今日係平日星期二的下午,本來是來診所,但無意發現青衣城3樓新開咗酒樓。諗住下午茶試下點心,當2點來到發現滿滿人龍排隊攞籌,所以決定睇完醫生再來醫肚。大概3點半入去,已經無人龍且很快就能入座。啱啱坐低,侍應就話:「快啲落單啦!」感覺態度不太友善但心諗可能下午茶時間就完,是溫馨提示就默默接受趕快下單。首先,2人枱正常茶餐廳大小,但在瑰麗堂皇的大廳內,望着青衣海景卻只是茶餐廳枱,實在可惜。最大的缺點一定係張凳,窄到爆的位,放了小小的手袋,就已經不夠位置坐人。又窄又硬的座位,如果稍微挪一下屁股,分分鐘就跌落去。點心紙的點心款式很少,比起屋邨酒樓或稻香的選項更少,比較多是主食(粥粉麵飯)。大約10分鐘後,即3點50分陸續上我們的點心,點心質素很一般,例如金錢肚這種原本應該是濃味的點心卻只有少許醬料味,餐桌上一度以為自己失去味覺。趕客重頭戲來了,去到4點,就有部長逐枱叫截單要出去買單,這我也能理解因為要趕晚市不再接茶市的單。但過了5分鐘,突然大廳就熄燈、熄冷氣,但大廳仍有十數枱的客人,而我桌上的食物還沒食完。這是多荒誕的趕客行為,係繼西九龍food court傾斜的板凳之後我見識的第二位,如此大的酒樓集團,竟有如此待客之道。如果在門口寫明4點之後要熄燈熄冷氣不接待,又或是前台接待我們時講清楚只有半小時進餐時間,我們是絕對唔會入來!當你們接待客人進去,就應該公平對待每一位,當酒樓知道4點要「落閘放狗,生人勿近」應該清晰知會客人,而非「錢照收,客照趕」的待客之道! 這是我第一次亦會是最後一次來這個酒樓集團,食物差,服務更差!…Read More

不是我杯肉骨茶 XD

平日嘅下午3點3左右嘅時間來到餐廳,店鋪很細,看過其他食評原本還擔心冇位置要排隊,但幸好完全不需要排隊就進去了。 去到見到有幾款肉骨茶都售罄了,所以點了馳名的咖央多士和肉骨茶(三層肉)配上一杯熱拉茶。  點完餐,不到3分鐘就送上期待已久的咖央多士,應該不是即叫即烘。因為埋單時瞄到廚房有一排烘好的方包,應該是有order才塗咖央醬在那排已烘好的麵包上(?),所以上桌時食物不熱。因為看食評貌似對咖央多士評價頗高,但入口雖脆但接近係硬和刮口。因為之前沒試過咖央醬,所以單憑第一印象評論:好甜,不覺得很特別,有一點香味(應該是班蘭味和有一點點蛋黃醬味道)。熱拉茶都幾有茶香,但個人唔鍾意咁甜。然後就是餐廳主打的肉骨茶,點的是三層肉。據餐廳貼在牆上的說明,應該是先準備醬 -> 喝熱湯 -> 點醬食肉 -> 添湯。但是肉骨茶一上枱,就立即喝了一口湯,竟然是微溫,借問聲熱湯在哪裡???不知道大家有沒有同感,湯是微溫的感覺真的很可怕,不僅湯的味道不能完全出不來,更係令飲嘅人有種不爽嘅感覺。並不是要求要滾燙的湯,但微溫的湯真的很難接受。感覺像是一碗滾燙的湯放了10鐘的感覺,所以第一印象頗差。(但後來和友人討論,可能餐廳唔想湯嘅熱力令肉變老,所以微溫微溫... 不知是真是假,是好或不好的做法)三層肉的質素有些參差,因為有些是肥瘦相間,但有些卻是9肥1肉相當分明。不過肉是挺軟嫩的。因為第一次的湯微溫,所以味道不作準。之後要求加湯,店員拿來湯壺(水壺應該有持續加熱)倒湯,看見湯應有的蒸氣真的感動啊!XD果真,熱的湯真的好飲許多!但是,藥材味道不算濃,味道偏咸............  沒有其他食評說的那麼神化啦 XD 又或者,它只不過不是我杯肉骨茶啦!每個人對於食物都有不同的喜好,這本來是很平常的一件事。整體而言,呢間餐廳就唔太差亦稱不上非常好,經過冇食過而又唔使排隊嘅可以試下。(以上皆為個人感受,你嘅感受絕對可以同我唔一樣)餐廳表現每日唔同,以上食評只反映當日食物表現 哈哈,第一次寫食評,文筆非常麻麻,希望之後都會有動力寫落去同寫好啲啦~~…Read More
