原來「炸豬肉」係脆的

放工後買左一盒炸豬肉回家加料,份量唔少,而且炸得熱辣辣,上到車已經忍唔住食左幾舊,好好味,好脆口,不過真係好熱氣同埋幾肥膩下。以前去開西貢食開「咸豬肉雞飯」,d豬肉「硬掘掘」的,要浸湯先食到。但原來炸起後係好脆好鬆化的。另外,試過佢放在門口賣的「炸豬皮」同串燒。「炸豬皮」好硬,同埋好油,應該不太合香港人口味。串燒味道ok,沙嗲醬好味。但可惜是一早燒起,再用微波爐翻熱。下次有機會,都想試下佢d雞飯同埋湯河。價錢方面,老實講,唔算平
