早排睇某傳媒介紹番茄師兄~所以慕名而來一探虛實。店來環境光鮮,坐位舒適。店員都好NICE , 重介紹有咩食。番茄師兄當然主打蕃茄湯底,以牛骨加入大量蕃茄熬成濃湯。湯底蕃茄鮮甜且帶有牛骨清湯味。不似茄膏的味道, 而是新鮮蕃茄的味。而且每一啖都飲到有蕃茄蓉。叫左主打犇犇有禮(讀音:奔) $78 牛牛牛即係有三款不同部位的牛: 包括牛面頰、牛坑腩及崩沙腩。三款牛肉都煮到好淋身,好易咬開,軟滑無渣重牛味。採用新鮮牛肉,所以無雪水味。牛肉深透入蕃茄湯。牛肉同蕃茄湯的味比列剛好!正有四款麵選擇, 上海麵、米線、日式拉麵及鳥冬。另外叫左豚豚圓圓 $58 即係豬腩肉及豬頸肉。豬肉都係採用新鮮豬沒有騷味。油脂比列恰當。介紹話係以慢主調配以成再用高溫煎香表面。呢個煮發可以煮到D豬肉好入面好淋,表面就好香好可口。而且可以鎖全D肉汁起入面。叫左兩個小食 78度慢煮麻香瑞士汁豬腩肉$28 及炸腐皮墨魚蝦條$24慢煮的好處係可以比豬腩肉營養和原味保留,令肉質保持嫩滑。豬腩肉食落不油膩,麻油香同瑞士汁好入味。而且重要係厚切! 正。 墨魚蝦條即點即炸至金黃色,香脆可口,配上泰式辣醬酸酸甜甜好開胃。飲品叫左檸檬雪梨露$18 & 亞答子柚子茶$18亞答子係果肉半透明帶香甜的植物,又稱水椰,起東南亞地區係消暑聖品。估唔到同柚子茶咁夾! 檸檬雪梨露就無伏,正路野~ 甜度剛好。入面有D梨蓉。總結黎講番茄師兄係行天然健康路線。好多食物都用慢煮烹調而且用料新鮮,份量女仔黎講OK , 大食既話可能要加底。係市面上少有天然沒味精的蕃茄湯,可一試。…Read More
