公司有位”韓小姐”,最喜歡食韓菜,網上介紹呢間韓國湯鍋店,專食嫩豆腐鍋,睇完已經想去會一會佢。門口有餐牌差唔多坐滿,好彩仲有少量枱,老闆係韓國人。自己掃二維碼落單,簡單方便。仲諗緊食咩時,侍應先送上泡菜,魚仔乾及辣炒年糕,仲有炒粉絲,可以添食,食住韓式小食等開餐。湯鍋熱辣辣,配返杯凍飲先,提供幾款特色飲品,叫咗呢2杯都係果味為主,柚子茶($30)及蘋果芒果阿德 ($30),味道香甜。目測呢客烤牛小排套餐 ($198),出鏡率都幾高。除咗有以鐵板上嘅美國牛小排,仲可以從A1-A6選擇嫩豆腐湯口味,另有客飯,有湯有肉又有飯。牛小排以鐵板上,可保持熱度。醃得相當入味,肉質柔軟及肉味幾出,而底部嘅洋蔥香甜,當然要食埋佢。對牛肉有偏愛,就點配埋呢客牛肉嫩豆腐湯鍋,上枱時仲見到滾住。每個湯鍋都有隻生鷄蛋,隨意加入熱湯鍋中,可自家製溫泉蛋。牛肉唔肥但唔係嚡,配埋嫩豆腐湯加飯,相當滿足。另一份套餐係小章魚五花腩 ($188)。亦係以鐵板上,見到橙紅色但唔辣架,五花腩片加爽彈小章魚,兩款食材都係韓菜經常出現。而湯鍋就點配泡菜嫩豆腐,湯質比較清,有泡菜嘅酸及微辣味道,係爽口嘅感覺,加埋豆腐花咁滑嘅嫩豆腐,簡簡單單都好好送飯。大愛韓國嘅餃子,呢度亦有($78/6隻),隻隻飽滿。餃子餡料係豬肉蔬菜加入埋粉絲,餃皮係軟滑又帶少少煎香感,唔厚食完無負擔,個餃子汁超好味。無限用餐時間,上餐速度快,外籍店員招呼有禮,見到外面有人等位,食完都埋單交枱,好味食物不能夠只有我地食到。…Read More

呢個商場有三期,要係度搵食開餐絶對無難度。不論菜式價錢定位都有唔同選擇。小資女平實之選就去咗呢間。呢客賣相咁靚嘅煙三文魚凱撒雜菜沙律拌脆炸巴馬火腿 ($68),點估到係出自茶餐廳。成幾大塊煙三文魚,底層係大量雜菜沙律及煙肉脆粒,沙律醬可自由加配。份量都幾多,細食嘅都可以當一份主食。係諗緊食咩時,傳來後面枱嘅咖喱香味,咁就一於叫個咖喱做主菜。呢客係印度皇室咖喱牛筋腩 ($62),可選跟飯/意粉。好多咖喱汁,絶對夠晒撈飯。味道偏甜,似加咗椰奶。牛筋腩炆得夠腍,喜歡牛筋嘅膠質感,滑嘟嘟送飯,兩種唔同口感。只有將軍澳店限定嘅經典鐵板西式餐叫咗客鐵板香煎美國極品T骨扒 ($128),跟餐包埋餐湯,牛油多士。紅湯開吓個胃口。另加$9可轉特飲。炎夏日子飲杯果味又有氣嘅就岩晒,大大杯嘅荔枝梳打,香甜有原粒荔枝肉及椰果粒,好飲。熱辣辣嘅鐵板T骨扒上枱,醬汁選擇燒汁。自己倒醬汁落去,發出”滋滋”聲,食鐵板餐就係要有呢個儀式感。件扒唔算太厚切,但就好大塊,肉質幾鬆軟但無梳打粉味。選薯菜仲有個焗薯,性格比相當唔錯。壓軸出場叫咗客西多士作為另類”甜品”,未食糖漿及牛油香味已散出黎。中間夾住花生醬,甜中帶少咸,二人分享岩岩好。配埋杯餐飲熱奶茶,茶餐廳出品當然有返咁上下水準。成餐埋單都唔駛三百,由餐湯,沙律,主菜去到甜品都食埋,難怪得到街坊嘅支持。…Read More

