We came to explore the restaurant after watching Jacopo's video 🤭 It exceeds my expectation 👍💕It has variety of dishes and drinks, in range of prices, polite staff. The veggies are fresh, the fried chicken is crispy outside and juicy inside, with nice sauce.The salad is well presented, just that I don't find the egg quite matched to the avocado or beet root. I am not a fan of pineapple pizza, still I gave it a try (Indeed I intended to order apple ..... my mistake). I like smoked salmon pizza with capers. I noted the passion of the family to run the restaurant, keep it up, I will return. If I walk into a trattoria or shop in Italy, they always look into your eyes and greet. 初次到訪佐敦新店，裝修帶點 art deco 味道，可惜樓底高但窄，聲音散不了，尤其客人拉凳時真的很嘈。紅豆沙沒有以前般夠火候，百合未夠起沙。腐竹薏米白果保持水準好味道！濃薑蕃薯就可能滴進了什麼的，辣得黎帶苦。我沒有study chemistry 不能理解什麼令到湯水帶苦，蓋過了甜味。內地遊客較多。碰到沒有禮儀的同坐一枱，進食時他突然把手機伸到碗上面打卡，即是差幾吋要碰到你的額頭。其實可以問聲能否拍個照，令人感覺舒服多啦。希望新店追返以前的火候，才再擴充。…Read More

The foyer was set in a welcoming ambience, amazing ...... we were at the right place! Saturday brunch offers a variety of good food. I love the beef tartare carrying rich beef taste. The tripe rigatoni reminded tripe snacks of Roma an ex-colleage missed so much, the pasta is truly al dente. The ribs are tender and deliciously juicy. It is personal, the sausages are little salty but go well with baked cherry tomatoes.I would go back and try the T-bone, hungering for a good one. You won't go wrong if you want to pamper yourselves or delight your loved ones. And the staff are professional, passionate in their industry. Bakery by the Grand has graceful interiors. The pastries and cakes are so tempting in the windows. I'm curious about the Cha Siu Croissant albeit I don't eat Cha Siu Bao. We also ordered financiers, sesame cheese cake, and a glass of Aligote. The texture of the croissant is perfect, and the fusion taste works. It even stands in good shape after I cut it into half, wonderful state of art. The best texture I ever tasted.Personally I prefer madeleine over financiers, and the chosen wine is so so. Well the cake is rich in sesame flavor. We felt welcomed and appreciated the attention to our interests. I have seen a couple of criticism about the restaurant, too obvious 。。。從開業見證正好非常用心，先是添加從中廚做的套餐，下午茶餐，補原來的不足。期間不斷增加碟頭飯 comfort food like curry dishes, guess this is also quick meal option. This year hot pot, more diversified. All these are challenges to the staff and administration, but for the interests of customers. 正好確有做不好的菜式，salad is not their strength. 少客點就會收。個人不特別喜歡叉燒燒鵝，但餐廳卻以這命名。但甘牌我都不喜歡，可能紅書好又排長龍。當多外賣點餐又滿座，確實很難魔法變身。但用心係看得見。係環境咁難請人，都堅持達標的服務。服務員好斯文。那間茶餐廳樓底咁高，炎夏或打火煱都咁夠冷氣？這區有位活著自我想像空間的 resident, 餐廳都應付了得。也見過很不禮貌的要求，服務員都保持專業。…Read More

We had 一夜乾 fish set and tempura set. The freshly made steamed egg is the best I had ever, a light taste of yuzu 🤩🤩 清新又熱騰騰, plus a ginkgo, 滑就梗架啦.Fish is rich tasted, fine to go without sauce, but if you want a sweet taste. Everything seems professional! I love the Ragout Beef Tagliatelle, even better than Grandini (sorry ex chef). Nice bread, n olive oil ...... rare to be offered this quality locally (regret not to stock up from Vasco).Burata portion is rather small compared to appetizers of other restaurants in general. The restaurant is nicely furnished, making good use of the space.  See the passion from appealing design of the dishes. Appreciated the lady who serves wine.Aligned with previous review, waitresses are the problems, wines are pricy.  I explicitly asked for highlights of the dinner set as I truly can if just reading.  Waste of time.  I guess the art of fusion food is much more graceful than having the food from France and cooked in Japanese style.  She also proposed lychee/rose jelly/sorbet to replace the kinda baked apple dessert which turned out unavailable.  I must say my return question was challenging, I can read that she wanted to 喵我！I asked for 燉梨 which came with the same ice cream.  See the logic.  Hope to see better communication between kitchen and the front line.  I was frustrated to repeat almost all dishes to place indeed orderly.  I first raised my voice, both languages, then found better to point..... only three courses  I love the YakiFrenchy and the dessert.  The serving of Normandie milk ice cream is generous.  If I've got more time, will try the a la carte, looks very tempting! …Read More
