朋友想食海鮮,周圍睇見到呢間都唔錯,一於試試佢。入到去坐低放低壺茶就冇乜人理我地,冇所謂啦,上網都睇左知道自己要食乜,同埋佢根本得兩個餐,一個$298,一個$398。第一次黎食,試個$298。嗌完個餐,見佢牆上大大個海報寫住like facebook專頁同share就有得玩個輪盤遊戲,問個女侍應點玩,佢就一路講一路擰轉面幫隔離枱唔知做乜,根本唔知佢講乜!問第二個,佢好似唔識咁,我已經做好步驟,叫我等,又推俾第二個。到第三個侍應黎到,同佢講佢又話等陣。一陣幫你地。結果,我等到食完餐飯埋左張單都等唔到!其實唔想做優惠就唔好放上咁大嘅海報出黎,好似驚死蝕咁,認真無謂!!先上呢個,睇落到唔錯,係條魚就麻麻。之後上刺身,其實我對個刺身都有少少失望,因為幅圖同實物真係差太遠,佢又話四人份量圖,三個人冇理由差咁遠。算,圖片只供參考。。。食完第一轉就上第二轉,蟶子,送嘅。都幾好味。食到咁上下,見到隔離枱有人出去拎醬料(豉油,炸蒜,葱等等) 我地先知有得拎,但從來冇員工提過此事,我地位置完全睇唔到調味架。食到尾聲,見到隔離枱有粥食,我地其實都想食,但落單時從冇人同過我地講有粥底。而最搞笑係個員工行埋黎揭開個底問我地有冇粥底,其實我都想食,但冇人同我講過有囉除左收枱上三粒甜品最快手,其實都唔知啲員工喺度做乜。結果連埋單碌咭簽完名都冇人理我,自己拎單拎咭放低同佢講聲就走。成個餐免茶免加一。汽水散叫另加一。不過講真,冇服務可言又何來加一?味道都唔差,個服務真係差…Read More

附近返工,成日經過見到呢間鋪,見到好多類似訪問嘅報紙貼玻璃上面,都想試好耐。今日決定試一試!店內好細,得好少位,冇所謂啦,叫外賣都ok。叫左狗仔粉,蝦子柚皮,豬紅豬腸,釀豆腐,紅棗糕。佢話懷舊狗仔粉,其實係銀針粉?湯底正常。索價22蚊一細碗。唔值!蝦子柚皮,味道普通。韮菜豬紅豬腸,普通都不得了。釀豆腐,普通但貴。紅棗糕。可能我唔係好識欣賞啦,重紅棗味,但口感其差。食左160蚊。如果真係名乎其實咁好食,貴少少都冇所謂,但好可惜,價位定得高,冇返咁上下質素真係唔值呢個價錢!…Read More

平日去食自助餐,都未見過得幾枱客,仲要接近聖誕節。去到以為自己早到,得一枱客到左。見openrice有優惠券咪試下囉⋯⋯去到第一件事梗係拎生蠔先啦!唔係即開,冇冰座住都算,仲要係微暖食左三隻都冇再食,冷盤不外乎蝦,螺,長腳蟹,青口啦,普通囉,冇乜鮮味。刺身方面,有三文魚,象拔蚌,鯛魚,希靈魚等...但最最最離譜嘅係,魚生居然係暖。我走果時仲見到佢個櫃因爲唔夠凍滴緊水。呢排做主題係黑松露。仲有每人半隻焗龍蝦送龍蝦味道都還可以。而所謂的黑松露主題,當中都真係有唔少食物都加左黑松露,但味道相當淡,唔係黑松露味淡喎,係啲食物本身冇乜味道,真係唔好講咩黑松露味......冷盤熱盤都比較差,但甜品相對較為正常。有個蛋白撻都幾好味,梳乎厘就居然有黑松露味,較為特別都有少少奇怪。最後食左個燉蛋白。份量少,但淺嘗就算。另外一提,可能冇乜客嘅關係,啲員工都相當hea。以咁嘅價錢,我真心覺得,放題好過佢。…Read More