唔係見到呢間新餐廳,都唔知原來沖繩興起食蒸飯石鍋店內掛上好多色彩繽紛嘅獅莎畫,又有一大串日式紙燈籠,幾有沖繩風味。掃二維碼落單點選蕃茄泡菜石鍋鷄 ($87),加上”小心燙手,不要觸摸”字咭,熱氣冒上。材料除咗有鷄件,泡菜外,仲有椰菜及粟米,配合蕃茄及泡菜汁,酸酸甜甜又帶點辣度,呢個味道配搭幾令人開胃口。鷄件反而味道偏淡口。熱鍋套餐可選烏冬或蒸飯,歡喜食溫泉蛋撈飯,咁就要個溫泉蛋蒸飯啦。飯量相當多,飯上灑上飯素,撈均隻蛋,入口有蛋汁嘅香滑度,又有飯素嘅加味,單食都好味。套餐免費送凍/熱烏龍茶,加錢可轉其他凍飲。凍熱都一樣咁大杯。提供多款日式小食,追加芝麻鷄軟骨($28)及大阪燒醬鷄軟骨餃子 ($20),一客四隻。唧上大阪燒醬汁及鰹魚碎,夠熱度,餃子底部煎得香脆,餡料有鷄軟骨嘅脆度,少點油會仲好。仲有甜品架,呢客沖繩獅莎酥配雪糕唔駛再另加錢。得意嘅獅莎酥入口香脆,加埋雲呢拿雪糕一啖過仲好味,欣賞佢有焦糖醬配食,邪惡度再升級。加一服務費之後都相當抵食,下次要試下烏冬。…Read More

友人話好耐無食過鷄煲,放工後就同佢上黎呢度。三款套餐都唔過每位三百,全日免收加一,咁就叫C餐,最多款式。多個凍櫃有齊特色罐裝飲品,連啤酒都有。入坐後即刻去拎罐凍飲爽爽先。根據佢教你嘅食鷄三部曲,首先食咗個至尊重慶雞煲,開細火滾返熱就食得,一路滾起,個鷄煲香味就開始散出黎。鷄件相當入味,個鷄煲醬汁夠晒惹味,辣度自選小辣,有大量香甜洋蔥及芹菜,就咁配個白飯都已經可以當一餐。跟住趁有呢個惹味鷄煲醬汁,就叫咗一系列掛汁尤物,有牛栢葉,水魷,豬皮,鵝腸,炸支竹及鴨血等。與醬汁一齊煮,好似食緊街邊小食檔D一串串咁,好食又過癮。食完就可以最後一部曲,掃二維碼落火鍋配料單。自製肉類拼盤,有澳洲牛肩肉眼,特上牛小排,羊肉片及黑豚梅花片。加湯就可以開始打邊爐,先烚片澳洲牛肩肉眼,肉味幾重,肉質幾嫩,烚幾秒就食得。之後就到特上牛小排,脂肪位多D,多一份油香及滑溜。又自製咗個海鮮拼盤,包括有蝦,沙白,魷魚仔,脆骨腩,青口及廣島蠔。歡喜隻蝦幾彈牙及有蝦味。丸類當然係火鍋中不能缺少,叫咗蒜味花枝丸及爆汁牛丸,仲有芝心丸。蔬菜已放好一碗碗於凍櫃,可出去自取。記住留肚食甜品,有啫喱,奶凍,桂花糕等仲有多款特色口味嘅雪糕杯當然唔客氣可以一次過試幾款味道。任飲任食2.5小時,就算一路食一路傾計時間都相當足夠。…Read More

