牛魔王的我最喜歡四處尋覓高質素扒房。牛扒部位,出產地,煮食方式,每一步驟都會影響入口時的味道和感覺。扒房貴平不一,這間小店價位雖算中上,但牛肉質素絕對值得給這個價錢要留意小店有季節性的菜色,想試的要問店員,介紹時令牛肉!我們就特地來試食餐牌上沒有的,但chef’s choice 的菜式。首先是朱古力日本和牛。牛肉從食可可豆大的牛以來。除牛肉本身食朱古力,牛扒跟濃郁的黑朱古力醬上。朱古力控的我很驚喜!朱古力醬並不過甜,可可味較濃,配上䶢香的牛肉,一流!然後食的部位為flat iron, 油脂分佈較平均,medium rare, 嫩而不膩。再試巴西picanha西冷尾部,用BBQ grilled,油花較香,口感較正。而且牛肉有1/3脂肪,牛脂味很香。這款普通加胡椒而經很足夠。要提的是這間小店加薯條任食,薯條炸得香脆不油膩,放久了都不會變軟。鹽香味剛好,食不停口❤️❤️這樣的價錢絕對值得再來!…Read More

Dont really remember the name of dishes. Basically we ordered a Meat Paella, a tortilla, a burrata salad, roast chicken and ribs.We ordered quite a lot of things but the portions are not too big. Well, enough for 3 girls.I love the atmosphere there where there are chill music with enthusiastic waiters. They are all very friendly and willing to introduce good dishes and wine. We were so lucky to have the chef introducing to us the dishes he recommended for us.The paella is cooked in front of us so we can see how its done. Its very authentic and would recommend it.The buratta is nothing special but as a cheese-lover, this dish is a must.As for the ribs, its cooked so tender that it does not taste like pork at all. And I LOVE IT! The chicken is so juicy with the crispy skin. Its from the small thigh part so the meat is very tender and soft. 這與銅鑼灣來一鍋 為同一個集團這間火鍋店走健康路線,用杉木桶盛鍋底,水滾時,湯會由周圍的小洞流出,流出的湯底會分隔走油,剩下香濃的牛湯,感覺喝湯底很健康清甜,一點也沒有罪惡感。最有趣的是木桶底會有鵝春石,據職員說,對身體很有益處呢。 貼在牆上的木牌也有介紹杉木的益處。其木香有助殺死病原菌,更有助減低皮膚炎症。除了健康, 這裡的食物全都新鮮,真材實料。先說雙併魚皮,選了川味魚皮及特色魚皮,炸得香脆不乾,亦不會感覺太油膩。特色魚皮釀了魚肉在魚皮內,感覺很特別。特色五寶丸就集合店內5種味道的丸,分別為手打墨魚丸,手打芝心牛丸,手打貢丸,手打豬肉丸及手打蝦丸。全部新鮮彈牙,鮮味很重。我跟朋友食後都嘩一聲👌再叫多一個芝心牛丸,牛味重, 加上微溶的芝士,口感一流。很少有餐廳有馬來西亞魚麵,特地點了一個。份量多,煮後十分彈牙,好像在食拉長版魚蛋。很飽肚👍叫了一份小安格牛,脂肪不重但十分新鮮,在木桶小洞流出來的湯煮熟,出來的牛肉湯十分鮮甜又不油膩,好正🙌🏻脆鯇腩物如其名,新鮮脆口,不多骨。在湯內煮長時間都保持脆口度。火鍋必點。我們叫的鍋底是四川麻辣牛腩鍋,淨鍋底已經十分足料。起碼10件大牛腩,配料多,愈食愈有🤤 湯底不鹹,不會愈食愈口渴,感覺沒加太多味精,很健康。知道還有很多菜膳湯底,下一次必來試👍👍環境舒服,食物質素高,雖然價格較高上,但值得再次光臨😊…Read More
