星期六同老公仔差不多一點鐘來到,人都唔少,差不多八成滿。見佢獨沽一味賣拉麵,心想質素應該唔錯。我點左一個麵鼓湯底叉燒拉麵,而老公就點左一個豬骨湯底帆立貝拉麵。兩者都平平無奇,不過不失,麵質ok,但個湯底就真係平凡左d,沒有吸引人回頭的味道。個人而言,覺得佢份量少左d。小女子食量不大,但都只是剛剛夠飽。埋單的時候,發現原來要加一服務費,兩個人食要過百元,但全程不見有甚麼服務可言,奉客的又只是白開水(要茶的話,請比多兩蚊)。雖然話旺角租金貴,好多食店都要掙扎求全,但我地真係想不到有任何回頭的理由。…Read More

試過幾次到此食lunch,試過佢d卡邦尼意粉、pizza、燒豬脊骨飯。卡邦尼意粉同pizza都好好味。卡邦尼意粉個sauce好好味,好有水準;pizza有驚喜,賣相吸引,而且有8件咁多,個薄底好軟熟,雖然餡料只是芝士同辣肉腸,但感覺都好滿足,連湯或飲品,加一之後$53真係幾抵。我同妹妹每人即場食左2件,帶走4件,回到家再用焗爐焗熱都依然好味。至於燒豬脊骨飯,第一次食好味,個sauce紅紅地又酸酸甜甜,但不是茄汁,我估是用桑子或苺之類的水果做的。而且份量不少,居然有2條豬脊骨,雖然不是好大條,但都好夠食。但第二次食就有d失望,豬脊骨得番一條(比第一次食時大小小的),而最大問題是它的sauce,居然是牛腩汁(還有些牛腩碎的),完全九唔搭八。最好笑的是我朋友叫的是黑椒牛柳粒飯,來的時候真的嚇一跳,因為它不論怎樣看都是一碟牛腩,而食落都真是一碟如假包換的牛腩,個sauce就不是黑椒汁,而是和我碟燒豬脊骨一樣的牛腩汁。總之,來的食物和我們預期的差好遠。拉勻幾次的評分,我覺得這店都不俗的,如果她的水準能保持穩定的話,我覺得都值得推薦給大家。提一提大家,佢分上下兩層的,下面果層由於是行人通道旁的關係,只提供價錢較平的set lunch,而我坐的正是下層;至於上層是可以點menu內的食物,聽講佢的salad bar相當不俗。…Read More

Big KK 點止貴咁簡單服務差到前所未見,自己撞聾落錯單仲要吊你埋單時唔黑口黑面你已執到,唔好旨意多謝個碗唔崩已经好彩的枱又肥又污糟,座位窄到背靠背的面叫做爽,但好似咬橡筋咁毫無味道的湯飲完口乾到死呢的叫好味?永葦含能啦!

上星期入開馬鞍山睇醫生,見無咩胃口,剛好路過此處,見到有我平日最愛的雲南米線,於是就入左去試下。叫左一碗酸菜肉米線(小)($17)試下,份量都真係幾小下,不過對於我呢D病人就剛剛好。米線偏諗,湯底夠酸夠味,但好明顯是味精水,不是用雞或豬骨煮的湯底。至於酸菜肉,酸菜都算下得夠多,但所謂「肉」我就覺得連肉碎都稱不上,只是一些肥膏而已。整體而言,$17呢個份量同質素絕對唔抵。特別是對於食開「雲南風味」、「雲貴川」、「譚仔」、「南記」的朋友來說。而且佢仲有一個好大問題,就是食完超口乾口渴,我行到去新港城中心已經頂唔順要買野飲。本來諗住食得清清地,最後反而令喉嚨受罪,早知回家自己煮米粉食好過。…Read More

在灣仔做左幾年野,都唔知有呢間隱閉小店。只是偶然於openrice得知,第一次去搵唔到,因為openrice所顯示的地址是錯的,應該是過隔離幾間鋪先真。入到去,座位唔多,中間一張長方檯,其餘都是「面壁」檯。穩陣啲,叫左其他食家介紹的「dark soup noodle」,感覺好新奇。情況就好似下面食家介紹的一樣,似「淋」版的豬腸粉,但是有一些黏液包住的,食時覺得有啲核突。粉的份量不多,反而豬腸同炸豬肉都唔少。味道都還可以,有d人可能覺得夠味,但我覺得偏咸。食完到收銀處比錢,我同佢講「dark soup noodle, how much?」佢收左我 $28,當時我心想:「嘩!乜咁貴」比我平時食開的春園街「泰好味」的 $22 湯河(一餸)貴唔少。回來之後,見到其他食家話只是 $25,唔知係唔係今年加價加左$3蚊,還是佢唔老實收貴左我。Anyway,這列為一單懸案。但個人覺得,如果真係$28就不值得再去;如果是$25可以偶爾一試。最後一提,食完都幾口喝的。…Read More