係呢條街有間以前食開嘅廣東大雲吞粉麵舖,本想幫襯,點不知發現隔幾個舖位有呢間上海餛飩店,就轉吓口味。要等下一張枱,可以係門口睇住餐牌諗定食咩。行到有點熱,叫杯凍檸茶 ($12)爽爽先。呢客香煎韮菜餛飩 ($53/10隻),係侍應姐姐推介,果然無介紹錯。每隻外皮底面都煎到金黃色,未食都知道香脆; 咬開有滿滿嘅韮菜鮮肉餡,仍食到肉汁嘅香甜味,加少少醋汁及自家製辣椒醬食,要趁熱食呀。小餛飩套餐 ($60)可配飯/拌麵。二選一要咗蔥油肉絲拌麵配15隻小餛飩係小餛飩系列中可選擇口味,呢碗係全家福,應該係每款口味都有幾隻。皮薄餡料小D,呢隻應該係特色薺菜小餛飩,一啖一隻夠過癮。而客蔥油肉絲拌麵,一人份量岩岩好。拌麵沾上蔥油加醬汁,麵質幾彈牙,加少少肉絲一齊食都幾好味。想食蝦嘅就要點大餛飩系列,就好似呢碗蝦仁香菇鮮肉大餛飩 ($58),另加麵底($10)及紫菜($10)。大餛飩皮較厚實,內有原隻蝦肉及香菇鮮肉餡,蝦肉幾彈牙,味道較煎韮菜餛飩淡口。湯底加埋紫菜,入口有紫菜嘅香甜味,夾住麵條食再飲啖湯,又另一種食法。小食方面,一致想食涼伴海帶絲 ($33),份量都唔少,淋上惹味醬汁,加埋紅辣椒粒,帶點辣度,爽口好食。估計係老闆嘅姨姨親切熱情,無加一服務費,相當抵食。…Read More

香港人幾時開始愛上食川菜,係呢條食街又多咗間,我地都忍唔住將今晚晚餐交比佢。望望餐牌有咩想食,掃二維碼落單,簡單方便天氣咁熱,叫款涼菜開下胃口。呢碟口水鷄 ($68),份量何其多,有青瓜粒墊底,倍感清爽度。惹味醬汁辣度係輕量級,鷄肉嫩滑之餘亦食到醬汁味,令人開胃口預備迎接主菜。飲品方面,除咗有啤酒,仲有多款特色凍飲。我地就叫咗百香果梳打 ($28)及咸檸檬可樂 ($28),兩款都係有氣飲品,一啜爽爆。見到有麻辣香鍋,選擇四款以上配菜,可選辣度,叫咗小辣試下先。呢鍋有牛肉 ($40),黑毛肚 ($40),四季豆 ($22),萵荀片 ($22)及花菜 ($22),炒好後再加上芫茜,芝麻及黃金豆,未食已聞到香味。小辣完全接受到,仲食到孜然粉,獨有香味引起食慾,整鍋味道都好好用黎送飯。壓軸出場有不二酸菜魚 ($168),食川菜好多時都會叫嘅,酸酸地又有湯好易入口。呢度嘅酸菜魚材料比較簡單,除咗主角魚片外,有大量酸菜,亦有萵荀片。魚片口感滑溜,完全無細骨; 酸菜與萵荀片口感清爽; 湯底酸度適中,雖然見到有紅辣椒,但唔辣,用黎撈飯食都幾好味。驚喜位除咗呢度嘅食物份量超對眼外,白飯係免費架,對於鍾意食飯嘅我,內心係暗喜嘅。今餐有魚有鷄又有牛肉,白飯滿滿,超飽又滿足,想食糍粑做甜品,唯有下次。…Read More

