我真的肚餓了

上星期去左間叫(肚餓了串燒)既餐廳食野,主要食燒物,不過價錢有少少貴,但係係tst食野算係無可避免喇。燒鮑魚燒得一啲都唔乾,鮮甜既肉汁鎖左係啲肉入面,幾surprised!大字標明有逾18cm既虎蝦啊!! 啖啖肉! 連蝦殼都燒得好香脆,可以連埋食, 但我唔會咁做,我會剝咁d 蝦殼先食,反正因為佢中間切開左,好易剝。雖然以大量黑椒和一整條香茅來燒,但味道沒有很濃,反而帶出了蝦原本的鮮味。這個做得不錯燒茄子,蒜蓉略嫌有d 多,但味道唔錯,茄子肉都好甜。但茄子皮燒得有d乾,加上吸晒蒜蓉既油份,太過油淋淋了。所以只食茄子肉就足夠黑毛豬件燒得岩岩好,面頭香脆,肉質嫩滑。醃料有d似日式燒汁,香香甜甜與肉味頗為搭配,好好食! 值得推介!!雞腎好硬,牙力唔好既人就唔好挑戰啦,同埋無咩味,都唔係好岩for串燒鴕鳥肉很野味,肉味比起上面既黑毛豬件更香濃可口。肉質也蠻特別,有點像雞扒般嫩滑,但更幼細,另有一番風味。唔系甘多地方有得食,所以都值得介紹。佢鋪面既裝潢都設計得頗有心機,但本人最喜愛的就是餐廳的多幅牆和背面位置都擺放著各式各樣既紅酒、白酒、餐酒。看似十分吸引,但明日需早起,沒有品嘗。但有頗多客人都點了一瓶來細酌。蒜蓉扇貝都幾新鮮,但味道與一般餐廳和自己煮的味道無異。雖然這樣,但超喜歡食海鮮既我,當然滿意啦啖啖肉again,沒有什麼特別既調味,但卻顯得味道特別鮮甜,肉質也很嫩滑,這個也是必吃的!可是以串燒的方式來烹調便會刺穿被鎖緊的水份。建議可直接原隻燒,味道可能會更上一層樓吧。餐廳能聽取客人的意見也總算是一件好事吧。食飽後我也填了一張問卷。…Read More

海鮮控之野望

最近習慣左系OpenRice搜尋各式各樣既potential restaurants,無意中發現左此「船長屋」專賣海鮮,作為「海鮮控」既我豈能錯過? 身經百伏既我見到一致好評,也能放下心頭大石。地方並唔難搵,只在嘉連威老道cotton on前轉右,穿過一條小巷,就能見到其大廈。今晚人不多,還有數空座,因此唔需要等位。。。餐廳既logo系一隻龍蝦船長,幾趣緻。共中一個餐牌只有一頁,看來就系其必食既鎮店之寶—熱船長海鮮拼盤。當中既海鮮數目同款式都可以按照個人需要同口味選擇,當然price is gonna be different。而我地選擇既其他菜式,都系按照其他食家既comments同埋waiter既推介作出決定!waiter極力推介此蜜糖炸田雞腳,說是最新之作。非常鍾意食田雞既我亦按奈不住。這應該系蓋上炸粉後用半煎炸既方式炮製,然後加上蒜頭同蜜糖。比我既感覺系十分與眾不同,田雞脆滑,加上蜜糖後非常香甜,應該幾大眾能接受同覺得好食既口味。唯一缺點就系此方法有D失去左田雞既鮮味。。值得商榷牛油焗田螺名符其實,牛油味超級濃郁,配上薯蓉真系絕殺,味道絕對系上等。而且田螺新鮮沒有沙,仲要大大隻,只系剛剛熟透,沒有軟掉之餘亦能保持爽口彈牙。兩者互相配合之下,值得拿下五分 此是廚師推介既鹽燒鱸魚,坦白說價錢亦不菲,索價$318,真系有少少肉赤 用料看似好簡單,只系將香草同檸檬塞進鱸魚肚內,然後裹上一層粗鹽來燒。進食既時候,魚皮同魚肉自動分開,但由於魚皮吸左好多鹽份,所以一般只食魚肉。味道沒有很特別,帶有少許香草同非常淡既咸味,餘下便是鱸魚的鮮香。肉質不老,但也沒有很嫩滑,算是不錯的水平。可是,當撒下檸檬汁後,味道豁然不同,頓時能夠增加魚的鮮味,確實不同,味道有愈四分的水平。此是自選既熱船長海鮮拼盤,除左有自選海鮮之外,仲有少量粟米同薯仔,以增加飽肚感。拼盤有三款醬汁以供選擇,但waiter說如不食辣,建議選擇牛油檸檬汁。蝦相當新鮮,配上甜甜酸酸既醬汁後,除了肉質彈牙外,鮮甜既蝦味與醬汁互相輝映,最終連殼都食埋 蜆並不大隻,以份量來說,有D唔抵; 但系頗鮮甜,爭D唔夠人搶=v=而扇貝都算幾大隻,而且頗為新鮮,加唔加醬汁都系甘好食。埋單人頭都要約400蚊,以食海鮮黎講,價錢不貴,但也不可說平,但可肯定的是,一定會再來 I will be BACK!…Read More

