約咗友人飯局,點知佢臨時要北上工作一陣,但會趕得切飯局時間。為咗唔想佢咁趕,今餐飯聚地點去咗呢間串燒專門店。位置就係旺角睿景酒店對面,附近就有中國旅遊巴士站,落車行過黎都好近,我可以一邊食少少串燒飲吓嘢,一邊等佢黎。見到燒烤部,師傅接單後即燒,密密手不停燒。落單後,最先出場係蒜蓉燒聖子王 ($160/2隻)切好幾段方便易食,蒜蓉加爽彈聖子肉,無得輸。自選串燒拼盤燒好上枱,有鹽燒白鱔($49),鹽燒牛舌串 ($30),鷄中翼 ($22/2隻),鷄腎串($20)及魷魚鬚 ($28)。鹽燒白鱔有兩件,燒得皮香鱔肉仍帶油香。牛舌無點牛舌芯,但肉質都軟身,唔係柴乾舌,點酸辣汁/加幾滴檸檬汁都可以。其餘幾串都燒得唔錯,趁熱食。黎得食串燒,蔬菜類中點少得蒜蓉燒茄子 ($40),可選擇原條/切片,我鍾意原條上。蒜蓉舖滿成條茄子肉,輕輕一夾已可一注夾起,軟綿加蒜香,個人自肥必食。友人唔食得茄子,佢叫咗牛油金菇包 ($40),金菇菜以牛油一齊煮,入口嫩滑之餘多一份牛油香味。另一轉串燒,有串燒豆腐 ($22)及豬仔髀 ($42/2支骨)串燒豆腐外脆內嫩,外皮唧上甜甜地嘅醬汁,好食。豬仔髀第一次食,配上酸辣汁,拎起支骨就可以啖啖肉咁食,呢口價相當抵食。最後叫埋個鮑魚汁海鮮荷葉飯($108),份量夠2-3人食。打開荷葉後香味飄出黎,以蜆肉,蝦,仿鮑片,翠肉瓜粒及蛋絲快炒,飯粒夠乾身唔油膩,熱辣辣食返碗都幾正。宵夜時段去到凌晨兩點,夜歸人/夜鬼都唔驚無嘢食啦。…Read More

幾時黎食都無問題

友人為答謝幫佢係外國買到香港斷晒貨嘅袋,就話請返餐順便交收。食咩我話事,咁當然唔會食咁貴啦,所以我就約佢黎呢度食吓西餐。有個二人餐,由餐湯,沙律,小食,主菜到餐飲甜品都包埋,只係$298,差D以為睇錯。兩款餐湯都各一,分別為香濃南瓜忌廉湯及法式芝士洋蔥湯。前者有香甜南瓜味,湯質偏濃稠; 後者有塊脆飽,入口有微甜洋蔥味,兩客都夠熱度。之後到芝士牛油果鷄肉沙律 (半份),半份二人食都夠嘅。有我最愛食嘅牛油果及鷄肉,驚喜位係件鷄肉唔嚡之餘仲有點鷄味,配以醋汁食,感覺幾健康。仲有幾款小食比任選一款,友人話想食意式炸魷魚圈配他他汁,當然無問題啦。每人可食兩”圈”,入口夠熱度,炸漿唔厚,容易食到彈牙魷魚圈,點埋個他他汁增加味道。一人一個主菜,想要刺激吓味蕾,就要叫呢客香辣海鮮意粉。海鮮包括青口,蜆及魷魚圈。加入咗紅辣椒碎,有D辣度架,再以蒜油快炒意粉及海鮮,有口感又夠惹味,好食。加$28可選香煎鮭魚配味噌忌廉鮮製意粉,味噌配忌廉,帶點和洋風味。鮭魚入口無細骨,煎得夠香口,配上味噌忌廉汁,略帶甜味又香滑,幾唔錯。是日甜品係意式芝士蛋糕,精緻得黎令我地開咗甜品胃口。另外再叫客自家製提拉米蘇 ($48),用餐飲嘅UCC咖啡黎配。浸滿咖啡酒嘅手指餅,入口仍外脆內軟,面層再灑上朱古力粉,又有香甜芝士忌廉醬,甜度岩岩好。侍應年青有禮,友人對呢餐無論肚皮及銀包都滿意,哈哈。…Read More