相約好友去食午餐,一點鐘去到,已經見到好多人在等位,幸好好友先到霸位,唔駛罰企。入去到見到佢杯上面的logo,先知原來係「綠野仙踪」的分店。朋友叫左一個炸豬排+肉燥飯的套餐($38),見到都幾大份,不過感覺都幾熱氣下。朋友餐飲選左珍珠奶茶,唔知係唔係熱飲的關係,佢話好甜呀,飲到最後都係飲唔哂。我就點左一個京燒排骨麵+柑桔薑茶($36)。我覺得好味啊,個排骨好入味同好鬆化,麵質彈牙,仲有兩條菜添。而且有三大舊排骨,size唔細,都算抵食。個柑桔薑茶都不欺場,味道好濃,特別是薑味都幾辣下,去到最後幾啖我都覺太辣飲唔到。順帶一提.此店是有加一的。不過繁忙時間,都沒有甚麼服務可言。猶幸裝修尚算骨子,雖然座位狹窄,但都坐得舒服。埋單每人約40元,在灣仔區來說,價錢合理。應該有下次的。…Read More

最近這店成為了我的飯堂之一,由於本身極愛吃米線,所以次次來都會叫豬軟骨米線($22)。它的湯底是魚湯底,賣點是沒有味精,雖然沒有譚仔的麻辣刺激,但都幾好味。豬軟骨肉質鬆軟,酸酸地好好味,米線亦軟硬適中,價錢都合理。另外,又試過潮式蠔仔粥($26),佢d粥底都是用魚湯煮的,蠔仔夠多。至於味道,唔係唔好味,不過就咸左少許,所以唔可以食得多。對我來說,都係食米線穩陣d。題外話,話說尋晚見到隔離檯的女同胞忽然比一名女店員指著說「喂喂喂,你唔可以咁架!」望下啦,原來女同胞吐痰在檯底,店員之後就立即拖地。然後,又拎杯水比女同胞,講左句:「你唔舒服就飲杯水啦」。我覺得感覺唔錯,雖然這裡的店員(多數是中年婦女))不是溫文爾雅,但態度幾好,幾親切…Read More

又係我餃子姑娘,之前07年12月已經寫過有關貴川的食評,話說上次去食已經覺得貴川d湯底差左好多,無左以前好惹味的感覺,估唔到上次去食,真是非常失望,和以前簡直是兩回事,如果合埋眼食,真係食唔出係以前的貴川。我次次去到都叫腩肉,炸醬小辣米線,而金菇先生通常都食肥牛墨丸米線。金菇先生由最初勉為其難的陪我吃(他一向吃得較清淡)吃得汗水鼻水直流,到現在吃的時候已經神色自若,甚至還會帶朋友去吃。貴川其實真的帶給我們不少回憶,那時應該是03年的事,我和金菇先生還未開始,在戲開始之前,我就帶了他到貴川食米線,並介紹他吃小辣米線,他當時滿頭大汗的樣子,我到現在仍記憶猶新。之後不久,我們就走在一起,貴川也就成了我們的飯堂。到今天,我快要成為金菇太太了,想不到我們的變係轉變了,而貴川的味道亦變了。我知道世界上沒有不變的東西,或許貴川昔日那種味道就只可於我們的記憶中尋回。不懂得如何去評分,因為實在有太多感情因素於當中了。…Read More

於佐敦做完運動,男友來接我,本來想到景霖食麻辣米線,但呢排自己皮膚唔好,所以比男友敕令禁止。於是就入左呢間星馬小店,兩個人叫左以下食物。招牌喇沙:都算好味,不過唔算正宗。湯底不算濃味,配料都係d大路野,豆卜魚片之類,如果諗唔到食咩,選呢個都好。份量對我而言剛好,但對稍為大食的人來說,可能會唔夠飽。海南雞飯:呢個份量都足夠,有雞、有飯、有湯同油菜。油菜無咩特別,個湯男友話好味,不過我覺得係味精野。飯就黃黃地色,就咁食都幾好味。至於個雞都算交足貨,好滑同多肉,雖然肉味欠奉,但而家都無咩邊間做到有雞味。而且附奉的醬油可以彌補呢個不足,所以呢個真係可以一試。燒原隻鮮魷:呢個幾好味,燒得唔太乾同埋食得出好新鮮,而且佢個汁好好味又辣辣地,真係唔錯。不過,份量就比我想像中小,每人只得4-5塊左右。薏米水:飲落口感濃稠,有熟薏米同糖冬瓜,足料好味。…Read More