同一地方,闊別兩年,已經有非常大既轉變。有各式各樣既新餐廳開張;亦有以前光顧開既舖頭結業。今晚重來,選擇了食一些甜點。這小店內只有約30座,星期五既晚上,可能人比較多吧,等了一會才能入座。女店員十分有禮貌,亦主動介紹店家既招牌菜式;我揀咗「芒果班戟卷」。平時食班戟卷好多時都系「滿X」食,這次好自然就將其作作比較。此班戟卷既表面搓得頗薄,完全沒有粉粉既感覺,做工頗精細內裹包住大大顆芒果 & Cream,面頭仲有少少芒果汁。班戟卷既Size並不大,可以一口品嘗完完全全地感受其豐富既質感。芒果蠻新鮮,且大大粒,非常鮮甜;與其他配料簡直系Perfect Match小店黎講,質素非常不錯,此甜點與「滿X」的招牌班戟不相伯仲,可說是另一新勢力吧…Read More

剛大病初癒,當然要獎勵自己吃一頓好的,順便可和女朋友慶祝紀念日吧 環境、氣氛當然是很重要的考慮因素,早前看見「Bel Cibo」在OpenRice上的高度評價,一早已放進收藏之列 這裡燈光稍暗,營造柔和 & fine dining 的氣氛,沒有一般餐廳那種急促的氛圍。色調主要是黑、白、灰、銀等相對沉的顏色,很有格調。擺設和裝潢也很有高級西餐廳的感覺,女朋友一來到也很滿意 我們選擇了當晚的二人套餐(價錢$598),包括三道頭盤、兩客餐湯、兩道主菜、兩客甜品、咖啡或菜。價錢並不昂貴,我這些初出茅盧的年青人也能輕鬆負擔。蟹肉非常鮮甜,配上一顆顆精螢剔透的三文魚籽絕對增加了不少層次。可是本人不太喜歡黑醋的味道,沒有很欣賞。可是女朋友卻喜愛至極,認為酸酸甜甜,味道剛好,非常適合作為開胃菜,把它吃光 「鵝肝多士」的鵝肝表面煎得十分香脆,內裡卻是非常軟綿綿。除了很多肉汁之外,光吃鵝肝已經覺得層次十分豐富; 而且多士在吃的時候仍然能保持熱力和脆口,配起來層次提升了不少 「意式田螺」有別於一般的法式焗薯蓉,質感和味道也大不同。味道酸酸甜甜,田螺大大隻,沒有沙非常新鮮,可是薯蓉的味道淡了一點。這個照燒比目魚扒十分出色,煎得皮脆肉嫩剛剛好,夾起來沒有散開 味道非常鮮,帶有很香濃的魚扒味道 (和銀雪魚、鱸魚扒的味道有點相似),配上少許照燒汁,吃起來更加搭配,且沒有搶去魚的鮮味 由於剛病癒,腸胃沒有太好,所以這個肉眼扒點了七成熟(一般會點五成熟享受那種Raw的肉汁味道)。這肉眼扒紋理清晰,七成熟也沒有失去其嫩滑的質感。雖然沒有我最喜歡的那種Raw的紅肉味但是肉味仍然香濃,而且肉汁被牢牢地鎖緊在肉眼扒內,真的十分Juicy這裡除了環境一流外,服務還十分好。服務生會細心滿足顧客的需求(例如覺得冷氣太大,會主動問你是否需要換另外一個位置),還會不斷幫你refill water。…Read More

有次同朋友係好巧遇既機會行過「金滿堂」,見唔多人所以我地就簡左呢間鋪頭試下啦:):):)一開始入呢間鋪頭果陣,我見到唔多人,但係望一望個價錢牌,好少有少少貴咁不過坐落左 我同個fd都唔好意思走,所以就決定求其試下個心太軟,始終都見個餐廳寫住推介心太軟。跟住十幾分鍾之後,侍應就送左個心太軟上來。我同友人都即刻覺得好驚喜,賣相除左個心太軟之外,廚師亦會花唔少心思畫個圖案比我地,而我地個圖案係個大笨象 都畫得幾似 :) 之後我地一用匙去吉個心太軟,跟住好多朱古力就跟住流出來喇證明在質感上呢個都算系唔錯既心太軟 :)味道方面,朱古力醬太甜了,欠缺了一份朱古力的苦味。但由於兩個人Share既關係,我地好快就食晒個心太軟。質素不錯啊…Read More

今日一班friend想聚,唸唸下天氣開始轉涼,不如打返個邊爐,烚下烚下。最近最平就係新廣發,於是去一試。果然多位,多人都唔洗點等位,全部野係自己去拎,選擇亦好多,有肉丸、肥牛、多種肉類、菜、海鮮等等,平時食開嘅都應有盡有。肥牛既色澤只是一般,但卻幾重肉味,性價比極高不過有啲未見過嘅蕃薯丸同香芋丸,個人黎講就覺得口感好怪,食落去個口好似漿住漿住甘,而且味道又甜甜鹹鹹甘,不值得一試啊:(:(:(雖然好驚喜有多種海鮮,如蜆、海蝦等等,但光看外表已經知道唔系太新鮮,雖然味道不錯,但可能因為不夠新鮮失去彈性盡失口感。埋單每人$83,算係幾平,不過個環境係open式,熱嘅日子就唔好揀呢到啦…Read More

其他地方既越棧試過幾次,沙田呢間就真係第一次。其實佢呢間啲野食同其他分店差唔多,就係勝在個環境有啲特別,有一部分有好似露天既feel咁,幾有趣。不過唔想比路人or等位嘅人睇住你食嘅就最好揀返坐鋪入面啦。可能因為多位同我地少人,都幾快就有位。今次試左個豬扒米線,個賣相幾好,不過食落去個豬扒係老左啲啲,咬落去好韌,個米線反而煮得好食,尤其係加左啲芽菜,口感幾正。湯底既味道適中,不會太濃或淡,個人好中意。個人認為值得再黎嘅,尤其佢啲特飲今次再試到,好正!…Read More
