好耐冇黎食,今日平日一個人黎食早lunch,十二點正到,咁早黎都差唔多Full晒咁滯,好彩唔駛等,因為五分鐘之後已經開始出現排隊嘅人龍⋯Order左咖喱魚蛋、豬紅同五香牛腩河粉,要多蔥,多腩汁及咖喱汁。食落湯底濃,咖喱夠辣,同之前一樣咁出色。本身我係豬紅控,對豬紅有要求,今次佢嘅豬紅就冇之前咁好食,硬係覺得有少少腥味🤥,不過都唔差嘅。五香牛腩同咖喱魚蛋都係十二蚊,牛腩夠入味,份量多,不過切成一片片唔係一舊舊🤔,相反魚蛋只係得三粒,雖然夠大粒同彈牙,但性價比就相對低好多。買單$60有找,銅鑼灣地帶,又夠飽,都真係抵嘅!…Read More

今日同成班朋友去咗東薈城,六個人book左Banchan & Cook,本身唔特別好Korean food,book哩間純粹係因為假期怕其他食肆會好full,所以冇乜期望,反而又幾ok喎⋯Order左以下食物:部隊鍋拉麵:咁多樣食物當中,部隊鍋拉麵係最令我失望嘅,話晒部隊鍋都係Korean food入面嘅signature dish,雖然唔係齋部隊鍋,而係部隊鍋拉麵,但係個portion俾人嘅感覺都係偏少,除咗拉麵,只係得芝士、泡菜同午餐肉,而且湯底偏淡,賣相麻麻。黑毛豬面肉卡邦尼意粉:個意粉係好食嘅,不過卡邦尼係我嘅飛佛,煮得好普通我已經覺得好好食,所以不能作準。反而我冇乜點留意到個黑毛豬面肉,只係記得食咗啲好似煙肉咁嘅嘢,anyway都係好食嘅。韓式炸雞雙拼無骨一份:叫咗蜜糖同芝士雙拼,無骨平$10,仲有薯條同韓式年糕做配菜。我冇食到芝士炸雞,但係個蜜糖炸雞係好食嘅,不過可以再大嚿啲。意外驚喜係個炒年糕配蜜糖同芝士嘅醬汁係超級好食。烤牛肉蛋包飯:我本身麻麻哋蛋包飯,但係佢嘅蛋包飯加埋烤牛肉嘅汁又真係幾好食,最緊要係唔係好漏。海鮮煎蔥餅及韓式辣炒年糕:冇乜特別,煎餅就係煎餅,炒年糕就係炒年糕,都煙靭嘅,不過唔辣,下次哩兩樣可以skip。啲嘢飲唔comment lu,因為我只係飲咗杯mocha。六個人盛惠$960,唔貴而且食得好飽。 -完-…Read More

前兩日個friend book枱,竟然book到琴晚銅鑼灣食無老鍋,可能而家通晒關啲人要食都飛晒去台灣食,anyway,之前喺台灣食過幾次,所以今次喺香港第一次食都有啲期待。首先係湯底,我哋揀咗個麻辣湯底,冇揀鴛鴦鍋,因為要相倍價錢,覺得有啲唔抵,個麻辣湯底係好食嘅,但係就好似冇台灣咁辣,不過用嚟送飯一流。鴨血同豆腐係任食嘅,完全係台灣嗰隻味,我認我係鴨血迷,所以好好食。肥牛得十二舊,不過係厚切嘅,都好飽肚,不過要成三舊幾水,響台灣食應該平一半。至於蝦滑、油炸鬼、午餐肉就一般般。我哋嗌咗皇帝菜,菜就係菜啦,冇乜嘢好講,不過通常食麻辣鍋,啲菜塑晒啲汁,都會好辣,不過我食落又唔係好覺,所以其實個麻辣湯底都真係唔係好辣。響鈴我哋冇嗌,但係我哋見隔離台有嗌,好似新鮮炸出嚟,好大舊,味道就唔知,但係都好吸引。嘢飲我哋嗌咗一揸金橘檸檬,一揸一舊水,一杯都$58,所以一揸抵飲D。For大家information,一罐可樂都成$38,好lan搶錢。同台灣一樣,埋單送一細揸沙冰,琴晚係鳳梨味,都幾好味不過偏甜。最後差啲唔記得講佢D醬料,選擇唔多,而且個豉油係秘製豉油,同台灣一樣,個waitress話略帶酸味,不過我同我個frd就覺得好酸,結果個waiter俾左普通豉油我哋,其實啲waiter都serve得好好,時不時走過嚟問我哋使唔使加鴨血同豆腐,不過成晚全場得五成満,有唔少吉檯,話就話食個半鐘,不過夠鐘都冇俾人趕走。最後埋單九百幾,我個frd話響台灣食應該平一半,鬼唔知咩⋯…Read More