岩口味半自助餐

遇岩有野要慶祝嘅日子,去食自助餐都係一個唔錯選擇。但依加胃口漸細,都幾難食到回本,所以轉陣去食半自助餐。就係大商場隔離就有呢間西餐廳,提供半自助晚餐,每位$325/位。除咗每人有一份主菜、餐湯及餐飲外,仲可以任食十幾款前菜同沙律,最正仲有埋海鮮同冷切肉盤。室內燈光柔和,面積唔算話好大,活動包場有9折。自助食物放晒半開放式吧枱上,出去拎食物都唔會行好遠。見到有我最喜歡嘅翡翠螺同青口呀,用冰座住保持凍度。呢D凍海鮮通常都係食自助餐先有,翡翠螺爽彈,蝦肉彈牙,青口無渣。冷切肉盤選擇有3款,粉紅色果款好味; 亦有芝士粒,可配精緻麵包。亦可配是日餐湯 (忌廉粟米湯),感覺完滿D。沙律可自由配搭,亦有已整好嘅,如雜果沙律,香草薯仔沙律,藜麥沙律等紅白配嘅蕃茄水牛芝士沙律當然唔可以錯過。享受緊沙律時,新推出主菜就開始上枱。分別要咗肉類及意大利飯。首先係意式煎豬柳配香草車厘茄,食物顏色配搭吸引,2大件豬柳底層再有香滑薯蓉,配以車厘茄,香蒜及意大利瓜粒。豬柳煎得外香內嫩,入口仍帶肉汁,好食喎。另一款係油浸蕃茄布拉塔流心芝士意大利飯,簡而精嘅擺盤,份量足夠二人開心分享。食前先將中間流心芝士與飯粒撈均,入口有蕃茄嘅酸甜味,可中和流心芝士嘅少許膩感,飯粒帶有應有口感,整體味道配合唔錯。仲有餐飲,雖然係普通熱檸水及咖啡,但已完滿咗呢餐。侍應年青表現主動有禮,晚市由六點開始,無限你食幾耐,自助食物吧八點九就收工,可以繼續飲野傾吓計都無問題。…Read More

又約咗食力組組員食飯,佢話想食中菜,買完野就上咗黎呢間菜館。二樓差唔多坐滿,好彩仲有張細枱,食住花生望吓餐牌諗叫咩餸。晚餐想要點湯羹,有家的味道就是粟米魚肚羹 ($108)。例牌份量大約有4碗。侍應好貼心拎埋樽胡椒粉,食時加少少,增加香辣感,同時又食到香甜粟米粒味,魚肚切成粒狀,方便易食之餘又不失口感。趁熱飲一碗先開餐。今晚無叫蟹,改食豉椒炒蜆 ($108),放底後已聞到豉椒嘅香味。差唔多每隻都有肉同開口嘅,食唔到沙,蜆肉鮮甜。鍾意食鷄嘅會係呢度有選擇困難症,脆皮/沙薑/蔥油/手撕鷄都有,我地叫咗菜膽走地鷄 ($178/半隻)。半隻份量對眼,鷄肉嫩滑,唔食皮嘅可輕易去皮。加埋個獻汁,整體味道唔咸,單食都唔錯。捉緊仍然食到合時勝瓜嘅時間,最適合嘅煮法莫過於浸湯或清蒸。蒜蓉蝦乾蒸勝瓜 ($108)就出現係我地呢張枱上。去皮去得夠,只食到入面最嫩部份,清甜多汁。再淋上豉油熟油,加上蒜蓉夠晒惹味,再有蝦乾增加鮮味及咬感,呢個組合相當唔錯。食食吓發現有粉絲墊底,索咗豉油熟油,但又唔會好咸同油,又多樣野食。見到有個軒尼詩X招牌避風塘辣蟹套餐,搵次同好酒人士黎食吓炒蟹。侍應主動有禮,不時換碟加水,無限用餐時間,可以慢慢享受食物。…Read More

