是日晚餐和女朋友來了這家燒肉,她選了然後我負責食。先來前菜3品紅酒燴蕎頭正好清潔我嘅味蕾。鹽漬蕃茄予人清新嘅感覺。黑松露龍蝦豆腐 個人認為應該係最後一道食嘅前菜,為今日嘅大餐展開序幕。蟹籽蟹肉蓮藕沙律,每一個美味嘅親子沙律。鰻魚和牛他他,將兩大日本嘅鮮味配在一起,微辣惹味。A5宮崎牛三品三角腩,稀有部位,油脂分佈均勻。前腿肉 肉質纖維豐富,有肉味,點返鹽同埋Wasabi食較容易食到有肉味。和尚頭,稀有部位,油香同肉香發揮得淋漓盡致。野菜盛有青椒同洋蔥,絕對係鐵板燒嘅好拍檔。提前訂位送了蟹膏煎帆立貝,配上三文魚子同金箔,十分驚喜。梅子帆立貝刺身,酸酸地嘅梅子同海水清香嘅帆立貝異常匹配。網形牛舌芯配上蒜汁,青椒汁,果味燒汁,同一食材,三種不同的味覺享受。和牛多士,油脂濃郁嘅和牛同香脆多士為食客帶嚟不同的口感。松葉蟹味噌甲羅燒,蟹膏再溝埋新鮮嘅松葉蟹肉,美味嘅程度不用多說。日本黑七味雞頸肉,如果店員沒有說明,我還以為自己在吃雞腿肉呢。大蜆清湯鮮甜味美,清澈見底。A5宮崎牛三品肩口肉彈牙至極,內後腿肉油脂滿溢,壽喜燒油脂同肉嘅比例恰到均勻,好想新鮮日本蛋簡直一流。日式冷麵配上佢嘅最佳拍檔鰹魚汁同芥辣,永遠不會讓人失望。甜品有蜜瓜,芝士蛋糕,烤甘薯,好一頓豐富嘅大餐。全程有人負責燒,坐低只負責食,香港好少地方呢個價錢做到。…Read More

一行人又幾個月無聚,星期五晚黎到Popinjays食餐飯,食返餐意大利餐。因為有人會遲黎,點了Parma ham和一啲麵包食住先。蕃茄橄欖香草包,個包好軟熟,同意大利食到的一樣。朋友點了紅酒,而我則點了杯Jungle Bird。有造型之餘,果味濃郁,入口香甜。海鮮拼盤有:挪威海螯虾、紅蝦、帶子、吞拿魚、生蠔及魚子,好新鮮,食到陣陣海水味!烤八爪魚大大粒好彈牙,加上煙燻薯仔,義大利甜椒,簡簡單單但好味。慢煮牛肋肉自家製闊條麵配芝士黑椒汁的醬汁好濃,沾滿了麵條!蟹肉蟹肉三文魚餛飩的檸檬牛油汁creamy帶微酸,清新又開胃,綠絲蟹肉十分飽滿。烤雞腿配上了西西里的Caponata。其實Caponata由切碎的炸茄子和其他蔬菜組成,用橄欖油、番茄醬、芹菜、橄欖和刺山柑調味,並配以意式酸甜醬醬,食落好開胃,加上雞腿肉嫩,食落有陣陣炭香。原條烤鱸魚配意式青醬,魚已經起骨開邊。望落有啲醜樣,但食落好香魚味,意式青醬食落creamy又有檸檬香,而且成條鱸魚上枱食真係第一次~最後飲下酒食下甜品,嘻嘻哈哈,滿足而歸。…Read More