朋友推介嚟食,個幾星期前已經book左今個星期六晚食,星期一開始已經勁期待,星期六早餐後餓住個肚,諗住夜晚食到佢執笠⋯未講食物質素前,先講價錢,$580一位,5個鐘,下午5點到夜晚10點,時間長到離晒譜,大閘蟹同打邊爐都係任食,海鮮有琵琶蝦、大頭蝦、鮑魚、扇貝同各式各樣蜆類,仲有炸物、點心、雪糕、飲品⋯全部都係任食。大閘蟹唔算大隻,全晚只提供蟹乸,我本身唔好大閘蟹,亦唔係好識食,但係我D大閘蟹friends似乎唔太鍾意食蟹乸,所以第一round大閘蟹環節未能盡興。向我推介黎食個friend話上次個幾星期前黎,蟹公蟹乸都有,但琴晚我哋向店員求證,只有蟹乸,sad…所以第二個鐘開始已經轉戰打邊爐,海鮮方面最好食係鮑魚同琵琶蝦,鮑魚非常新鮮彈牙,至於琵琶蝦同大頭蝦,食落似係冰鮮貨,梗係啦,新鮮琵琶蝦咁貴,無可能做到,anyway,琵琶蝦口感似喺街市預先湯定百零蚊份嗰D貨色(死左冇耐),所以都唔差嘅。蠔我冇食,但我D friend話ok。大頭蝦就有少少梅。肥牛除左牛小排全部都係任食,整體肉類質素唔錯。炸物非常值得推介,當中首推炸雞皮,非常非常非常好食,有日本當地居酒屋水準,雞翼,蝦多士,金菇肥牛卷也相當不錯。雞翼有5-6款口味選擇。點心如蝦餃、奶皇包就一般。雪糕有多種款式,亦出奇地好食。總括來講性價比高,可以encore!…Read More

人生嘅第一碗米線,係响雲貴香食嘅,所以或多或少都有一種情意結,雖然而家佢已經唔係最好食嗰間。經過將軍澳,見到有雲貴香,二話不說即刻衝左入去叫咗碗小窩米線,小辣,加肥牛炸醬豬紅⋯等咗20分鐘碗野先黎,齋講米線,米線係好食嘅,軟硬適中,不過個湯底就令人非常失望,話明小窩米線係有芫荽、酸菜、芽菜、蔥等等,但係成碗米線一片芫荽都冇,酸菜份量極少,而且切到好碎,一啲酸味都冇,叫咗小辣,但係連埋炸醬,都只係微辣,湯底亦比以前淡左好多。我平時習慣叫炸醬分上,但哩間嘅姐姐話唔得(之前食開旺角、沙田、銅鑼灣分店都可以,不過已經係好耐之前嘅事),算係一個令我幾失望嘅位。豬紅係好食嘅,又甜又彈牙,但衰在個湯底偏淡,嘥咗個豬紅。肥牛就真係最差,好似烚咗成個鐘咁又韌又硬。炸醬就真係點評唔到,因為都撈晒入個湯底度,溝淡晒。齋講今日我食呢碗米線,就真係比另外三間本地好出名嘅米線舖失色好多。如果只係比較雲貴香嘅分店,似乎銅鑼灣店係最好食,將軍澳店就真係最麻麻啦。仲有,好多雲貴香姐姐都好串,擺到明唔sell服務態度⋯…Read More