住觀塘多年,以前成日都會黎裕民坊,但眼見依家既裕民坊都已經拆得七七八八。重建,搞到好多野都冇得食!依家淨番既都係D零零碎碎既。但時代變遷,你我都冇辦法。以前呢度有好多野食,而依家只係淨番果幾間食肆,今晚我媽話想試下太興既燒乳豬,其實個人不太感興趣,因為覺得太興向來價位較高。去到有個男侍應其實服務唔錯,笑容好,值得一讚但普遍其他既女員工服務好普通。入到黎見到有壺熱水係自助,都幾好,要飲水就自己斟,唔使哂左D水。我媽向來唔係食好多野,所以兩個人,點左兩樣野,而呢度亦都免費升級做套餐優惠,本身要$19,但依家慳番$19,成件事抵哂。講明黎到係試乳豬,有三個SIZE可叫,分別1/4隻,半隻同一隻。兩個人叫1/4已經夠($80),男侍應告知燒緊隻乳豬,可能要等一陣先有,咁當然冇問題啦!等左唔係好耐,隻乳豬上黎喇!乳豬價錢不嬲都較高,但係$80得八件就。。。可能我食米唔知價啦!哈哈!醬汁就得唔錯,乳豬皮薄脆口,唔算多肥肉,其實都幾細件,所以俾人覺得好似唔太抵食!呢個唔係小菜,所以冇得免費升級做套餐。另外叫左媽媽最愛既魚香茄子煲,有得免費升級做套餐。茄子份量都幾多同大條,但味道過咸,要溝水先得,肉碎唔算多,不過反正我都唔太喜好食肉碎。食食下,可能唔知邊枱要辣椒醬,唔知點解咁大間餐廳會冇,咁岩我果張枱就有少少,而有個女員工問都唔問伸隻手黎拎,即係人地無論係咪食緊飯,你好歹都問一句,完全冇,沉醉自己既生活,佢有佢繼續同人地笑說。都真係幾搞笑。呢一餐其實唔算貴,其實依家普通食餐飯都要咁既價錢,到俾錢既時候,唔知做乜比較大風,張單吹左落地,我既反應當然要去執,但我眼前既女侍應好似冇呢個反應想去執,究竟呢度既女員工做緊乜?…Read More

放工有D事要出一出旺角,約朋友到附近,順便食一食飯前甜品正所謂飯後甜品,以前,甜品好多時都係食完晚飯先食,但依家甜品店好多地方都會有,而且價位都有番咁上下!同普通食個晚餐有得揮! 不過,依家既甜品,再唔係咩芝麻糊又或者芒果布甸之類既簡單甜品,依家好多甜品店都係講創意同精緻,好多都好似藝術品咁!黑布街有幾間甜品店,試過另外的,都覺得呢間整體上較好,貪呢度呢度環境唔錯,服務好!呢度裝修幾特別,走型格路線,入到店有員工主動行黎招呼你,唔同有D店,員工好似唔歡迎你咁!下午茶時間,唔算多人,入到去揀好位,員工就主動遞上清水,幾細心!之前食過呢度既心太軟都幾特別,味道都唔錯,但都要試下唔同既款式既,所以同朋友叫左兩個甜品,落單後員工亦會提你,原來下午茶時段(3:00~6:00),叫一個甜品,可以以可以半價配飲品一杯,其實見到都幾多人會叫多杯飲品,所以我地叫左個士多啤梨花茶同朋友SHARE飲!等左幾分鐘,朋友叫既芒果班戟配雪糕一黎到,嘩!都幾大份!我分左朋友少少試下,上面淋左芒果醬,唔會太甜。班戟皮唔厚,入面好足料!而且入面仲有好似朱古力脆脆粒,口感都幾得意!雪糕我就冇食到,朋友話幾好食,而且雪糕底會有餅底粒粒,好味!我個人覺得呢個甜品唔算太甜,幾清新!等多一陣,我叫既甜品都黎埋喇!叫左芒果窩夫配野莓乳酪雪糕,份量夠哂大,我都分左D俾朋友上面有芒果粒,食落都OK,唔太甜。窩夫上到黎熱辣辣,食落外層脆口,入面口感鬆軟,加上附送既朱古力醬同楓糖漿,唔太甜,好好味!呢度一D都唔孤寒,見到兩個醬都好多,唔使驚唔夠!哈哈,呢個都算係細心嫁!野莓乳酪雪糕,味道清新,自問係嗜甜品之人,但唔鐘意D甜品過甜或假甜,落好多糖,得個甜字!整出黎既甜品好食有限!呢度既甜品整體甜度岩岩好,唔會俾人覺得甜到漏既感覺!同朋友一路傾一路食,傾下食下就食完,咁當然唔少得我地叫左既花茶啦!入黎果時送上既清水大排用場,食完甜品,飲啖水清一清,同朋友慢慢歎茶 不過掛住食甜品唔記得影壺茶,呢度既士多啤梨花茶係用茶包沖既,但味道都幾清,有士多啤梨既香,清清地,幾好飲!希望下次再黎,可以試埋其他既甜品!…Read More

