Tapas的概念,說到底就是細碟+美酒+輕鬆+精緻;而位於上環的Sabor,食完真要講句「我找到了」。這間西班牙菜餐廳沒華麗的裝潢,掛畫和白牆反而予人寫意、小清新感覺,更適合吃著tapas飲酒談天。我們點了$530 per head的Chef Menu。 甫坐下店員便送上橄欖小食及蒜香蕃茄多士的welcoming bread,多士香脆得來不會太乾身,而且蕃茄味很鮮! <Grilled cuttlefish with garlici foam>這道烤墨魚粒,配上用空氣打入橄欖油和蒜頭做成的忌廉,幼滑又輕身,入口即溶,多沾蒜味也不會蓋過墨魚鮮味。墨魚切得很厚身之外又是一口即吃,更覺肉質很彈牙爽口。<Clams in green sauce>這是非常傳統的Tapas,上桌時熱辣辣魚湯還在滋滋作響。魚湯一點都不腥,而且加入白酒更吊出蜆和魚湯鮮味;蜆肉仲好大隻tim! <Portabello Benidict>Egg Benedict就食得多,照樣是荷蘭汁、中間是半熟蛋,不同的是底層不是muffin,而是一隻大磨菇。香濃蛋黃汁夾埋洋葱、磨菇、紅莓醋、火箭菜等等,味道濃而不膩。3碟Tapas過後,廚師好細心準備了Mixed-fruit Sherbet讓我們清一清味蕾。這個雜果雪芭用士多啤梨、藍莓、香橙等做成,上面放了一粒魚子,非常清新開胃。 <Spanish Black Rice>墨汁飯配魷魚和帶子,除了墨汁外,廚師在煮飯時還額外加了蝦汁,難怪海鮮味比平常濃郁。白色的是蒜蓉醬,攪勻後更加惹味。魷魚圈很彈牙爽口,唯一不足是帶子煎得稍熟了一點。 <Catalonia Cream>Creme Brûlée的外表,Catalonia Cream是以吉士醬、檸檬汁、肉桂等做成,再加上焦糖脆片。雖然沒有烤焗過,但因此口感亦比Creme Brûlée更嫩滑。<Tiramisu Foam & Homemade Mix-berries Ice-cream>同一般Tiramisu不同,這個是打氣foam狀的,所以更加香滑creamy!但比平常的較淡酒味,個人覺得很不錯;雜莓雪糕口感幼滑而且加入雜莓果籽,好清新。 總括來說,餐廳菜式份量適中,甜點特為出色;服務亦很貼心,而且不收Corkage和加一。 …Read More

位於雲咸街Jordan旗艦店的稍上方,可能因為在LKF 29樓層內,加上平日的關係,即使是Bar Restaurant亦沒有想像中嘈雜,頗能享受寧靜。除了有舞台Setting讓Live Band演出,餐廳亦走型格風格,灰綱裝潢有Rock味,加上餐廳昏暗的燈光,更突顯大玻璃窗外的中環鬧市夜景。 drink list 上的mocktail 沒有寫明材料成份,要詢問waiter比較麻煩與朋友點了兩杯Cocktail,一杯帶橘香和Gin的Old Etonian,以及侍應推介適合女生清生酸甜的C all Star。頭盤點了個招牌之一的Freshly boiled clam hoegaarden beer ($138),以hoegaarden啤酒烹煮,蜆肉飽滿結實,啤酒湯有淡淡啤酒香之餘亦不搶蜆的鮮甜味;屬今晚水準之作。由於當晚龍蝦賣完,轉戰三文魚扒拼虎蝦,食材新鮮但略嫌三文魚過熟,虎蝦肉質彈牙不俗。這個鮑魚細扁麵口感一絕,麵條彈牙而且材料豐富,毫不吝嗇切條的鮑魚片,而且在沒有加入sauce下有淡淡咸香,不油膩又好味。心太軟焗得外層香脆,流心朱古力香誘人,不過不失。這個紫薯雪皅頗令人驚喜,雖然坊間充斥紫薯甜品,但這個味道清甜有淡淡紫薯香,甜而不膩,很是一個perfect ending !雖然餐廳佈置有型有格調,服務亦算貼心,但以食物質素來說價格高了點。若只是點杯酒吃點小食聽下live band,則不失為一個好選擇。…Read More