N午前食過哩度嘅lunch buffet,無期望反而有驚喜,覺得唔錯,一直想encore,又俾我今日book到即日dinner buffet,結果中伏係劣食,所以乜都係整定⋯入正題,盡量逐樣食物點評(此終個胃容量有限):龍蝦:睇個樣已經知道有D乾身,點知食落,簡直係完全風乾左咁,而且超級韌同無味(全埸最難食no.1),攞咗一round共4隻,淨係食咗兩隻,無辦法都要放棄淨返個2隻,做左大嘥鬼。生蠔:種類偏細隻,中規中矩,蠔味ok。長腳蟹:average size,唔細隻,但味淡同乾身,第二round再拎,明顯係多汁同甜D(有一半係甜嘅),咁你哋明啦⋯刺身:全部都係麻麻地,得三文魚同劍魚比較好,帶子有D腥,八爪魚好似咬緊舊擦子膠咁。片皮鴨:有水準,好食,拎左三round。西冷扒:第一round拎左D頭頭尾尾返黎食,硬到似石頭,一啖就放棄,諗住俾多個機會佢,今次拎左中間,算係林嘅,有牛味,不過凍凍地⋯台式蚵仔煎:蚵仔丁屎咁細粒,又少,香菜冚過晒蚵仔味,又係衰乾身。煎鵝肝:中規中矩,可以煎得燶D。鹵水墨魚:兩個字「無味」。煎雞髀菇:無特別,但因為我鍾意食菇,所以點整都好食。蝦片:唔香唔脆,又硬又實,建議佢哋直接入「明輝蝦片」。天婦羅:個炸粉好有問題。點心(素粉果及燒賣):個皮又粉又濕,非常之難食。甜品:k buffet甜品質素。都明嘅,即book即有,同要等幾個月嘅,梗係有好大嘅分別。講下D好野,有三小時免泊(代泊),任飲,雪糕多選擇,龍蝦同長腳蟹位冇人排任你攞,個場D侍應同廚師係大年紀D(冇歧視),但服務質素一流,好快手收碗碟。…Read More

今晚一人前,貢左去敏華食扒。Order左西冷牛扒,5成熟,跟意粉,羅宋湯同凍0樂。講返個西冷扒,舊牛扒勝在夠厚,夠啖啖肉,黑椒汁份量多,夠淋有凸,塊鉄板亦好夠熱,上左枱灘左成分鐘先淋汁,都勁多煙,D汁周圍噴,但係塊扒明顯就有D乾身同少少鞋口,我叫五成熟,其實都差唔多熟晒,不過又真係冇理由要求快餐式鐵板達到咁嘅要求,人哋又唔係扒房,都係一分錢一分貨啦。另外,因為我對鬆肉粉敏感,落左少少我都會即刻唔舒服,佢嘅牛扒我證實係冇落嘅。意粉普通質素,有D唔夠熱。羅宋湯最最最最最出色,夠酸夠辣又有果皮香,係市面上食肆難搵到嘅質素,不過唔知佢其他嘅分店係唔係一樣咁出色⋯(我已經係同一間店encore過無數次)…Read More

話說今日中午同朋友兩個人食敏華,因為係星期日中午時段,所以都要排隊等位。等左大概5-10 分鐘,伙記先一下子安排3至4枱客入座(包括我哋),當時已經覺得佢哋好似唔夠人手咁⋯anyway,都order左蔥油豬扒煎雙蛋飯、沙茶醬牛肉公仔麵(連煎熟蛋加多士)、熱檸茶同凍奶茶。講番哩間敏華,係新開分店,所以我或多或少會同太古城中心嗰間舊店做比較。蔥油豬扒煎雙蛋飯係我嘅favorite,十次去太古城舊店七、八次order佢,豬扒好tender好食,不過會有D滯,味道黎講兩間冇乜分別,唯一分別係康怡新店得好少蔥油,所以扣左分。牛肉公仔麵個沙茶醬湯底就真係比舊店淡。兩杯野飲都唔夠茶味,奶茶亦唔滑。至於份多士煎熟蛋就漏左單,叫左伙記幾次,等左三十分鐘先黎,但因為某D不快原因,我哋cancel左order。另一樣係,因為之前哩個舖位係酒樓,宜家變成三間連著一起的食肆,一入去係敏華,之後係亞參,最入係食好D,有D想去亞參嘅客唔知,就照排門口敏華條隊,又冇侍應提佢哋,浪費左D客嘅時候,有D混亂。…Read More