特別的牛扒屋

早排上網見到飲食男女介紹呢間新開既特式牛扒屋,話係立食,都幾特別,當然要去試試!第一次試立食呢個方式,原來完全唔同平時果D形式,係先揀自己想食既種類,落單,搵個位坐就會有員工拎黎俾你!呢種形式都幾新穎 入到去,有員工主動介紹有乜種類既牛扒食,同埋亦會介紹牛扒既分別,邊一隻食落既口感大約會係點,都幾專業。而介紹當中得知原來呢度都有黑毛豬食,而且當日黑毛豬仲做緊半價添!不過我地本身鐘意食牛,所以都係試下牛扒啦  呢度幾得意,全部價錢都係以每克計算,食落多磅幾多,以最少200克計算,平時食扒多數係計安士,所以克數真係唔識計,不過員工都好細心,佢介紹時候,亦主動話200 克大約7安士,等我心入面有個預算 :)  另外,呢度仲可以加$30要個SET,有沙津,湯,同埋飯。飲品都有幾款,咖啡,紅酒同日本可樂,都幾特別。經過員工介紹,我地就去揀扒喇!自己想要咩種類既扒,就可以同廚師講,佢就會問你要幾多克同生熟度。揀完就可以去收銀處俾錢,而我地就揀左佐賀A4肉眼扒(約200G),同埋安格斯西冷扒(約200G),兩塊都揀左5成。開始燒喇!呢度有個半開放式廚房,仲可以睇住廚師燒扒 一開始入到黎,好似好細間咁,原來行入少少都唔細間,而且仲有得上樓上添!我仲上左去睇過,上面同下面既格調唔同,上面較為光猛,而下面就比較暗,較有情調 呢度賣點係立食,但始終呢度係香港,所以迎合番香港人,都有D高櫈係度可以坐。高櫈下面亦有個籃,可以放個人物品落去,唔怕整污糟手袋,加上牆上亦有圍裙,可以預防整污糟件衫,都幾細心。呢度樣樣都令我覺得好新奇,因為呢度枱上面有個架,上面有齊所需既餐具同醬汁。呢度有好多唔同特式醬汁,有黃芥辣,忌廉芥末醬,柚子汁同黑醋。除左呢幾款醬汁,仲有黑椒,海鹽同埋薄荷醬。有唔同既醬汁,梗係要每樣都試下啦!個柚子汁都好重味!而我最鐘意就係黑醋同忌廉芥末醬。周圍研究下,好快就有牛扒食喇!熱辣辣既鐵板安格斯西冷扒黎喇!5成熟。都算大份,加上亦有配菜,有我最愛既粟米,好特別,呢度既配菜亦有蘆筍,因為好少地方會有蘆筍配。而扒既下面亦有洋蔥墊住。 朋友食西冷,因為鐘意食重肉味既扒,我都有試過,肉味好濃,口感唔錯,有咬口。唔會好似某D地方咁醃到D肉冇哂味又霉。唔錯!而我就食佐賀A4肉眼扒,都係5成熟,見到脂肪唔會太多,岩岩好,食肉眼,就係鐘意佢有油份既感覺。呢個扒加左$30要個SET,其實個SET係我朋友既,佢話個南瓜湯幾好飲,佢平時對南瓜湯唔會話特別喜好,但佢都話好飲!而個飯都好特別,飯上面加左味素,好味! 講番個肉眼扒,扒上面有蒜片,都幾香。肉眼燒得岩岩好,食落去唔會太肥,油花同瘦肉融合埋一齊,食落去牛肉既質感好嫩,入口有溶化既感覺。A4果然唔同 好味!食鐵板唔好以為愈多汁愈好!多汁只會浸到牛扒霉哂,令牛扒質素下降,浪費左牛扒本質!當然,用咁多汁去遮蓋牛扒只係得一個原因,就係本身牛扒質素差同埋用得太多醃料,所以唯有用調味掩飾。而呢度既鐵板卻食到原汁原味!抵讚 另外亦叫左罐紅酒,食牛扒配紅酒當然係正啦!但呢度既紅酒唔係一杯杯,係一罐罐。好特別,唔好睇佢係罐裝,都好好飲。可以一試!…Read More

