This is probably my favourite Chinese noodle restaurant in Hong Kong as you can't find anything like this in Europe, but my girlfriend always laughs at my taste.I have also heard Hong Kong people are so into Japanese food but getting half cooked liver in a noodle restaurant was out of my expectations. My girlfriend was joking this was a sashimi version of liver. But still, any meat should be cooked well done, because raw meat can cause stomach diseases, especially raw liver.
