This is probably my favourite Chinese noodle restaurant in Hong Kong as you can't find anything like this in Europe, but my girlfriend always laughs at my taste.I have also heard Hong Kong people are so into Japanese food but getting half cooked liver in a noodle restaurant was out of my expectations. I wanted to have Japanese ramen with my girlfriend. And we decided to go to Fuunmaru. We finally got inside after queuing for 30 minutes, once inside we got escorted to our seats, and started choosing which dishes to order. But what happened next was just more and more waiting, as the waitress just seemed to go past us every single time, or simply just ignore us. After some time we finally got our orders placed. It took an hour for me and my girlfriend to get our dishes after placing the order. The soup was a bit oily for my taste, but had a rich taste of fish. I’d get really stuffy after eating the soup The noodles were cooked just enough to retain a firm texture, really great ! But sadly the noodles weren’t warm enough...
