沒有驚喜,話係熱情果汁其實我覚得味道似橙汁多啲3)西班牙乳豬$268跟鵝肝一樣,底味不足,外皮不似預期脆,又係一般般4)自家製意粉蒜片辣椒紐西蘭大蜆$208最驚嚇一碟,份量超細,大蜆新鮮但過重海水味(唔係鮮甜)唔知係唔係因為蜆汁影響,搞到意粉超咸,向職員反影,當時我地兩人各食左1隻蜆(一共有4隻)佢反問咁你地想點吖?我話想佢自己試下並再煮過一份意粉(我地夾起埋嗰2隻蜆),佢話唔試,亦唔多願換雖然最後都將意粉取回廚房,但再煮出來嘅一碟,係將佢拎走嗰碟加水再煮,所以出到黎嘅”新作”比之前明顯更細碟,且碎濕濕,再試味一樣係咸,於是向佢投訴,你收$200幾蚊碟意粉,煮到過咸要求你換,你居然就咁加水再煮?(意粉值得幾$?真係非常小家)結果佢再從新煮過一碟齋意粉,出黎一樣求其,雖然沒有過咸但只有小小蒜味(其實似用蒜鹽非蒜片)又冇落辣椒,職員懶周到又走過黎問,今次仲咸嗎?我話唔會過咸了,但依次連辣味都冇埋,廚師忘記落辣椒,佢居然話駛唔駛俾兩隻紫天椒我自己加落去!!係唔係玩嘢?你估係越南湯河?又冇熱湯辣味點會釋出?!之後佢仲碟碟不休,話依度冇人話過過咸(自己都唔願親口試下味就主觀覺得我地食得比常人淡口)如果你唔食得咸下次落單要求減咸!真好笑!我點知你廚房基本試味都唔做?還是負責炒意粉嘅係老人家?味覚遲頓了?!結論冇下次…Read More

我好喜歡試新餐廳,由於開張時大排長龍,所以直至今日先有機會試,突然冇乜人排,已知會伏,但最貴嘅丼都係$138+10%就豪$152俾你當買個機會開放式裝修環境ok,但比較迫,入到去好大油煙味,唔知因為佢用麻油炸嘅關係,亦或抽風太差以為會好似快餐店嘅速度上菜,點知都要等成25分鐘先有得食,就咁上粉落鑊炸啫,點解都要等咁耐?已經有成6-8個師傅喺廚房喎!見到同事上嗰份天丼超深色,明顯炸過火,立即警告佢我嗰份唔要咁燶,好在比較還可接受我叫最貴嘅諗住好唔好都一次過,結果都係最平最好,因為慳翻$44之餘,個舞茸比穴子好結論:穴子好長但好薄唔知有冇5mm厚,粉漿又厚到死蝦仔扮大蝦,炸到變蝦乾,同樣粉漿超厚飯碗好大,但原來得一半深度,似騙局出品明顯同餐牌差好遠,是否違反商品說明條例?成碗嘢最好味就係帆立貝魷魚天婦羅餅,食到較膿魷魚味!其他較貴嘅食材都係得粉漿味。…Read More