同媽媽行完街,通常都係食日本菜,今晚帶佢轉吓口味,食川菜。行到有D熱,即刻叫杯凍飲。唔想飲凍檸茶咁普通,就可以試呢杯百香果檸檬茶 ($36),有埋柑桔仔助攻,甜中帶酸,清爽岩飲。今餐就由我發辦,有辣有唔辣,由大路款式開始。喜愛萵荀嘅清爽度,來一客清炒萵荀絲 ($68)。切成絲容易一注夾起,味道清甜。惹味之選就係呢客黃金蝦球 ($138),成碟有成8隻蝦球,幾抵食。蝦球外披上一身炸漿,再淋上用咸蛋黃炒上嘅醬,咸香味滿滿; 蝦球爽口,再飲啖凍飲,正呀喂。壓軸出場有金湯酸菜魚 ($188),辣度有得選擇,呢客係小辣。唔少魚相片浸於金湯內,頂上再有紅辣椒及芫茜,顏色配搭惹人胃口。魚片無細骨,入口相當嫩滑。另有酸菜,萵荀片,乾菌,鮮菇及紅薯粉,湯底酸辣度岩口味,用少少金湯撈飯都唔錯。媽媽想食甜品,就叫咗紅糖糍粑 ($58) 比佢試吓。兩啖一條岩岩好,外脆內有糯米嘅軟糯感,沾上紅糖漿食,有人食到一條接一條,哈哈…….呢餐川菜好合媽媽胃口,已經講定下次想食咩菜式。…Read More

有外型亦有實力

呢間韓食餐廳係商場food court位置,以橙色及木作為裝飾主題,侍應頭上帶住嘅柑橘帽好得意。有個2人餐,由沙律,主食到甜品都包埋,可以試到唔少野。前菜先有煙肉薯仔溏心蛋沙律,簡單材料但口感唔錯,唯唔係溏心蛋,偏向烚蛋。好耐無食過韓式豬手,有少少掛住,仲要唔駛另加錢。以木盤上菜,仲有生菜,韓式辣醬,青辣椒及蒜片包住食。豬手口感彈牙,包埋生菜一齊食,韓式辣醬嘅惹味都好夾豬手,亦可中和佢嘅膩感。澱粉質類要選兩款,其中之一係韓式燉牛肋骨配飯。牛肋骨與白飯份量係相同,上面再有D蛋絲,仲有紅白蘿蔔。醬汁味道係認識嘅韓式燉牛肋骨,配飯係好岩數; 肉質夠腍同入味。另一澱粉質擔當,玫瑰醬海鮮年糕,玫瑰醬係牛奶、茄汁、韓式辣醬三合一,變成淡紅色好似玫瑰色咁,味道香滑得黎有少少辛辣,掛汁程度可以令每條口感煙韌嘅年糕披上一身淡紅色上衫咁。而海鮮類就有蝦,青口及小章魚,整體味道覺得唔錯。包餐飲,都加$28轉飲濟州柑橘乳酪,呢杯絶對係呢度嘅招牌特飲,差唔多枱枱都有杯。外型吸睛,原個柑橘放係杯頂,乳酸味令人開胃,飲完仲可以食埋個柑橘,性價比高。呢客柑橘窩夫伴雪糕唔駛再另加錢,外型又係吸睛嘅。有4件窩夫,每塊都搽上忌廉,再倒少少柑橘醬汁,鬆脆又香甜口感,另有雲呢拿雪糕,橙白色配色令人感覺開心呢個二人餐份量相當對眼,3個人都絶對夠食,全部都係飽肚類,擺盤吸引,食物味道岩胃口,回頭率偏高。…Read More