黎開九龍城,唔食泰菜好似對唔住自己咁,呢間係朋友帶我去,話係呢度開咗好耐,最近搬咗新舖。設有卡位,坐得舒服。裝飾唔係以傳統黃色為主調,但都有泰式感覺。打開餐牌想食嘅泰菜應該都有,泰國廚師主理。想食點酸辣凍盤,見到泰式鳯爪($58/細),呢個份量岩2-3人分享。鳯爪爽彈,最緊要無骨好易食,加埋紫洋蔥及芹菜,開咗個胃了。有食當然有飲,誠意推介椰汁沙冰 ($35),超夠椰汁味,仲有沙冰嘅冰涼感,一杯夠飲成餐。友人就要咸檸七($22),正常發揮。菜都有幾種炒法嘅,要唔辣得黎又惹味嘅,就叫泰式炒椰菜苗 ($78)。真係椰菜苗黎架,入口夠嫩無渣,用泰式豆醬炒,偶爾食到蝦米,單食都唔會覺味太濃。呢客泰式辣椒蒜蓉青口 ($88)係友人提議,上枱後覺得性價比相當高。除咗配菜有青紅椒及洋蔥芹菜外,有成7-8隻大青口。話係泰式辣椒,辣度只係BB級,醬汁用黎撈飯超岩數; 青口肉厚味濃,食2-3隻都幾飽肚。呢個外型成個蛋糕嘅係泰式椰青海鮮焗飯 ($88)。頂層有肉鬆,再淋上椰漿,之下係椰青海鮮飯。海鮮類包括蝦,魷魚及青口,加埋椰青肉與飯一齊焗,有椰青清香及椰漿香甜,配海鮮係正確,成個焗飯份量足夠4個人食,超抵又好味。泰菜甜品時間,總離不開芒果糯米飯 ($58),就算由曼谷機場上機前都要買盒返香港食。有我歡喜嘅白糯米,入口夠熱度又軟糯,淋上香甜椰漿,好食。本應對唔太黃色嘅芒果抱有懷疑佢嘅甜度,點知入口係超甜,我錯了,哈哈……..食物份量對眼,價錢絶對貼地,唔係食裝修,食到真正泰菜味道。…Read More

果然係厚豬扒專門店

約咗朋友交收網購戰利品,順便食埋飯先散,就去附近呢間冰室。趕住下午茶時段的尾巴,叫咗個奶油脆豬($33),跟餐加凍飲只需$3。成隻手掌咁大嘅奶油脆豬,香甜味道,外脆內鬆,成為呢餐嘅餐前小食之一。門口寫住厚豬扒專門店,一系列厚豬扒配搭,可以跟飯/脆豬等,我地就叫咗厚切豬扒拼沙律 ($54)。豬扒成隻手掌咁大,佔領咗半隻碟。炸至金黃色,已調好味道,無需其他醬汁跟配。切開更加睇清楚佢嘅厚度尤如一部iphone,入口鬆化,果然有料到呀。餐飲加$5可以轉飲紅豆冰,實在太耐無飲過,又係回憶殺。叫份特餐 ($49),選擇沙嗲牛肉麵,加$3轉出前一丁,另跟蒜蓉牛油多士及炒蛋。聽見坐附近枱嘅客都叫沙嗲牛肉麵,轉一丁有埋包麻油增加麻油香。丁麵一食就知分別,牛肉食唔到梳打粉醃味,個沙嗲湯底味道適中,係港式味道,加埋粟米粒,又另一番口感。估唔到冰室食物已經升呢去到有燒乳鴿食,仲要係BB鴿。禾味燒BB鴿 ($53),已斬成四件,另有淮鹽點食。話明係BB鴿,肉唔會有好多,炸得皮脆肉嫩,拍得住酒樓出品。炒碟正菜,就蒜蓉炒菜心 ($50),蒜味滿滿,菜心無渣。港式炒粉麵乃係茶記冰室之”要員”之一,晚市黎一碟星洲炒米($70),跟凍飲都係加$3,份量相當對眼,上枱後未食已聞到咖喱嘅香味。材料有蝦,叉燒,火腿,蛋塊,洋蔥及紅椒等。炒得唔算好油,味道唔會過咸同食完會一口油。啜啖凍檸茶,正。全日免收加一,大眾化之選。…Read More