放工和同事約好去牛之鍋大刷一餐,一早訂好位,所以唔使等太耐。自助區食物好多,主要係蔬菜及飲料。同事選了蟲草花松茸湯底,帶有香香的野生菇菌味道。我則是皮蛋芫荽湯清清地,下火一流。下單的食物黎得好快。美國見島和牛油脂分布均勻,色澤明亮,注意每一片輕灼5秒就好。雪花牛小排,肉味濃郁有咬口,唔使過熟。跟住係估你唔到系列嘅本地騸牯牛,新鮮至極,令人忍唔住一片接一片,食唔停口。火鍋配料除咗牛之外仲有新鮮海鮮,海蝦、蜆、帶子、魚片水魷應有盡有,仲有大大隻鮑魚同埋新鮮生蠔,簡直係挑戰我嘅食量。食咁多嘢就梗係要飲嘢,自家製嘅手打檸檬茶帶有香香嘅檸檬味,絕對係解油去膩之選。話到明係放題,就梗係少不了魚生,當然有三文魚、北寄貝、赤身、帶子,仲有特大虎蝦,唔單止大隻,仲要超新鮮,絕對推介。以為得咁多就完?仲有串燒啊,雞軟骨、帶子、牛脷、豬大腸、豬頸肉、海蝦、鰻魚、鮑魚和菠蘿,新鮮又大串,師傅對火候掌握得好,細細串密密食。咁樣都未夠,仲有估你唔到嘅蒜蓉生蠔,大大隻嘅生蠔任叫任食,到底一個人可以食到幾多嘢?到最後,就梗係要食吓啲甜品㗎啦,仲以為自己去咗甜品舖,竟然有宇治抹茶芭菲,榴槤芭菲,楊枝甘露,雪燕榴槤忘返,芒果綿綿冰,紅豆椰汁凍芋圓,木瓜燉雪耳,軟雪糕窩夫,法式焦糖燉蛋,又係任食,而且質素仲要同甜品舖一樣添,真係有啲選擇困難,唔使諗呀全部都食,最後就快飽到行唔到,要坐左半個鐘先離開。…Read More

美味。牛腸鍋

今日放工,和朋友相聚一刻,來到了這間新開不久的明道。餐廳設計日式,放有figure公仔。應是老闆的珍藏。剛好老闆當日在場,問了他有什麼推介。牛腸鍋用嘅係九州牛腸,將肥膏剪走煮過再上枱,完全食唔到內臟嘅腥味,福岡牛腸鍋又肥又韌,相反呢度牛腸煙靭有咬口,去除咗肥膏之後一啲都唔肥膩,絕對係上佳之作。湯底係白麵豉調較的湯,配上自家製蒜辣椒調味醬,蒜味甚濃,但係一啲都唔辣。除咗牛腸,仲有日本高野豆腐,索汁一流。食晒啲牛腸之後,千祈唔好嘥咗個湯底,記得要叫山形牛A4西冷加烏冬,油脂均勻,入口即溶,啖啖肉香,令人忍唔住一片接一片。蟹膏龍蝦用上澳洲龍蝦,落咗order冇幾耐,廚師就喺我哋面前嘅魚缸撈龍蝦上嚟,喺我哋面前生劏,剝殼炒熟,再加上海膽醬同蟹膏,廚師精彩嘅表演,嫩滑彈牙嘅龍蝦肉,香氣四溢嘅海膽蟹膏香,令我對呢度菜一試難忘。自家製綠茶奶凍,香濃嘅綠茶配上自家製嘅奶凍,茶香撲鼻,奶凍嫩滑,份量再多點好嗎?日本海鹽雪糕甜味同鹽味恰到好處,絕對唔係坊間海鹽雪糕可比。享受美食嘅時光,總係過得特別快,高質素嘅食物,殷勤嘅服務,仲有熱情嘅老闆,絕對會再嚟呢間餐廳。…Read More

放工和同事黎大角咀食飯,去了越旺美食。點了幾個小菜都不錯。豉椒炒蟶子,新鮮大隻肉又香嫩嘅蟶子,配上豉椒,用高溫炒熟,口感彈牙,美味極了。馬來奶油蝦,大大隻海蝦,用馬來特色奶油醬炒香,個汁好濃厚,可以用黎撈飯食,平時比較少食到呢種味道。越式豬頸肉,半肥瘦豬頸肉,不乾不膩,送酒一流,可惜今天不能飲酒。馬拉盞炒通菜,店家用上了特色的馬拉盞醬來炒熟,菜嫩醬香,好好食。咖喱牛腩配薄餅,軟腍腍嘅牛腩,配上馬來咖喱薯仔,仲有香口薄餅,讓人忍不住一口接一口。喇沙海鮮河,很難想像海鮮比喇沙摻摻還要多,而且每一款海鮮都大隻又新鮮,實在係平靚正之選。珍多冰,椰汁珍多冰色彩繽紛,有椰奶香,又有啫喱咬口。椰汁綠豆冰,紅豆冰就飲得多,少有機會試到椰汁綠豆冰,感覺是幾特別,而且甜度剛好,啱晒追求健康嘅人士。…Read More