呢個商場有三期,要係度搵食開餐絶對無難度。不論菜式價錢定位都有唔同選擇。小資女平實之選就去咗呢間。呢客賣相咁靚嘅煙三文魚凱撒雜菜沙律拌脆炸巴馬火腿 ($68),點估到係出自茶餐廳。成幾大塊煙三文魚,底層係大量雜菜沙律及煙肉脆粒,沙律醬可自由加配。份量都幾多,細食嘅都可以當一份主食。係諗緊食咩時,傳來後面枱嘅咖喱香味,咁就一於叫個咖喱做主菜。呢客係印度皇室咖喱牛筋腩 ($62),可選跟飯/意粉。好多咖喱汁,絶對夠晒撈飯。味道偏甜,似加咗椰奶。牛筋腩炆得夠腍,喜歡牛筋嘅膠質感,滑嘟嘟送飯,兩種唔同口感。只有將軍澳店限定嘅經典鐵板西式餐叫咗客鐵板香煎美國極品T骨扒 ($128),跟餐包埋餐湯,牛油多士。紅湯開吓個胃口。另加$9可轉特飲。炎夏日子飲杯果味又有氣嘅就岩晒,大大杯嘅荔枝梳打,香甜有原粒荔枝肉及椰果粒,好飲。熱辣辣嘅鐵板T骨扒上枱,醬汁選擇燒汁。自己倒醬汁落去,發出”滋滋”聲,食鐵板餐就係要有呢個儀式感。件扒唔算太厚切,但就好大塊,肉質幾鬆軟但無梳打粉味。選薯菜仲有個焗薯,性格比相當唔錯。壓軸出場叫咗客西多士作為另類”甜品”,未食糖漿及牛油香味已散出黎。中間夾住花生醬,甜中帶少咸,二人分享岩岩好。配埋杯餐飲熱奶茶,茶餐廳出品當然有返咁上下水準。成餐埋單都唔駛三百,由餐湯,沙律,主菜去到甜品都食埋,難怪得到街坊嘅支持。…Read More

唔係見到呢間新餐廳,都唔知原來沖繩興起食蒸飯石鍋店內掛上好多色彩繽紛嘅獅莎畫,又有一大串日式紙燈籠,幾有沖繩風味。掃二維碼落單點選蕃茄泡菜石鍋鷄 ($87),加上”小心燙手,不要觸摸”字咭,熱氣冒上。材料除咗有鷄件,泡菜外,仲有椰菜及粟米,配合蕃茄及泡菜汁,酸酸甜甜又帶點辣度,呢個味道配搭幾令人開胃口。鷄件反而味道偏淡口。熱鍋套餐可選烏冬或蒸飯,歡喜食溫泉蛋撈飯,咁就要個溫泉蛋蒸飯啦。飯量相當多,飯上灑上飯素,撈均隻蛋,入口有蛋汁嘅香滑度,又有飯素嘅加味,單食都好味。套餐免費送凍/熱烏龍茶,加錢可轉其他凍飲。凍熱都一樣咁大杯。提供多款日式小食,追加芝麻鷄軟骨($28)及大阪燒醬鷄軟骨餃子 ($20),一客四隻。唧上大阪燒醬汁及鰹魚碎,夠熱度,餃子底部煎得香脆,餡料有鷄軟骨嘅脆度,少點油會仲好。仲有甜品架,呢客沖繩獅莎酥配雪糕唔駛再另加錢。得意嘅獅莎酥入口香脆,加埋雲呢拿雪糕一啖過仲好味,欣賞佢有焦糖醬配食,邪惡度再升級。加一服務費之後都相當抵食,下次要試下烏冬。…Read More

友人話好耐無食過鷄煲,放工後就同佢上黎呢度。三款套餐都唔過每位三百,全日免收加一,咁就叫C餐,最多款式。多個凍櫃有齊特色罐裝飲品,連啤酒都有。入坐後即刻去拎罐凍飲爽爽先。根據佢教你嘅食鷄三部曲,首先食咗個至尊重慶雞煲,開細火滾返熱就食得,一路滾起,個鷄煲香味就開始散出黎。鷄件相當入味,個鷄煲醬汁夠晒惹味,辣度自選小辣,有大量香甜洋蔥及芹菜,就咁配個白飯都已經可以當一餐。跟住趁有呢個惹味鷄煲醬汁,就叫咗一系列掛汁尤物,有牛栢葉,水魷,豬皮,鵝腸,炸支竹及鴨血等。與醬汁一齊煮,好似食緊街邊小食檔D一串串咁,好食又過癮。食完就可以最後一部曲,掃二維碼落火鍋配料單。自製肉類拼盤,有澳洲牛肩肉眼,特上牛小排,羊肉片及黑豚梅花片。加湯就可以開始打邊爐,先烚片澳洲牛肩肉眼,肉味幾重,肉質幾嫩,烚幾秒就食得。之後就到特上牛小排,脂肪位多D,多一份油香及滑溜。又自製咗個海鮮拼盤,包括有蝦,沙白,魷魚仔,脆骨腩,青口及廣島蠔。歡喜隻蝦幾彈牙及有蝦味。丸類當然係火鍋中不能缺少,叫咗蒜味花枝丸及爆汁牛丸,仲有芝心丸。蔬菜已放好一碗碗於凍櫃,可出去自取。記住留肚食甜品,有啫喱,奶凍,桂花糕等仲有多款特色口味嘅雪糕杯當然唔客氣可以一次過試幾款味道。任飲任食2.5小時,就算一路食一路傾計時間都相當足夠。…Read More