友人問我幾耐無黎過呢間美式餐廳?唔……….又好似真係好耐無黎過,今餐就黎個回憶殺。一入門口就有張吧枱,方便飲嘢; 兩邊設有卡位,昏暗燈光,同回憶都似。見到有個人自選套餐,由餐湯沙律主菜到甜品都有,一個價錢食幾樣野,由二百幾去到四百幾,想輕食至嘆牛扒都照顧到。尚未落單,侍應已送上餐前包籃,有硬/軟身包及合桃鬆餅,配上牛油及士多啤梨牛油醬,驚喜位係合桃鬆餅外脆內鬆軟,又有合桃碎嘅咬口,甜度剛剛好。Happy Hour去到七點半,趕得切黎一轉。呢杯咁靚嘅係Galaxy Five,加入蝶豆花茶,再有蘋果,檸檬及熱情果,入口有生果嘅酸甜味,幾清爽。見到有餐前包,就要客周打蜆肉湯配包。濃厚湯質,食到海鮮碎粒,包括魚肉及蜆肉,材料豐富,幾有口感。加點綠色,有招牌凱撒沙律做代表。材料簡單,配特色凱撒沙律醬,對佢嘅個人份量有點喜出望外,食多D菜都有益D。呢客德州大漢堡 ($258),目測出鏡率都幾高。配黃金拍檔薯條,仲有菜絲沙律。切開一半與人開心些牙,就可一眼望晒每層有咩材料。除咗咬落唔散開嘅主角漢堡外,新成員包括烤醬辣紅椒,牛油果蓉,高達芝士及紫洋蔥。飽身鬆軟,整體高度應該可以一啖咬到底。另一主菜烤半鷄 ($268),餐牌上寫住配薯條,唔知係咪見我地嘅漢堡已經有薯條,所以改為蕃薯條呢?!  配多個BBQ醬汁及菜絲沙律。半邊烤鷄搽上BBQ醬,入口甜酸鹹加微辣,外微焦肉嫩。甜品方面,有美式雪糕新地,賣相似睇美劇入面出現果D,但係迷李版。雲呢拿雪糕再唧上幾圈鮮忌廉,邪惡度倍升。仲試埋自家製布朗尼蛋糕朱古力士多啤梨,有埋焦糖醬襯底,增加濕潤度。入口微暖,無想像中咁甜,朱古力味幾香濃。有些東西要珍惜,尤其係呢D咁經典嘅美式餐廳,有機會再同友人回味一下。…Read More

愛上自選天婦羅

友人知道我喜歡食天婦羅,叫我經開呢區可以去試吓。店內面積精緻,似係以日式海產市場作主題裝飾,天花掛上魚網,牆上貼滿海產圖畫,座位多面壁而坐。架上提供多款調味料,食冷熱烏冬/蕎麥麵可自加調味。食厭咗普通煎餃子,又可以試吓雞皮餃子 ($48)。用鷄皮代替餃子皮,開初都擔心會否一咬就會好多油,其實經過炸後,本身嘅鷄油已經”迫”咗出黎。點埋個餃子汁食,入口係外脆中又帶點嚼口,而餡料就係餃子餡,夾住一條黎食都幾過癮。每款定食,都包埋龍蝦味噌湯及前菜主菜係蒲燒鰻魚丼 ($88),份量相當大碗。半條蒲燒鰻魚,兩邊圍住蛋絲及幾片醃蘿蔔,賣相不俗。梗要將蛋絲,鰻魚及飯結合,一啖放入口先食到蒲燒汁嘅甜味,繼而係燒鰻魚嘅軟嫩,再有白飯嘅滿足,多少少蒲燒汁撈飯就好味。呢度仲有自選天婦羅定食 ($30),可以選擇白飯/冷熱烏冬/蕎麥麵,加少少錢可另轉香蔥牛油飯/冷酢橘烏冬。可選食材主要為海產/鷄肉/牛肉餅及蔬菜類。每款都吸引,尤其係海產類,配以冷蕎麥麵,所以就叫咗廣島蠔 ($20),鮮帶子 ($20),黑虎蝦 ($13),半熟蛋 ($13),皇帝蟹棒 ($13)及四季豆 ($9)。趁熱食就由鮮帶子起動,唔算太大粒但幾厚身,無渣仲幾鮮甜。隻廣島蠔炸完都仲咁大隻,$20隻相當抵食,蠔身夠飽滿幾有蠔味。天婦羅蛋印象中比較少見,呢度仲要入口係半熟流心狀態,蛋黃汁好creamy。所有天婦羅嘅炸漿都夠薄身,唔會食到一口粉都未食到主角,仲要即叫即製,入口夠熱度同唔油。雖則佢呢度係有炸菠蘿伴雪糕呢客甜品,但就成日都將呢客芝士年糕 ($38),由小食變為甜品。入口熱辣辣,炸至外香內軟,香甜軟滑嘅芝士配合煙韌嘅年糕外皮,食得快先可以食多一粒,哈哈………仲有其他特色天婦羅如龍蝦,九肚魚,花尾龍躉,活虎蝦等,有待下次。…Read More