低調高手,使咩過海搵咁遠,馬鞍山街市都有一個。唔單止雞蛋仔要追求外脆內軟,格仔餅都係!最怕拎上手「軟lai lai」、口感「林bei bei」嘅格仔餅。雖然只係街市舖,但絕對係臥虎藏龍;未見過咁厚身嘅格仔餅,係平日街舖厚度成倍,同厚多士有得揮。而且毫不吝嗇花生醬,又有濃濃雞蛋香,$16好抵食!同場加映原味雞蛋仔,一睇都知外脆內軟,而且粒粒都有「肉」唔會空心,仲好香蛋味!P.S.老闆好好人好有禮貌,大家一齊支持街市小店!…Read More

近期lobster roll當道,龍蝦包入侵港島,同朋友揀左大坑Pop It! 試龍蝦熱狗。點了一個full size "Lobster Attack",其實包就統一一個size,"full"只係指全隻龍蝦份量。order一到已賣相已經好吸引,麵包都包唔晒龍蝦肉。雖然麵包唔算好大,但一人絕對足夠,亦可以同朋友叫多個熱狗開心share,試多個口味。龍蝦肉mix埋creamy清新既沙律醬,加上有烘過既buttered roll,外脆內軟既麵包口感加分不少!仲有隨lobster roll上既薯條 (extra $10轉黑松露薯條),份量十足,炸得乾身唔會好油膩,很不錯 餐廳裝潢好chill,好岩幾個朋友食完邊飲野邊傾計。…Read More

數個月前轉工到九龍灣,作為九龍灣新鮮人,今日lunch趁Office人少少同事帶我去食好野,終於唔使來來去去都係飯堂同四喜。準時12:30pm離開Office,由企二行去國際交易中心嘅茶室,去到已經有條20多人嘅人龍,不過等左10分鐘左右就有位喇,算幾快。午餐有10款菜式揀,有辣有唔辣,同事揀左食過讚口不絕嘅肉骨茶配白飯油條,而我就重口味D,點了豬手撈麵。同事個肉骨茶一上枱已經聞到好香濃藥材味,有三數舊排骨同冬菇,同事讚排骨煮得夠稔,冬菇在湯中煮得入味,送飯「完食」咁濟。至於本人個豬手撈麵,滷水豬手配薑蔥汁撈麵,豬手份量頗多,不過略嫌有DDDD油(雖然我都知食得豬手學咩人話油膩…),可能個附餐嘅檳城魚蛋湯就係清清地俾你解下膩。總括來講,九龍灣新鮮人表示滿意。食完lunch仲有時間去行下對面間阿信屋tim!…Read More

周六下午, 與好友預約了在西環碼頭海邊的Bistronomique,在堅尼地城站下車, 向海旁直行很快就找到了餐廳。到埗即被內外裝潢雅致的餐廳吸引,不過最搶眼的都是店內的"ONE DAY" 電影海報, 為老闆的品味加分!點了兩個Set Lunch,前菜選了魷魚仔配西班牙辣肉腸和香草三文魚, 三文魚厚薄剛好, 加上帶酸甜的sause和蘋果粒, 清新開胃。 Daily Special的豬仔骨,肉質軟熟; 旁邊的薯蓉很香滑, 帶牛油香魷魚仔配西班牙辣肉腸很香口有蒜味Daily Special的豬仔骨, 肉質軟熟; 旁邊的薯蓉很香滑, 帶牛油香而且份量很足沒有想到set lunch的iced coffee質素很高,咖啡香濃, 有點似越南咖啡! 甜品是pear tart,甜度剛好來個happy ending,餅底再硬一點就perfect喇!:)法式優閒, 與海邊很配建議坐露天, 現在有點秋意很舒服"one day" 電影海報, good pick!…Read More