間中都會嘗試一下唔同餅店既西餅,今次下午茶,來一個抹茶甜品!雖然都接近秋天,但出面天氣都仲好熱所以下午茶時間,一路吹住冷氣,一路食涼浸浸既抹茶甜品,為炎熱既天氣加上一點涼快!其實去到都有好多唔同款式既甜品,但呢兩款特別吸引,所以冇辦法喇,一定要帶走佢買左兩款呢個叫宇治抹茶紅豆杯,上面四方形既係寒天,好似蒟蒻,而上面亦有兩款CREAM,一個係抹茶味,一個普通奶油味,上面個CREAM打得好企身,但食落好感好軟滑,唔會好鞋身,而抹茶味CREAM都有輕輕既抹茶味,不太濃,上面紅豆份量好夠,而且食落有咬口,幾煙韌,好香豆味!食落唔會太差既紅豆,有番D水準!下面係抹茶奶凍加好似水豆腐係入面,比較多水份,但整體上如果成杯一齊食會好過分開食!呢個叫抹茶芝士杯,上係既抹茶好似啫喱,唔甜,有抹茶既苦澀味,下面係芝士奶凍,幾濃芝士味,但唔會有漏,加上最底果層有酸酸甜甜類似紅桑,紅莓既味道,幾清新,三層加埋一齊食,中和哂抹茶既苦,芝士既甜,紅莓既酸,既配搭又清新!呢兩款個人比較鐘意食抹茶芝士杯,下次可以再食多次同試下其他款…Read More

之前經過附近,見到好多人排隊,心諗:咁多人排隊應該唔會太差,所以搵日放工去試試。知道晚市多人,所以早少少去到,好彩唔洗等好耐,有D運氣哈哈!聽朋友講黎到一定要叫呢度既招牌菜-奶奶雞,黎到發覺原來都算大份,朋友果然冇介紹錯!首先個汁有少少辣但又會太鹹,而雞肉方面,咬落都幾滑同嫩,亦好入味,因為我好怕食雞肉會嚡口。加上佢都有蘿蔔,薯仔做配菜,可以平衡番唔好只係得肉,冇咁單調。而且底亦有水晶粉,水晶粉質感幾煙韌,吸收哂個汁,好味!如果用黎撈飯都應該會好正!韓國菜好多時都會有泡菜,所以都試試生菜包。平昤食泰國菜都會點生菜包,但其實我係第一次食韓式生菜包。豬肉燒得幾香口,而且個醬汁同佢都好夾,加埋泡菜,再配生菜包住一齊食,可以平衡番!唔洗成日都只係食肉,唔錯!最後,食韓國菜當然唔少得芝士啦!叫了芝士年糕,芝士焗得幾好,唔會焗到燶哂!而年糕咬落都好煙韌!整體上都覺得唔錯,希望下次可以試其他款式:)…Read More

生日,當然唔少得有一個蛋糕啦!個人都幾鐘意東海堂既蛋糕,因為貪佢款式多,又夠新穎。最近有好多唔同食肆都興起抹茶製品,東海堂都有。上網見到有好多唔同款式,加上早排經過見到有個新產品<宇治抹茶の王将 (宇治抹茶と黑糖竹炭蛋糕)>,有個DISPLAY放係度,有好多層,有黑糖同竹炭,都幾特別!同埋好似又幾正咁,所以一於試下佢!拎左番黎,個蛋糕都真係好大個,而佢既外表簡單得黎帶點高貴,因為有少少金箔係上面。切開左之後,CREAM唔算太厚身,如果太厚身就會好漏,而且佢出面果層CREAM又唔會太實,食落去都唔會好滯。見到都有唔同層數既海綿蛋糕,但係味道唔太濃。當然竹炭都唔應該會有D咩味道,但抹茶味就一D都唔重。而且未到餅底,尾二果層都會有D啫喱粒,而最底既朱古力脆脆唔知點解有咖啡味,而且非常甜。唔係好得!整體上,成個蛋糕唔覺得有咩層次感,因為本身入面海綿蛋糕味道做唔到有層次既分別。味道比起想像中差得較遠,有點失望…Read More