唔係友人要買氣槍配件,都唔為意附近有呢間泰菜館。餐廳面積一眼見晒,枱佔兩邊,裝潢以金木色為主,”泰”有感覺。望完餐牌可自行掃二維碼落單。泰式沙律都係建基於個沙律底,芹菜,洋蔥,辣椒再淋上酸辣汁,主材料嘅變化而有嘅。今餐試吓泰式扎肉沙律 ($79)。入口帶點酸辣度,呢D初夏天氣食涼伴酸辣食物,就算食多D扎肉都好有胃口。友人話想食鷄,咁就叫泰式海南鷄 (半隻/$135),半隻份量相當對眼。入口係暖暖地,鷄皮下無多餘脂肪,肉質仍帶嫩滑,點埋個特色醬汁,唔錯。呢度嘅炒菜,煮法都有4款,照顧唔辣嘅有泰式蒜蓉炒。食泰菜當然選擇要椰菜苗,用馬拉盞炒法($89)。入口無渣,調味唔會過濃,單食都唔駛係咁飲水。成罐七喜比你,再加青檸冰杯同蘭花裝飾,就成為呢杯望落都透心涼嘅青檸七 ($35)。泰式炒河就食得多,青咖哩蟹肉炒米粉 ($115)應該第一次食。米粉以青咖哩炒,辣度輕微,炒得夠乾身,配以無細殼蟹肉,有點兒似”輕料”版嘅星洲炒米。仲有泰式串燒沙嗲 (半打/$98),豬/牛/鷄各3串,沙嗲醬另上。燒至有些少焦香位,三樣肉都無燒到變嚡。個人歡喜鷄肉串,加埋沙嗲醬汁多一份香味,肉係嫩口嘅,容易由串支食到鷄肉。臨尾仲送上四款特色泰國甜品,甜度岩岩好,最歡喜食椰青糕,口感爽口又有椰青肉嘅清甜味。食物可要求少油少鹹,而出品真係做到,食完呢餐返屋企都無需飲好多水解渴。…Read More