係呢條街有間以前食開嘅廣東大雲吞粉麵舖,本想幫襯,點不知發現隔幾個舖位有呢間上海餛飩店,就轉吓口味。要等下一張枱,可以係門口睇住餐牌諗定食咩。行到有點熱,叫杯凍檸茶 ($12)爽爽先。呢客香煎韮菜餛飩 ($53/10隻),係侍應姐姐推介,果然無介紹錯。每隻外皮底面都煎到金黃色,未食都知道香脆; 咬開有滿滿嘅韮菜鮮肉餡,仍食到肉汁嘅香甜味,加少少醋汁及自家製辣椒醬食,要趁熱食呀。小餛飩套餐 ($60)可配飯/拌麵。二選一要咗蔥油肉絲拌麵配15隻小餛飩係小餛飩系列中可選擇口味,呢碗係全家福,應該係每款口味都有幾隻。皮薄餡料小D,呢隻應該係特色薺菜小餛飩,一啖一隻夠過癮。而客蔥油肉絲拌麵,一人份量岩岩好。拌麵沾上蔥油加醬汁,麵質幾彈牙,加少少肉絲一齊食都幾好味。想食蝦嘅就要點大餛飩系列,就好似呢碗蝦仁香菇鮮肉大餛飩 ($58),另加麵底($10)及紫菜($10)。大餛飩皮較厚實,內有原隻蝦肉及香菇鮮肉餡,蝦肉幾彈牙,味道較煎韮菜餛飩淡口。湯底加埋紫菜,入口有紫菜嘅香甜味,夾住麵條食再飲啖湯,又另一種食法。小食方面,一致想食涼伴海帶絲 ($33),份量都唔少,淋上惹味醬汁,加埋紅辣椒粒,帶點辣度,爽口好食。估計係老闆嘅姨姨親切熱情,無加一服務費,相當抵食。…Read More

眨吓眼就到年尾,係時候要去還神,講緊嘅係呢個食”神” (哇哈哈…..)上到去好彩仲有最後一張卡座,飲啖茶就開始睇吓食咩。呢度嘅名物蟹籽沙律 ($60/小)點能錯過?!  將走可愛精緻路線嘅佢變成巨大化。底層有生菜絲,再有青瓜絲及蟹柳,頂層再有大量蟹籽,入口除咗爽口感覺,仲有沙律醬嘅邪惡味道,好瘋狂呀。多款刺身中,鍾情帶子刺身($72/6件),單一款式擺盤都有心思。唔係一舊片開3-4片咁薄切,帶點厚度,入口軟滑有甜味。見到餐牌上推介呢客麻辣風吉列大鷄扒配他他醬 ($88),好想見識吓佢有幾,結果……………………………….真係好大塊。切開時已聽到炸漿嘅脆度,仲有煙出,超級熱辣。點埋個酸酸甜甜他他醬,鷄肉入口仍帶肉汁,趁熱起筷囉。另外叫咗串燒5品盛盒 ($108),包括鷄翼,豚五花,金菇牛肉,鷄軟骨及冬菇,鷄牛豬類都有代表。豚五花肥瘦位各半,帶點燒汁味又有芝麻,一啖一件夠滿足。鷄翼一串有兩隻,四個字形容;皮脆肉嫩,完。比起蒸魚,更愛燒魚,呢度有風味花魚燒 ($98)。原條花魚開邊去燒,呢個價錢相當抵食。花魚基本上都係多肉魚類,點上酸汁配埋蘿蔔蓉,成條食晒無難度。有熱辣辣燒魚,就叫埋客蕎麥冷麵 ($55)一齊食。份量都唔少,帶口感嘅蕎麥麵浸入冰涼蕎麥麵汁,入口清爽。友人點選三文魚親子丼 ($158),飯上舖滿唔同階段嘅嘅三文魚,仲有蟹籽,好搶眼。識食嘅就梗係將所有食材連飯一啖過,有三文魚嘅軟滑; 三文魚籽嘅爆感; 蟹籽嘅爽脆感,同一時間有幾種口感。侍應不時添加熱茶,無用餐時限,食得滿足又舒服。…Read More