2015年,係我第三年黎呢度慶祝生日! 每年都黎呢度慶祝生日,原因好簡單,服務好,味道好!男友一早BOOK左位,入座後有卡位坐,好舒適,而且環境相當寧靜。去到侍應就會問飲唔飲酒同飲咩水($85/枝)點菜後會有麵包送上,麵包熱辣辣,非常鬆軟。外脆內軟,加上牛油,牛油香滑,好似食緊CREAM咁,好味!兩者加埋,絕配!對上兩次都有食Crab Cakes,今次試試不同款前菜,叫左Shrimp Cocktail($180),蝦肉非常新鮮,彈牙,有蝦味,而且有細心位,有擠檸檬汁既小包包,唔會整污糟隻手。而且亦有個甜甜酸酸既汁,絕對係將蝦的質素大大提升醬汁有少少芥辣味,非常醒胃。另外,亦叫左Caesar Salad,細心位又黎喇!換上凍碟,保持沙津新鮮,味道同口感。沙津上有一塊香濃芝士脆片,又脆又濃芝士味。麵包粒亦香脆,生菜新鮮爽口,冇得挑剔叫左兩個湯,一個係龍蝦湯($160),一個係每日精選($140)。龍蝦湯味道香濃,屬重口味,而且非常香滑,有細細的龍蝦肉粒,非常好飲!另一個湯係呢個,唔好意思,唔太認識呢個湯,因為比較少飲,叫唔知咩COMBO,雖然唔知咩名,但味道都唔錯,肉多過湯(侍應一早已經講左),幾特別,整體上都幾好,係一個唔錯既嘗試。飲完湯,終於黎到主菜。之前食過牛柳同肉眼,今次試下T-bone($680/22安士),咁大件,梗係SHARE食啦,加上其實頭先食左咁多又飲左個湯都開始飽飽地 呢度食牛扒,會附上一個熱辣辣既碟,而碟上亦會有牛油,可以保持温度,亦可令發揮牛扒最佳味道,亦係其中一個細心位。叫左Medium,可見外層焦香,切開後,唔會有血水流出黎,肉質亦好嫩,juicy。不過始終骨位可能難燒D,就比較生,如果下次食,可以食番牛柳,回想番,真係好好味,不過呢個T骨都唔錯。而我地亦叫左小食,Onion Rings($90),仲有我的最愛蘆筍($100)。洋蔥圈,炸粉唔係好厚,而咬落去實實在在有一大圈洋蔥,而且味道清甜,爽口。 而另外蘆筍,不得不食,蘆筍白焯至軟身,保持原有清新味道。加上附上的Hollandaise sauce,非常香滑好味。兩者配合,三個字:冇得輸!所以每冷黎到都係必食!食到呢到,已經好飽,但次次黎親都食唔到好想食既Banana Cream Pie($125),所以今次點都好,我地都要食叫完甜品,突然黎左個CHEESE CAKE,仲係碟上寫住HAPPY BIRTHDAY,其實上年已經有食過,今年其實同男友講過唔好講生日,如果唔係會太飽食唔到想食既甜品,但驚喜下亦送上小小的生日蛋糕。而且非常主動幫我地合照。唔止咁樣,今年仲好貼心,用餐廳既相機幫我地合照,而且即刻曬出黎,仲送上生日卡同$300優惠劵,實在又一貼心服務。值得一讚再讚!雖然係免費送既生日蛋糕,但一D都唔馬虎,餅底夠硬身,唔會碎濕濕,芝士味香濃,軟滑,唔會令你覺得好漏。食完個蛋糕,其實已經好飽,但叫左個期待已久既Banana Cream Pie,冇理由唔食架!個PIE都好大個,最上層有好多焦糖香蕉片,香蕉味好濃郁,而入面吉士非常幼滑,味道又唔會太過甜,切開時仲做到流心效果。加上個批底好重牛油味,實屬佳品!今次終於可以食到,好感動啊!雖然到最終都係食唔哂今年生日,過得相當開心…Read More