放工來到牛之鍋打邊爐,估唔到新推出了鰻魚放題。當然要一試啦。新鮮鰻魚被大廚輕輕炸過,肉質爽滑彈牙,配上秘製醬汁,令人忍唔住一啖接一啖,彷彿置身東京的鰻魚名店,幸好今次是放題,我追加了三碟鰻魚呢。雪花牛小排油脂均勻,不要忘了最佳涮涮時間是5秒哦。澳洲牛肩胛肉眼新鮮肥美。澳洲手切牛肉肉質鮮嫩可口。M5和牛,入口即溶。刺身有多款選擇,當然有我最喜愛的三文魚,大大隻又彈牙的牡丹蝦,甜蝦北寄貝魷魚帶子等都係不能錯過。這家店的火鍋海鮮居然有大大隻的新鮮鮑魚,嫩滑新鮮花膠,連海蝦都有筷子那麼長,真令人驚喜萬分。不得不提這家店的甜品真令我感到意外,大大杯的抹茶巴菲杯和榴槤巴菲杯絕對是坊間甜品店的水準之上,在外面賣$70至$80一杯也是平常,在這裏竟然是放題的餐點,無限量供應。放題竟然有芒果棉花冰,清淡嘅芒果香為豐盛嘅一餐畫上完美嘅句號,想不到這個甜品亦有甜品店的水準,我真攪不清此刻身在放題店定甜品店。這間店無論係肉類,海鮮,定還是甜品都太給力,絕對可以回頭。…Read More

星期六過灣你探同事,見完面正好都到下午茶時間,見到品粵居有下午茶8折,入去食返個點心。金邊品粵蝦餃蝦肉爽口彈牙,皮薄,封口配以金箔做點綴,有外觀亦有內涵。黃金炸蝦餃香脆嘅炸蝦餃,內裏係爽滑彈牙嘅蝦肉,配上少量炸蒜,實在美味。西施蟹肉餃飽滿嘅蟹肉加上蟹籽作點綴,配上金黃色的外皮,實在讓人垂涎欲滴。黑椒金錢肚爽口彈牙嘅金錢肚,配上特製醬汁同鬆軟嘅蘿蔔,太美味了。原隻鮑魚燒賣大大隻的鮑魚放在香口的燒賣上,又怎可以令人錯過。品粤三色腸粉蝦腸,牛肉腸,叉燒腸共冶一爐,款款都係皮薄餡靚,滿足有選擇困難症的我。響鈴鮮蝦腸粉響鈴內裏竟然是由新鮮蝦肉打成的蝦膠,外皮是紅色腸粉,再以蝦子作為點綴,色香味俱全。楊枝甘露新鮮芒果甘柚所打成嘅楊枝甘露,不甜不膩,絕對是糖水的上品。黑金流沙飽熱辣辣嘅流沙包,黑漆漆嘅外皮配上金黃色的流沙奶黃,我唔客氣啦。奶黃兔仔餃奶黃餃配上可愛的兔仔造型,為呢一餐畫上完美的句號。…Read More

係英國返嚟冇幾耐,想去食Fish and Chips,同時又想食中式嘢,點算好呢?今日就去咗一間有英國特色嘅中餐館。聽講呢間餐館嘅Cocktail好有特色,夥計先嚟一杯普洱!!係Pu-Er old fashioned, 普洱茶配上波本酒,再加上特色威士忌,中西合璧。朋友點的是Suzie Wong, 除咗荔枝酒,還有陣陣嘅Rose 酒香呢。我們先點了香酥鴨跟薄餅,酥脆嘅烤鴨放上熱辣辣嘅薄餅,再佐以京蔥及傳統烤鴨醬汁,美味極了,讓人忍不住一件接上一件。接着是蝦多士配上酸辣醬,整件蝦多士都是蝦膠,多士的上面嘅是一隻鮮蝦,香脆可口,絕不嬉場,塗上酸辣醬味道更佳,可惜的是每人只有兩件,不緊要,接下來的更精彩呢。跟着是這間餐廳的首本名菜,也是今天我們來這裏的目標,招牌炸魚薯條跟咖喱汁,炸魚用上新鮮的鯖衣魚柳,配上獨特的粉漿,一點都不油膩,絕對是皮薄餡靚,此炸魚絕非一般的炸魚薯條店可比。炸魚薯條當然少不了粗大嘅薯條,配上有香港特色嘅咖喱汁,以及鮮檸他他汁,一是港式,一時西式,已經忘記此刻我在英國還是在香港。再來的是炒雜碎,簡單啲講就係炒雜菜,但係點解叫炒雜碎呢?Tommy 同我哋講係英國嘅中餐館炒雜碎就係炒雜菜嘅意思。Tommy喺呢度嘅老伙記,喺英國有30幾年餐館嘅經驗,由佢嘅分享,我可以體現到佢對飲食業嘅熱誠,今日好高興可以認識到Tommy呢位朋友。…Read More

