We had 一夜乾 fish set and tempura set.
The freshly made steamed egg is the best I had ever, a light taste of yuzu 🤩🤩 清新又熱騰騰, plus a ginkgo, 滑就梗架啦.
Fish is rich tasted, fine to go without sauce, but if you want a sweet taste. The tempura shrimp is from the sea ...... so tasty 👍👍
I read the name 頑固 as stronghold of passion in the food. Will definitely go for sushi one night.
Price is fair and affordable. No regret the first to go in the mall.