自從港鐵開通後,放工去九龍城食飯都方便好多。今晚友人約咗去呢間食潮州菜,地下爆滿,要上二樓。菜式選擇經典傳統如滷水類,炸蠔餅,胡椒豬肚湯當然唔少得,仲有D比較唔常見如炒薄殼,蘿蔔灌章,生醃螄蚶/蟹(需預訂)。食潮州菜又點少得韮菜豬紅 ($78)?!韮菜墊底,豬紅變成一口過,入口幾滑得黎帶點煙韌。湯汁唔會過濃,令人一口接一口。想惹味好送飯,夏天日子最岩食通菜,咁就叫碟椒絲腐乳炒通菜 ($98)。條條爽口,份量對眼,腐乳份量岩岩好,就咁單食都唔會過咸。友人想食鷄,呢客家鄉咸鷄 ($168/半隻)係佢為今餐選擇嘅菜式,附上薑蓉兩碟。佢嘅咸香味滲晒落鷄皮入面,而鷄肉係幾滑嘅,點埋薑蓉係幾唔錯,亦係送飯好拍擋。鍾意食芋蓉嘅,就絶對不能錯過呢客芋蓉香酥鴨 ($138)。外面炸至金黃香脆,中間係芋蓉,底層就係無骨鴨肉。已切好一件件,要小心夾,因為實在太酥脆。入口熱辣辣,芋蓉綿滑,薄薄一片鴨肉入口唔乾,點埋個甜甜醬汁食,減低膩感,好好食。呢度嘅菜式份量足,全部出品都有熱度,價錢合理,下次想食多D其他菜式,就要叫多D朋友先得啦。…Read More

約咗朋友食飯,想坐得舒服又有D格調,提議去呢間法式小館。餐廳佈置幾有法式小館感覺,樓底夠高,配以昏暗燈光,唔會太嘈雜,幾岩食野傾計。除咗散叫,仲有提供晚市套餐,由2-5人都有。包餐湯,小碟及主菜。咁就叫個2人餐 ($558) 唔駛煩腦又抵食。先送上餐湯配精緻麵飽今晚嘅餐湯係忌廉薯仔湯,入口夠熱度,口感滑溜,有薯仔嘅綿度,一客份量都唔少,食埋個牛油餐飽都幾滋味。小碟鍾情呢客蟹肉牛油果他他,兩款都係喜歡嘅食材,作為一個開胃凍盤。上層舖滿鮮甜蟹肉,下層嘅牛油果碎再混入青瓜,洋蔥及蕃茄碎,軟滑與清爽兩種不同口感融入口中,食完有清新感覺。仲有Happy Hour,買一送一,就黎杯舒爽吓。Green Apple Mojito ($85) 及 (無酒精) Sparkling Peach Sunrise ($65),兩杯都係以果味為主,好岩夏天飲,再加上有梳打水嘅氣感,前者仲有白朗姆酒嘅加持,仲有feel。兩款主菜分別選擇牛及鷄另加$50,點選阿根廷安格斯肉眼牛扒,配巴黎牛油汁及薯條,賣相簡而清。肉眼扒有點厚度,兩面燒得香香,柯打咗五成熟,輕鬆切開無難度。肉質香嫩多汁,肉味幾出,相當出色。另一款為法式烤黃鷄半隻,配以半半磨菇汁及薯蓉,份量相當對眼。烤得鷄皮帶點香脆,皮下無咩脂肪,連皮食都無負擔。鷄肉烤完仍然保留肉汁,無需額外醬汁都已經夠味,又係好味嘅。仲有個磨菇汁及薯蓉,兩者一齊食,超級好味,係呢道菜嘅另一亮點。仲有值得一提嘅係餐廳經理Louis招呼有禮,呢餐食得相當滿意。…Read More