尖沙咀回頭率高。鐵板燒

女朋友生日話想食鐵板燒,所以我帶佢返去以前做嘢附近嘅鐵板燒店三日月,搵松永San 咁話。三日月由日藉主廚松永壽朗主理,松永San有多年法國菜和鐵板燒的經驗,對食材嘅處理同配搭,醬汁嘅調配都一定相當有要求。食物質素有保證之餘,性價比亦高。前菜三小點首先是汁煮茄子,清甜嘅茄子予人清爽嘅感覺,為豐盛嘅一餐揭開序幕。接着是味噌冷豆腐,用上自家製嘅味噌,淡淡嘅豆腐同香口嘅味噌形成強烈嘅對比。最後是煙燻雞肉刺身,雞肉顏色鮮明,帶一點油脂,鮮嫩而不膩。接着係沙律,日本直送嘅沙律菜,農家蛋,再配由日藉主廚自家調製法式柚子沙律汁,今天晚上的日本和法國之旅要開始了。來自岩手縣生蠔鮮嫩肥美,加上醋及辣蘿蔔,實在令人拍案叫絕,一而再再而三,可惜主菜已經在路途上呢。刺身拼盤有日本直送牡丹蝦,油脂滿溢吞拿魚呀魚,肥美的油甘魚,再配上新鮮嘅山葵,無論係味道同賣相都係上品。期間限定既鱚魚天婦羅 Kiss tempura, 天婦羅外脆內軟,一點都不油膩,盡顯師傅功架。鱚魚魚肉新鮮彈牙,無論係點自家調配天婦羅汁,新鮮生葵,檸檬汁,還是原味享用,就是好味道。魚骨爽脆,絕對係佐酒佳品。南非鮑魚大大隻夠肥美,肉質爽口彈牙,配上日籍主廚用鰹魚高湯加入海帶、鮑魚肝等煮成汁醬,帶出鮑魚嘅鮮味,鮑魚在金黃色的汁醬中就像寶藏一樣。一路品嚐這道菜,感覺就像置身在日本溫泉旅館吃高級會席料理一樣。茶碗蒸加上了高湯,蔥絲,三文魚子,視覺滿分了,更加了松露油,入口不但蛋滑而且有松露飄香,味覺也是滿分呢。香煎鵝肝新鮮嫩滑,外脆內軟,絕對係上品,黑醋照燒汁令香煎鵝肝一點都不肥膩,還有清新的感覺。主廚擺盤可是一大賣點,到底是藝術品還是食物呢?我唔客氣啦。鹿兒島和牛薄燒卷配上醋汁、味噌、芝麻醬,肥美嘅和牛,清淡嘅金菇,再加上唔同嘅日式醬汁,絕對令人想一吃再吃。晚宴到了尾聲,櫻花蝦白飯魚梅子醬炒飯,配料色彩繽紛,飯粒鮮明,先吃炒飯,再加湯吃泡飯,一飯兩吃,新鮮感滿分。甜品是菠蘿雪葩,清香甜蜜,食完滿口菠蘿香。女友十分滿意這頓飯,無論係食物質素,服務態度,餐廳環境都係上上之選,絕對會回頭。…Read More

葵廣嘅台灣小食,阿佳拌麵都算係數一數二。今日過黎呢頭做野屋企人千叮萬囑要打包返去佢地食,可想而知有幾大魔力,哈哈。蚵仔麵線(沙茶口味)。麵線嘅湯水濃稠度啱啱好,味道咸鮮均勻。最緊要係蚵仔數量多而且又夠飽滿鮮味,食到尾都仲有。肉燥拌麵。呢個真係好夠份量,流心蛋/肉燥/腌籮白同埋滷豆皮,再加上彈牙麵條拌上滷汁攪拌一齊食,份量夠晒我地幾個食。原味現燙魷魚。魷魚煮得入味軟腍,咬落爽口唔韌,不過就嫌佢味道咁好,但份量唔多夠喎,哈哈。爆汁貴妃雞肉卷&烏來烤豬肉腸。門面就係呢個一邊轉一邊燒烤嘅貴妃雞肉卷同埋豬肉腸,排緊隊就俾佢地嘅焦香味吸引,無理由唔買黎食啦。雞肉卷雞皮香口而且肉質嫰滑多汁,醬汁咸甜咸甜咁十分惹味。豬肉腸就烤得相對結實,肥瘦均勻但油香豐富,咀嚼之下肉味好突出。雖然外賣無現場即食咁滋味,但疫情關係避開一下人流都好啲嘅。葵廣出晒名小食多籮籮,等疫情過後如果要食勻咁多間,真係食足一星期都未食得晒。哈哈。…Read More