失望的生日BUFFET

最近心血來潮想試下食評, 因為我都算係一個鐘意食野既人, 所以有好野我都會去試! 所以分享一下自己的食後感就好似THE MARKET既BUFFET, 屢獲好評, 所以點都要試下!聽人講呢間酒店的BUFFET要3個月前訂, 所以我2月已經打去訂位, 不過佢話未有得訂住, 所以3月頭先打去成功訂到位. 另外, 因為生日關係, 亦可以訂個蛋糕作為慶祝用途(雖然個蛋糕好細件, 但食完BUFFET都食唔落D乜, 而且亦有係碟上寫字, 但味道就好一般....)一去到, 見到好多人都拎左呢個帆立貝, 泰式的做法, 酸酸甜甜, 但偏辣另外出面有個沙津吧, 特別之處係有唔同既醬汁, 幾多款式, 幾特別, 不過唔記得影相呢度冇生蠔, 但係有龍蝦, 都算大隻, 但係食落好重雪味, 好硬, 直頭好似岩岩係冰箱拎出黎, 溶唔切雪, 一D都唔新鮮! 頭一轉D龍蝦都叫做有膏, 但之後出去見到已經冇膏, 不過有冇膏都唔想再拎黎食! 至於其他冷盤, 普普通通, 冇乜特別至於同冷盤對比下, 剌身都算值得一讚, 蝦都幾鮮甜, 其他都不過不失食自助餐當然每樣都試下啦, 食物種類都算多, 但係食物質素就真係唔係好得, 鵝肝厚, 但味道真係好一般, 你收得$700以上一個人, 但稍為高檔次既食物都做得唔好, 不論次盤熱盤都比想像中差太遠! 燒牛肉冇乜味蒸蛋算滑, 蟹粥鮮甜, 唔錯, 椰子湯係全晚較為出色的一道菜, 幾清甜:)叻沙, 味道同想像差太遠, 即使出面的店鋪都做得好過佢! 食左兩啖, 放棄成晚最特別既莫過於榴槤甜品, 本人係榴槤愛好者, 呢度種類都算多, 榴槤味都重, 幾出色整體黎講, 要$720一個人加上要早成2~3個月BOOK位都幾過份, 呢個價錢絕對可以食到更好既BUFFET,什至係其他種類既食肆! 加上冇任何信用卡折扣, 完全唔值呢個價錢! …Read More

因為要等食晚餐,所以同友人來到食窩夫。細窩夫$32 加雪糕1球$18,第二球$10。加左2球總共$60。一球係芒果雪葩,一球係布朗尼朱古力先講窩夫,以前唔係咁樣形狀,當然,依家將一個大窩夫cut一半好似係大份左,但略嫌求其。窩夫比起以前冇咁好食,以前食完好想下次再黎食,但經過今次,真係冇再想番黎食既感覺。又唔熱,好乾。至於上面的雪糕球,都係比以前差左好多。失望! …Read More

第一次去食蒸氣火鍋,之前有朋友去過其他分店試過唔錯,所以都去試試。去到有侍應招呼,問飲咩茶。同行朋友剛剛坐低話等等先,點知另一個女侍應態度很差又串咁講左句:咁都要叫嫁。呢度都幾得意,可以自己出去揀海鮮。朋友未到,打算等埋先一齊叫海鮮,但不停有人同你講,快D揀,D野好快冇。OK,出去睇下囉。出到去睇,其實睇落好一般但出得黎食野都冇所謂啦,乜都試下,等到朋友黎齊,就一齊出去揀,揀左唔係好多,因為感覺上唔抵食,首先出去揀左鑽石蜆(128/斤),蟶子皇(48/隻),個侍應不停推薦我地食個海中蝦(28/兩),佢話可以要12兩,有11隻蝦,我計一計條數,11隻蝦要三百幾蚊,仲要係好普通既海中蝦,唔係呀?!之後又不停介紹所謂即劏唔知咩魚,老實講,我都見佢放左係度好耐,真係冇乜興趣食。而且聽到有人問可唔可以唔要成舊又唔得,得四個人實在食唔哂。點知個女侍應又不停SELL個海中蝦,又話好甜好鮮。即係佢不停SELL令我感到有程種會中伏感覺。所以都係算了。番到座位,仲不停止咁SELL,仲意圖幫我地做決定落個海中蝦,爭D中左佢招。之後再點龍蝦,開張優惠(98/隻)叫左兩隻。蟲草花蒸新鮮雞(148/半隻),蒜蓉蒸茄子(78/例)、同排骨粥底(100/中)。點完菜,有個自助醬油吧,有唔同醬料,但其實食得蒸海鮮,個人認為醬料不太有作用。因為毯點想食鮮味。唔係影左好多相,鑽石蜆味道幾甜。每人都有約5隻。蟶子皇味道都幾鮮甜。龍蝦,肉質都算彈牙,不錯。蟲草花蒸新鮮雞,D雞蒸得幾滑,唔錯。蒜蓉蒸茄子係唯一重點用到個醬料的一味。唔錯。排骨粥,頭先海鮮的精華入埋粥底入面,味道OK,但比想像中冇咁鮮甜。整體上都OK,係服務有待改善。…Read More