同友人講開久仰呢間店名但一直都無食過,今晚黎開呢區就要試下。門口貼住菜式照片,比人一種老飯店感覺。隔離仲有個阿姐賣緊飛機㰖,好似返咗幾十年前咁,哈哈…..地下仲有少量枱,有二樓嘅,坐呢個位可以睇到侍應出湯及裝飯,有趣有趣。講起出湯,差不多入黎食飯嘅都會叫足料老火例湯 ($108),定時轉換唔同湯款,每煲都滾至超級熱先上枱,飲到尾都仲係夠熱,冬天飲應該仲正。真係超足料,份量都有5-6碗。今晚係西洋菜紅蘿蔔粟米煲唐排鷄腳,味道超甜,比美阿媽出品,咪講笑,先飲兩碗先開餐。一客六件嘅香煎蓮藕餅 ($108),又剁又煎嘅心機菜,煎得兩邊金黃香脆,無需點醬汁。原意係想用黎送飯,入口有蓮藕粒嘅咬感,又有豬肉餅嘅鬆軟度,食兩件其實都幾飽肚。呢味秘製沙薑鷄($128/半隻),黃色令油鷄皮,再有芫茜點綴,簡而清,半隻份量都相當對眼。鷄肉相當嫩滑,食到有沙薑香味但又唔會過咸。友人歡喜食魚,尤其係魚腩,咁就岩啦,呢度有味招牌炒魚腩($108)。先將鯇魚腩走走油,令到魚肉仍保持嫩滑,魚皮變得香脆。再以薑蔥及炸蒜炒炒佢。魚腩食起黎已有咸香味,無細骨啖啖肉,趁熱食配凍飲,爽皮呀。有別於用蒜蓉清炒,呢度係用豬油渣炒時菜 ($88)。炒好菜再灑上豬油渣,加上蒜粒及蝦米,點會唔香呀?!  菜芯幾腍甜,食起黎又唔會一口油。呢度嘅名物之一,豬油撈飯($20)梗要叫返碗,豬油加醬油,一碗白飯俱備。兩者加入白飯再撈均,入口唔會好油膩,增加飯粒嘅滑度,醬油味偏甜,單食都已經好味,膽固醇問題?!  唔諗啦。上菜速度快,每碟出品都熱辣辣,侍應招呼熱情有禮,埋單時仲見到蔡瀾先生嘅珍貴墨寶,能跟蔡生搵食,果真無去錯。…Read More

同老Best係附近商場買完嘢,想搵間有埋甜品食嘅西餐廳,咁就行過幾條街過工業區去呢間啦。自已掃二維碼落單,簡單方便。自選沙律,任選兩款配菜,想食肉類或海鮮就另加錢,例如呢客封門牛柳,就加$20,另一款要咗蘆筍。多款爽口沙律菜,又有車厘茄及蜜柑,令整體顏色繽紛。淋上自選日本芥末油醋汁,酸味得黎帶少少芥末辛辣,好令人開胃口。封門牛柳無咩脂肪,食得健康。之後到主菜出場,意粉類都有唔少選擇,黎一客簡單嘅意式肉丸意粉 ($98)。蕃茄醬汁底,有6粒肉丸,面頭再刨上芝士碎,意粉嘅熱力令佢慢慢熔掉,偶爾會出現拉絲嘅畫面。意粉份量都唔少,每條都掛上酸甜惹味蕃茄醬汁,有口感; 而好耐都無食嘅肉丸口感唔係死實,配呢個酸甜醬汁可中和肉丸嘅膩度,好夾呀。以和牛做賣點嘅漢堡已經吸睛,再加上”手打”二字,呢客日本手打和牛漢堡 ($148)就成為今餐嘅另一份主菜,仲配有炸薯條,相當有睇頭。漢堡唔係巨大版,漢堡應有材料佢都有,多隻太陽蛋。個飽係略煎變成鬆軟中帶少少脆口,配合半熔芝士及仍有肉汁嘅漢堡扒,唔會一咬就散開,成個漢堡都好好食喎。黎呢度開餐,一定要留位置給甜品部,招牌梳乎厘班戟好難令人忍口。呢一客係伯爵茶珍珠梳乎厘班戟 ($118)。兩件梳乎厘班戟被伯爵茶忌廉醬汁所覆蓋,頂部放上有咬口珍珠,再以Oreo餅碎圍邊,增加唔同口感。另跟餐可以優惠價叫飲品,咁就唔客氣叫杯鮮奶咖啡 ($20)及朱古力咖啡 ($21)。靚靚拉花,夠熱度,咖啡嘅香味配埋鬆軟嘅梳乎厘班戟,呢個畫面突然間變咗下午茶時間,哈哈………環境坐得幾舒服,侍應主動收碟及加水。…Read More