近排又喺尖沙咀呢頭返工,聽同事講附近有間食CBD嘅餐廳環境唔錯,就趁今日早收工一齊去會一會佢。去前之上網查過,CBD即係大麻二酚(Cannabidiol)屬於大麻經提煉後嘅副產品。係一種無成癮性的植物天然成分,對於改善睡眠質素同埋減低身體炎症都非常有效。見佢講到咁吸引就試一試個效果係點。呢度採用QR CODE形式落單,點餐時可以揀唔要CBD,但一場黎到梗係點到食下啦。帶子蟹肉牛油果他他配薑油黑醋汁:作為前菜份量都幾多,牛油果唔會打到全爛仲有粒粒果肉口感。入面伴咗帶子粒同蟹肉碎令到味道更豐富,些許嘅薑油味僻腥之餘又提香。三文魚子為整個醬帶出咸香味,配上法包片食口感同味道都十分討好。芒果莎莎吉列虎蝦墨西哥薄餅:虎蝦炸得啱啱好食落彈牙,莎莎醬酸甜可以低油炸嘅感覺,但芒果味唔出。而墨西哥餅較軟身,可以一次過將虎蝦,沙律菜同醬汁包住再送入口,食落夠滿足。日式芥末忌廉香煎廣島蠔闊條麵:初初入口唔會覺好重芥末味但後勁會一下子沖返上黎。廣島蠔煎得表面香口內裡仲飽滿新鮮。而闊條麵煮得較為軟身可以容易嘅掛汁,雖然芥末忌廉汁較為杰身,但味道清爽食落唔覺油膩。幾好食。手打流心菲達芝士撻:最後嘅甜品等到食完先上枱,所以流心效果無得頂。菲達芝士咸中帶甜,配上鬆化撻底,混合埋士多啤梨醬嘅果酸同開心果嘅果仁味,整個味道都唔錯。質素以咁嘅價錢黎講係幾抵食。CBD Cocktail - Ginger Bady:入口偏淡,辛辣/苦澀同甜味都幾平衡,感覺上酒精度唔高,配少少酒對食物黎講係唔錯嘅配搭,可以中和食物嘅油膩感。呢杯COCKTAIL恰到好處。 整體味道都唔錯(其實食落唔覺有OR直頭無咩特殊味道),或者係心理作用但嗰晚瞓覺又真係好似放鬆咗,好快就瞓着。哈哈。不過就算唔點CBD食物,環境都幾適合放工過黎RELAX下。門口位置仲有啲CBD產品,下次等屋企啲香油用晒試下佢,睇下係咪真係咁WORK。…Read More

朝早同朋友游完水返到荃灣,啱啱好到下午茶時間。就黎咗路德圍呢邊醫肚。呢頭小食/輕食店林立,真係幾花多眼亂。偏偏就俾呢度嘅爆餡吐司吸引眼球,一於打個卡醫醫肚。我不是薯條- Supper Mix (地瓜條+甜不辣)。甜不辣揀咗5分脆度,配上原味椒鹽香口又惹味。顧名思義用咗地瓜代替薯仔,酥脆口感食落更香甜。雖然係油炸食物但蕃薯本身高纖又高營養,食多啲都無咁大罪惡感。肉鬆芋泥吐司。呢度嘅打卡名物,勁多芋泥餡同肉鬆。芋泥口感滑順軟綿,味道微甜所以食落唔會覺得太漏,香口肉鬆令到層次更豐富。如果方包可以再烤乾身啲會仲好。爆餡芋泥同肉鬆由頭食到尾都KEEP住有,真係好滿足。下次一定再ENCORE。午餐A+B+C揀咗乾伴麵,配一口鹽酥雞併澎湖花枝丸及古早冬瓜茶。乾伴麵份量都幾多,粗麵質地軟硬適中。肉燥味道偏甜啱晒夏天熱到口淡淡,食返啲濃味嘢提下神。鹽酥雞同花枝丸剛剛炸起熱辣辣,香脆雞粒夠晒乾身,腌得唔會過咸。而花枝丸就夠彈牙,兩款小食質素都唔錯。兩杯冬瓜茶及桂圓紅棗茶夠晒冰凍消暑。玩完水再食個地道台式輕食,簡簡單單就當去咗個台灣短TRIP,回味一下地道台灣味道。…Read More
