非常失望今晚帶咗個朋友嚟食日本菜，因為佢話好想食日本嘢。點知魚生一般，但係個加州卷入邊可能係牛油果或者沙律醬有浸異味。除咗食落去有浸意味，其實你用個鼻去問都有異味。於是我哋同服務員指出問題，個服務員一聽到已經話冇可能。我即時話你嘅材料入邊是包括什麼。他說只有青瓜，牛油果，蟹柳及沙律醬。之後他叫師傅給我一碟沙律醬，叫我聞吓係咪同一個味。我話你呢個沙律醬冇問題，但係個加州卷有一浸味我唔知道係乜嘢味。其實當時服務員表現出一個樣子，就是不相信你。之後，佢再攞返碟加州卷返嚟話師傅話冇問題。我即時提出我不會食再食呢碟食物。佢只有將食物拿走沒有再說一句話。以前呢間餐廳係要等位，今晚係星期五都唔滿，真係唔需要多解釋。另外，我朋友食完個烏冬，服務員好快收走台面嘅嘅，但我還在用餐。感覺要你快啲走。唔會再有下次。講完。…Read More

從來沒有去過一間極端差的服務咖啡店，簡直影響香港咖啡業界。這是第一次也是最後一次幫襯。Never experienced such nasty service in HK coffee industry. This is the first time and last time for life.第一次帶母親及妹妹嘆個下午茶地點喺希慎誠品隔離。This is the first time I brought my mom here and sisters after lunch and we found this coffee place behind Eslite Hysan.老實說，我哋唔係咖啡專家同埋佢間鋪都幾吸引但係服務員態度非常惡劣兼自以為是。有時覺得某一部份的香港人唔知點解會生有如此「狗眼看人低」的品格。飲食行業是一個人與人之間的生意關鍵有賴本身尊重及服務嘅成功之道。To be honest, we are not coffee expert and the shop looks attractive but not the staff whom in general looks snobby that is one of the worst character I see in “some” Hong Kong people. These people don’t born with humble personality and not knowing what is the key to success. Food and beverage is a people business.他們應該看待每一個客人有一個新品嚐咖啡的客人並教育他們怎樣去欣賞及品嚐佢哋自己用心沖的一杯咖啡。可惜他們的態度令到你感到好似一個低級客人，唔識飲咖啡就唔好理。即使他們戴上了口罩，也感覺到對你一點都不尊敬。並且無禮地指導你應該點樣飲咖啡的每一個層次而不應該用搞棍把奶及咖啡攪勻。They should treat every single customer as a new comer and “educate” how to enjoy their hearty-made coffee instead of giving attitude and make your feel like idiot even they have masks on. 非常用心的本地小店不翻用油，芥花子油。所以食物無油益味。鹽酥雞軟骨及地瓜條炸得非常乾身。好有專業操守。果然喺係客人角度出發。返咗香港7年，都未食過一間炸物店係可以做得咁乾身及脆口。佢另外令我覺得好有誠意係個即棄手套。因為用叉吉雞軟骨可能會吉斷支叉，所以自動提供手套，真係非常體貼。I can feel the owner has passion towards his food business.He wouldn’t reuse the oils for deep fried that u won’t taste the bad oils. The sweet potatoes Fries and chicken soft bones are dry and crisp. The foodies are perfectly done. I’m very impressed with the owner’s attitude to maintain the food quality.I’m sure I will go again as I didn’t have deep fried sweet potato as good as his outside Sai Kung.The other thing impressed me was that they provide u the one-time good-glove with a very neat packing. 阿媽鍾意食佢嘅咖喱牛腩飯，所以去咗呢間翠華買。其實每次嚟到個印象都唔好。會見到啲客鬧櫃枱。服務態度好似好差。今次我也要投訴佢嘅白飯。食落去有一個波子型狀嘅飯應該係隔夜飯？食落去係硬，又唔係唔熟，又唔係飯蕉。所以打電話去比意見。個聽電話嘅就話啲飯係蒸。我梗係知啲飯係蒸，唔通係叮咩⋯⋯下次可能只買咖喱餸，唔買佢啲飯。My mom likes their curry beef brisket that I came to get for her. However everytime I came here I don’t have a good impression. Either customers are upset or giving shit to the cashier.This time I would like to complain about their rice. It felt like you are eating a marble of hard rice or the rice should be overnight. It doesn’t taste like uncooked rice at all.So I called back the cashier and tell her the problem. She only told me the rice is steamed and not able to apologize or saying they will improve.