終於覺得晚上有涼意,心思思走去打個邊爐,醒起呢頭有呢間。共有12款特色湯底選擇,大部份都係台灣藥膳類。一人一鍋,岩自己口味之餘又夠衛生。90分鐘定量火鍋,一個價錢 ($138 - $198)包括套餐指定肉類,火鍋配料BAR任食A-H套餐,今晚點選F套餐美國極上牛頸脊,每人份量約150g。肉色靚仔,脂肪分佈均勻,呢4盤係2人份量。用藥膳台灣麻辣湯(可選辣度)黎先灼牛頸脊,薄片略略一灼即食得。入口肉味香濃,唔係嚡口,果然牛頸脊係火鍋嘅好朋友。丸類及其他火鍋配料就出去自助區拎,大路種類都應有盡有。蔬菜及菇類就另一個凍櫃,喜歡嘅羽衣甘藍及松蟲花都有萵荀片,木耳,芋頭貢丸,芝士包,蟹柳,魚片頭,芫茜燒賣,粟米都拎少少先。用藥膳椰子清鷄湯黎烚芋頭貢丸,多一份椰子甜味。掃二維碼,仲有火鍋配料可落單,有鷄肶肉,五香牛肉片,韮菜餃及魚柳。鷄肶肉相當嫩滑,係咁加單。除咗一般罐裝及紙包飲品外仲有台式手調飲品,就好似呢2枱台式檸檬烏龍茶及Latte香雪,後者係凍Latte 再加脆片,可以自選甜度及多少冰,好好飲喎。仲有甜品時間,多款雪糕雪條。連M記雪糕杯都任食,椰子味原來都好食架喎。雖然話係定量放題,肉嘅份量其實岩岩好,仲可以有位食其他食物,仲要價錢最貴都唔過$200位,性價比唔低。…Read More

香港人幾時開始愛上食川菜,係呢條食街又多咗間,我地都忍唔住將今晚晚餐交比佢。望望餐牌有咩想食,掃二維碼落單,簡單方便天氣咁熱,叫款涼菜開下胃口。呢碟口水鷄 ($68),份量何其多,有青瓜粒墊底,倍感清爽度。惹味醬汁辣度係輕量級,鷄肉嫩滑之餘亦食到醬汁味,令人開胃口預備迎接主菜。飲品方面,除咗有啤酒,仲有多款特色凍飲。我地就叫咗百香果梳打 ($28)及咸檸檬可樂 ($28),兩款都係有氣飲品,一啜爽爆。見到有麻辣香鍋,選擇四款以上配菜,可選辣度,叫咗小辣試下先。呢鍋有牛肉 ($40),黑毛肚 ($40),四季豆 ($22),萵荀片 ($22)及花菜 ($22),炒好後再加上芫茜,芝麻及黃金豆,未食已聞到香味。小辣完全接受到,仲食到孜然粉,獨有香味引起食慾,整鍋味道都好好用黎送飯。壓軸出場有不二酸菜魚 ($168),食川菜好多時都會叫嘅,酸酸地又有湯好易入口。呢度嘅酸菜魚材料比較簡單,除咗主角魚片外,有大量酸菜,亦有萵荀片。魚片口感滑溜,完全無細骨; 酸菜與萵荀片口感清爽; 湯底酸度適中,雖然見到有紅辣椒,但唔辣,用黎撈飯食都幾好味。驚喜位除咗呢度嘅食物份量超對眼外,白飯係免費架,對於鍾意食飯嘅我,內心係暗喜嘅。今餐有魚有鷄又有牛肉,白飯滿滿,超飽又滿足,想食糍粑做甜品,唯有下次。…Read More

自從九龍城區開通咗港鐵後,過去搵食開餐都方便好多。想食泰菜話咁易,今晚同友人黎呢間。開胃口先食個柚子沙律 ($58),簡單材料有柚子,蕃茄,蝦皮及花生。柚子一梳梳夠口感,入口爆汁唔太酸; 加上香脆花生及甜酸汁,食完都無咩負擔。如果唔係有英文,都唔知呢客泰式老虎笑($118),原來係燒牛肉。燒好後切成一片片,有個香辣惹味醬汁點配食,帶有少少香草味,燒牛肉口感柔軟唔乾。海鮮類代表係泰式辣椒蒜蓉炒青口($88),以青紅色甜椒,金不煥,芹菜及洋蔥作配菜,加入辣椒及蒜蓉快炒。無辣度惹味醬汁,青口飽滿無渣,呢口價,好抵食。炒菜方面,叫咗泰式咸魚芥蘭 ($68)。加入咸魚粒及薑絲一齊炒,芥蘭嫩脆,入口無渣。提供多款湯羹,冬蔭公就飲得多,呢客泰式北菇魚肚羹 ($68/小)就第一次試。材料有魚肚,鷄絲及北菇,煮成羹狀,幾濃味,口感同味道有D似食緊碗仔趐。成個蛋糕咁樣嘅係椰青焗飯 ($88),原個椰青挖空再加入材料,完成後再淋上椰漿,肉鬆及香口腰果。成個焗飯內有蝦,青口,魷魚及椰青肉,滿滿的份量夠3-4人食。有椰漿嘅加持,除咗有陣椰子味外,仲有香甜味道,用黎撈飯食原來係好食架。想要解渴又清熱,椰青($32)及青檸梳打 ($22)成為今晚嘅餐飲。甜品時間點可以少,尤其係泰式甜品,老大哥芒果糯米飯 ($55),經典黃白配。熱辣辣嘅軟糯糯米飯,淋上椰漿,再加上香甜芒果,雙重口感無得輸。食物味道相當泰式,份量相當對眼,無限用餐時間,可以慢慢食,慢慢傾,絶對要回頭。…Read More

香港人放假時好多都會約埋飲茶,大多唔限時,一路食野,一路傾吓計。今日就約咗朋友上黎呢度。多款精美點心選擇,廚房小食類都有,連好耐無食過嘅懷舊點心都有得叫。飲茶都會叫D餃類,見到瑤柱帶子菜苗餃 ($33.8),幾名貴嘅食材名字組合一起,有別於食開嘅蝦餃。外皮軟滑透薄,見到內裏嘅餡料,隻隻飽滿。內裏食到鮮甜帶子,亦有蝦肉,菜苗及冬菇粒,一隻餃有唔同口感。睇見呢度有灌湯餃食,名字唔陌生,但唔知幾多年無食過。仲要係花膠瑤柱灌湯餃 ($50.8)。以鮮甜上湯浸住隻餃,花膠係側邊。喜歡嘅可以加少少紅醋更令人開胃,入口食到有香菇,瑤柱絲,豬肉,蝦肉及大菜糕。餃皮已被上湯浸得軟滑,食吓食吓連連湯都飲晒。喜歡飲茶嘅原因之一,就係可以食到唔同種類嘅食物,煎炸香口類走唔甩。首先有香煎腐皮卷($33.8),一條可剪成2件,方便易食。點喼汁食,皮脆內有芽菜,甘荀及菇絲及蝦肉等作餡料,一啖一件好輕鬆。另一香脆炸物係蜂巢炸芋角($29.8),一碟3件列隊排好。唔係好多酒樓仲有得食,外面鬆化,咬入有芋蓉嘅綿滑感及惹味肉碎,無需點醬汁已經好好食。友人見到點心紙上有金牌炸乳鴿($52),就話想食,心動不如行動。炸得顏色幾靚,鴿身適中,每人半隻岩岩好。滷得幾入味,皮香鴿肉唔乾,點少少喼汁食仲惹味。作為另類甜品有呢客原籠馬拉糕 ($33.8),大大個圓圈切成八小件。入口夠熱又鬆軟,第一啖已食到熟悉嘅馬拉糕味道,飲啖茶,食件糕,正。茶位每位$11,叫咗壺鐵觀音,加咗幾兩次熱水都仍然咁香濃,二時後入座係下午茶時段,價錢下調,食得更開心。…Read More
